所述清洗刷座 717设有均勾分布的至少两个卡位孔(附图未标示), 该卡 位孔与清洗刷 711上的卡舌 7110对应配合固定,由于通过卡位孔与卡舌 7110 之间卡合配合实现将清洗刷 711与清洗刷座 717 固定, 方便用户根据需要更 换不同的清洗刷 711 又方便固定。 根据需要所述卡位孔的数量与卡舌的数量 对应, 即数量相同, 该卡位孔的数量可以是两个或两个以上, 考滤生产成本 及固定效果, 优选为 个。 所述卡位孔均勾分布可以避免清洗刷 711在旋转 时出现受力不平衡而影响使用。
所述清洗刷 711 上设置的蒸汽孔位于清洗刷中部, 可以使蒸汽能均匀向 四周^:。
根据需要可以在所述清洗头本体 71上设有与清洗头固定座 70连接并供 驱动电机工作的电源接口 710和蒸汽接口 (附图未标示) 以及控制驱动电机 工作的控制开关 7111, 可以方便用户通过清洗头本体 71进行操作,其结构紧 奏美观。 如图 2和图 3所示, 本发明提供一种蒸汽清洗装置实施例。
该蒸汽清洗装置包括: 设有水箱 2的主体 1和与主体 1连接的蒸汽清洗 头 7, 在该主体 1内设有蒸汽发生器(附图未标示)和控制该蒸汽发生器工作 的控制电路(附图未标示), 其中所述蒸汽清洗头 7通过软管 6与蒸汽发生器 蒸汽出口连接, 所述蒸汽清洗头 7包括设有蒸汽通道的清洗头固定座 70, 以 及与该清洗头固定座 70连接的清洗头本体 71, 在该清洗头本体 71内设有驱 动电机 714, 该驱动电机 714转轴设有第一齿轮 716, 该第一齿轮 716与设在 中空转轴 719上的第二齿轮 715啮合连接, 该中空转轴 719—端通过清洗刷 座 717与清洗刷 711连接, 另一端通过导管 718与清洗头固定座 70上的蒸汽 通道连接; 所述清洗刷 711上设有与中空转轴 719连通的蒸汽孔(附图未标 示)。 具体地说, 所述清洗头本体 71主要由上盖 712和与该上盖 712配合的下 盖 713配合构成, 由上盖 712和下盖 713形成的空腔内设有驱动电机 714和 导管 718等。 所述清洗刷座 717与中空转轴 719固定。
工作时, 蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽通过软管 6输送到清洗头固定座 70, 由 于该清洗头固定座 70与清洗头本体 71连通, 即蒸汽经由导管 718和中空的 转轴 719到达清洗刷 711 ,同时通过控制驱动电机 714使其带动清洗刷 711转 动, 实现蒸汽与清洗刷同步清洁物品。 与现有技术相比, 由于该蒸汽清洗装 置可以在蒸汽和旋转的清洗刷双重作用下, 可实现快速清理污渍, 提高清洗 洁效率, 同时在清洁物品时可以对其进行消毒。
在本实施例中, 可以在所述主体 1 上设有蒸汽发生器控制和调节的控制 按扭 3。
所述清洗头本体 71固定清洗刷 711的一端呈弯曲状, 所述第一齿轮 716 和第二齿轮 715沿其轴向截面分别呈梯形。 由于该清洗头本体 71呈弯曲状, 通过截面呈梯形的第一齿轮 716和第二齿轮 715配合, 使得清洗刷 711与清 洗头本体 71形成一定的角度, 更方便用户使用。
所述清洗刷座 717设有均勾分布的至少两个卡位孔(附图未标示), 该卡 位孔与清洗刷 711上的卡舌 7110对应配合固定,由于通过卡位孔与卡舌 7110 之间卡合配合实现将清洗刷 711与清洗刷座 717 固定, 方便用户根据需要更 换不同的清洗刷 711 又方便固定。 根据需要所述卡位孔的数量与卡舌的数量 对应, 即数量相同, 该卡位孔的数量可以是两个或两个以上, 考滤生产成本 及固定效果, 优选为三个。 所述卡位孔均勾分布可以避免清洗刷 711在旋转 时出现受力不平衡而影响使用。
所述清洗刷 711 上设置的蒸汽孔位于清洗刷中部, 可以使蒸汽能均匀向 周围分散。
根据需要可以在所述清洗头本体 71上设有与清洗头固定座 70连接并供 驱动电机工作的电源接口 710和蒸汽接口 (附图未标示) 以及控制驱动电机 工作的控制开关 7111,可以方便用户通过清洗头本体 71进行操作, 其结构紧 奏美观。
所述主体 1设有可调节的背带 5方便用户使用时携带和移动, 将在所述 水箱另一侧的主体表面呈弧形, 可以使主体更好与用户身体贴合, 使用时能 更好分散主体 1重力作用, 方便用户使用。
为了方便用户根据需要控制清洗刷 712旋转, 可以将驱动电机的控制与 蒸汽发生器控制分开分别独立控制, 例如将驱动电机 714 的控制按键设置在 所述清洗头本体 71上。 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽管参照前 述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解: 其 依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术 特征进行等同替换, 而这些修改或替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本 发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种蒸汽清洗头, 其特征在于, 包括:
设有蒸汽通道的清洗头固定座, 以及与该清洗头固定座连接的清洗头本 体, 在该清洗头本体内设有驱动电机, 该驱动电机转轴设有第一齿轮, 该第 一齿轮与设在中空转轴上的第二齿轮啮合连接, 该中空转轴一端通过清洗刷 座与清洗刷连接, 另一端通过导管与清洗头固定座上的蒸汽通道连接; 所述 清洗刷设有与中空转轴连通的蒸汽孔。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的蒸汽清洗头, 其特征在于:
所述清洗头本体固定清洗刷的一端呈弯曲状, 所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮 沿其轴向截面分别呈梯形。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蒸汽清洗头, 其特征在于:
所述清洗刷座设有均勾分布的至少两个卡位孔, 该卡位孔与清洗刷上的 卡舌对应配合固定。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的蒸汽清洗头, 其特征在于:

6.一种蒸汽清洗装置,包括设有水箱的主体和与主体连接的蒸汽清洗头, 在该主体内设有蒸汽发生器和控制该蒸汽发生器工作的控制电路, 其特征在 于:
所述蒸汽清洗头通过软管与蒸汽发生器蒸汽出口连接, 蒸汽清洗头包括 设有蒸汽通道的清洗头固定座, 以及与该清洗头固定座连接的清洗头本体, 在该清洗头本体内设有驱动电机, 该驱动电机转轴设有第一齿轮, 该第一齿 轮与设在中空转轴上的第二齿轮啮合连接, 该中空转轴一端通过清洗刷座与 清洗刷连接, 另一端通过导管与清洗头固定座上的蒸汽通道连接; 所述清洗 刷设有与中空转轴连通的蒸汽孔。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的蒸汽清洗装置, 其特征在于:
所述清洗头本体固定清洗刷的一端呈弯曲状, 所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮 沿其轴向截面分别呈梯形。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的蒸汽清洗装置, 其特征在于:
