在一个实施方式中, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于从信息发出终端 502 上的多个用户分组中选择需要与信息发出终端 501上所储存的用户名片 保持同步的分组, 并将该分组中的所有信息发出终端确定为需要与信息 发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端; 和 /或,基于历 史通信记录信息, 计算出与信息发出终端的通信密切度大于预先设置门 限值的信息接收终端, 并将所计算出的信息接收终端确定为需要与信息 发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
在一个实施方式中, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于接收用户输入以获取 更新后用户名片, 或从第四方设备接收所述更新后用户名片, 并通过数 据消息通道或无线消息通道向信息接收终端发送该更新后用户名片。
优选地, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于向第三方设备发送用户名片更新 请求, 在所述用户名片更新请求中携带有信息接收终端的标识和更新后 的用户名片;
第三方设备, 用于从该用户名片更新请求中解析出更新后的用户名 片和信息接收终端的标识, 并将所述更新后的用户名片发送到对应该信 息接收终端标识的信息接收终端。
优选地, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于向第三方设备发送用户名片同步 请求;
第三方设备, 用于基于该用户名片同步请求, 将自身存储的用户名 片与信息发出终端所存储的用户名片保持同步。
在一个实施方式中, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于接收用户输入以获取 更新后用户名片, 或从第四方设备接收所述更新后用户名片, 查询信息 接收终端的信息处理能力, 根据信息接收终端的信息处理能力自动选择 信息通, 并根据所选择的信息通道向信息接收终端发送该更新后用户名 片。
在一个实施方式中, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于根据信息接收终端的 在线状态选择信息通道; 或根据信息接收终端的网络状态选择信息通 道; 或根据由信息接收终端的资源处理能力所决定的自身状态选择信息 通道。
优选地, 信息接收终端 502, 用于在该更新后用户名片中解析出所 包含的用户身份标识, 检索包含有该用户身份标识的旧用户名片, 并用 该更新后用户名片替换该旧用户名片。
优选地, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于判断该更新后用户名片是否为全 部更新, 如果是, 则计算该用户名片与已有用户旧名片的相似程度, 确 定出最相似的用户旧名片, 并判断该用户名片与已有用户旧名片的相似 程度是否超过了预先设置的相似程度门限值, 如果是, 则用该更新后用 户名片替换该最相似的用户旧名片, 或直接利用该更新后用户名片替换 该最相似的用户旧名片。
优选地, 信息发出终端 501 , 用于判断该更新后用户名片是否为全 部更新, 如果不是, 在该更新后用户名片中解析出所包含的用户身份标 识, 检索包含有该用户身份标识的旧用户名片, 并用该更新后用户名片 替换该旧用户名片。
可以将图 5所示系统集成到各种通信网络当中。 比如, 信息接收终 端或信息发出终端包括但是不局限于: 功能手机、智能手机、掌上电脑、 个人电脑 (PC )、 平板电脑或个人数字助理(PDA ), 等等。
实际上, 可以通过多种形式来具体实施本发明实施方式所提出的用 户名片更新系统。 比如, 可以遵循一定规范的应用程序接口, 将信息发 出终端和 /或信息接收终端编写为安装到移动终端中的插件程序,也可以 将其封装为应用程序以供用户自行下载使用。 当编写为插件程序时, 可 以将其实施为 ocx、 dll、 cab等多种插件形式。 也可以通过 Flash插件、 RealPlayer插件、 MMS插件、 MIDI五线谱插件、 ActiveX插件等具体技 术来实施本发明实施方式所提出的下载任务分配装置。
可以通过指令或指令集存储的储存方式将本发明实施方式所提出的 用户名片更新方法存储在各种存储介质上。 这些存储介质包括但是不局 限于: 软盘、 光盘、 DVD、 硬盘、 闪存、 U盘、 CF卡、 SD卡、 MMC 卡、 SM卡、 记忆棒(Memory Stick )、 xD卡等。 基于闪存( Nand flash )的存储介质中, 比如 U盘、 CF卡、 SD卡、 SDHC 卡、 MMC卡、 SM卡、 记忆棒、 xD卡等。
由此可见, 在本发明实施方式中, 当某个用户 A在信息发出终端上 更新自身或其他用户的用户名片后, 原来拥有该用户名片的其他用户可 以在信息接收终端上接收到由用户发出终端直接或者间接发出的更新 后用户名片, 并自动在信息接收终端上执行相应的名片更新。 而且, 当 名片信息部分发生变化或者全部发生变化的时候, 信息发出终端和信息 接收终端上都可以替换旧的名片信息。
综上所述, 在本发明实施方式中, 确定需要与信息发出终端上所储 存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端; 判断信息发出终端上所储存的 用户名片是否发生更新, 如果是, 信息发出终端将更新后的用户名片发 送到该信息接收终端, 或信息发出终端触发第三方设备向所述信息接收 终端传递更新后用户名片; 信息接收终端接收所述更新后用户名片, 并 实施方式后, 当用户名片发生更新后, 原来拥有该用户名片的其他用户 可以及时收到更新后用户名片, 并自动执行相应的名片更新, 从而提高 了名片更新效率。
而且, 应用本发明实施方式后, 当名片信息部分发生变化或者全部 发生变化的时候, 信息发出终端和信息接收终端上都可以替换旧的名片 信息。
还有, 应用本发明实施方式后, 其他用户可以及时解到通信伙伴的 名片信息发生了更新, 从而保证了用户之间的通讯方式正确性, 避免了 潜在的经济损失。 另外, 可以将本发明实施方式应用到各种终端中, 可以跨平台跨终 端使用本发明实施方式, 适用范围非常广泛。
需要说明的是, 上述各流程和各结构图中不是所有的步骤和模块都 是必须的, 可以根据实际的需要忽略某些步骤或模块。 各步骤的执行顺 序不是固定的, 可以根据需要进行调整。 各模块的划分仅仅是为了便于 描述采用的功能上的划分, 实际实现时, 一个模块可以分由多个模块实 现, 多个模块的功能也可以由同一个模块实现, 这些模块可以位于同一 个设备中, 也可以位于不同的设备中。 另外, 上面描述中采用 "第一"、 "第二" 仅仅为了方便区分具有同一含义的两个对象, 并不表示其有实 质的区别。
各实施例中的硬件模块可以以机械方式或电子方式实现。 例如, 一 器, 如 FPGA或 ASIC )用于完成特定的操作。 硬件模块也可以包括由 软件临时配置的可编程逻辑器件或电路(如包括通用处理器或其它可编 程处理器)用于执行特定操作。 至于具体采用机械方式, 或是采用专用 的永久性电路, 或是采用临时配置的电路(如由软件进行配置)来实现 硬件模块, 可以根据成本和时间上的考虑来决定。
本发明还提供了一种机器可读的存储介质, 存储用于使一机器执行 如本文所述方法的指令。 具体地, 可以提供配有存储介质的系统或者装 置, 在该存储介质上存储着实现上述实施例中任一实施例的功能的软件 程序代码, 且使该系统或者装置的计算机(或 CPU或 MPU )读出并执 行存储在存储介质中的程序代码。 此外, 还可以通过基于程序代码的指 令使计算机上操作的操作系统等来完成部分或者全部的实际操作。 还可 以将从存储介质读出的程序代码写到插入计算机内的扩展板中所设置 的存储器中或者写到与计算机相连接的扩展单元中设置的存储器中, 随 后基于程序代码的指令使安装在扩展板或者扩展单元上的 CPU 等来执 行部分和全部实际操作, 从而实现上述实施例中任一实施例的功能。
用于提供程序代码的存储介质实施例包括软盘、 硬盘、 磁光盘、 光 盘(如 CD-ROM、 CD-R, CD-RW、 DVD-ROM、 DVD-RAM、 DVD-RW, DVD+RW ), 磁带、 非易失性存储卡和 ROM。 可选择地, 可以由通信网 络从服务器计算机上下载程序代码。
综上所述, 权利要求的范围不应局限于以上描述的例子中的实施方 式, 而应当将说明书作为一个整体并给予最宽泛的解释。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
确定需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收 终端;
判断信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片是否发生更新, 如果是, 信 息发出终端将更新后的用户名片发送到该信息接收终端, 或信息发出终 端触发第三方设备向所述信息接收终端传递更新后用户名片;
信息接收终端接收所述更新后用户名片, 并应用所述更新后用户名 片在自身更新用户名片。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 该方法 进一步包括, 在信息发出终端或第三方设备上预先设置需要与信息发出 终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端列表;
所述确定需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息 接收终端包括: 将该信息接收终端列表中的信息接收终端, 确定为需要 与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述确 定需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端 包括:
检索接收过该用户名片的信息接收终端;
将检索出的所述信息接收终端, 确定为需要与信息发出终端上所储 存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述确 定需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端 包括: 从信息发出终端上的多个用户分组中选择需要与信息发出终端上所 储存的用户名片保持同步的分组, 并将该分组中的所有信息发出终端确 定为需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终 端; 和 /或
基于历史通信记录信息, 计算出与信息发出终端的通信密切度大于 预先设置门限值的信息接收终端, 并将所计算出的信息接收终端确定为 需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述信 息发出终端将更新后的用户名片发送到信息接收终端为:
信息发出终端通过数据消息通道或无线消息通道向信息接收终端发 送该更新后用户名片。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的信息接收处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述信 息发出终端触发第三方设备向所述信息接收终端发送更新后用户名片 包括:
信息发出终端向第三方设备发送用户名片更新请求, 在所述用户名 片更新请求中携带有信息接收终端的标识和更新后的用户名片;
第三方设备从该用户名片更新请求中解析出更新后的用户名片和信 息接收终端的标识, 并将所述更新后的用户名片发送到对应该信息接收 终端标识的信息接收终端。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的信息接收处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法 进一步包括:
信息发出终端向第三方设备发送用户名片同步请求;
第三方设备基于该用户名片同步请求, 将自身存储的用户名片与信 息发出终端所存储的用户名片保持同步。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的信息接收处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述信 息发出终端将更新后的用户名片发送到该信息接收终端包括: 信息发出终端查询信息接收终端的信息处理能力;
信息发出终端根据信息接收终端的信息处理能力选择信息通道; 信息发出终端根据所选择的信息通道向信息接收终端发送该更新后 用户名片。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的信息接收处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述信 息发出终端根据信息接收终端的信息处理能力选择信息通道包括: 信息发出终端根据信息接收终端的在线状态选择信息通道; 或 信息发出终端根据信息接收终端的网络状态选择信息通道; 或 信息发出终端根据由信息接收终端的资源处理能力所决定的自身状 态选择信息通道。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述 在该更新后用户名片中解析出所包含的用户身份标识;
检索包含有该用户身份标识的旧用户名片, 并用该更新后用户名片 替换所述旧用户名片。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 该方 法进一步包括:
判断该更新后用户名片是否为全部更新, 如果是, 则计算该更新后 用户名片与已有用户旧名片的相似程度, 确定出最相似的用户旧名片; 利用该更新后用户名片替换该最相似的用户旧名片; 或判断该用户 名片与已有用户旧名片的相似程度是否超过了预先设置的相似程度门 限值, 如果是, 则用该更新后用户名片替换该最相似的用户旧名片。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户名片更新方法, 其特征在于, 进一 步包括: 判断该更新后用户名片是否为全部更新, 如果不是, 在该更新后用 户名片中解析出所包含的用户身份标识, 检索包含有该用户身份标识的 旧用户名片, 并用该更新后用户名片替换该旧用户名片。
13、 一种用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括信息发出终 端和信息接收终端, 其中:
信息发出终端, 用于确定需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片 保持同步的信息接收终端; 判断所储存的用户名片是否发生更新, 如果 是, 将更新后的用户名片发送到该信息接收终端, 或触发第三方设备向 所述信息接收终端传递更新后用户名片;
信息接收终端, 用于接收所述更新后用户名片, 并应用所述更新后 用户名片在自身更新用户名片。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于检索接收过该用户名片的信息接收终端, 并将 检索出的所述信息接收终端, 确定为需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用 户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于从信息发出终端上的多个用户分组中选择需要 与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的分组, 并将该分组中的 所有信息发出终端确定为需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保 持同步的信息接收终端; 和 /或
基于历史通信记录信息, 计算出与信息发出终端的通信密切度大于 预先设置门限值的信息接收终端, 并将所计算出的信息接收终端确定为 需要与信息发出终端上所储存的用户名片保持同步的信息接收终端。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于接收用户输入以获取更新后用户名片, 或从第 四方设备接收所述更新后用户名片, 并通过数据消息通道或无线消息通 道向信息接收终端发送该更新后用户名片。
17、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于向第三方设备发送用户名片更新请求, 在所述 用户名片更新请求中携带有信息接收终端的标识和更新后的用户名片; 第三方设备, 用于从该用户名片更新请求中解析出更新后的用户名 片和信息接收终端的标识, 并将所述更新后的用户名片发送到对应该信 息接收终端标识的信息接收终端。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于向第三方设备发送用户名片同步请求; 第三方设备, 用于基于该用户名片同步请求, 将自身存储的用户名 片与信息发出终端所存储的用户名片保持同步。
19、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于接收用户输入以获取更新后用户名片, 或从第 四方设备接收所述更新后用户名片, 查询信息接收终端的信息处理能 力, 根据信息接收终端的信息处理能力自动选择信息通, 并根据所选择 的信息通道向信息接收终端发送该更新后用户名片。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于根据信息接收终端的在线状态选择信息通道; 或根据信息接收终端的网络状态选择信息通道; 或根据由信息接收终端 的资源处理能力所决定的自身状态选择信息通道。
21、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息接收终端, 用于在该更新后用户名片中解析出所包含的用户身 份标识, 检索包含有该用户身份标识的旧用户名片, 并用该更新后用户 名片替换该旧用户名片。
22、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于判断该更新后用户名片是否为全部更新, 如果 是, 则计算该用户名片与已有用户旧名片的相似程度, 确定出最相似的 用户旧名片, 并判断该用户名片与已有用户旧名片的相似程度是否超过 了预先设置的相似程度门限值, 如果是, 则用该更新后用户名片替换该 最相似的用户旧名片, 或直接利用该更新后用户名片替换该最相似的用 户旧名片。
23、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户名片更新系统, 其特征在于, 信息发出终端, 用于判断该更新后用户名片是否为全部更新, 如果 不是, 在该更新后用户名片中解析出所包含的用户身份标识, 检索包含 有该用户身份标识的旧用户名片, 并用该更新后用户名片替换该旧用户 名片。
