Abstract
A method and a device (1) for examination of a biological sample liquid, in particular for determination of microorganisms such as coliform bacteria, such as e.g. E. coli, wherein the sample liquid is conducted through an in particular photometric measuring device (2) having an excitation appliance and a detector appliance, wherein the sample liquid is divided into defined sample volumes which are conducted in succession through a measuring chamber (3) of the measuring device (2), wherein the sample volumes are examined one at a time.
