带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆 技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺丝批头驱动杆,更确切地说一种带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆。
背景技术
现有的带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,专利号为 US 6,321,626 的美国专利,驱动杆与伸缩杆并不是一体化设计,稳定性不是很好,且增加了生产成本,且结构连接较为复杂。
发明内容
由于现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提出一种带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其可以有效解决现有技术的上述问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其包括驱动杆、伸缩杆、固定座,所述伸缩杆套设于所述驱动杆内,所述伸缩杆顶端固定所述固定座,且所述固定座为磁性固定座 , 所述驱动杆前端设固定卡座,通过该固定卡座固定螺丝批头及所述固定座。
所述固定卡座包括一固定螺丝批头的第一固定卡座及一固定所述固定座的第二固定卡座,所述第一固定卡座的底部与所述第二固定卡座连接。
所述第二固定卡座设有一锥形尾端。
所述螺丝批头为六角螺丝批头。
本发明具有以下优点:
结构紧凑,稳定性好,磁性头的伸缩方便容易。

具体实施方式

如图 1 至图 3 所示,带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其包括驱动杆 1 、伸缩杆 2 、固定座 3 ,伸缩杆 2 套设于驱动杆 1 内,伸缩杆 2 顶端固定固定座 3 ,且固定座 3 为磁性固定座。驱动杆前端设有固定卡座 11 ,通过该固定卡座 11 固定螺丝批头 4 及固定座 3 。固定座 3 设有一锥形尾端 31 ,固定卡座 11 底部与锥形尾端 31 相匹配。
所述固定卡座包括一固定螺丝批头的第一固定卡座及一固定所述固定座的第二固定卡座,所述第一固定卡座的底部与所述第二固定卡座连接。
本发明中,伸缩杆由若干相互套接的相互套接的套管套接构成,最内层套管的顶端固定固定座,且最外层套管的卡扣于驱动杆内部,防止伸缩杆抽拉时,伸缩杆滑出驱动杆。
如图 4 至图 6 所示,其为本发明的另一实施例的结构示意图。带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,包括驱动杆 1 、伸缩杆 2 、固定座 3 ,伸缩杆 2 套设于驱动杆 1 内部,且伸缩杆 2 由若干相互套接的套管相互套接构成,且驱动杆的外部套设有一手柄 5 。
驱动杆的外侧设有若干限位凸起 12 ,手柄 5 上设有限位槽,所述限位凸起可滑入到限位槽内,可以对驱动杆起到一定的限位作用,防止使用时滑动,方便使用。
本发明的工作原理为:
当用做螺丝批头手柄时,整个伸缩杆 2 就会退回到驱动杆 1 内,固定座 3 退回到固定卡座 11 的第二固定卡座内,固定座的顶部与第二固定卡座的顶部相平,且通过第二固定卡座 11 限位,防止退回到驱动杆 1 内,此时可将螺丝批头 4 放入到固定卡座 11 的第一固定卡座内,此时就可以当做螺丝批头手柄使用,由于固定座 3 具有磁性,固定座 3 完全贴合螺丝批头 4 ,使螺丝批头 4 不易自行脱离驱动杆 1 ,且固定座 3 的锥形尾端 31 会紧贴紧驱动杆的固定卡座 11 ,既有良好的定位,同时增强的螺丝批的轴向推力;当用做探头时,可以将伸缩杆 2 拉出,由于固定座 3 是磁铁制成,可以用以吸取散落的铁质螺丝或铁质螺丝批头。
驱动杆同收缩杆一体设计:本设计采取将驱动杆 1 作为收缩杆的最外层,使驱动杆 1 同收缩杆变成不可分割的完整构件。结构紧凑,稳定性好,具有磁性的固定头的伸缩方便容易。
本发明中固定座 3 整体为多棱柱体,其外形与固定卡座 11 的外形相匹配。

Claims (1)

  1. 1、 一种带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其特征在于,其包括驱动杆、伸缩杆、固定座,所述伸缩杆套设于所述驱动杆内,所述伸缩杆顶端固定所述固定座,且所述固定座为磁性固定座 , 所述驱动杆前端设固定卡座,通过该固定卡座固定螺丝批头及所述固定座。
    2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其特征在于,所述固定卡座包括一固定螺丝批头的第一固定卡座及一固定所述固定座的第二固定卡座,所述第一固定卡座的底部与所述第二固定卡座连接。
    3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其特征在于,所述第二固定卡座设有一锥形尾端。
    4、 根据权利要求 1 至 3 中任意一项所述的带伸缩杆的批头驱动杆,其特征在于,所述螺丝批头为六角螺丝批头。
