目前现有的电视收看电视节目的时候都是通过机顶盒接收广播电视公司 发送的数字信号, 并且经解码后将模拟信号发送给电视。 机顶盒和电视一样, 也是由遥控控制电视进行搜台和选台的,通过遥控器还可以对节目的序号进行 编辑, 将自己喜欢的节目可以编在第一组序号内, 将其他节目编在另一组序号 内。 在机顶盒的机体还设置有按键, 以供用于在遥控器无法正常工作的时候选 机顶盒在播放电视时, 电视信号是从广播电视公司通过同轴电缆发送的 流媒体信号, 电视台主要是通过在播放电视节目的时候插播电视广告来获利 的, 而电视台为了追逐利润, 常常在电视节目的中间插播大量的广告, 这给观 众浪费了很多收看电视的时间, 同时, 现在很多地方台为了追逐利润, 泯灭良 知, 播放很多虚假广告和对儿童有害的垃圾广告, 这对于经常收看电视的青少 年来说, 具有非常负面的影响, 另一方面, 政府部门缺乏监管, 使得这些垃圾 广告泛滥成灾, 这对民众的生活带来了不小的影响。
观众在收看电视节目的时候如果遇到电视台插播广告, 都会选择手动的 换台,但是在换台了之后常常会忘了在广告播放完之后及时的返回到之前所收 看节目的那个台, 导致错过了原来电视台接下来的播出的精彩节目, 为了解决 错过电视节目的问题出现, 现有的技术是, 需要在遥控器上设定时间, 到了此 时间时, 自动切换到设定的此频道上。 通过此方法需要预先知道何时节目会开 始, 一般情况下, 在电视节目插播广告的时间是 ^艮难预先知道的, 所以, 也就 ^艮难以通过该方法自动的在电视节目插播广告时切换电视频道, 同时在电视广 告播出完成之后自动切回电视频道。 另一方面, 如果通过观众去设定电视频道 切换时间, 会显得比较繁瑣, 这一技术也只仅仅适合于向人们提醒某一个自己 喜欢的电视节目开始了, 需要开始观看了而已。
要想让人们能够准确的在广告插播完成之后切换到原来的收看电视节目 的频道, 通过机器本身是无法控制的, 因为其不能准确的知道电视台插播广告 的时间和时机, 只有借助远程控制系统, 通过远程的服务器才能完成, 通过远 程的服务器必须控制多个家庭的电视机或者机顶盒才能达到效率最大化,要想 通过服务器控制多个家庭的电视机或者机顶盒,必须知道每个电视或者机顶盒 的地址, 同时还需要知道每个电视或者机顶盒正在播放的电视节目内容。
现有的技术都在机顶盒或者电视机内设置一模块, 用于获取用户正在收 看的电视节目内容信息,然后再通过网络将该用户收看的电视节目内容信息发 于这种技术, 需要在电视或者机顶盒出厂时预置该模块, 并且还需要设置网络 通讯模块。 显然这一技术对于目前市场上普遍采用的普通机顶盒或电视(无该 模块以及网络模块)来说, 是一件非常困难的事情。 同时现有技术中, 用于获 取用户正在收看的电视节目内容信息的方法有采用分析用户正在收看的电视 节目内容的音视频信号,将该信号与服务器中此时播放的音视频信号作对比得 出的, 这种技术成本高, 推广起来比较困难。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术存在的问题,提出了一种切换电视广 告的方法和系统。
本发明的设计思路如下:
现有的大多数民众所使用的机顶盒或者电视机都具有红外遥控接口,并且 无网络传输模块, 也无电视节目内容获取模块, 在现有的机顶盒和电视的基础 上, 只通过机顶盒或者电视机的外部接口就可以达到控制电视节目的自动切 换, 将是一个成本低廉的方案, 这一技术也将比较容易在市场上推广。 现有的 红外遥控接口是用于方便人们通过遥控器来控制电视机或者机顶盒的,如果我 们在机顶盒或者电视的红外信号接收端口旁边并列设置一接收器,在机顶盒或 者电视获取遥控器的红外控制信号的同时,该接收器也能够获取遥控器红外控 制信号, 并且能够该接收器还能够对遥控器发送的红外控制信号进行解码, 那 么就可以将红外控制信号反向编译电视机或者机顶盒的控制指令。而要想对红 外控制信号进行解码, 我们就必须知道用户的电视机或者机顶盒的型号, 因为 该电视机或者机顶盒的型号对应着红外控制信号编码中机器码。将该红外控制 信号反向编译成电视机或者机顶盒的控制指令后,假如该控制指令中有换台指 令, 换台指令包括采用数字键进行换台, 也包括采用方向键换台, 对于采用方 向键换台来说, 如果机顶盒或者电视机与接收器停留的原始电视频道不一致, 那么就会出现在换台后电视机或者机顶盒与接收器所得到的电视频道不一致 的情况。 所以, 需要将机顶盒或者电视机在选台开始时与接收器停留的电视频 道保持一致。 电视频道与电视台建立的关联通过电视频道列表而来的, 所以还 需要使机顶盒内的电视频道列表与接收器中的电视频道列表保持一致才行。如 果每个电视频道在哪一个时间播放什么节目在服务器中是可知的,所以就可以 据此来控制用户电视频道的切换从而来达到避开广告的目的。 然而, 由于人们 对节目的编辑以及人们在电视或者机顶盒上通过按键选台操作而导致换台指 令(由于不知道初始频道序号, 当人们在用方向键选台时就会出现无法准确知 收看的电视节目与接收器所接收到的用户选择的电视节目不一致。所以要解决 上述问题。 我们提出了下述的切换电视广告的方法和系统。
由于控制机顶盒和控制电视切换电视频道的原理相近似,下面以机顶盒为 例对本发明的具体技术方案作阐述, 应当理解的是, 本发明所保护的范围不仅 仅局限于通控制过机顶盒实现切换电视广告的方法和系统,还包括通过控制电 视机实现切换电视广告的方法和系统。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种切换电视广告的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤: 通过一红外接收模块接收遥控器向机顶盒发送的控制信号,获取所述控制 信号, 并根据本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述控制信号解析成操控指令; 在获取遥控器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,本地生成一初始化电视频道的 指令, 并通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令;
获取遥控器发出的选台指令,根据预先在本地存储的电视频道列表找出所 述电视频道的序号所对应的电视台名称;
通过一网络模块将用户选择的电视台名称发送给远程服务器;
获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息, 在开始插播广告时, 服务器生成一切 换电视频道的指令并下发给网络模块,结合本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述 切换电视频道的指令编译成切换电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模 块向机顶盒转发;
在插播广告结束时, 服务器生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给网络模 视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发。
所述初始化电视频道的方法包括: 随机选择任一电视频道序号或者随机选 择一标识有 "用户喜欢电视频道" 标签的电视频道。
所述网络模块为 WiFi模块, 所述 WiFi模块与家庭无线 WiFi路由器相连 通。
所述 WiFi模块还用于与在同一局域网中的计算机建立通信链路, 计算机 获取用户从计算机的浏览器中输入的机顶盒的机器码并将机顶盒的机器码发 送给 WiFi模块, WiFi模块将机顶盒的机器码存储起来。
所述网络模块还包括蓝牙模块,所述蓝牙模块还用于与一蓝牙终端建立蓝 牙通信链路,所述蓝牙终端获取用户输入的机顶盒的机器码并将所述机顶盒的 机器码发送给蓝牙模块, 将蓝牙模块接收到的机顶盒机器码存储起来。
在所述机顶盒的机器码存储起来后, 本地生成初始化电视频道列表的指 令, 所述初始化电视频道列表的指令通过红外发射模块发送给机顶盒; 同时, WiFi 模块从服务器中获取与该机顶盒的机器码相匹配的初始电视频道列表并 将初始的电视频道列表存储起来。
所述红外接收模块还用于接收编辑电视频道列表的指令,结合初始电视频 道列表与编辑电视频道列表的指令更新电视频道列表,并将新的电视频道列表 存储起来。
本发明提供一种切换电视广告的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 控制转换器和服务器,所述控制转换器包括红外接收模块、红外发射模块、 网络模块、 存储模块以及处理模块, 所述红外接收模块用于接收遥控器向机顶 盒发送的控制信号, 所述处理模块获取所述控制信号, 并根据存储在存储模块 中的机顶盒的机器码将所述控制信号解析成操控指令;
在获取遥控器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,处理模块生成一初始化电视频 道的指令, 并通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令;
获取遥控器发出的选台指令,处理模块根据预先存储在所述存储模块中的 所述控制转换器的网络模块还用于将用户选择的电视台的电视台名称发 送给远程服务器;
服务器获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息, 在开始插播广告时, 服务器生 成一切换电视频道的指令并下发给网络模块,处理模块结合存储在存储模块中 的机顶盒的机器码将所述切换电视频道的指令编译成切换电视频道的控制信 号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发;
在插播广告结束时, 服务器生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给网络模 令编译成返回电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发。
所述网络模块为 WiFi模块, 所述 WiFi模块与家庭无线 WiFi路由器相连 通, 所述 WiFi模块还用于与在同一局域网中的计算机建立通信链路, 计算机 获取用户从计算机的浏览器中输入的机顶盒的机器码并将机顶盒的机器码发 送给 WiFi模块, WiFi模块将机顶盒的机器码存储在存储模块中。
所述网络模块还包括蓝牙模块,所述蓝牙模块还用于与一蓝牙终端建立蓝 牙通信链路,所述蓝牙终端获取用户输入的机顶盒的机器码并将所述机顶盒的 机器码发送给蓝牙模块,处理模块将蓝牙模块接收到的机顶盒机器码存储在存 储模块中。 在所述机顶盒的机器码存储在存储模块中后,控制转换器的处理模块生成 初始化电视频道列表的指令,所述初始化电视频道列表的指令通过红外发射模 块发送给机顶盒; 同时, WiFi模块从服务器中获取与该机顶盒的机器码相匹配 的初始电视频道列表并将初始的电视频道列表存储在存储模块中。
所述红外接收模块还用于接收编辑电视频道列表的指令,处理模块结合初 始电视频道列表与编辑点频道列表的指令更新电视频道列表,并将新的电视频 道列表存储在存储模块中。
所述获取该电视台播放电视节目时开始插播广告的时刻信息以及获取该 电视台插播广告结束的时刻信息是通过获取电视台的节目编排时间表分析得 来的, 也可通过获取人工的触发信号得来。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明在不改变现有的机顶盒的基础上,只需要增加一控制转换器即可实 现通过远程的服务器对机顶盒进行控制, 方法筒单, 结构也非常筒单, 成本低 廉, 升级推广容易。
相比通过其他方法获取用户收看的电视频道序号来说,本发明在获取遥控 器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,通过一红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视 频道的指令即可较准确的获取用户收看的电视频道序号, 方法筒单, 同样成本 较低廉。
初次使用本发明的控制转换器时, 需要选择机顶盒的识别码, 即可通过控 制转换器有区别的控制不同品牌和型号的机顶盒, 而使得加工成本和使用成本 低廉, 另一方面, 正是通过首次使用时将电视频道列表初始化, 从而能够在用 户编辑电视频道列表之后以后能够准确的获取用户所选择的电视频道序号。 同 时由于选择了机顶盒的识别码之后,控制转换器能够将用户遥控器的红外选台 指令编译成用户的选择电视频道序号指令。
通过具有蓝牙模块的终端与控制转换器建立蓝牙通信链路,并向控制转换 器发送选择机顶盒识别码以及通过控制转换器向机顶盒发送控制选台指令是 利用了蓝牙通信可以一对一进行通信, 同时利用了现有的便携式蓝牙智能终端 较普及的特点, 具有操作方法筒单, 使用成本低廉的优点。 通过将远程服务器中的各电视台开始插播电视广告的时刻信息发送到控 制转换器中, 同时将机顶盒的机器码、 初始的电视频道列表以及更新后的电视 频道列表存储在控制转换器的存储模块中,使得向机顶盒的各控制命令由控制 转换器单独完成, 减轻了服务器处理数据的负担, 同时还能够减少了带宽的占 用, 提高了控制速度。 另一方面, 将用户选择的电视台名称发送给服务器, 有 利于服务器统计分析出用户经常看的电视节目,从而为切换到哪一个电视频道 提供帮忙, 能够使的切换后的电视频道符合人们的收视习惯。
总体来说,本发明利用了非常筒单的方法以及非常低廉的成本即可实现在 现有的机顶盒或者电视机上实现自动切换电视广告的技术, 适用范围广, 商业 推广起来比较容易。

为了使发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施 例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的实施例仅用以解 释本发明, 并不用来限定本发明。
实施例 1
本发明提供了一种自动切换电视广告的方法,如图 1所示, 该方法包括如 下步骤:
( 1 )在通常使用状态下:
S1: 通过一红外接收模块接收遥控器向机顶盒发送的控制信号; 所述红外接收模块是控制转换器的一个部件,该控制转换器放置在机顶盒 的旁边, 红外接收模块的红外接收头与机顶盒的红外接收头并列放着, 在机顶 盒的红外接收头能够接收到遥控器的红外信号的同时,红外接收模块也能够接 收到遥控器的红外信号。
S2: 获取所述控制信号,并根据本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述控制信 号解析成操控指令;
无论机顶盒对红外控制信号解码的方式如何, 只要机顶盒对红外控制信号 的解码方式与服务器对红外控制信号的解码方式一致即可将遥控器的红外控 制信号解析成操控指令。 将机顶盒的解码密钥拷贝到服务器中即可。
S3:在获取遥控器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,本地生成一初始化电视频 道的指令, 并通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令;
所述"通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令 "为: 通过红 外发射模块向机顶盒发送随机选择任一电视频道序号的指令。
所述"通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令"还可为: 通 过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送选择用户喜爱的任一电视频道序号的指令。用户 喜爱的任一电视频道可以通过获取用户设置喜爱电视频道的指令得到,也可通 过分析统计用户经常看的电视频道序号得到。
S4: 获取遥控器发出的选台指令,根据预先在本地存储的电视频道列表找 出所述电视频道的序号所对应的电视台名称;
所述选台指令包括直接选择电视频道序号的指令、通过方向键选择上一频 道和下一频道的指令以及返回电视频道的指令。如果通过方向键选择上一频道 和下一频道必须知道选择前的电视频道序号, 才能知道选择后的电视频道序 号; 如果返回电视频道, 也必须知道选择前的电视频道序号, 才能知道选择后 的电视频道序号。所以在每次开机的时候初始化电视频道以及在初次使用时初 始化电视频道列表非常重要, 这样才能准确的知道用户所选择的电视台名称。
S5: 通过 WiFi模块将用户选择的电视台名称发送给远程服务器; 所述 WiFi模块还可以被其他网络模块替代, 例如有线网络模块、 移动通 信模块, 较优的, 我们选择了 WiFi模块, 这是由于目前家用无线 WiFi路由器 比较普及, 所以采用 WiFi模块进行网络通信比较方便, 成本也比较低廉。 由于服务器同时接收多个 WiFi模块发送的控制信号, 所以需要采用 WiFi 模块的物理地址对每一个 WiFi模块发送的控制信号进行区别。 每一个机顶盒 对应着一个控制转换器,而每一个控制转换器具有一 WiFi模块,所以通过 WiFi 模块的物理地址就可以判断出该控制信号来自哪一个机顶盒的遥控器。
S6: 获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息;
该电视台开始插播电视广告的时刻信息可通过下述两个方法得到:
A. 通过获取该电视台的节目播出时间表可以知道该电视台开始插播 电视广告的时刻信息;
B. 由于该电视台的节目播出时间表在该视台手中, 需要由其提供会 导致可能会出现不及时或者难以得到的问题, 而且电视台可能为 了避免该电视台的广告被切换会故意随机调整节目播出时间, 所 以需要采用人工获取电视台插播电视广告的时刻。 获取工作人员 在电视台开始插播广告时按压按键的触发信号可得知该电视台在 插播广告。
各电视台结束插播电视广告的时刻信息也可通过上述两个方法得到。
S7:在开始插播广告时,服务器生成一切换电视频道的指令并下发给 WiFi 模块;
S8:结合本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述切换电视频道的指令编译成切 换电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发;
由于机顶盒能够识别的红外控制信号是类似于遥控器的红外控制信号的, 为了避免遥控器对不同电器之间构成控制干扰,在遥控器的红外控制信号中要 加入机顶盒的机器码, 而控制转换器并不具备加码的功能, 所以需要在服务器 中在初始化电视频道的指令添加机顶盒的机器码,机顶盒对控制信号进行再解 码即可识别。
控制转换器实际上是一控制盒, 该控制盒内设置有红外发射模块和红外接 收模块, 红外发射模块和红外接收模块的红外端口均位于控制盒的前端面板 上, 即红外发射模块和红外接收模块的红外端口均与机顶盒的红外端口并列设 置, 只要红外发射模块的红外信号够强, 在室内, 红外发射模块的红外信号还 是可以通过反射到达机顶盒的。
S9:在插播广告结束时,服务器生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给 WiFi 模块; 返回电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发。
( 2 )在初次使用时, 需要初始化电视频道列表, 如图 2所示, 初始化电 视频道列表的方法包括:
T1: 将与 WiFi模块在同一局域网中的计算机与 WiFi模块建立通信链路; T2:计算机获取用户从计算机的浏览器中输入的机顶盒的机器码并将机顶 盒的机器码发送给 WiFi模块;
T3: WiFi模块接收所述机顶盒的机器码并存储器在本地的存储模块中; T4:在机顶盒的机器码在本地存储起来后,本地生成初始化电视频道列表 的指令;
T5: 所述初始化电视频道列表的指令通过红外发射模块发送给机顶盒; T6: WiFi模块从服务器中获取与该机顶盒的机器码相匹配的初始电视频 道列表并将初始的电视频道列表存储起来。
( 3 )在用户编辑电视频道列表之后需要对本地存储的电视频道列表进行 更新, 以使用户在使用遥控器换台时能够更准确的判断出用户最后 选择的电视台名称, 更新电视频道列表的方法包括:
所述红外接收模块还用于接收编辑电视频道列表的指令,结合初始电视频 道列表与编辑点频道列表的指令更新电视频道列表,并将新的电视频道列表存 储起来。
根据上述的自动切换电视广告的方法, 如图 4所示, 本实施例还提供了一 种自动切换电视广告的系统, 该系统包括:
控制转换器 11和服务器 12, 所述控制转换器 11 包括红外接收模块 111、 红外发射模块 112、 WiFi模块 113、 存储模块 114以及处理模块 115, 所述红 外接收模块 111用于接收遥控器 13向机顶盒 14发送的控制信号,所述处理模 块 115获取所述控制信号,并根据存储在存储模块 114中的机顶盒的机器码将 所述控制信号解析成操控指令;
在获取遥控器 13向机顶盒 14发出的开机指令后, 处理模块 115生成一 初始化电视频道的指令, 并通过红外发射模块 112向机顶盒 14发送初始化电 视频道的指令;
获取遥控器 13向机顶盒 14发出的选台指令, 处理模块 115根据预先存 电视台名称;
所述控制转换器的 WiFi模块 113还用于将用户选择的电视台的电视台名 称发送给远程服务器 12;
服务器 12获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息, 在开始插播广告时, 服务 器 12生成一切换电视频道的指令并下发给 WiFi模块 113,处理模块 115结合 存储在存储模块 114 中的机顶盒的机器码将所述切换电视频道的指令编译成 切换电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块 112向机顶盒转发;
在插播广告结束时, 服务器 12生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给 WiFi 模块 113 ,处理模块 115结合存储模块 114中存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述返 回电视频道的指令编译成返回电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块 向机顶盒转发。
该系统还包括一计算机 15,所述计算机 15用于与该计算机在同一局域网 中的 WiFi模块 113建立通信链路, 计算机 15获取用户从计算机 15的浏览器 块 113将机顶盒的机器码存储在存储模块 114中。
在所述机顶盒的机器码存储在存储模块 114中后,控制转换器的处理模块 115生成初始化电视频道列表的指令, 所述初始化电视频道列表的指令通过红 外发射模块 112发送给机顶盒 14; 同时, WiFi模块 113从服务器 12中获取 与该机顶盒的机器码相匹配的初始电视频道列表并将初始的电视频道列表存 储在存储模块 114 中。 相同品牌和型号的机顶盒的初始电视频道列表都是相 同。
所述红外接收模块 111 还用于接收编辑电视频道列表的指令, 处理模块 115结合初始电视频道列表与编辑点频道列表的指令更新电视频道列表, 并将 新的电视频道列表存储在存储模块 114中。
实施例 2
与实施例 1不同的, 初始化电视频道列表的方法不同, 在本实施例中, 如 图 3所示, 初始化电视频道列表的方法包括:

在本实施例中, 如图 5所示, 所述控制转换器 11还包括一蓝牙模块 11 6, 该系统还包括一蓝牙终端 16,所述蓝牙模块 116还用于与一蓝牙终端 16建立 蓝牙通信链路, 所述蓝牙终端 16获取用户输入的机顶盒的机器码并将所述机 顶盒的机器码发送给蓝牙模块 11 6,处理模块 115将蓝牙模块 11 6接收到的机 顶盒机器码存储在存储模块 114中。 在所述机顶盒 14的机器码存储在存储模 块 114后,控制转换器的处理模块 115生成初始化电视频道列表的指令,所述 初始化电视频道列表的指令通过红外发射模块 112发送给机顶盒 14; 同时, WiFi模块 113从服务器 12中获取与该机顶盒 14的机器码相匹配的初始电视 频道列表并将初始的电视频道列表存储在存储模块 114中。 在使用时, 需要将控制转换器放置在于机顶盒的旁边, 以使遥控器向机顶 盒发送红外控制信号时,所述红外控制信号也能够被控制转换器的红外接收模 块接收。这样放置的时候机顶盒的红外接收端口与控制转换器的红外接收端口 虽然是并列放置, 但是由于控制转换器无需移动, 所以控制转换器可由电源转 换器直接连接市电供电, 既可以避免经常充电, 也可以为红外发射模块提供恒 久的高功率电能,控制转换器的红外发射模块发射的红外线可以经过反射后到 达机顶盒的红外接收端口。 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例 对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明的 技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围, 其 均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

权 利 要 求 书
1 . 一种切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括如下步骤: 通过一红外接收模块接收遥控器向机顶盒发送的控制信号,获取所述控制 信号, 并根据本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述控制信号解析成操控指令; 在获取遥控器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,本地生成一初始化电视频道的 指令, 并通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令;
获取遥控器发出的选台指令,根据预先在本地存储的电视频道列表找出所 述电视频道的序号所对应的电视台名称;
通过一网络模块将用户选择的电视台名称发送给远程服务器;
获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息, 在开始插播广告时, 服务器生成一切 换电视频道的指令并下发给网络模块,结合本地存储的机顶盒的机器码将所述 切换电视频道的指令编译成切换电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模 块向机顶盒转发;
在插播广告结束时, 服务器生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给网络模 视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 所述初始化 电视频道的方法包括: 随机选择任一电视频道序号或者随机选择一标识有 "用 户喜欢电视频道" 标签的电视频道。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络 模块为 WiFi模块, 所述 WiFi模块与家庭无线 WiFi路由器相连通。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 WiFi 模块还用于与在同一局域网中的计算机建立通信链路,计算机获取用户从计算 机的浏览器中输入的机顶盒的机器码并将机顶盒的机器码发送给 WiFi模块, WiFi模块将机顶盒的机器码存储起来。
5.根据权利要求 3所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络模 块还包括蓝牙模块, 所述蓝牙模块还用于与一蓝牙终端建立蓝牙通信链路, 所 蓝牙模块, 将蓝牙模块接收到的机顶盒机器码存储起来。
6.根据权利要求 4或 5所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 机顶盒的机器码存储起来后, 本地生成初始化电视频道列表的指令, 所述初始 化电视频道列表的指令通过红外发射模块发送给机顶盒; 同时, WiFi模块从服 务器中获取与该机顶盒的机器码相匹配的初始电视频道列表并将初始的电视 频道列表存储起来。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的切换电视广告的方法, 其特征在于, 所述红外接 收模块还用于接收编辑电视频道列表的指令,结合初始电视频道列表与编辑电 视频道列表的指令更新电视频道列表, 并将新的电视频道列表存储起来。
8.—种切换电视广告的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
控制转换器和服务器,所述控制转换器包括红外接收模块、红外发射模块、 网络模块、 存储模块以及处理模块, 所述红外接收模块用于接收遥控器向机顶 盒发送的控制信号, 所述处理模块获取所述控制信号, 并根据存储在存储模块 中的机顶盒的机器码将所述控制信号解析成操控指令;
在获取遥控器向机顶盒发出的开机指令后,处理模块生成一初始化电视频 道的指令, 并通过红外发射模块向机顶盒发送初始化电视频道的指令;
获取遥控器发出的选台指令,处理模块根据预先存储在所述存储模块中的 所述控制转换器的网络模块还用于将用户选择的电视台的电视台名称发 送给远程服务器;
服务器获取该电视台插播广告的时间信息, 在开始插播广告时, 服务器生 成一切换电视频道的指令并下发给网络模块,处理模块结合存储在存储模块中 的机顶盒的机器码将所述切换电视频道的指令编译成切换电视频道的控制信 号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发;
在插播广告结束时, 服务器生成一返回电视频道的指令并下发给网络模 令编译成返回电视频道的控制信号并通过所述红外发射模块向机顶盒转发。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的切换电视广告的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络模 块为 WiFi模块, 所述 WiFi模块与家庭无线 WiFi路由器相连通, 所述 WiFi 模块还用于与在同一局域网中的计算机建立通信链路,计算机获取用户从计算 机的浏览器中输入的机顶盒的机器码并将机顶盒的机器码发送给 WiFi模块, WiFi模块将机顶盒的机器码存储在存储模块中。
