Abstract

一种防浪涌无桥功率因数校正(PFC)电路,包括:无桥PFC电路(15)、PFC输出滤波电容、整流单元(11)、浪涌吸收单元(12)和反向截止单元(13);在浪涌发生时,反向截止单元(13)处于截止状态,以使整流单元(11)和浪涌吸收单元(12)构成吸收回路,通过浪涌吸收单元(12)吸收浪涌能量。防浪涌无桥功率因数校正(PFC)电路还包括放电单元(14),可以对浪涌吸收单元(12)在浪涌发生时吸收的能量进行泄放,从而能保护无桥PFC电路的开关管和升压二极管,并能降低PFC输出滤波电容的耐压性能。
