技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤涉及一种清洁肠道可视肛管及其导入方法。
背景技术
清洁肠道是结直肠术前常规护理准备,肠道清洁的程度可直接影响手术操作的效果。而清洁灌肠是常用清洁肠道的护理操作方法,此操作方法是通过一根肛管经肛门直接灌入液体,软化粪块,刺激肠蠕动,促进排便,彻底清除滞留在肠道中的粪便,肠道清洁的程度直接影响手术操作。
根据人体解剖生理特点,肛管长约3~4cm,直肠长约12~15cm,乙状结肠长约40~50cm,直肠是受刺激较敏感的部位,而结肠敏感性较直肠差。正常人的直肠内通常是没有粪便的,粪便一般在乙状结肠内储存,当肠蠕动时粪便排入直肠,直肠壁受到机械性刺激就会引起排便反射。
目前临床上普遍使用的肛管长度较短,且不易观察和控制插入深度,一般插入深度为15~20cm,使药物仅作用于直肠,药液达不到乙状结肠以上的高位,直肠壁受到粪便或灌肠液的刺激后很容易发生冲动,引起强烈的排便反射,特别是老年人更容易引起灌肠液外溢现象,达不到清洁肠道的效果。
近年来,临床上探索将肛管插入深度增至30
cm,肛管位置达乙状结肠中段,避免了刺激直肠引起排便反射,增加药物接触面积,使药液在肠内保留时间显著延长,提高了作用效果。但由于其直径较粗,质地较硬,插入时阻力大,病人常难以忍受;乙状结肠弯曲较多,当肛管插入较深时,盲目操作易损伤肠壁;若在肠镜或无痛肠镜下引导,又增加病人经济负担。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种清洁肠道可视肛管。
本发明还提供了一种清洁肠道可视肛管的导入方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:

- 根据权利要求2所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述一次性护套为聚亚安酯护套。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述肛管管体为硅胶软管。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述内窥镜包括前端的探头、可弯曲的颈部和后端的手柄,所述可弯曲的颈部连接探头和手柄。
- 根据权利要求5所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述探头上设有照明装置,所述手柄上设有用于显示探头拍摄的图像的显示器。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述肛管管体的直径为4~6mm。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的清洁肠道可视肛管,其特征在于:所述肛管管体的清洗出口设于肛管管体侧面,并在内窥镜穿插至肛管管体前端的位置设有拍摄窗口。
- 一种如权利要求1所述清洁肠道可视肛管的导入方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:S1. 将内窥镜的探头从 肛管管体 后端的注液口插入至其前端清洗出口;S2. 将装配好的清洁肠道可视肛管从患者肛门插入,并逐步向人体推入肛管管体;S3. 通过内窥镜观察肛管管体前端的位置,当肛管管体前端到达乙状结肠时停止推入;S4. 从肛管管体抽出内窥镜,完成清洁肠道可视肛管的导入。
- 10 、根据权利要求9所述的导入方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤S1中 将内窥镜的探头插入 肛管管体前还包括以下步骤:S0. 在内窥镜拟插入肛管管体的部分套上一次性护套。
