Abstract

The invention relates to a dispenser applicator that can be used in ice therapies and is made of four parts: a cylindrical applicator containing a viscous substance; a top that acts as an adapter-top for moving said substance inside the applicator; an internally cylindrical hollow cutter that allows a cut to be made on the applicator thanks to the mini-blade located within the inner diameter; and a plunger or dispenser that has a geometrical shape such that it adapts to the lower part of the top in order to move the substance located in the applicator by means of pressure.

FACIAL ICE DISPENSING APPLICATOR

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention belongs to the technical field of Engineering

Industrial, particularly ai¾i1 p¾ | ecn] co of industrial design in the field of cosmetics. It refers to a cylindrical device, applicator and dispenser for ice that serves to store, freeze and apply in a controlled manner, any type of product in a frozen state used in icy facial therapy. It should be mentioned that such a device could be used in applications other than cosmetics, such as medicine and food.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE The icy therapy handles a great variety of techniques and applications one of them is the facial Hieloterapia, used in the cosmetic industry among other benefits, to mold, stimulate and contract the skin, through the application of solid or semi-solid products, subjected to a freezing process. Products that are normally used ^* for this purpose include some prepared with clays and / or gel herbs that are applied cold directly to the skin. However, these types of preparations come in plastic bags or molds that, due to their presentation, tend to stain, drain and freeze their hands when applied.

In addition there are several applicators that, due to their manufacture and manufacturing, become expensive when trying to increase the volume of the doses to be applied, since it is necessary to accompany each device together with a dispenser and seal both ends when filling said device.

Referring to the invention JP 208-307082 which is used in lipsticks, shadows and eyeliners, the device has rotating movement that extends and contracts, in addition to having a helical groove. Referring to the inventions ES 2202898 or WO 991683, US 51 1 1973, US 2166437, US2166619, W 342609, US 3417862, MX 2007000300, US 6168576B1, US 626161 1 B1, or PCT / US 1998/020243 in common have the same Cylindrical shape with thin thin support and are used for viscous foods at room temperature or frozen (none is for cosmetic)

With reference to the inventions GB 2448299, EP 1775236, US 20120016319 these are used for substances that can be frozen and cut and dosed by means of holes adapted to the starting device. Its use is food, cosmetic or medicinal. The purpose of avoiding reduction in the upper part of the cylinder is to cause a uniform application and avoid pressing an ice to break it, losing the effects and benefits of a uniform application, which generates the effects of temperature and expansion of the pores.

With reference to the invention ES2334294 for cosmetic use for liquid and freezing cosmetic formulation:

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE INVENTION

The applicator consists of; a ^"hollow cylinder (1) of plastic, which can store preferably viscous, creamy or icy substances continuously, because it is a single mold notched at the top (1.1) and which also functions as a container whose circular base larger diameter (1.3) allows support when introducing the plunger or dispenser. Once said substance is stored, a plug (3) is inserted into the circular base by the smooth part (3.1) itself which is driven by a geometric shaped dispenser and that adapts in the rear part to a geometric inner part of another stopper ( 3.2), for the purpose of dosing the applicator formula (1), once closed with the cap (3), an inviolability seal (1.2) is placed, to be subsequently frozen.

First of all, the applicator is removed, the inviolability seal (1.2) is removed and opened by cutting, on the notched surface (1.1) with a cutter (2) adapted with integrated micro plastic blades (2.1) to cut the notch of the applicator, once cut, allows uniform displacement of the substance contained.

Some problems presented by some applicators for icy therapy involve runoff at the time of application, finger freezing, product contamination, how quickly it melts, they come off or the sophisticated designs become expensive. By design, the solution presented by the present invention is that the applicator avoids direct contact of the product with the fingers, thus avoiding the runoff of the formula and its contamination, allowing the freezing temperature to be maintained by more time facilitating its use and application, managing only the amount that is required, considering that it is not necessary to unmold the content in its entirety.

The design and material of the dispenser (the one that has contact with the skin), guarantees the healthy application avoiding skin lesions. Dose the substance already frozen, for the convenience of the person who uses it, maintaining the convenient temperature for a longer period of time and minimizes manufacturing costs because as the applicator can be stored independently of the dispenser and the cutter, the latter two can reuse again.

The peculiarity of the applicator is that once opened it cannot

reused, but the plunger and cutter that compose it are reusable for up to 7 applicators. The dispensing piston prevents direct contact of the product with the fingers, thus avoiding the runoff of the formula and its contamination, allowing to maintain the temperature of freezing for a longer time facilitating, its use and application, administering only the amount that is required, considering that it is not necessary to unmold the content in its entirety.

The design and material of the plunger, or dispenser (which has contact with the skin), guarantees the healthy apiic¾cj¾ ^ yi n iq skin lesions.

The applicator comes with a removable warranty seal that isolates from contamination and does not come into contact with the formula leaving a space between the cap and the seal avoiding the risk of contamination in case of alterations during transportation, in its packaging and the quality of the content of the formula.

The type of plastic used allows uniform displacement avoiding product waste. Dosing the application to the extent that the freezing state allows it to not injure the skin.

It should be mentioned that such a device could be used in applications other than cosmetics, such as medicine and food.

The method for carrying out the invention is as follows: the formula is stored in the hollow plastic cylinder (1) continuously, once said substance is stored in the circular base a plug (3) is introduced taking out the air and it is sealed with an inviolability seal (1.2), it is introduced into the freezer, it is already frozen and removed, the inviolability seal (1.2) is removed and opened by making a cut on the notched surface (1.1) with a cutter (2 ) adapted with integrated micro plastic blades (2.1) to cut the notch of the applicator, once cut, the dispenser (4) that matches on the inside of another cap (3) is adapted, to dose the applicator formula dosed allowing a uniform displacement of the substance contained, at the convenience of the person who applies it to the face, neck, hands, etc. and the object of the present invention will be better understood through the accompanying drawings.

Claims

CLAIMS Having sufficiently described my invention, I consider as a novelty and therefore claim as my exclusive property, what is contained in the following clauses:

1. The applicator consists of a hollow plastic cylinder, which allows to store preferably viscous, creamy or icy substances continuously, thanks to the fact that it is a single notched mold on the top and that also functions as a container, in whose circular base of larger diameter allows support when inserting the cap and when applying the formula there is no direct contact with the frozen formula. Once said substance is stored in whose circular base a plug itself is introduced which is driven by a dispenser uri which in turn is tied with another cap by the inside of the heptagonal shape in the back of the dispenser in order to deliver the formula of the applicator Once the applicator is sealed, an inviolability seal is placed, to freeze later.

First of all, the applicator is frozen by making a cut on the notched surface with a cutter adapted with integrated micro plastic blades to cut the notch of the applicator, once cut, allows uniform displacement of the contained substance.
