Description

Massage unit and footwear provided with the same
The present invention relates to a massage unit, and more particularly to a massage unit that is used by being attached to a plurality of various articles such as a footwear bottom and a belt. Moreover, it is related with the footwear provided with this massage unit.
Conventionally, as a massage device, Patent Document 1 discloses a shoe having a protrusion on a shoe sole. In the sole for foot pressure shoe 10 of Patent Document 1, an acupressure body 18 in which a base portion 16 and an upper projection 17 are fitted into an insertion hole 14 formed in a shoe sole 12 is attached (FIG. 1). reference).
Patent Document 2 discloses a drawing of a shoe in which a protruding magnet weight is attached to the shoe sole (see FIG. 9 (a)). In FIG. 9A of Patent Document 2, a magnet weight 404 is bonded to the hole-type weight base 801 provided on the upper shoe sole 8 ′ by the adhesive 12.
Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a shoe in which a Satsuma protrusion is arranged on the shoe sole. The Satsuma protrusion 10 described in Patent Document 3 has a spring 12 disposed therein and is used by being attached to a fixed seat 13 provided on a shoe sole (see FIG. 3). When the user wears these shoes, the elastic projection 10 moves up and down due to the elasticity of the spring 12, and the sole of the user is massaged. In addition, several fitting seats 11 are provided on the periphery of the Satsuma projection 10, and a projecting edge 14 is provided at the upper end of the fixed seat 13, and the Satsuma projection 10 jumps from the fixed seat 13 due to the elasticity of the spring 12. It is configured so that it cannot be put out.
Patent Document 4 discloses a shoe in which a massage stick is installed on the shoe sole. In the shoe of Patent Document 2, a plurality of joint holes 51 are provided in the shoe body 50, and a massage rod 55 is attached to each joint hole 51 (see FIG. 6). The massage bar 55 is provided with a round tension bar 56, and the tension bar 56 is supported by a spring so as to be stretchable.

However, the prior art of Patent Document 1 cannot be adapted to the shape of the sole because the acupressure body attached to the shoe sole is integrally formed with the base and the upper protrusion, and cannot be adjusted to the shape of the sole. The load is not absorbed and a strong force is applied to the sole from the protrusion. Therefore, if this is worn for a long time, the sole becomes very painful.
In addition, the prior art of Patent Document 2 is that the magnet weight attached to the shoe sole does not expand and contract similarly to the above, so it cannot be matched to the shape of the sole, and the load applied when walking is not absorbed, It will receive a strong force on the soles. In addition, since the strength of the magnet is not high, there is a high possibility that the magnet is broken due to a load when it is attached in such a bare state. Furthermore, when the magnet is in an exposed state, it receives a load from various directions, and the magnet is more easily broken.
Further, the prior arts of Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4 have an effect of promoting blood circulation by a magnetic force at the same time, although there is a massage effect, because the massage protrusion or the massage rod attached to the shoe sole has no massage. There is nothing. Moreover, since these Satsuma processus | protrusions and a massage stick are the structures which move to a circumferential direction with respect to a fixed seat etc., there is a possibility that a Satsuma procession or a massage stick may shift to the circumference direction when walking. If it does so, the upper surface of a Satsuma processus or a massage stick will shift, and while a user will feel uncomfortable, it will receive a various load from an up-and-down direction, a peripheral direction, and other directions, and it will be easy to be damaged.
Therefore, even if a magnet is arranged inside the Satsuma protrusion of Patent Document 3 or the massage rod of Patent Document 4, if the magnet is loaded from various directions, the magnet may be damaged. In particular, since the strength of a magnet is not high, when a load is applied from such various directions, it may be damaged immediately.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points. Using an elastic member, it is possible to suppress an excessive load from being applied to the sole, and to regulate the load direction applied to the magnet, thereby suppressing the breakage of the magnet. The purpose is to provide a massage unit.
In order to solve the above problems, a massage unit according to the present invention includes a first cylindrical body that is open at the top and has a bottom portion at the bottom, and a closing portion that is open at the bottom and has a curved upper surface. And in the axial direction of the first and second cylindrical bodies between the second cylindrical body slidably attached to the first cylindrical body and the bottom portion and the closing portion. An elastic member disposed along the magnet, and a magnet disposed between the elastic member and the closing portion,
The first cylindrical body has a side portion extending upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom portion, and a long hole provided in the side portion at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction along the axial direction. The second cylindrical body has a side portion extending downward from a peripheral edge of the closing portion, and a protrusion that fits and slides in the long hole in the lower side in the axial direction on the side portion. It is characterized by.
According to this configuration, since the elastic member is arranged in the massage unit, the second cylindrical body slides up and down relative to the first cylindrical body in response to a load and pressurization. Thereby, a person can be moderately pressurized. Moreover, since the upper surface of the closing part of the second cylindrical body has a curved surface, there is no corner and it is not painful. As described above, excessive fatigue and pain when the user uses for a long time is suppressed. Furthermore, since the magnet is arranged inside the massage unit, in addition to massage by pressure, blood circulation promotion and stiffness can be eased by the magnetic effect.
Moreover, while the projection part of a 2nd cylindrical body fits in the long hole of a 1st cylindrical body, while a 2nd cylindrical body slides smoothly with respect to a 1st cylindrical body, The second cylindrical body is prevented from coming off from the first cylindrical body. Further, since the protrusion fits into the elongated hole and slides in the vertical direction, the second cylindrical body can be prevented from shifting in the circumferential direction with respect to the first cylindrical body, and the upper surface of the second cylindrical body Can be kept constant, and the load applied to the magnet is defined in the vertical direction to suppress the load from an unexpected direction such as a circumferential direction or an oblique direction, thereby suppressing breakage of the magnet.
Here, “elastic member” refers to, for example, a metallic or resinous coil spring or rubber. In addition, when using a coil spring for an elastic member, it is good to provide the protrusion which positions a coil spring in the center of the bottom part of a 1st cylindrical body. The “predetermined interval in the circumferential direction” is, for example, 180 degrees, 120 degrees, and 90 degrees. Other intervals may be used.
In the massage unit according to claim 2, the second cylindrical body further includes a notch provided at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction along the axial direction from the lower end of the side portion. It is characterized by.
According to this configuration, since the cutout is formed in the second cylindrical body, the side portion is divided into a plurality of portions below, so that the divided side portions are bent inward, It is easy to attach to one cylindrical body. In addition, when the first cylindrical body is attached to the second cylindrical body and used, when the second cylindrical body slides up and down, the second cylindrical body bends, You can escape power.
In the massage unit according to claim 3, the magnet has a magnetic flux density of 1000 to 7000 gauss, the closing portion is hemispherical, and the distance between the upper surface of the magnet and the hemispherical apex is 0.5 to The magnetic flux density at the apex of the hemisphere is 350 to 2000 gauss.
According to this configuration, the massage unit can be used as a medical instrument by setting the magnetic flux density around the massage unit in the range of 350 to 2000 gauss. Further, if the distance between the upper surface of the magnet and the hemispherical apex of the closing portion is smaller than 0.5 mm, it is not preferable in terms of strength, and if it is larger than 5 mm, it is necessary to use a magnet having a large magnetic flux density, resulting in high cost. It becomes. The distance between the upper surface of the magnet and the hemispherical apex of the closing portion is more preferably 1 to 3 mm, and even more preferably 2 mm. In addition, a magnet with a magnetic flux density of 2000 to 5000 gauss is preferable. As the magnet, a neodymium magnet, a ferrite magnet, a samarium cobalt magnet, an alnico magnet or the like is used. The neodymium magnet is preferably a neodymium magnet. The neodymium magnet has a high magnetic flux density and is hard and hard to break. Therefore, a small-sized magnet can be used when it is placed on the massage unit, and the strength is high and suitable. It is.
The massage unit according to claim 4 may be provided with a small hole in the closing portion.
According to this configuration, a deodorant or the like can be used in the small holes. In addition, one small hole may be sufficient and multiple may be sufficient.
A footwear according to a fifth aspect includes a plurality of massage units according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein a plurality of fitting holes into which the first cylindrical body is fitted are provided on an upper surface of the footwear bottom. The plurality of massage units are respectively attached to the fitting holes, and the closing portion protrudes from the upper surface of the footwear bottom.
According to this configuration, by providing a plurality of fitting holes on the bottom of the footwear, and attaching a massage unit to the fitting hole, the user wearing this footwear can massage the sole of the foot just by walking, , Blood circulation promotion and stiffness can be eased by magnetic effect. In particular, if the massage unit according to claim 2 is used, it can also be used as medical footwear.
The footwear according to claim 6 is characterized in that the fitting hole is provided at a position corresponding to a point on the sole of a person.
According to this configuration, the user can obtain an acupoint pushing effect simply by walking while wearing footwear.
In the footwear according to claim 7, the plurality of massage units include a first massage unit in which the elastic member is disposed and a second massage unit in which the elastic member having a different elastic modulus is disposed. These first and second massage units are attached to the fitting holes in accordance with the soles of the person.
According to this configuration, the first massage unit and the second massage unit, which have different elastic moduli, are attached to the fitting holes provided in the footwear bottom according to the state of the soles of the person, thereby reducing pain. Can be massaged comfortably. For example, a massage unit having a high elastic modulus may be attached to the heel portion of the sole, and a massage unit having a low elastic modulus may be attached to the arch portion of the sole. In addition to the first and second massage units having different elastic moduli, a third massage unit and a fourth massage unit having different elastic moduli may be arranged.
A belt according to an eighth aspect includes the plurality of massage units according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, and a plurality of fitting holes into which the first cylindrical body is fitted are provided on one surface of the belt. The plurality of massage units are respectively attached to the fitting holes, and the closing portion protrudes from one surface of the belt. In this way, the massage unit may be applied to the belt.
A mat according to a ninth aspect includes the plurality of massage units according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, and a plurality of fitting holes into which the first cylindrical body is fitted are provided on an upper surface of the mat. The plurality of massage units are respectively attached to the fitting holes, and the closing portion protrudes from the upper surface of the mat. In this way, the massage unit may be applied to the mat.
A pillow according to claim 10 includes a plurality of massage units according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of fitting holes into which the first cylindrical body is fitted are provided on one surface of the pillow. The plurality of massage units are respectively attached to the fitting holes, and the closing portion protrudes from one surface of the pillow. In this way, the massage unit may be applied to the pillow.
A cushion according to an eleventh aspect includes a plurality of massage units according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein a plurality of fitting holes into which the first cylindrical body is fitted are provided on one surface of the cushion. The plurality of massage units are respectively attached to the fitting holes, and the closing portion protrudes from one surface of the cushion. Thus, you may apply a massage unit to a cushion.
A handgrip according to a twelfth aspect includes the massage unit according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein a fitting hole into which the first cylindrical body is fitted is provided on a surface of the handgrip. As shown in FIG. 1, a massage unit 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first cylindrical body 2, a second cylindrical body 3, a coil spring 4 (elastic member), and a neodymium magnet 5. With.
2A, the first tubular body 2 includes a circular bottom portion 21 and side portions 22 extending upward from the periphery of the bottom portion 21. As shown in FIG. A projection 23 is formed at the center of the bottom 21. In the side portion 22, two long holes 24, which are through-holes, are formed in parallel with the axial direction X with an interval of about 180 degrees in the circumferential direction Y. Further, an annular barb 25 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 22 a of the side portion 22 below the axial direction X. By having this return 25, when the massage unit 1 is attached to a fitting hole such as a footwear bottom, the massage unit 1 can be made difficult to come off. The first cylindrical body 2 of the present embodiment has a diameter of about 13 mm and a height of about 14 mm.
As shown in FIG. 2B, the second cylindrical body 3 includes a hemispherical blocking portion 31 that protrudes upward, and a side portion 32 that extends downward from the lower surface periphery of the blocking portion 31. . The closing part 31 is formed so that the distance from the lower surface to the apex thereof is 2 mm. Further, on the outer peripheral surface 32a of the side portion 32, below the axial direction X, there are projections 33 that slide into the long holes 24 of the first cylindrical body 2 at intervals of about 180 degrees in the circumferential direction Y. Two are formed with a gap. In addition, two notches 34 are formed in the circumferential direction Y from the lower end of the side portion 32 with an interval of about 180 degrees along the axial direction X. Since the side portion 32 is divided into two parts by forming the notches 34, it is easy to attach the first cylindrical body 2 by bending them inwardly.
Moreover, the side part 32 of the 2nd cylindrical body 3 is formed in the diameter of a cross section a little smaller than the side part 22 of the 1st cylindrical body 2, and the 2nd cylindrical body 3 is 1st. The second cylindrical body 3 slides in the axial direction X with respect to the first cylindrical body 2. The sliding distance of the second cylindrical body 3 is the length dimension of the long hole 24. At this time, the protrusion 33 is fitted into the long hole 24, thereby preventing the second tubular body 3 from coming off the first tubular body 2. The second cylindrical body 3 of this embodiment has a diameter of about 10 mm and a height of about 16 mm.
Further, the first cylindrical body 2 and the second cylindrical body 3 in the present embodiment are made of an ABS resin material. In addition to the ABS resin material, other materials having a predetermined strength such as other resins, wood pieces, and metals may be used for these materials, or the first cylindrical body 2 and the second cylinder. The material 3 may be combined with another material such as resin and metal. Moreover, when using a metal for the raw material of the 1st cylindrical body 2 or the 2nd cylindrical body 3, the metal (for example, aluminum, gold | metal | money, silver, copper, etc.) which does not stick to a magnet is preferable. If a metal attached to the magnet (for example, iron, nickel, cobalt, or an alloy thereof) is used, the first cylindrical body 2 or the second cylindrical body 3 is magnetized by the internal neodymium magnet 5, so that the desired It is difficult to obtain the magnetic flux density.
As shown in FIG. 2C, the coil spring 4 has a diameter of 7 mm and a height of 25 mm, and is arranged between the first cylindrical body 2 and the second cylindrical body 3. The lower surface of the coil spring 4 is fitted into the protrusion 23 of the first cylindrical body 2, and the neodymium magnet 5 is placed on the upper surface of the coil spring 4, and the second cylindrical body 3 is attached from above. Accordingly, the coil spring 4 and the neodymium magnet 5 are sandwiched between the bottom 21 of the first cylindrical body 2 and the lower surface of the closing portion 31 of the second cylindrical body 3 (see FIG. 1C). ).
Further, as shown in FIG. 2D, the neodymium magnet 5 used in the present embodiment has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 7 mm and a height of about 2 mm, the surface is nickel-plated, and the magnetic flux density is about 2700. Gaussian magnet. And in the state which arranged the neodymium magnet 5 between the 1st cylindrical body 2 and the 2nd cylindrical body 3, the surface of the massage unit 1 (blocking part 31 of the 2nd cylindrical body 3) is carried out. The magnetic flux density is about 1200.
Further, instead of the neodymium magnet 5, a magnet having a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 5 mm and a height of about 2 mm, nickel-plated on the surface, and a magnetic flux density of about 2900 gauss may be used. The magnetic flux density of 1 is about 900 gauss. In addition, a magnet having a magnetic flux density of 1000 to 7000 gauss may be used. In this case, the magnetic flux density of the massage unit 1 can be 350 to 2000 gauss. In addition to neodymium magnets, ferrite magnets, samarium cobalt magnets, and alnico magnets can also be used.
Further, although the cylindrical magnet is used as the magnet in this embodiment, a shape other than the cylindrical shape (for example, a prismatic shape, a spherical shape, etc.) may be used. When using spherical magnets, the spherical magnets also have N poles and S poles. Therefore, positioning is performed so that the positions of the N poles and S poles do not shift by rotating inside the massage unit 1. There is a need to. Therefore, a cylindrical magnet like the neodymium magnet 5 is suitable for the massage unit 1 of the present embodiment.
In addition, the massage unit 1 can change the elastic modulus of the massage unit 1 by using a coil spring 4 ′ or 4 ″ having a different elastic modulus instead of the coil spring 4. For example, if a coil spring 4 ′ having a larger elastic modulus than the coil spring 4 is used, a hard massage unit 1 ′ is obtained, and if a coil spring 4 ″ having a smaller elastic modulus is used, a soft massage unit 1 ″ is obtained.
(Modification 1)
FIG. 3A is a view showing a massage unit 101 which is a modification of the massage unit 1. The difference between the massage unit 101 and the massage unit 1 is mainly the presence or absence of a small hole 131 in the closing portion 31 of the second cylindrical body 3. In the massage unit 101, one small hole 131 that is a through hole is formed along the axial direction X from the hemispherical apex of the closing portion 31. A plurality of the small holes 131 may be formed. And a deodorant and a fragrance | flavor can be put in this small hole 131, and the odor in footwear can be suppressed.
(Modification 2)
FIG. 3B is a diagram illustrating a massage unit 201 that is a modification of the massage unit 1. The difference between the massage unit 201 and the massage unit 1 is that, in addition to the return 25, another return 225 is provided. Thereby, when attaching the massage unit 201 to fitting holes, such as a footwear bottom, it becomes difficult to come off.
<Footwear with massage unit>
Next, the case where the massage unit 1 is applied to the sandal 10 (footwear) will be described. FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the shoe sole 11. FIG. 4B is a perspective view of the shoe sole 11 with a plurality of massage units 1 attached thereto.
As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the shoe sole 11 is provided with a plurality of fitting holes 12 on the upper surface 11a thereof. The shoe sole 11 is made of TPR resin. In addition to the TPR resin, resin-based silicon such as EVA, PU, PVC, or the like may be used. The fitting hole 12 has a diameter of about 13 mm and a height of about 14 mm. The diameter of the fitting hole 12 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the massage unit 1 (first cylindrical body 2). ing. With this configuration, when the massage unit 1 is attached to the fitting hole 12, it is difficult for the massage unit 1 to come off. Further, since the first tubular body 2 of the massage unit 1 is formed with an annular return 25, it is more difficult to come out of the fitting hole 12.
Further, on the upper surface 11a of the shoe sole 11, a pattern divided into regions is represented for each part of the body corresponding to the acupuncture points present on the soles, and covers at least the positions of the acupoints corresponding to the respective parts. Thus, a fitting hole 12 is provided. Note that the fitting hole 12 is also provided at a position other than the acupoint in consideration of a balance when worn by a person.
As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the massage unit 1 is attached to each fitting hole 12 of the shoe sole 11. At this time, a massage unit 1 ′ having a higher elastic modulus than the massage unit 1 is attached around the heel of the foot. This is because the periphery of the buttocks is relatively hard and a relatively large load is applied to the periphery of the buttocks such as when a person walks. As described above, by arranging the massage units 1 and 1 ′ having different elastic moduli in accordance with the sole portion, an appropriate massage effect suitable for the user can be obtained. Moreover, since these massage units 1 and 1 'can be removed, the combination of attachment parts can be easily changed according to the state of the sole.
Thus, when the user wears the sandal 10 with the massage unit 1 attached to the shoe sole 11 and walks, the massage unit 1 slides up and down, and moderately stimulates the acupoints on the soles. At the same time, effects such as blood circulation promotion are achieved by the magnetism of the neodymium magnet 5 arranged in the massage unit 1.
That is, the user can obtain the massage effect by pressing the acupoint and the blood circulation promotion effect by magnetism simultaneously and easily just by wearing the sandal 10.
(Modification)
As shown in FIG. 5, the massage unit 1 can be applied to a belt, mat, pillow, cushion, hand grip, etc. provided with a fitting hole in addition to footwear such as the sandals 10.
As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, but various additions, modifications, or deletions can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the shape of the massage unit is not limited to a substantially cylindrical shape, and may be a substantially rectangular tube shape, and the size is not limited to the above embodiment. In addition, the massage unit when used for footwear is not limited to this, and the number may be changed according to the size and use of the footwear, and the amount of protrusion from the upper surface of the shoe sole may be lower than in this embodiment. Good. Therefore, such a thing is also included in the scope of the present invention.
