一种电缆连接结构 技术领域
本实用新型属于电缆线路连接设备领域,尤其涉及一种电缆线路连接结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,电缆线路连接方式一般采用插接固定连接方式,所谓插接固定连接方式通常是将需要连接的电缆连接端一端制作成母插头,另外一端制作成公插头,需要连接之时将公插头端插入母插头中完成连接,而在通电使用时间较长后,在电缆连接端容易吸附灰尘,最严重的是非常容易产生放电现象,连接端处放电导致绝缘皮碳化从而漏电,容易产生电击事故,亦或是由于放电现象产生火灾,对安全生产安全用电产生极大威胁。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电缆连接结构,旨在解决现有技术中连接方式存在安全隐患的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种电缆连接结构,包括需要连接的第一电缆和第二电缆,所述第一电缆的连接端设为母插铜套,所述母插铜套外围设有母插头,所述第二电缆的连接端设为公插铜套,所述公插铜套外围设有公插头,所述公插铜套外径与所述母插铜套内径相同,所述公插头内径大于或者等于所述母插铜套的外径,所述公插头的外径小于或者等于母插头内径。
进一步地,所述母插头外表面设有螺纹,所述公插头外围套有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母内设有可与所述母插头的螺纹扣合的内螺纹,所述锁紧螺母后端设有限位环,所述公插头上设有可阻挡所述限位环的限位台。
进一步地,所述母插头连接端部与所述公插头的限位台之间设有密封圈。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺母外表面设有与内螺纹相垂直的第一防滑纹。
进一步地,所述母插头的螺纹后部设有与所述螺纹相垂直的第二防滑纹。
进一步地,所述母插头的螺纹与所述第二防滑纹之间设有旋转限位台。
进一步地,所述母插铜套后部设有防滑凸环。
进一步地,所述公插铜套后部设有防滑凸环。
有益效果
依借上述技术方案,将第一电缆与第二电缆连接之时,所述第二电缆的公插铜套与所述第一电缆的母插铜套配合连接,所述公插铜套置入所述母插铜套内腔内,所述母插铜套置入所述公插头内壁与所述公插铜套外壁之间的空腔内,所述公插头置入所述母插头内壁与所述母插铜套外壁之间的空腔中,所述第二电缆与第一电缆连接成功后,所述公插头与母插头均采用绝缘材质制成,通过公插头与母插头重叠保护公插铜套与母插铜套的连接部位,使导电连接部位没有直接外露缝隙,降低吸附灰尘的几率,避免产生漏电情况,起到了安全保护的作用。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种电缆连接结构,包括需要连接的第一电缆1和第二电缆2,所述第一电缆1的连接端设为母插铜套3,所述母插铜套3外围设有母插头5,所述第二电缆2的连接端设为公插铜套4,所述公插铜套4外围设有公插头6,所述公插铜套4外径与所述母插铜套3内径相同,所述公插头6内径大于或者等于所述母插铜套3的外径,所述公插头6的外径小于或者等于母插头5内径,依借上述技术方案,将第一电缆1与第二电缆2连接之时,所述第二电缆2的公插铜套4与所述第一电缆1的母插铜套3配合连接,所述公插铜套4置入所述母插铜套3内腔内,所述母插铜套3置入所述公插头6内壁与所述公插铜套4外壁之间的空腔内,所述公插头6置入所述母插头5内壁与所述母插铜套3外壁之间的空腔中,所述第二电缆2与第一电缆1连接成功后,所述公插头6与母插头5均采用绝缘材质制成,通过公插头6与母插头5重叠保护公插铜套4与母插铜套3的连接部位,使导电连接部位没有直接外露缝隙,减少吸附灰尘的几率,避免产生漏电情况,起到了安全保护的作用。
为了能够将公插头6与母插头5紧锁固定连接,在所述母插头5外表面设有螺纹52,所述公插头6外围套有锁紧螺母8,所述锁紧螺母8内设有可与所述母插头5的螺纹52扣合的内螺纹82,所述锁紧螺母8后端设有限位环81,所述公插头6上设有可阻挡所述限位环81的限位台61,当两电缆连接后,所述锁紧螺母8扣合母插头5上的螺纹52,旋转锁紧,紧锁螺母8后端设有的限位环81受到所述限位台61的阻挡,可将公插头6和母插头5固定连接更加紧密。
为了能够防止两条电缆连接部灰尘或者潮湿的水汽侵入,在所述母插头5连接端部与所述公插头6的限位台61之间设有密封圈7,当锁紧螺母8施力将母插头5向公插头6运动的时候,挤紧了密封圈7,使连接缝隙得到密封。
为了增大操作人员操作紧锁螺母8旋转过程中的摩擦力,进一步地,所述锁紧螺母8外表面设有与内螺纹82相垂直的第一防滑纹83,所述母插头5的螺纹52后部设有与所述螺纹52相垂直的第二防滑纹53,旋转紧锁螺母8的过程中,所述母插头5的螺纹52与所述第二防滑纹53之间设有旋转限位台51,可以给操作者的手指一个固定顶力,方便更好的操作,另外,所述母插铜套3后部设有第一防滑凸环31,所述公插铜套4后部设有第二防滑凸环41,当生产过程中,能够更好的使母插铜套3、公插铜套4分别与母插头5、公插头6更好结合,所述母插头5和公插头6均采用绝缘材料,通常绝缘胶体为常用材料,将母插头5和公插头6分别装配到母插铜套3、公插铜套4之上,使用过程中能够起到将两者固定作用,防止脱离。

  1. 一种电缆连接结构,包括需要连接的第一电缆和第二电缆,其特征在于,所述第一电缆的连接端设为母插铜套,所述母插铜套外围设有母插头,所述第二电缆的连接端设为公插铜套,所述公插铜套外围设有公插头,所述公插铜套外径与所述母插铜套内径相同,所述公插头内径大于或者等于所述母插铜套的外径,所述公插头的外径小于或者等于母插头内径。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电缆连接结构,其特征在于,所述母插头外表面设有螺纹,所述公插头外围套有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母内设有可与所述母插头的螺纹扣合的内螺纹,所述锁紧螺母后端设有限位环,所述公插头上设有可阻挡所述限位环的限位台。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电缆连接结构,其特征在于,所述母插头连接端部与所述公插头的限位台之间设有密封圈。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电缆连接结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母外表面设有与内螺纹相垂直的第一防滑纹。

  7. 如权利要求1-6所述的电缆连接结构,其特征在于,所述母插铜套后部设有防滑凸环。
