一种冲饮机,包括自上而下安装于机体的加热装置、冲泡装置,以及可限位搁置一保温杯在其上并与该机体连体的底座,其中,该加热装置包括蓄水部及其底部设有的加热器,该冲泡装置包括连接所述加热装置的进水管和该冲泡装置底部设有的出水管,以及该保温杯是双层真空断热材质成型,包括杯体和杯盖,所述杯盖设有把手和出水口,所述把手设有开关按钮,所述出水口与该把手对应设置,藉由此等形状、结构及其结合,实现了该冲饮机的设计构造。

Description

一种冲饮机 技术领域
本发明创造涉及一种冲饮机,尤其是指一种附有防氧化功能之保温杯的冲饮机。
背景技术
现有的冲饮泡茶机在泡茶机本体上设置冲杯,热水流进冲茶内冲泡茶叶,而冲茶杯内的过滤网自动将茶法和茶叶分开。但在使用这种泡茶机泡好茶后,必须及时将茶汁倒出,否则将茶叶和茶汁忘记分离会导致茶变苦;并且如果将茶汁倒出,饮用者必须在短时间内喝完,否则茶汁变凉后即被氧化而不能饮用,使用这种泡茶机非常麻烦。
技术问题
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造的主要目的在于提供一种附有防氧化功能之保温杯的冲饮机。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的,本发明创造应用的技术是:一种冲饮机,包括自上而下安装于机体的加热装置、冲泡装置,以及可限位搁置一保温杯在其上并与该机体连体的底座,其中,该加热装置包括蓄水部及其底部设有的加热器,该冲泡装置包括连接所述加热装置的进水管和该冲泡装置底部设有的出水管,以及该保温杯是双层真空断热材质成型,包括杯体和杯盖,所述杯盖设有把手和出水口,所述把手设有开关按钮,所述出水口与该把手对应设置。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述杯盖进一步包括进水口及其向下连通于杯体容腔的连接管,以及配合开启/关闭该连接管的电磁阀,当所述保温杯搁置于所述底座时该电磁阀经电源线与该底座上设有的导电干簧导通。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述电源线包覆于所述把手中,其一端连接所述电磁阀,另一端连接该把手底端设有的呈凹陷状露出的导电部。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述电源线包覆于所述杯体中,其一端连接所述电磁阀,另一端连接该杯体底部设有的呈凹陷状露出的导电部。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述冲泡装置稍下位置进一步设有向保温杯冲茶的开关装置。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述开关装置包括电磁阀,该电磁阀具有横担及其连体的阀门和制动部,所述阀门抵接所述冲泡装置的出水管,所述制动部固定于所述机体,所述横担垂直延伸有顶持部。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述保温杯进一步包括设于杯盖的顶杆部及其经横杆连接的入口阀门,所述顶杆部是与所述顶持部顶持并作双向顶开的制动机构,所述入口阀门与所述连接管是可结合为一体的配套机构。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述机体进一步包括垂直于所述底座的后侧板,在该后侧板相对于底座的自由端平行于该底座设置有顶板。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述冲泡装置,固定于后侧板的中间位置,相对于所述加热装置和所述底座之间呈悬空态势设置。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述导电部与所述底座的导电干簧抵接。
有益效果
方便使用、保温时间长,且具有防氧化功能。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明创造之实施方式做更详细的说明,使熟习该项技艺者在研读本说明书后能据以实施。
请参阅图1所示,本发明创造提供一种冲饮机,该冲饮机包括直立的机体10及其支撑安装的加热装置20、冲泡装置30,其中:
该机体10,包括后侧板11及其两自由端垂直连接的底座12和顶板13,所述顶板13与所述底座12呈平行态势设置,藉此便形成了未封口状的直立的机体10,在本发明创造之实施例中,所述底座12在其一侧设有操控界面14;
该加热装置20,吊装于所述顶板13下方,包括蓄水部21及其该蓄水部21底部设有的加热器22,以及
该冲泡装置30,固定于后侧板11的中间位置,相对于所述加热装置20和所述底座12之间形成悬空态势,并包括连接所述加热装置20的进水管31和该冲泡装置30底部设有的出水管32。
请继续参阅图1并结合参阅图2所示,本发明创造提供一种冲饮机,该冲饮机进一步包括可置于所述底座12上方的保温杯40,所述保温杯采用双层真空断热材质,包括杯体41和杯盖42,以及与杯盖42连体的把手43和出水口44,所述出水口44与该把手43对应设置;在本发明创造之实施例中,所述杯盖42进一步包括进水口421向下连通于杯体41之容腔411的连接管422,以及配合该连接管422开启/关闭的DC电磁阀423;
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述电磁阀423连接的电源线424经所述把手43包覆,其把手43底端暴露有与该电源线424连通的导电部4241,所述导电部4241是为抵接所述底座12上设有的导电干簧15的配套机构。
请继续参阅图1并结合参阅图3所示,所述电磁阀423连接的电源线424经所述杯体41包覆,并延伸至该杯体41底部与暴露出的导电部4241连接,该暴露的导电部4241可与所述底座12上设有的导电干簧15抵接。
请再参阅图1所示,所述把手43进一步包括按钮开关431,当倒水时,按下该按钮开关431便可倒出水来,放开该按钮开关431即可关闭,即便保温杯40倾倒,杯中的水也不会自然流出。
请参阅图4并结合图5所示,一种冲饮机,在其所述冲泡装置30稍下位置,进一步设有向保温杯40冲茶的开关装置50,所述开关装置50包括电磁阀51,该电磁阀51具有横担511连体的阀门512和制动部513,所述阀门512抵接所述冲泡装置30的出水管32,所述制动部513固定于所述后侧板11,在该横担511近离所述出水管32处向下垂直伸延顶持部514,该顶持部514是为顶住该保温杯40上设有的顶杆部441而为的配合机构;在本发明创造之实施例中,所述保温杯40的顶杆部441经一横杆442向连接管422一侧垂直延伸并结合该连接管422设有入口阀门443,操作时,当将保温杯40放置于所述底座12上方时,该顶持部514将会对准并抵动所述顶杆部441,藉此与上述开关装置50便形成了将保温杯40放置冲水时的联合双向开启,以及将保温杯40拿开时的分别关闭的控制开关。
综上,仅为本发明创造之实施例,并非藉此来限制本发明创造之上述权利范围,凡依本发明创造之精神所作的简易修饰及等效变化的设计,应涵盖于以下之申请专利的权利范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冲饮机,包括自上而下安装于机体的加热装置、冲泡装置,以及可限位搁置一保温杯在其上并与该机体连体的底座,其特征在于,该加热装置包括蓄水部及其底部设有的加热器,该冲泡装置包括连接所述加热装置的进水管和该冲泡装置底部设有的出水管,以及该保温杯是双层真空断热材质成型,包括杯体和杯盖,所述杯盖设有把手和出水口,所述把手设有开关按钮,所述出水口与该把手对应设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述杯盖进一步包括进水口及其向下连通于杯体容腔的连接管,以及配合开启/关闭该连接管的电磁阀,当所述保温杯搁置于所述底座时该电磁阀经电源线与该底座上设有的导电干簧导通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述电源线包覆于所述把手中,其一端连接所述电磁阀,另一端连接该把手底端设有的呈凹陷状露出的导电部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述电源线包覆于所述杯体中,其一端连接所述电磁阀,另一端连接该杯体底部设有的呈凹陷状露出的导电部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述冲泡装置稍下位置进一步设有向保温杯冲茶的开关装置。
  6. 据权利要求5所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括电磁阀,该电磁阀具有横担及其连体的阀门和制动部,所述阀门抵接所述冲泡装置的出水管,所述制动部固定于所述机体,所述横担垂直延伸有顶持部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述保温杯进一步包括设于杯盖的顶杆部及其经横杆连接的入口阀门,所述顶杆部是与所述顶持部顶持并作双向顶开的制动机构,所述入口阀门与所述连接管是可结合为一体的配套机构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述机体进一步包括垂直于所述底座的后侧板,在该后侧板相对于底座的自由端平行于该底座设置有顶板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述冲泡装置,固定于后侧板的中间位置,相对于所述加热装置和所述底座之间呈悬空态势设置。
  10. 根据权利要求3或4所述的冲饮机,其特征在于,所述导电部与所述底座的导电干簧抵接。
