Claims (10)
- 중앙에는 광원수단을 수용하기 위한 홀이 형성되며,상기 홀의 입광부를 통해 측면 방향으로 발광하도록 배치된 상기 광원수단으로부터 빛이 입사되고,전면에는 광분포가 균일하도록 중앙부에서 가장자리로 갈수록 단위면적당 사이즈가 점점 커지는 산란패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홀의 입광부는 평면 또는 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 홀의 입광부를 통해 입사되는 빛의 입사각도는 90°~ 120°인 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조.
- 중앙에는 광원수단을 수용하기 위한 홀이 형성되며, 홀의 입광부를 통해 측면 방향으로 발광하도록 배치된 상기 광원수단으로부터 빛이 입사되고, 전면에는 광분포가 균일하도록 중앙부에서 가장자리로 갈수록 단위면적당 사이즈가 점점 커지는 산란패턴이 형성된 도광판; 및상기 도광판의 홀에 수용되며, 상기 도광판의 입광부로 빛을 출사하기 위한 광원수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 홀의 입광부는 평면 또는 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 홀의 입광부를 통해 입사되는 빛의 입사각도는 90°~ 120°인 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 도광판 전면에 형성되며, 빛을 확산하기 위한 확산판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 도광판 후면에 형성되며, 빛을 반사시키기 위한 반사판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 광원수단은,상기 도광판 홀의 입광부 방향으로 빛을 출사하는 복수개의 LED; 및상기 도광판 홀의 중앙에 위치하여 상기 LED를 구동시키기 위한 SMPS를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 도광판은 원형 또는 다각형의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙부에서 가장자리로 균일도를 제어하는 도광판 구조를 이용한 조명등.
