MTC用户设备触发包括移动主叫 (Mobile Originated, 简称为 MO) 和移动被叫 (Mobile Terminating, 简称为 MT,)业务, 即包括 MTC用户设备发送或者接收信息。 为了实现 MTC用户设备触发请求的有效传输, 已提出的方案包括: 通过 T4接口 发送 MTC用户设备触发信息, 或者通过 T5接口控制面信令发送 MTC用户设备触发 信息, 或者通过 Gi/SGi 接口用户面发送 MTC 触发信息。 对于通过控制面信令发送 MTC用户设备触发信息的方式, MTC服务器发送包含 MTC用户设备触发信息的控制 面信令到网络节点, 网络节点将控制面信令中的 MTC用户设备触发信息解析处理, 然后发送 MTC用户设备触发信息到用户设备 (User Equipment, 简称为 UE)。 3GPP 中的 MTC架构如图 1 所示, 在用户面, 连接 MTC用户 (User) 的 MTC应用设备 (Application)通过应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,简称为 API) 接口与 MTC服务器通信, 或者通过 Gi/SGi接口直接与 3GPP网络中的网关 GPRS支 持节点 (Gateway GPRS Support Node, 简称为 GGSN) PGW/演进分组数据网关 (Evolved Packet Data Gateway, 简称为 EPDG)通信; MTC服务器通过 MTCi接口与 GGSN PGW/EPDG通信; GGSN/PGW EPDG通过无线接入网(Radio Access Network, 简称为 RAN) 与用户设备通信; 在控制面, MTC服务器通过 MTCsp接口向 MTC互 联功能 (MTC Inter Working Function, 简称为 MTC-IWF) 发送包含 MTC用户设备触 发信息的控制面信令或通过 MTCsms 接口向短信业务-业务中心 (Short Message Service-Service Center, 简称为 SMS-SC,) /IP短信网关 (IP-Short-Message-Gateway, 简称为 IP-SM-GW) 发送包含 MTC 用户设备触发信息的控制面信令, MTC-IWF 或 SMS-SC/IP-SM-GW将控制面信令发送到 MME/SGSN或短信业务 -移动业务交换中心 网关 (Gateway MSC For Short Message Service, 简称为 SMS-GMSC, ) 或短信业务路 由器 (SMS Router) 或移动业务交换中心 (Mobile-services Switching Centre, 简称为 MSC) 或拜访位置寄存器 (Visitor Location Register, 简称为 VLR), 进而通过 RAN 发送到 UE; 其中, MME/SGSN还可以通过 Gr/S6a/S6d接口从归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, 简称为 HSS) 或归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, 简称为 HLR) 获得所述控制面信令。 在 3GPP TS22.368中提出了 MTC用户设备分组的需求, 如 MTC server想要收集 多个 MTC用户设备的状态信息。 包括: 系统将一个 MTC用户设备关联到单个 MTC 分组; 每个基于组的 MTC功能适用于 MTC组中的每个成员; MTC组在 3GPP网络中 的标识是唯一的。 相关技术中, 针对如何触发一组 MTC用户设备还没有给出解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种机器类型通信用户设备的通信方法及系统, 以至少解决相关技 术中, 没有如何触发一组 MTC用户设备的解决方案的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种 MTC用户设备的通信方法, 包括: MTC用 户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务 器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 组触发信息用于触发 MTC用户设备组中 的 MTC用户设备; 一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据组触发信息与 MTC服务器进行通 信。 优选地, MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信 息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息包括:一个或多个 MTC用户 设备确定自身接收到组寻呼信息, 其中, 组寻呼信息用于指示广播信息的变化; 一个 或多个 MTC用户设备根据组寻呼信息判断广播信息中携带的组触发信息是否为自身 所需的组触发信息; 如果是, 一个或多个 MTC用户设备从广播信息中获取组触发信 息; 如果否, 一个或多个 MTC用户设备丢弃组触发信息。 优选地, 一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据组寻呼信息判断广播信息中携带的组触 发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息包括: 一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据组寻呼信 息携带的组标识判断组寻呼信息是否与 MTC用户设备组相对应; 如果是, 一个或多 个 MTC用户设备根据组触发信息携带的组标识判断组触发信息是否为自身所需的组 触发信息; 如果否, 一个或多个 MTC用户设备丢弃组寻呼信息。 优选地,在 MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼 信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息之前, 上述方法还包括: MTC服务器通过 MTC用户设备组的服务节点向接入网设备发送组触发信息; 收到组 触发信息的接入网设备向 MTC用户设备组所在的区域广播组触发信息。 优选地, MTC服务器通过 MTC用户设备组的服务节点向接入网设备发送组触发 信息包括: MTC互连功能接收到 MTC服务器发送的组触发信息, 其中, 组触发信息 至少包括以下之一: MTC用户设备组标识、 组触发信息对应的物理区域; MTC互连 功能将组触发信息中的物理区域更新为以下标识之一: 跟踪区标识、 路由区标识、 位 置区域标识、 小区标识; MTC互连功能根据 MTC用户设备组标识查询 MTC用户设 备组的签约信息以及 MTC用户设备组的服务节点; MTC互连功能通过服务节点向接 入网设备发送组触发信息。 优选地, MTC 互连功能通过服务节点向接入网设备发送组触发信息包括: MTC 互连功能通过以下方式之一向服务节点发送组触发信息: T4接口、 T5 接口、 小区广 播中心 CBC:、 广播多播业务中心 BMSC; 服务节点向接入网设备发送组触发信息, 并 通过接入网设备向 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼信息。 优选地, MTC互连功能通过以下方式之一向服务节点发送组触发信息: T4接口、 T5接口、 CBC、 BMSC包括: MTC互连功能通过 T4接口以短信的形式向服务节点发 送组触发信息; MTC互连功能通过 T5接口以短信或专用控制信令的形式向服务节点 发送组触发信息: MTC互连功能通过 CBC以小区广播业务 CBS的形式向服务节点发 送组触发信息; MTC互连功能通过 BMSC以多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS的形式向服 务节点发送组触发信息。 优选地,在 MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼 信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息之前, 方法还包括: 分组 数据网网关 PGW/网关通用分组无线业务支持节点 GGSN接收到 MTC服务器发送的 组触发信息,其中, MTC服务器与 PGW/GGSN通过 Gi/SGi接口直连或者通过服务能 力服务器 SCS连接; PGW/GGSN通过信令网关 SGW向 MTC用户设备组的服务节点 发送下行数据通知 DDN; —个或多个 MTC 用户设备接收到组寻呼信息, 并与 PGW/GGSN建立公用数据网 PDN连接, 其中, MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备 共享 PDN连接; SGW通过 PDN连接向 MTC用户设备组发送组触发信息。 优选地, 广播信息可以通过以下方式之一发送: 多播控制信道 MCCH信息、 CBS 信息、 系统信息。 优选地, 系统信息是为 MTC用户设备设计的系统信息块 SIB, 只有 MTC用户设 备监听并读取系统信息。 优选地, MTC用户设备组的服务节点至少包括以下之一: 移动管理实体 MME、 服务通用分组无线业务支持节点 SGSN、 移动交换中心 MSC。 优选地, 接入网设备至少包括以下之一: 演进的节点 BeNB、 NodeB、无线网络控 制器 RNC、 基站控制器 BSC、 基站 BTS。 优选地, 携带有组触发信息的广播信息是周期性发送的。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种 MTC用户设备, 包括: 接收模块, 设置 为根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 组触发信息用于触发 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备; 通信模块, 设置为 根据组触发信息与 MTC服务器进行通信。 优选地, 接收模块包括: 确定单元, 设置为确定自身接收到组寻呼信息, 其中, 组寻呼信息用于指示广播信息的变化; 判断单元, 设置为根据组寻呼信息判断广播信 息中携带的组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息; 获取单元, 设置为在判断结果 为是的情况下, 从广播信息中获取组触发信息; 丢弃单元, 设置为在判断结果为否的 情况下, 丢弃组触发信息。 优选地, 判断单元包括: 第一判断子单元, 设置为根据组寻呼信息携带的组标识 判断组寻呼信息是否与 MTC用户设备组相对应; 第二判断子单元, 设置为在判断结 果为是的情况下, 根据组触发信息携带的组标识判断组触发信息是否为自身所需的组 触发信息; 丢弃子单元, 设置为在判断结果为否的情况下, 丢弃组寻呼信息。 根据本发明的再一个方面, 提供了一种 MTC用户设备的通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括 MTC服务器、 MTC互连功能、 分组数据网网关 PGW/网关通用分组无线业务支 持节点 GGSN、 MTC用户设备组、 MTC用户设备组的服务节点、 接入网设备, 其中, MTC服务器, 设置为生成组触发信息; MTC互连功能, 设置为通过 T4接口或 T5接 口或小区广播中心 CBC或广播多播业务中心 BMSC发送组触发信息; PGW/GGSN, 设置为通过用户面发送组触发信息; MTC用户设备组的服务节点, 设置为向 MTC用 户设备组发送组寻呼信息, 以及向接入网设备发送组触发信息;

MTC服务器触发 MTC用户设备之前, 需要先对 MTC用户设备进行寻呼, 且为 了保证接收到的组触发信息确实是对应于该 MTC用户设备组的, 需要判断接收到的 组触发信息是否是自身所需的。 上述步骤 S202包括: 一个或多个 MTC用户设备确定 自身接收到组寻呼信息, 其中, 组寻呼信息用于指示广播信息的变化; 一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据组寻呼信息判断组触发信息是否为自身所需的触发信息; 如果是, 一个或多个 MTC用户设备从广播信息中获取组触发信息; 如果否, 一个或多个 MTC 用户设备丢弃所述组触发信息。 为了保证接收到的组寻呼信息确实是对应该 MTC 用户设备组的, 一个或多个

PGW/网关通用分组无线业务支持节点 (Gateway General Packet Radio Service Supporting Node, 简称为 GGSN)接收到 MTC服务器发送的组触发信息, 其中, MTC 服务器与 PGW/GGSN通过 Gi/SGi接口直连或者通过 SCS连接 PGW/GGSN通过信 令网关 SGW 向 MTC 用户设备组的服务节点发送下行数据通知 (Downlink Data Notification, 简称为 DDN) ; —个或多个 MTC 用户设备接收到组寻呼信息, 并与 PGW/GGSN建立公用数据网 (Packet Data Network, 简称为 PDN)连接, 其中, MTC 用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备共享 PDN连接; SGW通过 PDN连接向 MTC用户设 备组发送组触发信息。 优选地, 上述广播信息可以通过以下方式之一发送: 多播控制信道 (Multicast Control Channel, 简称为 MCCH) 信息、 小区广播业务 (Cell Broadcast Service, 简称 为 CBS ) 信息、 系统信息 (System Information, 简称为 SI)。 优选地,系统信息是专门为 MTC用户设备设计的系统信息块(System Information Block, 简称为 SIB ), 只有 MTC用户设备监听并读取该 SIB消息。 上述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点至少包括以下之一: MME、 SGSN、 MSC。 上述接入网设备至少包括以下之一: eNB、NodeB、无线网络控制器(Radio Network Controller, 简称为 RNC)、 基站控制器 (Base Station Controller, 简称为 BSC)、 基站 (Base Transceiver Station, 简称为 BTS )。 优选地, 携带有组触发信息的广播信息是周期性发送的。 为了使本发明的技术方案和实现方法更加清楚, 下面将结合优选的实施例对其实 现过程进行详细描述。 以下优选实施例中的广播信息是指系统信息, 说明利用组触发 信息触发一组 MTC用户设备的过程。 由上述实施例可知, 本发明可以通过控制面或用户面触发一组 MTC用户设备, 具体如下: MTC互连功能(MTC-Interworking Function,简称为 MTC-IWF)通过 T4/T5 接口向 MME/SGSN MSC发送组触发信息(用于触发一组 MTC用户设备), 收到组触 发信息的 MME/SGSN/MSC向 RA 节点发送该组触发信息,并通过 RA 节点向 MTC 用户设备组发送组寻呼信息, 收到组触发信息的 RAN节点通过广播信息向该 MTC用 户设备组广播组触发信息; PGW/GGSN接收到组触发信息, 向 MME/SGSN发送下行 数据通知, MME/SGSN 向 MTC 用户设备组发送组寻呼信息, MTC 用户设备组与 PGW/GGSN之间建立 PDN连接, 信令网关 ( Signaling Gateway, 简称为 SGW) 通过 该连接向该 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼发信息由此, 便可以通过广播信息广播触发 一组 MTC用户设备, 而不需要分别对一个 MTC用户设备组中的每一个 MTC用户设 备发送触发信息, 减少了网络信息发送的数量, 从而不会影响无线容量。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的 MTC用户设备的通信方法的交互流程图,如图 3 所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S302, MTC-IWF向 MME/SGSN/MSC发送 MTC用户设备组的组触发信息。 本步骤中, MTC服务器设置组触发请求信息内容, 并将组触发信息发送到业务能 力服务器 (Services Capability Server, 简称为 SCS), 其中, SCS位于 3GPP网络外或 3GPP网络中, 组触发信息至少包括: MTC用户设备组标识 (Group ID), 用于唯一识 别需要触发的 MTC用户设备组。
SCS向 MTC-IWF发送组触发信息, MTC- IWF对收到的组触发信息认证之后, 通 过 HSS/HLR查询用户设备的签约信息和 MTC UE的服务节点,如 MME、SGSN、MSC:。 MTC-IWF向 MME/SGSN/MSC发送该组触发信息。 步骤 S304a,收到组触发信息的 MME/SGSN/MSC向 RAN节点发送该组触发信息。 其中, RAN节点为以下至少一种: eNB、 NodeB、 RNC、 BSC. BTS。 歩骤 S304b, MME/SGSN/MSC通过 RAN节点向 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用 户设备发送组寻呼信息。 组寻呼信息中包含组标识 group ID, MTC用户设备通过 group ID判断是否为所需 寻呼信息。 如果否, 则丢弃该组寻呼信息, 如果是, 则继续执行其它步骤。 组寻呼信 息用于向 MTC用户设备组指示包含组触发信息的广播信息发生变化, 其组寻呼帧 PF 和寻呼子帧 PO的取值通过 group ID或 group IMSI计算得到或通过广播信息通知得到。 步骤 S306, RAN节点通过广播信息向 MTC用户设备广播触发信息。 广播信息为专用广播信息, 即专门为 MTC用户设备组触发设计的广播信息; 广 播信息包含 MTC用户设备组触发的内容, 例如, AS/SCS希望收到触发信息的 MTC 用户设备组的响应 (如立刻发送状态报告, 或一段时间后发送状态报告等)。 组触发信息是周期性发送, 上述广播周期由现有广播信息发送给目标 MTC用户 设备组。 步骤 S308, 收到组寻呼信息的 MTC用户设备接收组触发信息。 MTC用户设备在 相应的资源读取组触发信息, 并根据组触发信息的内容与 AS/SCS进行通信。 优选实施例一 本优选实施例描述的是 MTC-IWF通过 T4接口发送组触发信息,利用广播信息实 现触发一组 MTC用户设备的场景, 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例一的 MTC用户设备 的通信方法的交互流程图, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S402, MTC服务器(AS)设置组触发指示信息, 并发送到 MTC-IWF (通过 scs)。 本步骤中, AS位于 3GPP运营商网络之外, SCS位于 3GPP运营商网络之内或之 夕卜, MTC-IWF位于 3GPP网络之内。 MTC-IWF收到组触发信息后需要对其进行认证。 需要说明的是, SCS发送到 MTC-IWF的组触发信息中至少包括: MTC用户设备组标 识、 组触发信息对应的物理区域 (即组触发信息在哪些物理区域中发送)。 步骤 S404, MTC-IWF通过 T4接口向 SMSC发送组触发信息。 本歩骤中, MTC-IWF采用短信向短信服务中心 (Short Message- Service Center, 简称为 SMSC) 发送组触发信息。
MTC-IWF通过组触发信息中的 group ID向 HSS/HLR查询 MTC用户设备组的的 签约信息和所在的服务节点信息, 并将 MTC用户设备组的服务节点信息增加到该组 触发信息中。
MTC-IWF一般需要将组触发信息中的物理区域更新为以下对应的标识之一:跟踪 区域标识(Tracking Area Identifier,简称为 TAI),路由区域标识(Router Area Identifier, 简称为 RAI), 位置区域标识 (Location Area Identifier, 简称为 LAI), 小区标识 (cell Identifier)。 步骤 S406, SMSC向 MME/SGSN/MSC发送组触发信息。 本歩骤中, SMSC 釆用短信向 MME/SGSN/MSC 发送组触发信息; MME/SGSN/MSC为目标 MTC用户设备组的服务节点, 即目标 MTC用户设备组在 MME/SGSN/MSC中注册。组触发信息为一条短信息, 该短信中的目标 MTC用户设备 标识为组标识 group IDo 步骤 S408a, MME/SGSN/MSC向 RAN节点发送组触发信息。 本步骤中, MME/SGSN MSC可以通过 HSS/HLR查询 group ID对应的小区, 并 将上述小区标识发送给相应的 RAN节点。 RAN节点为 eNB、 NodeB、 RNC;、 BSC;、 BTS。 步骤 S408b, MME/SGSN/MSC通过 RAN节点向 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼信 息。 本步骤中, 组寻呼信息通过 RAN节点发送, 组寻呼信息用于向 MTC用户设备组 指示包含组触发信息的广播信息发生变化。 组寻呼信息至少包括 group ID, MTC用户设备根据组寻呼信息中的 group ID判断 该组寻呼信息是否为所需的组寻呼信息, 如果否则丢弃该组寻呼信息, 如果是则继续 执行其它步骤。组寻呼信息的组寻呼帧(Page Frame,简称为 PF)和寻呼时机 /子帧(Page Occasion, 简称为 PO) 的取值通过 group ID或 group IMSI计算得到。 步骤 S410, RAN节点向 MTC用户设备组广播包含组触发信息的广播信息。 本歩骤中, RAN节点通过广播信息向目标 MTC用户设备组所在的小区广播组触 发信息, 其中, 广播信息为专用的系统广播信息, 即针对 MTC用户设备组的广播信 息; 该广播信息由 RAN节点周期性发送, 上述周期通过现有广播信息发送给 MTC用 户设备。 该广播信息包含 MTC用户设备组触发的内容, 例如, AS/SCS希望收到组触 发信息的 MTC用户设备组的响应(如 MTC用户设备立刻发送状态报告, 或一段时间 后发送状态报告等)。 步骤 S412, 收到组寻呼信息的 MTC用户设备接收组触发信息。 本步骤中, MTC用户设备通过组触发信息中的组标识判断是否为需要的组触发信 息, 如果是, MTC用户设备读取组触发信息, 并根据该组触发信息的内容与 AS/SCS 进行通信; 如果否, 丢弃该组触发信息 优选实施例二 本优选实施例描述的是 MTC-IWF通过 T5接口发送组触发信息,利用广播信息实 现触发一组 MTC用户设备的场景, 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例二的 MTC用户设备 的通信方法的交互流程图, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括如下歩骤: 步骤 S502, MTC服务器(AS)设置组触发指示信息, 并发送到 MTC-IWF (通过
SCS)。 具体地, 该步骤与步骤 S402相同, 这里不再赘述。 步骤 S504, MTC-IWF通过 T5接口发送组触发信息到 MME/SGSN/MSC;。具体地, MTC-IWF根据组触发信息中的 group ID向 HSS/HLR査询目标 MTC用户设备组的服 务节点信息, 本优选实施例中, MTC用户设备组的服务节点是 MME/SGSN/MSC:。 需要说明的是, 组触发信息可以通过短信或专用控制信令向 MME/SGSN/MSC发 送, 此时, 所述组触发信息为一条短信或控制信令。 步骤 S506a, MME/SGSN/MSC向 RAN节点发送组触发信息。 步骤 S506b, MME/SGSN/MSC通过 RAN节点向 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼信 息。 本优选实施例中, 步骤 S506a、 步骤 S506b分别与步骤 S408a、 步骤 S408b相同, 这里不再赘述。 步骤 S508, RAN节点向 MTC用户设备组广播包含组触发信息的广播信息。 本步 骤与歩骤 S410相同, 这里不再赘述。 步骤 S510,收到组寻呼信息的 MTC用户设备接收组触发信息。本步骤与步骤 S412 相同, 这里不再赘述。 优选实施例三 本优选实施例描述的是 AS/SCS通过用户面发送组触发信息使用用户面实现触发 一组 MTC用户设备的场景, 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例三的 MTC用户设备的通信 方法的交互流程图, 如图 6所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S602, MTC服务器(AS)设置组触发指示信息, 并发送到 PGW/GGSN (可 以直接发送或者通过 SCS发送)。 本步骤中, AS 可以与 PGW/GGSN通过 Gi/SGi接口直连, 或者通过 SCS 与
PGW/GGSN连接。 步骤 S604, PGW/GGSN发送组触发信息到 SGW, SGW向 MME/SGSN发送下行 数据通知 (Downlink Data Notification , 简称为 DDN) 信息。 需要说明的是, SGW可以根据网络配置信息同时向 MME, SGSN发送 DDN, 或 者向 MME/SGSN之一发送 DDN。 步骤 S606, MME/SGSN通过 AN节点向 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼信息。 本歩骤中, MME/SGSN 为收到 DDN信息的服务节点。 该组寻呼信息至少包括 group ID, 组寻呼信息的 PF/PO值通过 group ID或 group IMSI计算得到。 步骤 S608, 收到组寻呼信息的 MTC用户设备发起服务请求流程, 与 PGW/GGSN 建立公用数据网 (Public Data Network, 简称为 PDN) 连接。 其中, PDN连接为一条 共享连接, 即包含到多个 MTC用户设备的 PDN连接, 属于一个组的多个 MTC用户 设备共享一条 PDN连接 (相同的 IP地址、 端口)。 步骤 S610, SGW通过 PDN连接向 MTC用户设备发送组触发信息。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的 计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可 以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 本发明实施例还提供了一种 MTC用户设备, 该 MTC用户设备可以用于实现上述
MTC用户设备的通信方法。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的 MTC用户设备的结构框图, 如图 7所示, 包括接收模块 72和通信模块 74。 下面对其结构进行详细描述。 接收模块 72, 设置为根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组 触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 组触发信息用于触发 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设 备; 通信模块 74, 连接至接收模块 72, 设置为根据接收模块 72接收的组触发信息与 MTC服务器进行通信。 优选地,接收模块 72包括: 确定单元, 设置为确定自身接收到组寻呼信息,其中, 组寻呼信息用于指示广播信息的变化; 判断单元, 连接至确定单元, 设置为根据组寻 呼信息判断广播信息中携带的组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息; 获取单元, 连接至判断单元, 设置为在判断单元的判断结果为是的情况下, 从广播信息中获取组 触发信息; 丢弃单元, 连接至判断单元, 设置为在判断单元的判断结果为否的情况下, 丢弃组触发信息。 优选地, 判断单元还包括: 第一判断子单元, 设置为根据组寻呼信息携带的组标 识判断组寻呼信息是否与 MTC用户设备组相对应; 第二判断子单元, 连接至第一判 断子单元, 设置为在第一判断子单元的判断结果为是的情况下, 根据组触发信息携带 的组标识判断该组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息; 丢弃子单元, 连接至第一 判断子单元, 设置为在第一判断子单元的判断结果为否的情况下, 丢弃组寻呼信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种 MTC用户设备的通信系统,该 MTC用户设备的通信 系统可以用于实现上述 MTC用户设备的通信方法。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的 MTC 用户设备的通信系统的结构框图, 如图 S所示, 包括 MTC服务器 81、 MTC互连功能 82、 PGW/GGSN 83. MTC用户设备组 84、 MTC用户设备组的服务节点 85和接入网 设备 86。 下面对其结构进行详细描述。
MTC服务器 81, 设置为生成组触发信息; MTC互连功能 82, 设置为通过 T4接 口或 T5接口或 CBS或 MBMS发送组触发信息; PGW/GGSN 83, 设置为通过用户面 发送组触发信息; MTC用户设备组的服务节点 85, 设置为向 MTC用户设备组发送组 寻呼信息, 以及向接入网设备 86发送组触发信息; MTC用户设备组 84中的 MTC用 户设备包括: 接收模块, 设置为根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器 81的 携带有组触发信息的广播信息,其中,组触发信息用于触发 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC 用户设备; 通信模块, 连接至接收模块, 设置为根据接收模块接收的组触发信息与 MTC服务器 81进行通信。 需要说明的是, 装置实施例中描述的 MTC用户设备的通信系统对应于上述的方 法实施例, 其具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赘述。 在一个优选实施例中, MTC用户设备的通信系统还可以包括如下模块或装置, 如 图 9所示,该系统包括: AS/SCS 91、 MTC-IWF 92、 PGW/GGSN和 SGW 93、 SMSC 94、 MME/SGSN/MSC 95. 无线接入网节点 96、 MTC用户设备 97。 其中, AS/SCS 91 (实现了上述 MTC服务器 81的功能), 设置为生成 MTC组触 发信息, 其中组触发信息包含 MTC用户设备 group ID;
MTC-IWF 92 (实现了上述 MTC互连功能 82的功能), 设置为选择触发路径, 将 接收到的 MTC用户设备组触发信息通过 T4/T5/用户面发送; PGW/GGSN禾!] SGW 93(实现了上述 PGW/GGSN 83的功能),设置为接收 AS/SCS 发送的组触发信息, 将收到的组触发信息通过用户面发送到 MTC用户设备 97 ;
SMSC 94, 设置为接收 MTC-IWF92发送的短信组触发信息, 将收到的组触发信 息发送到 MME/SGSN/MSC 95;
MME/SGSN/MSC 95 (实现了上述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点 85的功能), 设置 为接收 MTC-IWF92或 SMSC 94发送的组触发信息, 并将组触发信息发送到无线接入 网节点 96, 还设置为通过无线接入网节点 96向 MTC用户设备 97发送组寻呼信息; 无线接入网节点 96 (实现了上述无线接入网节点 86的功能), 设置为接收 93或 95 发送的组触发信息, 并通过广播信息或用户面数据向目标用户设备发送组触发信 息; 所述无线接入网节点 96包括以下至少一种: BSC;、 BTS、 RNC、 NodeB、 eNodeB。 MTC用户设备 97〔实现了上述 MTC用户设备组 84的功能), 设置为接收组寻呼 信息和组触发信息, 还设置为根据组触发信息的内容与 AS/SCS 91进行通信。 MTC用 户设备为一组 MTC UE, 即两个或以上的 MTC用户设备, MC设备可以是 MTC用户 设备网关或单个 MTC用户设备。 综上所述, 根据本发明的上述实施例, 提供了一种机器类型通信用户设备的通信 方法及系统。 通过本发明, 利用广播信息向 MTC用户设备组广播组触发信息, 实现 同时触发一组中的多个 MTC用户设备, 优化组触发流程, 减少组触发过程占用的网 络资源。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种机器类型通信 MTC用户设备的通信方法, 包括:
MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信息 接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 所述组触发信 息用于触发所述 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备;
所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据所述组触发信息与所述 MTC服务器进 行通信。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC用 户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息的 广播信息包括:
所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备确定自身接收到组寻呼信息, 其中, 所述 组寻呼信息用于指示所述广播信息的变化;
所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据所述组寻呼信息判断所述广播信息中 携带的组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息;
如果是, 所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备从所述广播信息中获取所述组触 发信息;
如果否, 所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备丢弃所述组触发信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据所述 组寻呼信息判断所述广播信息中携带的组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信 息包括:
所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据所述组寻呼信息携带的组标识判断所 述组寻呼信息是否与所述 MTC用户设备组相对应;
如果是, 所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备根据所述组触发信息携带的组标 识判断所述组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息;
如果否, 所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备丢弃所述组寻呼信息。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在 MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC 用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息 的广播信息之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述 MTC服务器通过所述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点向接入网设备发送 所述组触发信息;
收到所述组触发信息的接入网设备向所述 MTC用户设备组所在的区域广 播所述组触发信息。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MTC服务器通过所述 MTC用户设备 组的服务节点向接入网设备发送所述组触发信息包括:
MTC互连功能接收到所述 MTC服务器发送的所述组触发信息, 其中, 所 述组触发信息至少包括以下之一: MTC用户设备组标识、所述组触发信息对应 的物理区域;
所述 MTC互连功能将所述组触发信息中的物理区域更新为以下标识之一: 跟踪区标识、 路由区标识、 位置区域标识、 小区标识;
所述 MTC互连功能根据所述 MTC用户设备组标识查询所述 MTC用户设 备组的签约信息以及所述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点;
所述 MTC互连功能通过所述服务节点向所述接入网设备发送所述组触发 信息。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MTC互连功能通过所述服务节点向 所述接入网设备发送所述组触发信息包括:
所述 MTC互连功能通过以下方式之一向所述服务节点发送所述组触发信 息: T4接口、 T5接口、 小区广播中心 CBC、 广播多播业务中心 BMSC;
所述服务节点向所述接入网设备发送所述组触发信息, 并通过所述接入网 设备向所述 MTC用户设备组发送组寻呼信息。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MTC互连功能通过以下方式之一向 所述服务节点发送所述组触发信息: T4接口、 T5接口、 CBC、 BMSC包括: 所述 MTC互连功能通过 T4接口以短信的形式向所述服务节点发送所述组 触发信息;
所述 MTC互连功能通过 T5接口以短信或专用控制信令的形式向所述服务 节点发送所述组触发信息;
所述 MTC互连功能通过 CBC以小区广播业务 CBS的形式向所述服务节 点发送所述组触发信息; 所述 MTC互连功能通过 BMSC以多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS的形式向所 述服务节点发送所述组触发信息。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在 MTC用户设备组中的一个或多个 MTC 用户设备根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带有组触发信息 的广播信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
分组数据网网关 PGW/网关通用分组无线业务支持节点 GGSN接收到所述 MTC 服务器发送的所述组触发信息, 其中, 所述 MTC 服务器与所述 PGW/GGSN通过 Gi/SGi接口直连或者通过服务能力服务器 SCS连接;
所述 PGW/GGSN通过信令网关 SGW向所述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点 发送下行数据通知 DDN;
所述一个或多个 MTC用户设备接收到组寻呼信息, 并与所述 PGW/GGSN 建立公用数据网 PDN连接, 其中, 所述 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备 共享所述 PDN连接;
所述 SGW通过所述 PDN连接向所述 MTC用户设备组发送所述组触发信 息。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述广播信息可以通过以下 方式之一发送: 多播控制信道 MCCH信息、 CBS信息、 系统信息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述系统信息是为所述 MTC用户设备设 计的系统信息块 SIB, 只有所述 MTC用户设备监听并读取所述系统信息。
11. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其中, MTC用户设备组的服务节点 至少包括以下之一: 移动管理实体 MME、 服务通用分组无线业务支持节点 SGSN、 移动交换中心 MSC。
12. 根据权利要求 1至 S中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 接入网设备至少包括以下之 一: 演进的节点 BeNB、 NodeB、 无线网络控制器 R C、 基站控制器 BSC、 基 站 BTS。
13. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 携带有所述组触发信息的所 述广播信息是周期性发送的。
14. 一种机器类型通信 MTC用户设备, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带 有组触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 所述组触发信息用于触发 MTC用户设备组 中的 MTC用户设备;
通信模块, 设置为根据所述组触发信息与所述 MTC服务器进行通信。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的 MTC用户设备, 其中, 所述接收模块包括:
确定单元, 设置为确定自身接收到组寻呼信息, 其中, 所述组寻呼信息用 于指示所述广播信息的变化;
判断单元, 设置为根据所述组寻呼信息判断所述广播信息中携带的组触发 信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息;
获取单元, 设置为在判断结果为是的情况下, 从所述广播信息中获取所述 组触发信息;
丢弃单元, 设置为在判断结果为否的情况下, 丢弃所述组触发信息。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的 MTC用户设备, 其中, 所述判断单元包括:
第一判断子单元, 设置为根据所述组寻呼信息携带的组标识判断所述组寻 呼信息是否与所述 MTC用户设备组相对应;
第二判断子单元, 设置为在判断结果为是的情况下, 根据所述组触发信息 携带的组标识判断所述组触发信息是否为自身所需的组触发信息;
丢弃子单元, 设置为在判断结果为否的情况下, 丢弃所述组寻呼信息。
17. 一种机器类型通信 MTC用户设备的通信系统, 包括 MTC服务器、 MTC互连 功能、 分组数据网网关 PGW/网关通用分组无线业务支持节点 GGSN、 MTC用 户设备组、 所述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点、 接入网设备, 其中,
所述 MTC服务器, 设置为生成组触发信息;
所述 MTC互连功能, 设置为通过 T4接口或 T5接口或小区广播中心 CBC 或广播多播业务中心 BMSC发送所述组触发信息;
所述 PGW/GGSN, 设置为通过用户面发送所述组触发信息; 所述 MTC用户设备组的服务节点,设置为向所述 MTC用户设备组发送组 寻呼信息, 以及向所述接入网设备发送所述组触发信息; 所述 MTC用户设备组中的 MTC用户设备包括:
接收模块, 设置为根据接收到的组寻呼信息接收来自 MTC服务器的携带 有组触发信息的广播信息, 其中, 所述组触发信息用于触发所述 MTC用户设 备组中的 MTC用户设备;
通信模块, 设置为根据所述组触发信息与所述 MTC服务器进行通信。
