Abstract

The invention relates to a laundry dryer comprising a housing (1), a drum (2) rotatably driven in the housing (1) for moving the laundry, a device, preferably comprising a burner, for generating heat, and an electronics serving for control, wherein the housing (1) comprises a loading/unloading door (4, 5). The laundry dryer is characterised in that the housing (1) is provided with a covering in such a manner that the housing forms on all faces a substantially flat, preferably smooth external skin.
