当前周围基站将国家码、 网络码、 位置区域码和当前基站编号信息反馈 到手机; 手机把获取的基站位置信息通过移动互联网发送到移动定位服务器; 移动定 位服务器通过分析基站位置信息,与 Google全球定位系统交互后将定位信息返回到手 机; 在手机上显示用户当前所处的地理位置信息。 所述专利文件中提供的定位方法虽然可以解决 GPS技术在移动终端方面应用欠缺 的问题, 但是流程繁琐、 效率相对低下。 发明内容 本发明实施例是提供一种网络侧设备、 定位服务器、 移动终端和定位方法, 在实 现定位的同时, 减少移动终端和网络侧的多次交互。 本发明实施例提供了一种网络侧设备, 包括: 第一接收模块, 设置为接收一移动终端在满足位置更新条件时发送的一位置更新 请求; 确认模块, 设置为在所述第一接收模块接收到所述移动终端发送的位置更新请求 后, 确认所述移动终端的第一标识; 获取模块,设置为根据所述位置更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码; 定位请求模块, 设置为向一定位服务器发送一包括了所述第一位置区识别码和所 述第一标识的定位请求, 使得所述定位服务器根据一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息 的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息, 并向所述第一 标识对应的移动终端发送所述第一地理位置信息。 所述网络侧设备的第一接收模块在接收到所述位置更新请求后, 确认模块会确认 发送所述位置更新请求的移动终端的第一标识, 获取模块会根据所述位置更新请求获 取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码, 定位请求模块会向一定位服务器发送一包括了 所述第一位置区识别码和所述第一标识的定位请求, 使得所述定位服务器根据一位置 区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地 理位置信息, 并向所述第一标识对应的移动终端发送所述第一地理位置信息。 即所述的网络侧设备在接收到移动终端的位置更新请求后, 会直接发送所述定位 请求给一定位服务器, 不需要再跟移动终端进行交互后, 由移动终端发送定位请求给 定位服务器, 节约了网络资源。 同时, 应考虑到所述网络侧设备不会针对所有移动终端都进行定位, 应该只针对 拥有合法权限的移动终端进行定位, 因此, 所述网络侧设备还包括: 注册标识记录模块, 设置为记录已注册的移动终端的标识; 第一判断模块, 设置为在所述确认模块确认所述移动终端的标识后, 判断所述移 动终端是否已经注册, 获取一第一判断结果; 所述获取模块具体设置为在所述第一判断结果表明所述移动终端已经注册时, 根 据所述位置更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码。 所述网络侧设备的注册标识记录模块记录了那些已经取得合法权限的移动终端的 标识, 所述第一判断模块会在所述确认模块确认了所述移动终端的标识后, 判断所述 移动终端是否已经注册, 所述获取模块具体针对已经注册的移动终端, 根据所述位置 更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码。 在所述的网络侧设备中, 所述的位置区识别码为: 所述移动终端在满足位置更新条件时所处位置区的基站的国家码、 网络码、 位置 区域码和基站编号。 本发明实施例还提供了一种定位服务器, 包括- 第二接收模块,设置为接收一网络侧设备在接收到一移动终端的位置更新请求时, 获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码并确认所述移动终端的第一标识后, 发送的一 包括了所述第一位置区识别码和所述第一标识的定位请求; 存储模块, 设置为记录一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系; 定位模块, 根据所述位置区识别码与地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一 位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息; 第一发送模块, 设置为将所述第一地理位置信息通过消息方式发送给所述第一标 识对应的移动终端。 所述定位服务器的第二接收模块接收到一网络侧设备发送的所述定位请求后, 定 位模块会根据记录在存储模块中的位置区识别码与地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与 所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息, 第一发送模块就会向所述第一标识 对应的移动终端发送所述第一地理位置信息。 所述的定位服务器不需要跟其他第三方地理信息服务器进行交互, 可以直接根据 所述的存储模块中记录的位置区识别码与地理位置信息的对应关系来获得与所述第一 位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息, 并直接发送给移动终端, 节约了网络资源。 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端, 包括: 第二判断模块, 设置为判断所述移动终端是否满足位置更新条件, 获取一第二判 断结果; 第二发送模块, 设置为在所述第二判断结果表明所述移动终端满足位置更新条件 时, 向一网络侧设备发送一位置更新请求, 使得所述网络侧设备在接收到所述位置更 新请求时,获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码并确认所述移动终端的第一标识后, 发送一包括了所述第一标识和所述第一位置区识别码的定位请求给一定位服务器; 第三接收模块, 设置为接收一定位服务器在接收到一包括了所述移动终端的第一 位置区识别码和所述移动终端的第一标识的定位请求时, 根据一位置区识别码与一地 理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息后, 向所述第一标识对应的移动终端发送的第一地理位置信息。 所述移动终端的第二判断模块会判断所述移动终端是否满足位置更新条件, 获取 一第二判断结果; 所述第二判断结果表明所述移动终端满足位置更新条件时, 第二发 送模块会向一网络侧设备发送一位置更新请求, 并由所述网络侧设备在接收到所述位 置更新请求后, 发送定位请求给一定位服务器; 一定位服务器在接收到一定位请求时, 根据一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对 应的第一地理位置信息后,向所述第一标识对应的移动终端发送的第一地理位置信息, 所述第三接收模块设置为接收所述第一地理位置信息。 因此, 与现有技术的手动触发, 所述的移动终端可以主动切换定位, 比较友好, 同时不需要定位软件的支持, 节约了终端资源。 同时, 在接收到所述第一地理位置信息后, 应该考虑到所述移动终端可以存储所 述第一地理位置信息, 以供其他应用使用, 因此, 所述移动终端, 还包括: 定位信息存储模块, 设置为在所述第三接收模块接收到所述的第一地理位置信息 后, 存储所述第一地理位置信息。 所述定位信息存储模块为所述移动终端提供了随时更新的定位信息资源池, 可供 其他应用使用。 在所述的移动终端中, 所述的位置更新条件为- 开机注册网络或所在位置区发生改变。 本发明实施例还提供了一种定位方法, 设置为一网络侧设备, 包括: 接收一移动终端在满足位置更新条件时发送的一位置更新请求; 记录一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系; 根据所述位置区识别码与地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别 码对应的第一地理位置信息; 将所述第一地理位置信息通过消息方式发送给所述第一标识对应的移动终端。 所述定位服务器的第二接收模块接收到一网络侧设备发送的所述定位请求后, 定 位模块会根据记录在存储模块中的位置区识别码与地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与 所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息, 第一发送模块就会向所述第一标识 对应的移动终端发送所述第一地理位置信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种定位方法, 设置为一移动终端, 包括: 判断所述移动终端是否满足位置更新条件, 获取一第二判断结果; 在所述第二判断结果表明所述移动终端满足位置更新条件时, 向一网络侧设备发 送一位置更新请求, 使得所述网络侧设备在接收到所述位置更新请求时, 获取所述移 动终端的第一位置区识别码并确认所述移动终端的第一标识后, 发送一包括了所述第 一标识和所述第一位置区识别码的定位请求给一定位服务器; 接收一定位服务器在接收到一包括了所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码和所述移 动终端的第一标识的定位请求时,根据一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息后, 向所述第一标识对应的移 动终端发送的第一地理位置信息。 所述的定位方法会判断所述移动终端是否满足位置更新条件, 获取一第二判断结 果; 所述第二判断结果表明所述移动终端满足位置更新条件时, 向一网络侧设备发送 一位置更新请求, 并由所述网络侧设备在接收到所述位置更新请求后, 发送定位请求 给一定位服务器; 接收一定位服务器在接收到一定位请求时, 根据一位置区识别码与 一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息 后, 向所述第一标识对应的移动终端发送的第一地理位置信息。 在接收到所述第一地理位置信息后,应该考虑到可以存储所述第一地理位置信息, 以供其他应用使用, 因此, 所述定位方法, 还包括: 在接收到所述的第一地理位置信息后, 存储所述第一地理位置信息。 在所述的定位方法中, 所述的位置更新条件为: 开机注册网络或所在位置区发生改变。 本发明实施例具有以下有益效果中的至少一个: 减少了移动终端和网络侧的多次交互,移动终端向网络侧设备发送位置更新请求, 网络侧设备会直接发送一定位请求给定位服务器, 定位服务器确定了所述移动终端的 地理位置信息后直接发送给所述移动终端,整个定位过程通过一次交互即可实现定位, 节约了网络资源和终端资源; 第一判断模块, 设置为在所述确认模块确认所述移动终端的标识后, 判断所述移 动终端是否已经注册, 获取一第一判断结果; 所述获取模块具体设置为在所述第一判断结果表明所述移动终端已经注册时, 根 据所述位置更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码。 所述网络侧设备的注册标识记录模块记录了那些已经取得合法权限的移动终端的 标识, 所述第一判断模块会在所述确认模块确认所述移动终端的标识后, 对所述移动 终端的标识的合法性进行判断, 所述获取模块具体针对已经注册的移动终端, 根据所 述位置更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码。 在本发明的具体实施例中, 该移动终端的标识可以是能够唯一标识对应用户的身 份信息的任意数据, 一般为手机的手机号码, 或者用户注册时使用的用户名等。 如图 1、 图 2所示的网络侧设备中, 所述的位置区识别码为: 所述移动终端在满足位置更新条件时所处位置区的基站的国家码、 网络码、 位置 区域码和基站编号。 另外, 本发明实施例提供了一种定位服务器, 如图 3所示, 包括: 第二接收模块,设置为接收一网络侧设备在接收到一移动终端的位置更新请求时, 获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码并确认所述移动终端的第一标识后, 发送的一 包括了所述第一位置区识别码和所述第一标识的定位请求; 所述第二判断结果表明所述移动终端满足位置更新条件时, 第二发 送模块会向一网络侧设备发送一位置更新请求, 并由所述网络侧设备在接收到所述位 置更新请求后, 发送定位请求给一定位服务器; 一定位服务器在接收到一定位请求时, 根据一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对 应的第一地理位置信息后,向所述第一标识对应的移动终端发送的第一地理位置信息, 所述第三接收模块设置为接收所述第一地理位置信息。 因此, 所述的移动终端可以主 动切换定位, 相比现有技术的手动触发要友好, 同时不需要定位软件的支持, 节约了 终端资源。 在接收到所述第一地理位置信息后, 应该考虑到所述移动终端可以存储所述第一 地理位置信息, 以供其他应用使用, 因此, 如图 5所示, 图 4所示的移动终端还包括: 定位信息存储模块, 设置为在所述第三接收模块接收到所述的第一地理位置信息 后, 存储所述第一地理位置信息。 所述定位信息存储模块为所述移动终端提供了随时更新的定位信息资源池, 可供 其他应用使用。 例如: 一些应用程序, 可以通过调用所述定位信息存储模块中存储的地理位置信 息, 确认移动终端的实时位置, 并査找所述移动终端所在位置附近的酒店、 餐馆、 旅 游景点等推荐给所述移动终端的使用者。 以上仅仅是举例说明,利用存储的地理位置信息供其他应用使用的方式多种多样, 在此不一一详细说明。 在图 4、 图 5所示的移动终端中, 所述的位置更新条件为: 开机注册网络或所在位置区发生改变。 另外, 本发明实施例提供了一种定位方法, 用于一网络侧设备, 如图 6所示, 包 括: 步骤 61, 接收一移动终端在满足位置更新条件时发送的一位置更新请求; 步骤 62, 在接收到所述移动终端发送的位置更新请求后, 确认所述移动终端的第 一标识; 步骤 63, 根据所述位置更新请求获取所述移动终端的第一位置区识别码; 步骤 64, 向一定位服务器发送一包括了所述第一位置区识别码和所述第一标识的 定位请求, 使得所述定位服务器根据一位置区识别码与一地理位置信息的对应关系, 确定与所述第一位置区识别码对应的第一地理位置信息, 并向所述第一标识对应的移 动终端发送所述第一地理位置信息。 另外, 考虑到所述网络侧设备不会针对所有移动终端都进行定位, 应该只针对拥 有合法权限的移动终端进行定位, 因此, 如图 7所示, 图 6所示的定位方法还可以具 体为: 步骤 71, 接收一移动终端在满足位置更新条件时发送的一位置更新请求;
