本发明实施例还提供了一种浏览器书签的设置装置, 所述装置包括: 第一获取单元, 配置为从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址, 从所述第 一网络地址中提取第一根网址;
第二获取单元, 配置为若存储模块已建有树形结构簇, 则从存储模块 获取所述树形结构簇, 所述树形结构簇包括有至少一个根网址的域名树; 匹配单元, 配置为判断第二获取单元中保存的所述树形结构簇中是否 存在所述第一获取单元的第一根网址的域名树, 将判断结果发送给结构簇 更新模块;
结构簇更新模块, 配置为根据匹配单元发来的判断结果, 修改或构造 第一根网址的域名树, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名树的对应节点 上并保存在存储模块中;
存储模块, 配置为保存结构簇更新模块发来的修改或构造后的第一根 网址的结构树和待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址。
优选地, 上述装置还包括:
显示更新模块, 配置为更新所述树形结构簇的书签显示, 以新的树形 结构簇结构显示和管理所有已保存的书签。
优选地, 上述装置中,
所述匹配模块, 配置为判断所述树形结构簇是否存在第一根网址的域 名树, 将判断结果发送给结构簇更新模块;
相应的, 所述结构簇更新模块, 配置为若匹配模块发来的判断结果为 存在, 则根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的 域名树的对应节点上; 若匹配模块发来的判断结果为不存在, 则创建第一 根网址的域名树, 并根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置于第 一根网址的域名树的对应节点上。
优选地, 上述装置还包括:
建立模块, 配置为从所述第一网络地址中提取第一根网址之后, 若存 储模块中未建立树形结构簇, 则建立一空白的树形结构簇, 并触发所述结 构簇更新模块;
相应的, 所述结构簇更新模块, 配置为将所述待保存书签置于第一根 网址的域名树的对应节点上; 保存构造后的所述第一根网址的域名树和所 述待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址。
优选地, 上述装置还包括:
设置单元, 配置为在获得待保存书签的第一网络地址之前, 设置显示 更新模块中树形结构簇的显示模式, 所述树形结构簇的显示模式与已保存 书签的显示模式相兼容, 以使得书签显示模式的切换或设置不改变存储模 块中已保存的书签记录。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端, 包括以上所述的装置。
从以上所述可以看出, 本发明实施例至少具有以下有益效果:
1 )基于同一主网站的网页地址自身呈现的多级树形结构的特点, 以树 形结构天然的层级结构实现对于浏览器书签的设置和显示, 这无疑更契合 于网址自身的特点, 不需增加用户操作即实现的书签的自动树形结构分层 处理及显示, 大大的优化了书签显示布局管理, 提高了对关注书签的查找 和定位速度, 因而大大提升用户体验。
2 ) 自动构造的树形分层结构, 使得基于同一主网址的实际网址被置于 同一颗树结构中显示和管理, 这也和用户的行为习惯非常的匹配, 能够改 善用户体验。
3 ) 实现了对于已有书签显示方式的兼容, 可以使用户使用习惯实现平 滑过渡。 附图说明

发明人通过研究和分析发现, 同一个主网站的网页地址自身通常呈现 出一种多级树形结构, 这一点从用户点击进入的层次和网页地址自身也可 以得到体现。 用户基于该主网站中的不同级别的网页设置并保存了书签, 这些书签在目前的技术下是同级并行显示的, 即相当于完全毫无关联的网 页地址一样, 这种书签设置 /显示扁平化将导致书签查找和浏览困难, 将大 大增加用户查找和浏览关注网页的时间, 尤其是在保存较多书签的情况下。 本发明实施例正是基于同一主网站的网页地址自身呈现的多级树形结 构, 以树形结构天然的层级结构实现对于浏览器书签的设置管理和显示, 从而不用增加用户的操作, 就能消除书签显示扁平化导致的显示管理混乱 和查找困难, 使得用户可以一目了然的按层查找浏览关注的书签, 从而大 大的提升用户的体验。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行完整的描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全 部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一、
本实施例以移动通信终端为例说明, 提供一种终端上的浏览器书签的 设置方法。 本发明实施例利用树形结构簇来保存书签信息, 所述树形结构 簇初始内容为空, 后续通过本实施例所述方法, 在所述树形结构簇中创建 一个以上的根网址的域名树, 域名树呈一树形拓朴结构, 各个已保存书签 置于对应域名树的对应节点上。 如图 1 所示, 本实施例提供的方法包括如 下步驟:
步驟 101: 从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址,从所述第一网络地址中 提取第一根网址。
这里, 所述提取第一根网址为: 根据第一网络地址的层级结构, 提取 其根网址, 得到第一根网址。
步驟 102: 若本地已建有树形结构簇, 则获得所述树形结构簇; 其中, 所述树形结构簇包括至少一个根网址的域名树 , 所述域名树中的节点上保 存对应的书签。
这里, 所述书签总是位于其所属的域名树(结构树)对应的一个节点 上。 所述树形结构簇中同一根网址(即主网址) 下的所有网址都位于同一 个域名树中; 所述域名树的根节点上保存有对应的根网址, 即一个域名树, 是以所述根网址为根节点的树形拓朴结构, 所述根网址下的所有网址, 都 按照网址层级结构置于所述树形拓朴结构的对应节点上。
步驟 103: 根据所述树形结构簇是否存在所述第一根网址的域名树,修 改或构造第一根网址的域名树 , 将所述待保存书签置于所述第一根网址的 域名树的对应节点上。
这里, 用户可以自行为待保存书签设置对应的书签标识(书签名称), 以方便用户记忆。 通过将待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名树的对应节点 上, 实现了对书签数据的保存。
本步驟具体可以包括:
判断所述树形结构簇是否存在所述第一根网址的域名树, 即是否存在 根节点网址为所述第一根网址的域名树:
若存在, 则根据所述第一网络地址的层次结构, 将所述待保存书签置 于所述第一网络地址的第一根网址域名树的对应节点上;
若不存在, 则创建第一根网址的域名树, 根据第一网络地址的层次结 构 , 将所述待保存书签置于所述第一根网址的域名树的对应节点上。
步驟 104:保存所述第一根网址的域名树和待保存书签所关联的第一网 络地址。
这里, 更新了域名树的结构, 并保存了待保存书签所关联的第一网络 地址, 从而在用户后续选择所述待保存书签时, 可以根据所述待保存书签 关联的第一网络地址, 实现对应网页的快速浏览。
步驟 105: 更新所述树形结构簇的书签显示, 以新的树形结构簇结构显 示和管理所有已保存的书签。
本步驟通过向用户显示树形结构簇的书签, 使得用户能够方便地查找 书签, 提高用户对书签的使用体验。
作为一种优选实施方式, 步驟 101 中若从所述第一网络地址中提取第 一根网址后, 本地尚未建立树形结构簇, 则还可以包括:
步驟 100: 创建一空白的树形结构簇, 设置树形结构簇的显示模式, 所 述树形结构簇的显示模式与已保存书签的显示模式相兼容, 以使得书签显 示模式的切换或设置不改变本地已保存的书签记录。
这里, 所述书签显示模式的设置和切换不改变移动终端已保存的书签 记录, 所述显示模式默认使用已有直接显示的书签显示模式。
从以上所述可以看出, 本实施例通过对保存为书签的网址按照网址结 构特征, 以其主网址(根网址) 为根进行树形拆分, 来构造或修改基于所 述主网址的网址树形结构, 从而使得每一个节点表示一个相应的实际网址, 而书签的实际网址就位于这样的节点上。 同时, 基于这样的树形结构保存、 维护相应的书签。 并用这种树形结构显示和管理相应的书签, 从而在不增 加用户操作的前提下, 通过自动构造显示的树形结构, 大大消除了书签显 示扁平化导致的设置及显示混乱和查找困难的不足, 使得用户可以一目了 然的按层查找浏览关注的书签, 通过选择需要的书签, 即可打开所述书签 对应的实际网址(即所述书签的具体网址)浏览对应的网页, 从而大大的 提高了用户体验。
实施例二、
本实施例仍然以移动通信终端为例说明, 通过详细的流程描述进一步 进行说明。 如图 2所示, 本实施例二的基于实际网址的结构树的确认构造 和修改的流程图, 所述流程包括如下步驟:
步驟 201 : 获取一条新的书签地址。
例如, 当用户需要将某个网页保存为书签时, 输入相应的书签保存命 令, 本实施例通过接收所述命令, 获取所述网页的地址, 得到新的书签地 址。
这里, 本实施例中假设所述网页的地址之前还没有作为书签被保存过。 步驟 202: 获取已有书签的树形结构簇。
步驟 203: 对所述新的书签地址进行拆分,从所述新的书签中获取网络 地址的层级结构, 提取其中主网址中的特征字段(KEY ), 所述特征字段用 于唯一标识所述主网址。
步驟 204: 从本地已建的树形结构簇中选择一个结构树, 并获取所述结 构树根节点网址的特征字段(ROOT_KEY )。
这里, 所述选择一个结构树可以采用遍历的方式, 逐个提取树形结构 簇中的各个结构树, 针对当前选择的结构树进行下面的判断。
步驟 205: 判断 KEY与 ROOT_KEY是否匹配, 若匹配, 则进入步驟 208; 否则, 进入步驟 206。
步驟 206: 判断树形结构簇中是否还有未进行上述判断处理的结构树, 若是, 则进入步驟 204; 否则, 进入步驟 207。 所述新的结构树添加到树形结构簇中, 进入步驟 209。
所述新的结构树的根节点的特征字段为上述 KEY, 并具有与所述新书 签的实际地址相对应的层级结构。
步驟 208:由所述新书签的实际地址拆分结果,修改当前选择的结构树, 并将所述新的结构树添加到结构簇中, 然后进入步驟 209。
这里, 所述修改当前选择的结构树为: 根据新书签的实际地址的层级 结构, 修改当前选择的结构树, 使之具有与所述新书签的实际地址相对应 的层级结构。
步驟 209: 将所述书签置于对应的结构树上的节点位置上, 并保存所述 书签所关联的实际地址。 步驟 210: 流程执行完毕, 返回标签已成功保存的指示消息。
实施例三、
本实施例还提供一种浏览器书签的设置装置, 所述装置采用了基于树 结构的浏览器书签设置管理显示方法。 如图 3 所示为本实施例提供的装置 的结构示意图。 所述装置主要包括: 设置单元 301、 第一获取单元 302、 匹 配单元 303、 第二获取单元 304、 结构簇更新模块 305、 存储模块 306、 显 示更新模块 307; 其中,
设置单元 301 , 配置为从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址之前,设置树 形结构簇的显示模式, 所述树形结构簇的显示模式与已保存书签的显示模 式相兼容, 使书签显示模式的切换或设置不改变本地已保存的书签记录; 第一获取单元 302, 配置为从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址,从所述 第一网络地址中提取第一根网址;
匹配单元 303 ,配置为判断第二获取单元 304中保存的所述树形结构簇 中, 是否存在所述第一获取单元 302 中的第一根网址的域名树, 将判断结 果发送给结构簇更新模块 305;
第二获取单元 304, 配置为若存储模块 306已建有树形结构簇, 则从存 储模块 306获取所述树形结构簇, 所述树形结构簇包括有至少一个根网址 的域名树;
结构簇更新模块 305 , 配置为根据匹配单元 303发来的判断结果,修改 或构造第一根网址的域名树, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名树的对 应节点上并保存在存储模块 306中;
存储模块 306,配置为保存结构簇更新模块 305发来的修改或构造后的 第一根网址的结构树和待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址;
显示更新模块 307, 配置为更新所述树形结构簇的书签显示, 以新的树 形结构簇结构显示和管理存储模块 306中所有已保存的书签。 这里, 上述结构簇更新模块 305 ,还可以配置为判断所述树形结构簇是 否存在第一根网址的域名树; 若存在, 则根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名树的对应节点上; 若不存在, 则创建 第一根网址的域名树, 并根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置 于第一根网址的域名树的对应节点上。
这里, 上述装置还可以包括建立模块(图 3中未示出), 配置为从所述 第一网络地址中提取第一根网址后, 若本地尚未建立树形结构簇, 则建立 一空白的树形结构簇, 并触发所述结构簇更新模块 305。
基于上述装置, 本实施例还提供了一种通信终端, 所述终端包括以上 所述的装置, 为节约篇幅, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是本实施例中的部分单元的功能也可以通过一主控芯片实 现, 但主控芯片实现相应功能涉及到的逻辑关系与上述单元相同, 所以并 不能将此看作是与本实施例的区别, 任何涉及与本实施例相同逻辑关系建 立的硬件功能结构都在本发明的保护范围之内。
从以上所述可以看出, 本发明实施例的优点在于: 本实施例所述方法、 装置及终端, 基于同一主网站的网页地址自身呈现的多级树形结构的特点, 以树形结构天然的层级结构实现对于浏览器书签的设置和显示, 这无疑更 契合于网址自身的特点, 不需增加用户操作即实现的书签的自动树形结构 分层处理及显示, 大大的优化了书签显示布局管理, 提高了对关注书签的 查找和定位速度, 因而大大提升用户体验; 并且, 本发明实施例自动构造 的树形分层结构, 使得基于同一主网址的实际网址被置于同一颗树结构中 显示和管理, 这也和用户的行为习惯非常的匹配。 最后, 本发明实施例还 实现了对于已有书签显示方式的兼容, 可以使用户使用习惯实现平滑过渡。
此说明书中所描述的许多功能部件都被称为模块 /单元, 以便更加特别 地强调其实现方式的独立性。 本发明实施例中, 模块可以用软件实现, 以便由各种类型的处理器执 行。 举例来说, 一个标识的可执行代码模块可以包括计算机指令的一个或 多个物理或者逻辑块, 举例来说, 其可以被构建为对象、 过程或函数。 尽 管如此, 所标识模块的可执行代码无需物理地位于一起, 而是可以包括存 储在不同位里上的不同的指令, 当这些指令逻辑上结合在一起时, 其构成 模块并且实现该模块的规定目的。
实际上, 可执行代码模块可以是单条指令或者是许多条指令, 并且甚 至可以分布在多个不同的代码段上, 分布在不同程序当中, 以及跨越多个 存储器设备分布。 同样地, 操作数据可以在模块内被识别, 并且可以依照 任何适当的形式实现并且被组织在任何适当类型的数据结构内。 所述操作 数据可以作为单个数据集被收集, 或者可以分布在不同位置上(包括在不 同存储设备上), 并且至少部分地可以仅作为电子信号存在于系统或网络 上。
在模块可以利用软件实现时, 考虑到现有硬件工艺的水平, 所以可以 以软件实现的模块, 在不考虑成本的情况下, 本领域技术人员都可以搭建 对应的硬件电路来实现对应的功能, 所述硬件电路包括常规的超大规模集 成(VLSI ) 电路或者门阵列以及诸如逻辑芯片、 晶体管之类的现有半导体 或者是其它分立的元件。 模块还可以用可编程硬件设备, 诸如现场可编程 门阵列、 可编程阵列逻辑、 可编程逻辑设备等实现。
以上所述仅是本发明的实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种浏览器书签的设置方法, 所述方法包括:
从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址, 从所述第一网络地址中提取第一 才艮网址;
若本地已建有树形结构簇, 则获得所述树形结构簇, 其中, 所述树形 结构簇包括至少一个根网址的域名树, 所述域名树中的节点上保存对应的 书签;
根据所述树形结构簇是否存在所述第一根网址的域名树, 修改或构造 第一根网址的域名树 , 将所述待保存书签置于所述第一根网址的域名树的 对应节点上;
保存所述第一根网址的域名树和所述待保存书签所关联的第一网络地 址。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述保存第一根网址的结构树和 待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址之后, 所述方法还包括:
更新所述树形结构簇的书签显示, 以新的树形结构簇结构显示和管理 所有已保存的书签。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述树形结构簇是否存 在所述第一根网址的域名树, 修改或构造第一根网址的域名树, 将所述待 保存书签置于所述第一根网址的域名树的对应节点上, 包括:
判断所述树形结构簇是否存在所述第一根网址的域名树;
若存在, 则根据所述第一网络地址的层次结构, 将所述待保存书签置 于所述第一网络地址的第一根网址域名树的对应节点上;
若不存在, 则创建第一根网址的域名树, 根据第一网络地址的层次结 构 , 将所述待保存书签置于所述第一根网址的域名树的对应节点上。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 从所述第一网络地址 中提取第一根网址之后, 所述方法还包括:
若本地未建有属性结构簇, 则建立一空白的树形结构簇;
构造第一根网址的域名树 , 将所述待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名 树的对应节点上;
保存构造后的所述第一根网址的域名树和所述待保存书签所关联的第 一网络地址。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述从待保存书签中获取第一网 络地址之前, 所述方法还包括:
设置树形结构簇的显示模式, 所述树形结构簇的显示模式与已保存书 签的显示模式相兼容, 以使得书签显示模式的切换或设置不改变本地已保 存的书签记录。
6.一种浏览器书签的设置装置, 所述装置包括:
第一获取单元, 配置为从待保存书签中获取第一网络地址, 从所述第 一网络地址中提取第一根网址;
第二获取单元, 配置为若存储模块已建有树形结构簇, 则从存储模块 获取所述树形结构簇, 所述树形结构簇包括有至少一个根网址的域名树; 匹配单元, 配置为判断第二获取单元中保存的所述树形结构簇中是否 存在所述第一获取单元的第一根网址的域名树, 将判断结果发送给结构簇 更新模块;
结构簇更新模块, 配置为根据匹配单元发来的判断结果, 修改或构造 第一根网址的域名树, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的域名树的对应节点 上并保存在存储模块中;
存储模块, 配置为保存结构簇更新模块发来的修改或构造后的第一根 网址的结构树和待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 显示更新模块, 配置为更新所述树形结构簇的书签显示, 以新的树形 结构簇结构显示和管理所有已保存的书签。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中,
所述匹配模块, 配置为判断所述树形结构簇是否存在第一根网址的域 名树, 将判断结果发送给结构簇更新模块;
相应的, 所述结构簇更新模块, 配置为若匹配模块发来的判断结果为 存在, 则根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置于第一根网址的 域名树的对应节点上; 若匹配模块发来的判断结果为不存在, 则创建第一 根网址的域名树, 并根据第一网络地址的层次结构, 将待保存书签置于第 一根网址的域名树的对应节点上。
9. 如权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 建立模块, 配置为从所述第一网络地址中提取第一根网址之后, 若存 储模块中未建立树形结构簇, 则建立一空白的树形结构簇, 并触发所述结 构簇更新模块;
相应的, 所述结构簇更新模块, 配置为将所述待保存书签置于第一根 网址的域名树的对应节点上; 保存构造后的所述第一根网址的域名树和所 述待保存书签所关联的第一网络地址。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
设置单元, 配置为在获得待保存书签的第一网络地址之前, 设置显示 更新模块中树形结构簇的显示模式, 所述树形结构簇的显示模式与已保存 书签的显示模式相兼容, 以使得书签显示模式的切换或设置不改变存储模 块中已保存的书签记录。
