Abstract

The invention relates to a device for immobilising a criminal, to a production method and to a method for the use of said device. The concept is based on the fact that, when pressure is applied to the tendons of the wrist, the hand closes into a semi-fist, becoming extremely sensitive, and at this point, the person being held surrenders. In the lower body, a sliding angle moves through the support which contains a fixed piston rod, and the rear part of the lower body contains a hard spring providing the push. The solid body also comprises a locking element that fixes the sliding angle in place, and the lower body contains a lever including a transverse axle that actuates a locking element with a return spring. The transverse axle comprises a lever recovery spring, and the rear part of the lower body houses a pincer bearing a tooth that pivots in a small spring. Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Dispositivo para paralizar, detener e inmovilizar a un delincuente, método de fabricación y procedimiento de uso, de manera segura y sin dañar la integridad física del detenido, CARACTERIZADO por estar constituido de un cuerpo sólido mecanizado, que consta de una parte superior y una inferior, dicha parte superior alberga un pistón deslizante, por el interior de un buje (21) y esto a su vez es conductor de una cara (2) que actúa como elemento de presión; el pistón (1) es accionado por un resorte (47) a través de una ranura (51) que sirve de guía al pistón (1); previo manejo de un disparador (4) dotado de resorte para el retorno automático del mismo; un censor (3) que pivotea en la parte posterior del pistón (1) que incluye un resorte recuperador de posición (46); en el cuerpo inferior un ángulo deslizante (28) se traslada a través de un soporte (26) que en su interior contiene un vástago fijo (9) y en la parte posterior un resorte duro (27) que le da el impulso, también incluye un trabador (29) que mantiene detenido a dicho ángulo deslizante (28); en el mismo cuerpo inferior una caja de mecanismo (15) contiene palanca (11) que incluye un eje transversal (13), que acciona un trabador (36) con un resorte de retorno (38), el eje transversal (13) consta de un resorte recuperador de palanca (41), en la parte posterior de dicho cuerpo inferior se aloja una tijera (35) que lleva osado un diente (16) que pivota un resorte pequeño (18), a su vez la tijera (35) en su parte frontal consta de un resorte patrón (45) que oscila en el eje (13) de una chapa móvil (12), el extremo posterior de la tijera (35) consta con un seguro de ventana que se afianza con el fijador (30) del ángulo deslizante. 1.- Device to paralyze, stop and immobilize a criminal, manufacturing method and procedure of use, safely and without damaging the physical integrity of the detainee, CHARACTERIZED for being constituted of a mechanized solid body, consisting of a top and a lower one, said upper part houses a sliding piston, inside a bushing (21) and this in turn is a conductor of a face (2) that acts as a pressure element; the piston (1) is driven by a spring (47) through a groove (51) that guides the piston (1); prior operation of a trigger (4) equipped with a spring for automatic return thereof; a sensor (3) that pivots at the rear of the piston (1) that includes a position recovery spring (46); in the lower body a sliding angle (28) moves through a support (26) that contains a fixed stem (9) inside and in the back a hard spring (27) that gives the impulse, also includes a lock (29) holding said sliding angle (28) stopped; in the same lower body a mechanism box (15) contains lever (11) that includes a transverse axis (13), which drives a latch (36) with a return spring (38), the transverse axis (13) consists of a lever recovery spring (41), on the back of said lower body there is a scissor (35) that carries a tooth (16) that pivots a small spring (18), in turn the scissors (35) in Its front part consists of a pattern spring (45) that oscillates on the axis (13) of a mobile plate (12), the rear end of the scissors (35) consists of a window lock that is secured with the fixator (30 ) of the sliding angle.
