Abstract

A combined toilet bowl of low height is continue in front to support for supporting of a squatting device. The channels of the bowl which are leading the water from water tank for washing the bowl are directed downwardly and at rear-middle part of the bowl form an angle with channels in front of it, thus reducing the height of the bowl in front of the said angle to as 210-230 mm from the floor. The channels are accomplish the front of the bowl not by an oval or round formation but by an almost right angle structure thus shortening the bowl and consequently bringing the water flow close to water lake intensifying the flushing out flow. As the right angle structure makes the water flow harder inside the channels of this region thus the opening of the channels at this region planned to be maximal to improve the outflow. The outlet tube can be directed to the wall or to the floor.

Description

Combined toilet bowl
The invention relates to a toilet bowl of low height for use when squatting and has an object to provide a toilet bowl of low height that can be installed in a conventional way and connected to existing sewage system as found in the houses of the Western world. 5 The main purpose of the toilet bowl of low height of this invention is the possibility to attach a squatting device to the bowl of low height, thus permitting a simple way to provide a squatting type toilet to the population of the western world. Background of the invention
10
The defecation in a squatting posture is the only natural posture for the human being and contrary to a sitting defecation posture prevents many medical problems that were repeatedly descibed in the medical literature.
The standard squatting devices cannot be connected to the sewage system in the western world and obligate expensive and complex building procedure. 15
The squatting device of high hygienic standards was developed by the author (US 7,962,973 B2) but its attachment to the usual toilet bowls is unpractical because of the height of the standard toilet bowls preventing easy climbing on such device. Accordigly a low height toilet bowl is invented.
Summary of the invention 20
A toilet bowl of low height is composed from bowl itself which is continue in the front to the support , said support serves for supporting of a squatting device when it is in a functional horisontal position, said toilet bowl while the upper rim of the bowl contains channels within its circumference to lead the water from a water tank for 25 washing the bowl, said water tank may be attached as usual on the wall or placed on the top of the rear part of the bow, said channels are directed downwardly forming at approximately rear-middle part of the bowl an angle "q" with channels in front of it, said angle permit to reduce the height of the the bowl in front of it to as 210-230mm from the floor, said bowl in front of the said angle is a functional part of the bowl for supporting of the squatting device, said channels are accomplish the front of the bowl not by an oval or round formation but by an almost right angle structure thus 5 shortening the bowl, said right angle structure by shortening the bowl brings the water flow close to a water lake thus intensify the flushing out flow, said right angle
structure makes the water flow harder inside the channels of this region thus the opening of the channels at this region planned to be maximal to improve the outflow, said toilet bowl while the outlet tube can be directed to the wall or to the floor. 10
Toilet bowl of low height further includes a pair of rings at the sides of the bowl immediately after said angle "q" for attaching to the them of a squatting device
Description of the drawings
Fig 1 is a cross-sectional view of the invention while the outflow tube is directed to 15 the wall.
Fig 2 is a cross-sectional view of the invention while the outflow tube is directed to the floor.
Fig 3 illustrates the view on toilet bowl from above.
Fig 4 illustrates the toilet bowl with the water tunk on the top of the toilet bowl. 20 Description of the preferred embodiment
The present invention will be descibed hereinafter with reference to the drawings Fig 1-3. There is shown a toilet bowl combined from two parts: the toilet bowl itself 1 25 and a support 2. This support serves for supporting of a squatting device when it is in a functional horisontal position. The support is also can to support a urinating woman when the squatting device is in a nonfunctional vertical position. As the length of the toilet bowl is short a women will seat not as on usual toilet bowl but with her face to the back of the bowl.
The upper rim 3 contains channels within its circumference leading water from a water tank to the bowl for its washing. The water tank may be as usual on the wall supplying water to the bowl through the water inlet 4 as in Fig 1-3. The other option is 5 when the water tank 5 is on the top of the back part of the bowl as is shown in Fig 4. The channels slightly after the water inlet 4 are directed downwardly and form at a rear - middle part of the bowl an angle 'q' as is shown in Fig 1 -2 what permit to reduce the height of the functional part of bowl to as 210-230mm from the floor. The functional part of the bowl in the front to the angle "q" serves for supporting of the 10 squatting device.
The channels at their lower section are open as in the standard bowls throughout all their length or perforated by holes to allow a stream of water to wash the bowl.
At the sides of the bowl immediately after angle "q" there are pair of rings 6 as shown in Fig 1 -3 for attaching to them of the squatting device. 15
The lowest part of the bowl is occupied by water Lake 7 which is continued to the outlet tube 8 as in Fig 1, 2. The lower end of the front wall 9 of the outlet tube 8 is under upper surface of Water Lake to form a water seal for preventing of penetration of odor and gases from the sewage system. The distance between the lowest part of the bowl 10 and the floor 11 as in Fig 1-2 is minimal to reduce the height of the entire 20 bowl.
The channels of the bowl are accomplish the front part of the bowl not by an ovale or round formation as is in a usual bowls but by an almost right angle structure 12 as can be seen in Fig 3. Such structure does permit to diminish the length of the bowl thus concentrating the water flow close to the sealing lake in order to intensify the flow 25 and flashing out. As the structure 12 has an almost right angle it makes the water flow harder insides the channels at this region consequently the opening of water channels planned to be maximal at the regions 12 and 13 in order to improve the water outflow. The outlet tube 8 can be connected to a sewage pipe by a sleeve when the outlet tube is directed to the wall as is demonstrated in Fig 1 or put directly on the sewage pipe 5 when the outlet tube continue and directed to the floor as is demonstrated in Fig 2.
