Wi-Fi环境完成升级的方法。 通过运用本优选实施例, 可以克服现有技术中存在的智能手机在升级应用软件时 必须手动确认升级的不便, 实现通过智能控制芯片, 完成在 Wi-Fi环境下对应用软件 升级的自动化升级, 节约 3G数据流量。 本发明优选实施例的移动终端包括以下模块:
A、 终端 Wi-Fi接入模块; B、 软件升级下载模块; C、 终端数据业务模块; D、 Wi-Fi环境检测模块; E、 软件自动升级主控模块; F、 升级软件统计模块。 其中, A、 B、 C三部分构成了完整的智能终端升级应用程序所需要的基本模块,可以实现智能终 端升级所安装的应用程序的功能。 D、 E、 F三部分为实现本优选实施例的软件升级方 法而新增的模块, 构成在 3G环境下计数, 在 Wi-Fi环境下升级功能的模块。 本优选实施例的 Wi-Fi环境下自动升级应用程序的方法的流程如图 6所示, 包括 步骤 S602至步骤 S608。 步骤 S602, 当用户在 3G环境下, 触发软件升级请求并且取消升级请求后, 升级 软件统计模块自动进行计数 (count) +1, 将该软件加入待升级的清单 (list) 中。 步骤 S604, 用户进入 Wi-Fi环境并且开启 Wi-Fi模块后, Wi-Fi环境检测模块自 动触发软件自动升级主控模块, 对之前由升级软件统计模块记录的需要升级的软件进 行后台升级。 步骤 S606, 在完成软件的后台下载后, 软件自动升级主控模块向升级软件统计模 块返回更新完成 (update complete) 的命令。 步骤 S608, 升级软件统计模块接到该命令后, 进行 coimt-1的操作, 将该升级完 成的软件从待升级 list中删除。 实施过程中, 应用软件自动后台完成安装, 整个安装过程在后台进行, 不需要用 户操作。 移动终端也可以手机、 Pad等产品, 实用性强。 采用本优选实施例提供的方 法和终端, 与现有技术相比, 取得了突出的实质性特点和显著的进步, 达到了自动在 Wi-Fi环境下完成应用软件升级效果,避免了用户在 3G网络下升级应用软件造成的高 额资费, 提高了在 Wi-Fi环境下升级的自动化程度。 优选实施例二 本优选实施例的移动终端包括以下模块:
A、 终端 Wi-Fi接入模块; B、 软件升级下载模块; C、 终端数据业务模块; D、 Wi-Fi环境检测模块; E、 软件自动升级主控模块; F、 终端系统资源使用情况查询模 块; G、 升级软件统计模块。 D、 E、 F、 G三部分为实现本优选实施例的软件升级方法 而新增的模块, 构成在 3G环境下计数, 在 Wi-Fi环境下升级功能的模块。考虑到用户 对于软件升级操作以及接入环境的区别, 执行时包括如下处理过程。 首先, 检测当前是否处于 3G网络环境。如果处于 Wi-Fi网络环境, 则执行第一种 情况, 如果处于 3G网络环境, 则执行第二种情况。 第一种: 用户接入 Wi-Fi环境下进行使用, Wi-Fi环境检测模块检测到该种情况, 不触发升级软件统计模块, 触发终端系统资源使用情况查询模块, 检测用户当前对 Wi-Fi 资源的占用情况。 当用户启动终端安装的应用程序并提示升级后, 在系统资源 空闲时, 自动完成后台的软件智能自动升级。 第二种: 用户接入 3G环境下进行使用, 又分为以下两种情况:
( 1 ) 用户在 3G环境下, 当应用软件弹出升级提示后, 直接选择升级, 这时不触 发任何模块, 直接完成应用软件的升级。
(2)软件提示升级后, 用户取消了升级请求, 这时根据本实施例的软件升级方法 进行应用软件后台自动升级, 该升级过程如图 7所示, 以下步骤 S702至步骤 S712。 步骤 S702, 在用户放弃立即升级的情况下, 将需要升级的软件的版本信息添加到 待升级软件库中。 当软件自动升级主控模块检测到用户取消了当前应用软件的升级请求后, 发送请 求至升级软件统计模块, 升级软件统计模块记录该软件需要升级的版本号等信息, 同 时更新软件待升级列表, 进行 coimt+1的操作。 步骤 S704, 在处于 Wi-Fi 网络环境下, 进行软件的后台升级请求。 当用户进入 Wi-Fi环境并开启了终端的 Wi-Fi后, 触发 Wi-Fi环境检测模块, 确定当前 Wi-Fi环境 可用后, 由 Wi-Fi环境检测模块发送请求消息至软件自动升级主控模块。 步骤 S706, 判断终端当前是否占用 Wi-Fi资源。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S708, 否则 执行步骤 S710。 实施时, 软件自动升级主控模块下发消息至端系统资源使用情况查询 模块, 查询当前终端是否在空闲状态。 步骤 S708, 如果当前终端正在进行大资源消耗的任务, 则启动定时器 (timer), 继续执行步骤 S706的检测步骤。实施时,直到终端进入空闲状态后,才执行步骤 S710。 步骤 S710,当终端处于空闲状态时,软件自动升级主控模块对应用软件进行控制, 自动触发该软件的升级程序, 后台将该软件更新为最新版本。 步骤 S712, 当该软件的后台升级成功后, 升级软件统计模块进行 coimt-1的操作, 更新应用软件的待更新 list, 进行下一个软件的更新。 执行时, 当待更新 Hst=0时, 完成整个软件的更新流程。 在上述步骤执行的过程中, D、 E、 F、 G各个模块的执行过程如图 8所示, Wi-Fi 环境检测模块进行初始触发, 触发各模块相继进行工作。 存在软件进行更高版本的更新后, 由软件自动升级主控模块进行版本号的对比, 同时触发升级软件统计模块, 进行待软件更新 list的二次更新, 将该 list中的待升级软 件进行更新。 当用户进入 Wi-Fi环境后, 进行如上的 (1 ) (2)两种情况进行处理, 完成升级流 程。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 本发明实施例采用了如下方法: 检测当前是否处于 Wi-Fi网络环境, 如果是, 则 自动对需要升级的软件进行后台升级。通过运用本发明实施例,解决了由于流量限制, 用户暂时无法升级, 即便在具备升级环境的情况下, 也由于各种原因无法进行软件升 级的问题, 进而节省了用户的流量, 在用户忘记升级的情况下能自动升级, 提升了终 端的性能, 同时提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种软件的升级方法, 应用于智能终端, 包括:
检测当前网络环境是否处于 Wi-Fi网络环境;
如果是, 则将需要升级的软件进行后台升级。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将需要升级的软件进行后台升级包括: 判断所述终端当前是否占用 Wi-Fi资源;
如果否, 则对所述需要升级的软件进行升级操作。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 判断所述终端当前是否占用 Wi-Fi资源之 后, 还包括:
如果是, 则在预定时间段后再次检测所述终端对所述 Wi-Fi资源的占用状 态。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 检测当前环境是否处于 Wi-Fi网络环境之 前> 还包括:
判断用户是否在移动通信网络环境下放弃对所述需要升级的软件的升级操 作;
如果是, 则将所述需要升级的软件的版本信息添加到待升级软件库中。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 将需要升级的软件进行后台升级之后, 还 包括:
将已成功升级的软件的版本信息从所述待升级软件库中删除。
6. 一种终端, 包括:
检测模块, 设置为检测当前网络环境是否处于 Wi-Fi网络环境; 升级模块, 设置为在处于 Wi-Fi网络环境的情况下, 将需要升级的软件进 行后台升级。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 所述升级模块包括:
判断单元, 设置为判断所述终端当前是否占用 Wi-Fi资源; 升级单元, 设置为在不占用 Wi-Fi资源的情况下, 对所述需要升级的软件 进行升级操作。 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中, 所述升级模块还包括:
检测单元, 设置为在占用 Wi-Fi资源的情况下, 在预定时间段后再次检测 所述终端对所述 Wi-Fi资源的占用状态。 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 还包括: 判断模块, 设置为判断用户是否在移动通信网络环境下放弃对所述需要升 级的软件的升级操作;
添加模块, 设置为在所述用户在移动通信网络环境下放弃对所述需要升级 的软件的升级操作的情况下, 将所述需要升级的软件的版本信息添加到待升级 软件库中。 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中, 还包括:
删除模块, 设置为将已成功升级的软件的版本信息从所述待升级软件库中 删除。
