Abstract
La présente invention porte sur une construction et sur une configuration spécifiques d'un module d'échangeur de chaleur et sur un agencement spécifique de divers modules de ces modules, produisant en résultat un ensemble d'échangeur de chaleur qui produit des effets synergiques et bénéfiques dans un processus d'évaporation. Dans la présente invention, des vapeurs ou une chaleur à basse température, qui ont un volume spécifique très élevé, peuvent être utilisées pour l'ébullition de jus à basse température ou de tout autre liquide/fluide, grâce à la nouvelle conception de l'ensemble d'échangeurs de chaleur. Un module unique d'échangeur de chaleur comprend un ensemble de plaques et un séparateur d'entraînement disposés selon une configuration horizontale. Un grand nombre de tels modules réunis en série ou en parallèle constituent un ensemble d'échangeur de chaleur modulaire.
