Abstract

Eine elektrische Maschine mit einem Rotor und einem Stator weist im Rotor (32) axial ausgerichtete Luftungskanäle (26) auf. Der Flächenanteil der Lüftungskanäle (26) an der Querschnitts fläche des Rotors (32) beträgt wenigstens 5%, vorzugsweise wenigstens 15%, besonders bevorzugt wenigstens 30%, ganz besonders bevorzugt wenigstens 45% und insbesondere wenigstens 60%. Damit weist der Rotor sowohl eine gute Kühlung als auch ein kleines Massenträgheitsmoment auf.
