具体实施方式 下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
本发明实施例提供一种终端注册的方法, 如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例 的执行主体为接入点设备, 且该接入点设备在 LTE(Long Term Evolution,长 期演进)网络中为基站, 在 WIFI网络中为 AP ( Wireless Access Point , 无线 访问接入点), 该方法包括:
5101、 在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备 启动对监控资源的监控。
具体地, 终端在向网络发起连接时, 首先需要向接入点设备发送接入 请求消息, 从而使得接入点设备启动对监控资源的监控。
其中, 该监控资源可以是时间或者传输的数据流量, 本发明实施例并 不局限于此。
5102、 在该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在该接入点设备监 控的监控资源未达到监控阔值时, 该接入点设备接收到该数据库发送的注 册响应消息, 停止对该监控资源的监控。
其中, 该监控阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值, 若该监控资源为 时间, 则该监控阔值即为时间阔值, 具体地, 可以通过在该接入点设备中 设置定时器对时间进行监控, 该时间阔值记录在该定时器中; 若该监控资 源为传输的数据流量, 则该监控阔值即为流量阔值, 具体地, 可以通过设 置流量监控器对流量进行监控, 该流量阈值记录在该流量监控器中。
进一步地, 在该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在该接入点设 备监控的监控资源达到或者超过该监控阔值时, 该接入点设备未接收到该 注册响应消息, 发起去附着过程。
其中, 发起该去附着过程即表示该终端注册失败, 从而断开与当前网 络的连接, 该去附着过程具体为: 接入点设备向终端或者网络设备发送去 附着请求消息, 若接入点设备向该终端发送去附着请求消息, 则该终端通 过该接入点设备向网络设备发送去附着消息, 以断开该终端与当前网络的 连接; 若接入点设备向网络设备发送去附着请求消息, 则该网络设备通过 该接入点设备向终端发送去附着消息, 以断开该终端与当前网络的连接。
其中, 若该网络为 LTE 网络 , 则该网络设备为 MME ( Mobility Management Entity, 移动性管理实体)或者 HSS ( Home Subscriber Server, 家庭用户服务器), 若该网络为 WIFI网络, 则该网络设备为 HSS。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中的注册的流程是在原有的注册流程中进 行的, 因此该注册的过程也是可靠安全的。
釆用上述实施例提供的终端注册方法, 通过在终端注册的过程中进行 监控, 例如对时间或者传输的数据流量的监控, 从而及时确认在该时间或 者流量达到或者超过一监控阔值时, 该终端是否注册成功, 节约了网络资 源。 本发明实施例提供一种终端注册的方法, 如图 2 所示, 该方法实施例 的执行主体为接入点设备, 该方法包括:
5201、 在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备 启动对监控资源的监控。
具体地, 终端在向网络发起连接时, 首先需要向接入点设备发送接入 请求消息, 从而使得接入点设备启动对监控资源的监控。
其中, 该监控资源可以是时间或者传输的数据流量, 本发明实施例并 不局限于此。
5202、 在该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在该接入点设备监 控的监控资源达到或者超过该监控阔值时, 该接入点设备未接收到该数据 库发送的注册响应消息, 发起去附着过程。
其中, 该监控阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值, 若该监控资源为 时间, 则该监控阔值即为时间阔值, 具体地, 可以通过在该接入点设备中 设置定时器对时间进行监控, 该时间阔值记录在该定时器中; 若该监控资 源为传输的数据流量, 则该监控阔值即为流量阔值, 具体地, 可以通过设 置流量监控器对流量进行监控, 该流量阈值记录在该流量监控器中。
上述发起该去附着过程即表示该终端注册失败, 从而断开与当前网络 的连接, 该去附着过程具体为: 基站向终端或者网络设备发送去附着请求 消息, 若基站向该终端发送去附着请求消息, 则该终端通过该接入点设备 向网络设备发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网络的连接; 若基站向网 络设备发送去附着请求消息, 则该网络设备通过该接入点设备向终端发送 去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网络的连接。
另外, 若该网络为 LTE网络, 则该网络设备为 MME或者 HSS, 若该 网络为 WIFI网络, 则该网络设备为 HSS。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中的注册的流程是在原有的注册流程中进 行的, 因此该注册的过程也是可靠安全的。

本发明实施例提供一种终端注册的方法, 如图 3 所示, 该方法实施例 是在 LTE网络的场景下, 以监控资源为时间, 监控阔值为时间阔值, 接入 点设备为基站为例进行说明的, 该方法实施例具体步骤包括:
5301、 终端向基站发送接入请求消息, 以请求接入网络。
5302、 在终端向基站发送接入请求消息时, 基站通过定时器启动对时 间的监控。
其中, 该定时器设置在基站中, 定时器中记录有预设的时间阔值。
5303、 终端通过基站向数据库发送注册请求消息。
若在该基站监控的时间未达到时间阔值时, 该基站接收到数据库发送 的注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S304至步骤 S305。
若在该基站监控的时间达到或者超过该时间阔值时, 该基站未接收到 该注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S306至步骤 S307。
5304、 基站通过定时器停止对时间的监控。 5305、 终端在接收到数据库发送的注册确定消息后, 确认终端注册成 功。
需要说明的是, 上述的注册响应消息和注册确认消息可以封装在同一 个数据包中通过基站发送至终端。
5306、 基站向终端发送去附着请求消息。
5307、 终端通过基站向网络设备发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前 网络的连接。
其中, 该网络设备可以是 MME或者 HSS。
另外, 在步骤 S306中, 基站还可以向网络设备发送去附着请求消息, 则步骤 S307为: 网络设备向终端发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网络 的连接。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中监控资源是以时间为例进行说明的, 本 发明实施例并不局限于此, 该监控资源还可以是传输的数据流量, 针对流 量监控的具体的注册流程参照上述步骤, 在此就不再赘述了。
另外, 上述实施例中的注册的流程是在原有的注册流程中进行的, 因 此该注册的过程也是可靠安全的。

S402、 在终端向 AP发送接入请求消息时, AP通过定时器启动对时间 的监控。
其中, 该定时器设置在 AP中, 定时器中记录有预设的时间阔值。 S403、 终端通过 AP向 PDN ( Public Data Network, 公用数据网) 网关 发送注册请求消息。
5404、 PDN网关将该注册请求消息发送至数据库。
若在该 AP监控的时间未达到时间阔值时, 该 AP接收到数据库发送的 注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S405。
若在该 AP监控的时间达到或者超过该时间阔值时, 该 AP未接收到该 注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S406至步骤 S407。
5405、 AP通过定时器停止对时间的监控。
5406、 AP向终端发送去附着请求消息。
5407、终端通过 AP向网络设备发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网 络的连接。
其中, 该网络设备可以是 HSS。
另外, 在步骤 S406中, AP还可以向网络设备发送去附着请求消息, 则步骤 S407为: 网络设备向终端发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网络 的连接。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中监控资源是以时间为例进行说明的, 本 发明实施例并不局限于此, 该监控资源还可以是传输的数据流量, 针对流 量监控的具体的注册流程参照上述步骤, 在此就不再赘述了。
另外, 上述实施例中的注册的流程是在原有的注册流程中进行的, 因 此该注册的过程也是安全可靠的。

S502、 在终端向 AP发送接入请求消息时, AP通过定时器启动对时间 的监控。
其中, 该定时器设置在 AP中, 定时器中记录有预设的时间阔值。
5503、 终端通过 AP向 ePDG ( evolved Packet Data Gateway, 演进型分 组数据网关)发送注册请求消息。
其中, 该 ePDG用于不可信网络的接入, 通过接口与 PDN网关相连, 在终端和 PDN网关之间路由数据包, 并作为移动接入网关, 完成传输隧道 鉴权和注册。
5504、 ePDG将该注册请求消息发送至 PDN ( Public Data Network , 公 用数据网 ) 网关。
5505、 PDN网关将该注册请求消息发送至数据库。
若在该 AP监控的时间未达到时间阔值时, 该 AP接收到数据库发送的 注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S506。
若在该 AP监控的时间达到或者超过该时间阔值时, 该 AP未接收到该 注册响应消息, 执行步骤 S507至步骤 S508。
5506、 AP通过定时器停止对时间的监控。
5507、 AP向终端发送去附着请求消息。
5508、终端通过 AP向网络设备发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网 络的连接。
其中, 该网络设备可以是 HSS。
另外, 在步骤 S507中, AP还可以向网络设备发送去附着请求消息, 则步骤 S508为: 网络设备向终端发送去附着消息, 以断开终端与当前网络 的连接。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中监控资源是以时间为例进行说明的, 本 发明实施例并不局限于此, 该监控资源还可以是传输的数据流量, 针对流 量监控的具体的注册流程参照上述步骤, 在此就不再赘述了。

需要说明的是, 对于上述的各方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都 表述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受 所描述的动作顺序的限制, 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中 所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发 明所必须的。 本发明实施例提供一种接入点设备 600 , 如图 6所示, 包括: 第一启动单元 601 ,用于在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息 时, 接入点设备启动监控单元 602。
第一监控单元 602 , 用于监控该监控资源, 并记录有监控阔值, 该监控 阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值。
其中, 该监控阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值, 若该监控资源为 时间, 则该监控阔值即为时间阔值; 若该监控资源为传输的数据流量, 则 该监控阔值即为流量阔值。
停止单元 603 , 用于在该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若该第一 监控单元 602监控的监控资源未达到监控阈值时, 该接入点设备接收到数 据库发送的注册响应消息, 停止对该监控资源的监控。
进一步地, 如图 7所示, 该接入点设备 600还包括: 第一去附着单元 604, 用于该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在该第一监控单元 602 达到或者超过该监控阔值, 该接入点设备未接收到该数据库发送的注册响 应消息, 发起去附着过程。
本实施例中的去附着过程可以参考上述实施例中对去附着过程的描 述。
需要说明的是, 上述接入点设备在 LTE网络中为基站; 在 WIFI网络 中为 AP, 上述接入点设备中的第一监控单元可以是定时器或者流量监控 器。
釆用上述实施例提供的接入点设备, 通过在终端注册的过程中进行监 控, 例如对时间或者传输的数据流量的监控, 从而及时确认在该时间或者 流量达到或者超过一监控阔值时, 该终端是否注册成功, 节约了网络资源。 本发明实施例提供一种接入点设备 800, 如图 8所示, 包括:
第二启动单元 801 ,用于在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息 时, 接入点设备启动监控单元 802。
第二监控单元 802, 用于监控该监控资源, 并记录有监控阔值, 该监控 阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值。
其中, 该监控阔值为针对该监控资源的预设门限值, 若该监控资源为 时间, 则该监控阔值即为时间阔值; 若该监控资源为传输的数据流量, 则 该监控阔值即为流量阔值。
第二去附着单元 803 , 用于在该终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若 在该第二监控单元 802 达到或者超过该监控阔值, 该接入点设备未接收到 该数据库发送的注册响应消息时, 发起去附着过程。 本实施例中的去附着过程可以参考上述实施例中对去附着过程的描 述。
需要说明的是, 上述接入点设备在 LTE网络中为基站; 在 WIFI网络 中为 AP, 上述接入点设备中的第二监控单元可以是定时器或者流量监控 器。
釆用上述实施例提供的接入点设备, 通过在终端注册的过程中进行监 控, 例如对时间或者传输的数据流量的监控, 从而及时确认在该时间或者 流量达到或者超过一监控阔值时, 该终端是否注册成功, 节约了网络资源。
所属本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上 述描述的各个设备的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过 程, 在此不再赘述。 本发明实施例提供一种终端注册系统, 如图 9所示, 包括:
终端 900、 接入点设备 600和数据库 901 ,
该终端 900, 用于向接入点设备发送接入请求消息, 并向数据库 901发 送注册请求消息。
该接入点设备为图 6或图 7所示的接入点设备 600。
该数据库 901 , 用于接收该终端 900发送的注册请求消息, 并向接入点 设备 600发送注册响应消息。
需要说明的是, 上述图 6或图 7描述的接入点设备应用于上述终端注 册的方法, 且该设备中的各个单元也与该方法中的各步骤相对应。
釆用上述实施例提供的终端注册系统, 接入点设备通过在终端注册的 过程中进行监控, 例如对时间或者传输的数据流量的监控, 从而及时确认 在该时间或者流量达到或者超过一监控阔值时, 该终端是否注册成功, 节 约了网络资源。 本发明实施例提供一种终端注册系统, 如图 10所示, 包括: 终端 100、 接入点设备 800和数据库 101 ,
该终端 100, 用于向接入点设备发送接入请求消息, 并向数据库发送注 册请求消息。

该数据库 101 , 用于接收该终端发送的注册请求消息, 并向接入点设备 800发送注册响应消息。
需要说明的是, 上述图 8描述的接入点设备应用于上述终端注册的方 法, 且该设备中的各个单元也与该方法中的各步骤相对应。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种终端注册的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备启动对 监控资源的监控;
在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若所述接入点设备监控的 监控资源未达到监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备接收到所述数据库发送的注 册响应消息, 则停止对所述监控资源的监控, 所述监控阈值为针对所述监 控资源的预设门限值。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若所述接入点设备监控的 监控资源达到或者超过所述监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备未接收到所述注 册响应消息, 则发起去附着过程。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述监控资源为时 间, 所述监控阔值为时间阔值; 或者,
所述监控资源为传输的数据流量 , 所述监控阔值为流量阔值。
4、 一种终端注册的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备启动对 监控资源的监控;
在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在所述接入点设备监控 的监控资源达到或者超过所述监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备未接收到所述 数据库发送的注册响应消息, 则发起去附着过程。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述监控资源为时间, 所述监控阔值为时间阔值; 或者,
所述监控资源为传输的数据流量 , 所述监控阔值为流量阔值。
6、 一种接入点设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一启动单元, 用于在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备启动监控单元;
第一监控单元, 用于监控所述监控资源, 并记录有监控阈值, 所述监 控阔值为针对所述监控资源的预设门限值;
停止单元, 用于在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若在所述 第一监控单元监控的监控资源未达到监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备接收到 数据库发送的注册响应消息, 则停止对所述监控资源的监控。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一去附着单元, 用于在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若 在所述第一监控单元达到或者超过所述监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备未接 收到所述注册响应消息, 则发起去附着过程。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一监控单元 为定时器或者流量监控器。
9、 一种接入点设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二启动单元, 用于在接入点设备接收到终端发送的接入请求消息时, 接入点设备启动监控单元;
第二监控单元, 用于监控所述监控资源, 并记录有监控阈值, 所述监 控阔值为针对所述监控资源的预设门限值;
第二去附着单元, 用于在所述终端向数据库发送注册请求消息后, 若 在所述第二监控单元达到或者超过所述监控阔值时, 所述接入点设备仍未 接收到所述数据库发送的注册响应消息, 则发起去附着过程。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二监控单元为 定时器或者流量监控器。
11、 一种终端注册系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 终端、 接入点设备和数 据库,
所述终端, 用于向接入点设备发送接入请求消息, 并向数据库发送注 册请求消息;
所述接入点设备为权利要求 6至 8所述的接入点设备;
所述数据库, 用于接收终端发送的注册请求消息, 并向接入点设备发 送注册响应消息。
12、 一种终端注册系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 终端、 接入点设备和数 据库,
所述终端, 用于向接入点设备发送接入请求消息, 并向数据库发送注 册请求消息;
所述接入点设备为权利要求 9或 10所述的接入点设备;
所述数据库, 用于接收所述终端发送的注册请求消息, 并向接入点设 备发送注册响应消息。
