在一些固定场合,为改善空气的舒适度,人们会设置一个或多个加湿器。目前使用的较为普遍的小型加湿器一般为超声雾化加湿器,主要使用于在办公室等室内场合。超声雾化加湿器主要包括 雾化片、控制雾化片工作的控制电路、用于向控制电路供电的电源、以及通过电路连接在控制电路和电源之间的电源开关、以及开口与雾化片连通的加湿液盛放体。 根据需要可在盛装体与雾化片之间设置吸水体。超声雾化加湿器的核心部件为雾化片,雾化片一般包括压电陶瓷片和金属外壳,压电陶瓷片置于金属外壳内,压电陶瓷片下表面设有金属电极,金属电极与压电陶瓷片连接。压电陶瓷是一种能够将机械能和电能互相转换的功能陶瓷材料。当电压作用于压电陶瓷时,就会随电压和频率的变化产生机械变形。利用这一原理,当给由两片压电陶瓷或一片压电陶瓷和一个金属片构成的雾化片施加一个电信号时,就会因弯曲振动发射出超声波,从而将与其接触的水分子粉碎成小液滴扩散出去,对室内空气进行加湿。
为满足各种场合的需要,人们也开始通过对加湿器本身结构的改造,以满足不同场合的需要,例如,授权公开号为 CN201599888U 的专利文献公开了一种瓶盖加湿器,包括电路、雾化片、电源接口、吸水体以及封装体,封装体下端面固定连接有瓶盖,瓶盖具有内螺纹,瓶盖的直径为 28 毫米 ;封装体内设有电路及雾化片,雾化片位于封装体开口端下方,并同电路相连接,电路同封装体上的电源接口连接在一起;吸水体一端贯穿瓶盖和封装体,顶端抵在雾化片下端,另一端延伸至瓶盖外,该吸水体具有上下通透且中空的外壳,外壳内填充有吸水物质。该加湿器没有水箱,携带方便,同时可以同作为水箱的各种具有标准瓶口的各种饮料瓶结合使用。但是目前还没有在雨伞上设置加湿器的相关报道。
Technical Problem
本发明提供了一种具有加湿功能的伞具,该伞具整体结构简单,采用在伞具的骨架上设置加湿器,方便了伞下空气湿度的调整,增加了伞具使用过程中的舒适度,实用性强。
Technical Solution
一种具有加湿功能的伞具,包括骨架以及设置在骨架顶部的伞面,所述的骨架包括伞杆、设置在伞杆顶部且用于支撑所述伞面的伞骨、以及设置在伞杆底部的伞柄,所述的骨架上设有加湿器。
所述的加湿器可选用常见的超声雾化加湿器、蒸发型加湿器、浸入式电极式加湿器或者冷雾加湿器等,可根据实际需要选择。加湿器可固定在伞具骨架的任何位置,可根据实际需要确定。加湿器与伞具骨架之间可通过各种方式固定,例如可选择卡接固定方式、焊接固定方式或者螺纹固定方式等。
为便于加湿器安装高度的调整,同时便于加工,一种优选的技术方案为:所述的加湿器通过弹性卡扣与所述的伞杆卡接。 所述的弹性卡扣可选择设置在加湿器的外壳上,弹性卡扣上一般设有与伞杆配合的卡合槽。 实际使用时可根据实际使用者的高度将加湿器卡接在伞杆的适当位置。 外壳上一般设有电源开关和加湿口,外壳内设有加湿组件、控制电路以及电源和电源开关等,加湿组件可根据实际加湿器加湿原理的不同有所变化,例如,对于超声雾化加湿器,其加湿组件一般包括雾化片和加湿液盛放体等,根据需要也可在雾化片和加湿液之间增加吸水体等。
为减少加湿器的占用空间,使得伞具的结构更加紧凑,另一种优选的技术方案为:所述的加湿器包括套接在伞杆上的加湿液盛放体,所述的加湿液盛放体内设有容纳腔,加湿液盛放体外壁设有与所述容纳腔连通的加湿口,加湿口内设有雾化片;另外,还设有用于驱动所述雾化片的控制电路,用于向所述控制电路供电的电源,以及通过电路连接在控制电路和电源之间的电源开关。 加湿液盛放体设置的高度可根据实际需要确定,加湿液盛放体与伞杆之间可选用多种方式固定。
控制电路以及电源安装的位置可根据实际需要确定,为便于电路的布置,两种优选的技术方案分别为:
其中一个优选的技术方案为:所述的加湿液盛放体外壁固定有外覆板,外覆板与加湿液盛放体外壁之间设有盛放所述控制电路和电源的盛放空间。加湿液盛放体一般为环形结构,根据实际控制电路和电源占用空间的大小,外覆板可采用半包围或全包围方式与加湿液盛放体外壁固定连接。盛放控制电路和电源的空间一般隔开设置,以避免反复拆装电池损坏所述的控制电路。 加湿液盛放体与外覆板可采用焊接固定,也可采用一体设置,加工时一次成型。为防止电源在使用过程中滑落,同时防止外界杂物或雨水损害控制电路,在外覆板与加湿液盛放体一般设有封闭所述盛放空间的外盖板。盛放空间的大小和形状,一般根据实际需要确定,没有严格要求。
另一种优选的技术方案为:所述的加湿液盛放体外壁铰接有盛放所述控制电路和电源的盛放盒。 盛放盒可设置一个或者两个,为避免由于盛放盒过大与伞骨产生干涉,进一步优选的技术方案为:所述的盛放盒有两个,分别对称设置在加湿液盛放体外壁两侧,分别用于盛放控制电路和电源。为进一步增加伞具的整体美观度,同时节省空间,可选择在所述的盛放盒与加湿液盛放体外壁之间设置弹性限位机构,使得伞具张开时,两个盛放盒相互远离张开;伞具合上时,两个盛放盒相互靠近收拢。
为便于加湿液盛放体内加湿液的更换或添加,在上述几种优选方案的基础上,作为进一步优选,所述的加湿液盛放体外壁上设有与所述容纳腔连通的注入口以及与注入口过盈配合的密封塞,所述的密封塞中心设有单向导气孔。密封塞可采用常规的橡胶塞。 单向导气孔只允许外界的空气单向进入到盛放腔内,盛放腔内的水则无法通过。单向导气孔的设置,避免长期使用后,盛放腔内形成真空,阻碍加湿器的正常工作。
可根据实际需要设置电源开关的位置,例如可采用将所述的电源开关设置在加湿液盛放体外壁上。或者,所述的电源开关采用设置在伞柄上的红外遥控开关。采用红外遥控开关,方便了加湿器的开启,进一步提高了本发明的伞具的实用性。 所述的电源即可采用市售的一次电池或者充电电池、也可采用太阳能电池,以充分利用外界太阳能,降低伞具使用成本。
为进一步增加本发明的伞具的美观度, 所述的加湿液盛放体可采用通过设置于伞骨与伞杆之间的下盘套接在所述伞杆上。在伞具开闭过程中,加湿器随下盘的移动而移动,避免加湿器与伞骨之间的干涉。
本发明中所提到的伞具可为折叠伞、直把伞或者大型的太阳伞等,具体制作时,需要根据各种伞具的结构不同做适应性调整。本发明的加湿液可采用普通水或者具有美容功能的保湿液等,以满足各种高档需求。

本发明的具有加湿功能的伞具,整体结构简单,外形美观,伞内加湿器的设置,使得伞具内空气保持较舒适的湿度和温度,避免高温环境带来的不适感,增加了伞具使用过程中的舒适性,适用于各个人群的使用;同时将加湿器设置在伞具下盘上,避免加湿器与伞骨或伞杆之间的干涉,便于伞具的开闭和存放。

实施例 1
如图 2 所示,一种具有加湿功能的伞具,包括伞具本体,伞具本体包括 骨架以及设置在骨架顶部的伞面,骨架包括伞杆 1 、设置在伞杆 1 顶部且用于支撑所述伞面的伞骨 2 、以及设置在伞杆 1 底部的伞柄 3 ,伞骨 2 通过上盘 13 和下盘 14 铰接,伞杆 1 上设有加湿器 4 。加湿器 4 包括外壳 5 以及设于外壳 5 内的雾化片、加湿液盛放体、控制电路、电源以及电源开关。雾化片、控制电路、电源以及电源开关分别通过电路连接成闭合的通路。
外壳 5 上设有加湿口、电源开关以及弹性卡扣 6 ,弹性卡口 6 上设有与伞杆 1 相互配合的卡合槽,加湿器 4 通过弹性卡扣 6 与伞杆 1 相互卡接。电源开关和加湿口设于外壳 5 背对伞杆的 1 一侧。雾化片可采用常规的雾化片,用于产生超声振动,将附在其上的水滴打散成雾滴排入空气中。加湿液盛放体用于盛放加湿液,加湿液可选用纯净水,也可根据需要添加香料或者其他添加剂。控制电路用于驱动雾化片工作。电源用于向控制电路供电。电源开关用于控制控制电路的通断。电源开关通过电路连接在雾化片与控制电路之间。电源开关也选择为设置于伞柄 3 内的红外遥控开关。
本实施方式的加湿器 4 可采用现有的市售加湿器产品;安装时,只需在加湿器外壁加工弹性卡扣 6 即可。加湿器 4 设置的高度可根据个人需要确定。本实施方式中的伞具本体可采用现有的折叠伞或者长柄伞等,使用时直接将加工完成的加湿器卡接在伞杆上即可。
本实施方式的 具有加湿功能的伞具使用过程中,若需要使用加湿器时,直接打开电源开关即可。
实施例 2
如图 1 ,图 3 ,图 4 和图 5 所示,一种具有加湿功能的伞具,包括伞具本体,伞具本体包括 骨架以及设置在骨架顶部的伞面,骨架包括伞杆 1 、设置在伞杆 1 顶部且用于支撑所述伞面的伞骨 2 、以及设置在伞杆 1 底部的伞柄 3 ,伞骨 2 通过上盘 13 和下盘 14 铰接,骨架上设有加湿器 4 。加湿器 4 包括带有加湿口 17 的加湿液盛放体 7 、设于加湿液盛放体 7 外壁的控制电路、电源和电源开关、以及加湿口 17 内的雾化片。
加湿液盛放体 7 为环形结构,包括外环 18 、内环 19 以及将外环 18 、内环 19 顶端和底端密封固定的环形的顶板 20 和底板 21 ,外环 18 、内环 19 、顶板 20 和底板 21 围成密封的环形的容纳腔 8 ,容纳腔 8 用于盛放加湿液。外环 18 、内环 19 、顶板 20 和底板 21 可选择一体设置,也可选择焊接固定。内环 19 内壁与伞具的下盘 14 相互固定,两者为过盈配合,此处,内环 19 内壁与伞具的下盘 14 之间也可根据需要选择卡接固定、螺纹固定或者一体设置等。
外环 18 外壁上设有与容纳腔 8 连通的注入口 10 以及与注入口过盈配合的密封塞 11 ,密封塞 11 中心设有单向导气孔 12 ,单向导气孔 12 的结构可选用现有结构,例如可选择在导气孔内设置单向阀的结构,当容纳腔 8 内气压小于外界气压时,单向阀打开外部空气进入到容纳腔内,当内外压力相等时,单向阀关闭,阻止内部加湿液外漏。外环 18 外壁上设有固定耳孔 22 ,用于固定密封塞 11 ,实际应用时,可用柔性织物将密封塞 11 与固定耳孔 22 相互固定。
外环 18 外壁同时设有与容纳腔 8 连通的加湿口 17 。加湿口 17 由外环外壁延伸形成的口部 25 、螺纹固定在口部 25 端部的外盖 26 组成,口部 25 外壁设有外螺纹,外盖 26 内壁设有内螺纹,外盖 26 为筒状结构,外盖 26 端部向内垂直翻折与口部 25 一端抵接。雾化片 16 通过外密封垫 23 和内密封垫 24 固定在加湿口 17 内,外密封垫 23 两侧面分别与雾化片 16 和外盖 26 的翻折边贴接,内密封垫 24 两侧面分别与雾化片 16 和口部 25 内壁贴接。雾化片 16 通过电路与电源和控制电路相互连接。
外环 18 外壁顶部铰接有盛放控制电路和电源的盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 。盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 分别对称的设置在外环 18 的两侧,盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 上设有若干散热孔 28 ,用于排出电源和控制电路工作过程中产生的热量。盛放盒 15 外壁与外环 18 外壁以及盛放盒 26 外壁与外环 18 外壁上分别设有相互对应的两对挂耳 27 ,每对挂耳 27 之间挂接有弹性件,弹性件可选择弹簧或者橡皮筋等。挂耳 27 与弹性件构成盛放盒与外环 18 之前的弹性限位机构。弹性限位机构也可选用具有相同功能的其他机构。当 伞具张开时,两个盛放盒相互远离张开;伞具合上时,两个盛放盒相互靠近收拢。根据需要,可在加湿口 17 外壁与外环 18 外壁之间设置加强筋。
根据需要,盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 也可合并为一个盒体,同时盛放控制电路和电源。电源开关、电源、控制电路与雾化片之间通过电路构成闭合的回路。电源开关可选择设置在外环外壁,也可设置在伞柄内,此时需要采用红外遥控开关。根据需要,在外环 18 ,盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 以及加湿口 17 的适当位置开设电路通孔,以满足电路布置需要。
本实施方式的 具有加湿功能的伞具使用过程,当伞具打开时,盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 在弹性件的作用下相对外翻,需要加湿时,只需打开电源开关即可;伞具闭合时,在伞骨的压迫下盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 向靠近外环的方向收拢。
实施例 3
如图 1 、图 6 和图 7 ,本实施方式中, 加湿液盛放体 7 的结构与实施例 2 中的结构相同,不同之处在于外环 18 外壁固定有外覆板 9 ,外覆板 9 与加湿液盛放体 7 外壁之间设有盛放控制电路和电源的盛放空间 29 。两个盛放空间可单独设置,也可设置为一体。外覆板 9 可采用半包围形式与外环 18 外壁固定,也可采用环形板。外覆板 9 的形状没有严格要求,以满足控制电路和电源的盛放要求为准。外覆板 9 通过底端与外环 18 外壁焊接固定,顶端通过外盖板与外环 18 外壁固定,外盖板与外环 18 之间一般可采用可拆卸连接,以便于电源的取放,外覆板 9 上可根据需要开始散热孔。
本实施方式中的电源开关可设置在外覆板上,也可设置在手柄内,使用过程同实施例 2 。
实施例 2 和实施例 3 中,若所采用的伞具为 长柄伞时,电源也可设置在手柄内,此时电源开关也设置在手柄内,只需采用普通的电源开关即可;相应的可省去盛放电源的空间或者盛放盒。
实施例 4
如图 8 所示:本实施例中,伞具为大型太阳伞,可用于沙滩、马路边、公园等公共场合,或者也可用于别墅、酒店等高档场合内,其包括:伞杆 100 、将伞杆 100 底端固定的伞墩 101 、固定在伞杆 100 顶面的伞骨 102 、以及铺设在伞骨 102 顶面的伞面 103 ,伞杆 100 固定有加湿器 104 。伞杆 100 、伞墩 101 、伞骨 102 和伞面 103 的结构为现有技术,在此不再详述。
如图 9 所示,加湿器 104 的结构与实施例 2 基本相同,不同之处在于: 加湿口 105 为四个,均匀的绕伞杆四周设置,加湿口 105 的结构与实施例 1 中的加湿口 17 相同。加湿液盛放体 106 的结构与实施例 2 中的加湿液盛放体 7 相同,区别在于:( 1 )将实施例 2 中盛放盒 15 和盛放盒 26 取消,取而代之的是在加湿液盛放体 106 顶部固定一个盛放盒 107 ,该盛放盒 107 直接用于布置控制电路或者电源等,如果采用太阳能,则电池可布置在伞面处。( 2 )盛放盒 107 和加湿液盛放体 106 一侧设有相互对正的缺口,便于将加湿器卡入到伞杆 100 上,在盛放盒 107 的缺口处还设有卡扣 108 ,防止加湿器滑落伤人。( 3 )加湿液盛放体 106 侧壁设有与加湿液盛放体 106 内容纳腔 109 连通的注入口 110 以及与注入口 110 过盈配合的密封塞 111 ,密封塞 111 内设有空气通道,该空气通道内设有空气阀 112 ,即实现空气单向流通的阀体,用于在容纳腔 109 内压力小于大气压时,及时放入空气,保证加湿液的顺利喷出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有加湿功能的伞具,包括骨架以及设置在骨架顶部的伞面,所述的骨架包括伞杆( 1 )、设置在伞杆( 1 )顶部且用于支撑所述伞面的伞骨( 2 )、以及设置在伞杆( 1 )底部的伞柄( 3 ),其特征在于,所述的骨架上设有加湿器( 4 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿器( 4 )通过弹性卡扣( 6 )与所述的伞杆( 1 )卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿器( 4 )包括套接在伞杆( 1 )上的加湿液盛放体( 7 ),所述的加湿液盛放体( 7 )内设有容纳腔( 8 ),加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁设有与所述容纳腔( 8 )连通的加湿口,加湿口内设有雾化片( 16 );
    还设有用于驱动所述雾化片( 16 )的控制电路,用于向所述控制电路供电的电源,以及通过电路连接在控制电路和电源之间的电源开关。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁固定有外覆板( 9 ),外覆板( 9 )与加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁之间设有盛放所述控制电路和电源的盛放空间。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁铰接有盛放所述控制电路和电源的盛放盒( 15 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的盛放盒有两个,分别对称设置在加湿液盛放体外壁两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求 3-6 任一权项所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁上设有与所述容纳腔( 8 )连通的注入口( 10 )以及与注入口( 10 )过盈配合的密封塞( 11 ),所述的密封塞( 11 )中心设有单向导气孔( 12 )。
  8. 根据权利要求 3-6 任一权项所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的电源开关设置在加湿液盛放体( 7 )外壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求 3-6 任一权项所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的电源开关为设置在伞柄( 3 )上的红外遥控开关。
  10. 根据权利要求 3-6 任一权项所述的 具有加湿功能的伞具,其特征在于,所述的加湿液盛放体( 7 )通过设置于伞骨( 2 )与伞杆( 1 )之间的下盘( 14 )套接在所述伞杆( 1 )上。
