Abstract
Transparent conductive oxides are deposited by sputtering onto paper to be used as electrodes for electronic cells. Specifically, electrochromic cells printed onto paper use the transparency of the transparent conductive oxides in an imperceptible integration of electronics into traditional paper-based communication means.
