图 5是根据本发明优选实施例三的屏幕解锁示意图。 如图 5所示, 本发 明所提供的技术方案还可以根据用户的设置, 以用户输入轨迹的交点和交点 个数信息生成解锁图标, 即为用户屏幕界面显示效果示意图。 从输入解锁轨 迹起点开始直到到达终点的过程中, 屏幕不显示整个输入轨迹, 只显示交点 和显示交点个数信息, 在不显示输入轨迹的同时给用户交点信息的提示, 可 以做到提高保密性而又不失便利性。 当输入轨迹完成后, 交点数目等于预设 解锁交点个数时对屏幕进行解锁。 在该优选实施例中, 同样也可以根据用户的设置, 以交点信息生成解锁 图标或者以交点个数信息生成解锁图标或者不显示任何信息的解锁图标。 在 图 5 中, 从输入解锁轨迹起点开始直到到达终点的过程中, 屏幕不显示整个 输入轨迹, 而根据设置可以仅显示交点或者仅显示交点个数信息, 可以做到 提高保密性而又不失便利性。 当然也可以根据设置不显示包括输入轨迹、 交 点和交点个数信息等任何信息, 由此保密性得到大幅提升。 当输入轨迹完成 后, 在交点数目等于预设解锁交点个数时对屏幕进行解锁。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例二的屏幕解锁方法的流程图。如图 6 所示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S602: 获取解锁界面输入轨迹信息; 步骤 S604: 根据输入轨迹信息确定输入轨迹相交的交点个数; 步骤 S606: 判断交点个数与预设阈值是否一致; 若一致, 则继续执行步 骤 S608; 否则, 转到步骤 S610; 步骤 S608: 调用解锁指令进行屏幕解锁; 流程结束; 步骤 S610: 判断交点个数是否大于预设阈值; 如果是, 则流程结束; 如 果否, 继续执行步骤 S612; 步骤 S612: 保留全部输入轨迹信息; 转到步骤 S604。 在该优选实施例中, 如果用户在当前输入轨迹操作后未产生交点或者产 生的交点数量未达到解锁的要求, 则保留用户当前输入轨迹; 当在本次屏幕 激活状态范围内, 下次输入的轨迹与更早的轨迹产生交点时, 仍然对产生的 交点进行累计计数。 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例四的屏幕解锁示意图。 如图 7所示, 当用 户开始输入解锁轨迹起点时, 同步获取输入轨迹信息。 根据获取到的输入轨 迹信息确定轨迹交点的个数, 且将交点个数信息显示在屏幕的右上方。 以输 入轨迹交点的个数同预设解锁交点个数进行对比, 若获取到的交点个数为 0 或者交点个数少于预设解锁交点个数, 则保留用户当前输入轨迹。 当用户在 此次屏幕激活状态下再次输入轨迹时, 可以与之前的输入轨迹产生交点以及 输入轨迹本身相交产生交点, 此时再次获取输入轨迹交点的个数, 若获取到 的交点个数少于预设解锁交点个数, 则继续保留用户当前已经输入的全部, 再一次获取用户在此次屏幕激活状态下继续输入轨迹与之前所有输入轨迹产 生的所有交点个数, 直到与预设解锁交点个数一致且最后一次输入轨迹已输 入完毕, 则对屏幕进行解锁。 如果用户在计数未达到解锁条件时手动关闭屏 幕或者由于长时间不输入导致进入待机黑屏状态, 则下次进入锁屏状态时对 交点个数重新计数。 在该优选实施例中, 可以根据用户的设置, 以用户的输入轨迹生成解锁 图标, 即为用户屏幕界面显示效果示意图。 从输入解锁轨迹起点开始直到到 达终点的过程中, 屏幕同步显示输入轨迹, 并对输入轨迹的交点进行突出显 示, 且显示交点个数信息于屏幕右上方。 当交点个数小于预设解锁交点个数, 继续输入轨迹, 同步显示输入轨迹及突出显示交点, 同时交点个数信息显示 当前交点个数。 当输入轨迹完成后, 在交点数目等于预设解锁交点个数时对 屏幕进行解锁。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例五的屏幕解锁示意图。 如图 8所示, 本发 明所提供的技术方案可以根据用户的设置 , 以用户输入轨迹的交点和交点个 数信息生成解锁图标, 即为用户屏幕界面显示效果示意图 (虚线表示屏幕未 显示) 。 从输入解锁轨迹起点开始直到到达终点的过程中, 屏幕不显示上一 次输入轨迹, 仅显示交点和交点个数信息。 当交点个数小于预设解锁交点个 数时, 继续输入本次轨迹, 输入过程中, 还是不显示输入轨迹, 而仅突出显 示新增交点以及交点个数信息。 在不显示输入轨迹的同时给用户交点信息的 提示, 保密性提高的同时而又不失便利性。 当输入轨迹完成后, 在交点数目 等于预设解锁交点个数时对屏幕进行解锁。 在该优选实施例中, 也可以根据用户的设置仅以交点信息生成解锁图标 或者仅以交点个数信息生成解锁图标或者不显示任何信息。 在图 8中, 从输 入解锁轨迹起点开始直到到达终点的过程中,屏幕不显示上一次的输入轨迹, 根据用户设置可以仅显示交点信息而不显示其他任何信息, 或者仅显示交点 个数信息而不显示其他任何信息。 当交点个数少于预设解锁交点个数时, 继 续输入本次轨迹, 输入过程中, 不显示本次输入轨迹。 根据用户设置, 可以 仅突出显示交点信息而不显示其他任何信息, 或者仅显示交点个数信息而不 显示其他任何信息。 当输入轨迹完成后, 交点数目等于预设解锁交点个数时 解锁; 也可以根据设置不显示包括输入轨迹、 交点以及交点个数信息等任何 信息, 保密性得到大幅提升。 当输入轨迹完成后, 在交点数目等于预设解锁 交点个数时对屏幕进行解锁。 优选地, 在对屏幕显示界面进行解锁之后, 还可以包括以下操作: 步骤 S5: 获取第一交点集合中的一个或多个交点在屏幕显示界面上的位 置信息; 步骤 S6: 判断一个或多个交点是否位于同一个预设区域内; 步骤 S7: 如果是, 则执行以下操作之一: 操作一、 触发与预设区域相对应的应用程序开始运行; 操作二、 显示与预设区域相关联的界面; 操作三、 执行与预设区域相对应的控制指令。 在优选实施例中, 可以根据交点产生的位置对解锁后的运行界面或状态 进行选择, 例如: 当判断解锁的交点个数为 1 时, 该交点落入显示区域 1 , 则在解锁的同时触发状态 1; 落入显示区域 2 , 则在解锁的同时触发状态 2 , 其中, 状态 1和状态 2可以为以下之一: 声音状态、 界面主题状态、 应用程 序状态。 下面结合图 9至图 15所示的优选实施方式对上述优选实施过程做进一步 的描述。
图 9是根据本发明优选实施例三的屏幕解锁方法的流程图。如图 9所示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S902: 预先将屏幕划分成若干区域, 并将各个区域解锁后的活动状 态与预设激活交点个数相对应; 在该优选实施例中, 可以根据交点产生的位置对解锁后的运行界面或者 状态进行选择, 例如: 当判断解锁的交点个数为 1 时, 该交点落入显示区域 一, 则在解锁的同时触发状态 1 ; 如果落入显示区域二, 则在解锁的同时触 发状态 2。 上述状态可以为以下至少之一: 声音状态、 控制状态、 界面主题 状态、 应用程序状态、 特定信息显示。 步骤 S904: 获取解锁界面输入轨迹信息; 步骤 S906: 根据输入轨迹信息确定输入轨迹相交的交点个数; 步骤 S908:判断交点所在区域以及交点个数是否满足预设条件;如果是, 则继续执行步骤 S910; 否则, 流程结束; 步骤 S910: 解锁并激活该区域所对应的活动状态; 流程结束。 图 10是根据本发明优选实施例六的屏幕解锁示意图。 图 11是根据本发 明优选实施例的屏幕解锁后用户界面显示示意图。 如图 10和图 11所示, 用 户预先将屏幕划分成若干个区域, 并预设在各个区域解锁触发后激活对应的 活动状态。 当用户输入轨迹后, 获取输入轨迹信息及交点信息, 判断交点个 数及其所在对应区域, 当满足预设条件时, 进行解锁操作并同步激活该区域 预设对应活动状态。 具体的, 将屏幕按照横竖中心线划分为四个区域, 预设 解锁的交点个数为 1 , 预置区域一对应在此条件下激活短信编写活动状态。 以区域一为例, 当用户输入轨迹时, 开始获取输入轨迹信息。 根据获取到的 输入轨迹信息确定轨迹交点个数以及交点所在区域一信息, 且显示交点个数 信息于屏幕右上方,判断输入轨迹交点的个数同预设解锁交点个数进行对比, 若一致, 则对屏幕进行解锁, 并同时根据交点所在区域信息激活该区域预设 活动状态, 即激活短信编写活动状态, 如图 11所示。 需要说明的是, 在对屏幕进行区域划分时, 并不局限于上述优选实施例 中对屏幕的划分方法, 也可以将屏幕划分成一个区域, 即在解锁的同时激活 预设的活动状态或者其他划分方式对屏幕进行区域划分。 该优选实施例能够 在解锁的同时进入用户预先设置的活动状态, 带给用户简单而又快捷方便的 体验。 图 12是根据本发明优选实施例四的屏幕解锁方法的流程图。 如图 12所 示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S1202: 预先将屏幕划分成若干区域, 并将各个区域解锁后的活动 状态与预设激活交点个数相对应; 步骤 S1204: 特定活动状态激活屏幕, 等待用户处理操作; 在该优选实施例中, 增加了在锁屏状态下针对来电、 新短信等其他活动 状态需要解锁才能处理操作的解决方案, 该处理过程可以包括: 当锁屏状态 下来电、 新短信等其他活动状态需要解锁才能进行处理操作时, 可以根据交 点产生的位置以及个数进行解锁并完成相应地处理操作, 例如: 当判断解锁 的交点个数为 1 时, 该交点落入显示区域一, 则在解锁的同时执行处理操作 1 , 如果落入显示区域二, 则在解锁的同时执行处理操作 2。 上述处理操作可 以根据实际情况具体分析并加以设置。 步骤 S1206: 获取解锁界面输入轨迹信息; 步骤 S1208: 根据输入轨迹信息确定输入轨迹相交的交点个数; 步骤 S1210: 判断交点所在区域以及交点个数是否满足预设条件; 如果 是, 则继续执行步骤 S1212; 否则, 流程结束; 步骤 S1212: 解锁并激活该区域所对应的活动状态; 流程结束。 图 13是根据本发明优选实施例七的屏幕解锁示意图。 如图 13所示, 用 户预先将屏幕划分成若干区域, 并预设在各个区域解锁触发后与某活动状态 需要进行处理操作相对应。 当锁屏状态下来电、 新短信等其他活动状态需要 解锁才能进行处理操作时, 用户输入轨迹, 获取输入轨迹信息及交点信息, 判断交点个数及其所在对应区域, 当满足预设条件时, 进行解锁操作并同步 执行对应处理操作。 具体的, 将屏幕按照横竖中心线划分为如图所示的两个 区域, 预设解锁的交点个数为 1 , 预设区域一在来电时对应接听, 区域二在 来电时对应拒绝。 以区域一为例, 当有来电需要进行处理时, 用户输入轨迹, 获取输入轨迹信息。 根据输入轨迹信息确定轨迹交点个数以及交点所在区域 一信息, 且显示交点个数信息于屏幕右上方, 判断输入轨迹交点的个数同预 设解锁交点个数进行对比, 若一致, 则对屏幕进行解锁, 并同时根据交点所 在区域信息执行该区域预设的处理操作 , 即接听来电 , 进入通话过程界面。 需要说明的是, 当各种活动状态需要解锁后才能执行处理操作时, 可以 根据具体活动状态所需要进行的处理操作项的数量,将屏幕划分成多个区域, 每个区域分别对应一项处理操作。 当然也可以根据需要进行个性化调整, 并 不局限于显示全部或者单个操作选项。 同样的, 输入轨迹、 交点信息以及需 要操作提示信息等也可以根据需要设置显示或者不显示。 该优选实施例能够 在解锁的同时完成活动状态所需要进行的处理操作, 能带给用户简单而又快 捷方便的体验。 图 14是根据本发明优选实施例五的屏幕解锁方法的流程图。 如图 14所 示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S1402: 预设激活交点个数以及不同解锁交点个数分别对应的活动 状态的处理操作; 步骤 S1404: 特定活动状态激活屏幕, 等待用户处理操作; 步骤 S1406: 获取解锁界面输入轨迹信息; 步骤 S1408: 根据输入轨迹信息确定输入轨迹相交的交点个数; 步骤 S1410: 判断交点所在区域以及交点个数是否满足预设条件; 如果 是, 则继续执行步骤 S1412; 否则, 流程结束; 步骤 S1412: 解锁并执行对应的处理操作; 流程结束。 在该优选实施例中, 可以不对屏幕进行划分, 而是以交点个数的不同分 别对应不同处理操作, 具体过程可以包括: 当锁屏状态下来电、 新短信等其 他活动状态需要解锁才能进行处理操作时, 可以根据交点个数进行解锁并完 成对应处理操作, 例如: 当判断解锁的交点个数为 1 时, 则在解锁的同时执 行处理操作 1 ; 当判断解锁的交点个数为 2 时, 则在解锁的同时执行处理操 作 2。 上述处理操作可以根据实际情况具体分析并加以设置。 图 15是根据本发明优选实施例八的屏幕解锁示意图。 如图 15所示, 用 户预先设置不同解锁交点个数, 并将其与不同活动状态需要进行的处理操作 相对应。 当锁屏状态下来电、 新短信等其他活动状态需要解锁才能进行处理 操作时, 用户输入轨迹, 获取输入轨迹信息及交点信息, 判断交点个数, 当 满足预设条件时, 进行解锁操作并同步执行对应的处理操作。 具体的, 预设 解锁的交点个数为 1时, 解锁并执行处理操作 A; 当解锁交点个数为 2时, 解锁并执行处理操作 B , 依此可以进行多个不同设置。 以锁屏下来电处理为 例, 预设交点个数为 1 时, 解锁并执行处理操作为接听来电; 当交点个数为 2 时, 解锁并执行处理操作为拒绝来电。 当有来电需要进行处理时, 用户输 入轨迹, 获取输入轨迹信息。 根据输入轨迹信息确定轨迹交点个数以及交点 所在区域一信息, 且显示交点个数信息于屏幕右上方, 判断输入轨迹交点的 个数同预设解锁交点个数进行对比, 若与特定预置值一致, 则解锁并同时执 行该预置值对应的处理操作, 即当交点个数为 1时, 解锁进入通话过程界面; 交点个数为 2时, 解锁并拒绝来电。 需要说明的是, 当各种活动状态需要解锁后才能执行处理操作时, 可以 根据具体活动状态所需要进行的处理操作项的数量, 设置一个或多个对应解 锁交点值, 每个预设值分别对应一项处理操作。 同样的, 输入轨迹、 交点信 息以及需要操作提示信息等也可以根据需要设置显示或者不显示。 该优选实 施例能够在解锁的同时完成活动状态所需要进行的处理操作, 能带给用户简 单而又快捷方便的体验。 图 16是根据本发明实施例的屏幕显示界面的解锁装置的结构框图。如图
16所示, 该屏幕显示界面的解锁装置可以包括: 确定模块 10, 其设置成获取 屏幕显示界面的输入轨迹信息, 并确定输入轨迹信息产生的第一交点集合中 交点的个数; 以及, 解锁模块 20, 其设置成根据第一交点集合中交点的个数 与预设阈值的比较结果确定是否对屏幕显示界面进行解锁。 采用如图 16所示的装置,解决了相关技术中的屏幕解锁方式难以兼顾解 锁过程的便捷性与安全性的问题,进而有效简化了屏幕解锁的发杂操作过程, 同时又确保了屏幕解锁的安全性。 在优选实施过程中,上述解锁模块 20还设置成在第一交点集合中交点的 个数大于或者等于预设阈值时, 对屏幕显示界面进行解锁。 优选地, 如图 17所示, 上述确定模块 10可以包括: 第一获取单元 102, 其设置成获取预设时长内记录的多次输入轨迹; 以及第一确定单元 104, 其 设置成根据记录的多次输入轨迹中相同输入轨迹自身产生的第二交点集合中 交点的个数和 /或不同输入轨迹之间产生的第三交点集合中交点的个数确定 第一交点集合中交点的个数。
优选地, 如图 17所示, 上述确定模块 10可以包括: 第二获取单元 106, 其设置成获取一次输入轨迹; 以及第二确定单元 108, 其设置成根据一次输 入轨迹自身产生的交点的个数确定第一交点集合中交点的个数。 优选地, 如图 17所示, 上述装置还可以包括: 显示模块 30, 其设置成 将确定后的第一交点集合中交点的个数显示在屏幕显示界面的预设区域内。 优选地, 如图 17所示, 上述装置还可以包括: 获取模块 40, 其设置成 获取第一交点集合中的一个或多个交点在屏幕显示界面上的位置信息; 判断 模块 50, 其设置成判断一个或多个交点是否位于同一个预设区域内; 以及执 行模块 60 , 其设置成在判断模块输出为是时执行以下操作之一: 触发与预设区域相对应的应用程序开始运行; 显示与预设区域相关联的界面; 以及 执行与预设区域相对应的控制指令。 图 18是才艮据本发明优选实例的屏幕解锁装置的结构示意图。 如图 18 所 示, 该装置可以包括: 输入轨迹信息获取模块(相当于上述确定模块) 、 解 锁控制模块(其中,可以包括: 判断单元和控制单元,相当于上述解锁模块)、 和解锁控制设置模块, 其中, 输入轨迹信息获取模块设置成获取输入轨迹信 息, 包括轨迹交点个数信息; 解锁控制模块设置成在输入轨迹交点个数等于 预设解锁交点的个数时对屏幕进行解锁; 解锁控制设置模块设置成预先设置 解锁交点的个数。 该装置的具体操作过程如下: 移动终端屏幕的初始状态处 于锁定状态; 当用户开始输入解锁轨迹时, 输入轨迹信息获取模块同步获取 输入轨迹信息, 在移动终端重新进入锁屏状态之前用户可以持续输入轨迹, 输入轨迹信息获取模块也在不断地获取输入轨迹信息以及输入轨迹交点个数 信息。 当输入轨迹结束时, 输入轨迹信息获取模块将输入轨迹交点个数发送 至解锁控制模块, 解锁控制模块中的判断单元通过将获取到的输入轨迹交点 个数和解锁控制设置模块中预设的解锁交点个数进行对比, 当两者相同时, 由解锁控制模块中的控制单元对屏幕进行解锁。 一: 触摸方式、 鼠标输入、 手写笔及手写板、 键盘、 激光笔。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 上述实施例实现了如下技术效果(需要说 明的是这些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果) : 采用获取屏幕显示界 面的输入轨迹信息,并确定输入轨迹信息产生的第一交点集合中交点的个数; 根据第一交点集合中交点的个数与预设阈值的比较结果确定是否对屏幕显示 界面进行解锁, 解决了相关技术中的屏幕解锁方式难以兼顾解锁过程的便捷 性与安全性的问题, 进而有效简化了屏幕解锁的发杂操作过程, 同时又确保 了屏幕解锁的安全性。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述第一交点集合中交点的个 数与所述预设阈值的比较结果确定是否对所述屏幕显示界面进行解锁的 步骤包括: 在所述第一交点集合中交点的个数大于或者等于所述预设阈值时,对 所述屏幕显示界面进行解锁。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述屏幕显示界面的所述输入 轨迹信息并确定所述输入轨迹信息产生的所述第一交点集合中交点的个 数的步骤包括: 获取预设时长内记录的多次输入轨迹; 以及 根据记录的所述多次输入轨迹中相同输入轨迹自身产生的第二交点 集合中交点的个数和 /或不同输入轨迹之间产生的第三交点集合中交点的 个数确定所述第一交点集合中交点的个数。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述屏幕显示界面的所述输入 轨迹信息并确定所述输入轨迹信息产生的所述第一交点集合中交点的个 数的步骤包括: 获取一次输入轨迹; 以及 根据所述一次输入轨迹自身产生的交点的个数确定所述第一交点集 合中交点的个数。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 还包括: 在确定所述输入轨迹信息产生的所述第一交点集合中交点的个数之 后,将所述第一交点集合中交点的个数显示在所述屏幕显示界面的预设区 域内。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 还包括: 在对所述屏幕显示界面进行解锁 之后, 获取所述第一交点集合中的一个或多个交点在所述屏幕显示界面上 的位置信息;
判断所述一个或多个交点是否位于同一个预设区域内; 如果是, 则执行以下操作之一: 触发与所述预设区域相对应的应用程序开始运行; 显示与所述预设区域相关联的界面; 以及
执行与所述预设区域相对应的控制指令。
7. 一种屏幕显示界面的解锁装置, 包括: 确定模块,其设置成获取屏幕显示界面的输入轨迹信息, 并确定所述 输入轨迹信息产生的第一交点集合中交点的个数; 以及 解锁模块,其设置成根据所述第一交点集合中交点的个数与预设阈值 的比较结果确定是否对所述屏幕显示界面进行解锁。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述解锁模块还设置成在所述第一 交点集合中交点的个数大于或者等于所述预设阈值时, 对所述屏幕显示 界面进行解锁。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述确定模块包括: 第一获取单元,其设置成获取预设时长内记录的多次输入轨迹; 以及 第一确定单元,其设置成根据记录的所述多次输入轨迹中相同输入轨 迹自身产生的第二交点集合中交点的个数和 /或不同输入轨迹之间产生的 第三交点集合中交点的个数确定所述第一交点集合中交点的个数。
10. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述确定模块包括: 第二获取单元, 其设置成获取一次输入轨迹; 以及 第二确定单元,其设置成根据所述一次输入轨迹自身产生的交点的个 数确定所述第一交点集合中交点的个数。
11. 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的装置, 还包括:
显示模块,其设置成将确定后的所述第一交点集合中交点的个数显示 在所述屏幕显示界面的预设区域内。
12. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 还包括: 获取模块,其设置成获取所述第一交点集合中的一个或多个交点在所 述屏幕显示界面上的位置信息; 判断模块,其设置成判断所述一个或多个交点是否位于同一个预设区 i或内; 以及 执行模块, 其设置成在所述判断模块输出为是时执行以下操作之一: 触发与所述预设区域相对应的应用程序开始运行; 显示与所述预设区域相关联的界面; 以及 执行与所述预设区域相对应的控制指令。
