以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜图 5所示, 该美工刀, 包括壳体 19、 设于壳体内的刀架垫片 4、 二组刀架 3、 二个刀片 5、 二个推钮 6以及备刀架 7等主要部件;
壳体 19是由铝压铸的上盖 2与底座 1对合而成, 上盖 2与底座 1对合后的壳体的 头部形成供刀片伸缩的开口 18, 在上沿形成一条形槽 17, 并在条形槽 17的两侧、 底座 1与上盖 2的顶端内壁依次成型为四组档位槽 la;刀架垫片 4是采用不锈钢材料为内衬、 外加包塑制成, 设于壳体 19的前半部分腔体内中间部位, 固定在底座 1上, 其前端面 与壳体的头部开口齐平, 并留有供两侧刀片 5伸缩的间隙, 刀架垫片 4的上端设有向两 侧翻折的上边沿 41,上边沿 41正好置于条形槽 17的中部,上边沿 41与条形槽 17形成 二个平行的推槽 le, 刀架 3为磁性刀架, 分别通过磁力吸附在刀架垫片 4的两侧, 刀架 3的正面成型有用于放置刀片 5的吸刀槽 33, 刀架 3的背面设有横向的凸条, 刀架垫片 4的两侧表面上成型有可供所述凸条嵌入的导轨 42, 刀架 3通过凸条与导轨 42的配合 可滑动地设置在刀架垫片 4上; 刀架垫片 4的下部设置了带卡头 44a的弹性条 44,和刀 架 3配合, 而且弹性条 44通过在刀架垫片 4上开槽而形成, 卡头 44a呈现向外侧凸出 的 " V"字型, 这样结构简单, 当两个刀架中的任何一个推出使用时, 会触发弹性条 44 凸起的卡头向另一侧弹出无法复位, 使另一个刀架则无法推出, 起到保护作用, 刀架 3 的后部上端设有一可供推钮 6插置的插槽 31, 推钮 6可滑动地设置在推槽 le, 下端插 置在刀架 3的插槽 31中, 插槽 31与推钮 6的底部之间支撑有一复位弹簧 12, 使推钮 6 具有始终向上弹出的趋势, 推钮 6的里侧设有与刀架垫片 4的上边沿 41相抵限位的凸 块 62,推钮 6的外侧设有卡脚 61与档位槽 la配合定位,这样就可以通过推钮 6带动各 自的刀架 3和刀片 5沿着推槽 le滑动, 从而实现刀片 5的伸缩及档位定位;
刀片 5为二组, 一组为普通刀片, 另一组为具有弯头的刀片, 分别吸合在二组刀架 3的吸刀槽 33内, 刀片 5的顶端设有二个卡口 51 , 刀架 3的背面设有与卡口 51位置对 应锁定的锁块 8, 锁块 8的一端设有与卡口配合的凸缘 81, 凸缘 81穿过刀架 3上的缺 口限位在刀片 5的卡口 51中, 锁块 8的另一端设有一圆孔 83, 刀架 3的背面设有对应 的圆形柱 32,锁块 8通过圆孔 83可转动地套置吸附在刀架 3背面的圆形柱 32上,并通 过刀架 3的磁力吸附在刀架 3背面, 锁块 8在圆孔 83的上方设有一凸角 82, 凸角 82 是带斜面的凸部, 锁块 8的一端与刀架 3之间支撑有一弹簧 9, 使锁块 8具有始终向下 转动与刀片 5的卡口 51锁定的趋势, 凸角 82的另一端就是成型出的斜面, 在底座 1与 上盖 2的顶部内壁前端分别设有一相对应的斜面凸块 lf, 当按下并推动推钮 6至推槽 le最前端时, 该斜面凸块 If与锁块 8上的凸角 82正好斜面相抵, 使得锁块 8克服弹簧 9的弹力向上转动, 从而使得锁块 8上的凸缘 81从刀片 5的卡口 51中脱离, 这样就可 以轻松地将刀片 5取下进行更换;
备刀架 7设置于壳体 19的后半部分腔体内, 备刀架 7采用塑胶成型, 其底部成型 为与壳体 19相适配的弧形,其上部设有备刀槽 71,备刀槽 71上设有用于固定备用刀片 的弹性卡片 72, 备刀架 7的一端两侧设有凸柱 73, 另一端两侧设有弹性卡扣 74, 底座 1和上盖 2的内壁上分别设有对应的凹孔 lg和卡槽 25, 底座 1和上盖 2的后部下端设 有圆弧形开口 lc和 22, 备刀架 7的两侧弹性卡扣 74的上端成型为与圆弧形开口 lc和 22配合的圆弧状凸起,该圆弧状凸起通过尺寸配合分别嵌置于底座 1和上盖 2的圆弧形 开口 lc和 22处, 备刀架 7通过弹性卡扣 74与底座 1和上盖 2上的卡槽 25的配合可和 壳体底部连接或者脱离打开, 并通过凸柱 73与底座 1和上盖 2上的凹孔 lg配合实现转 动, 这样拿取备用刀片时, 只要用手按压备刀架 7的后端的圆弧状凸起, 使得弹性卡扣 74从壳体中脱离, 就可以将备刀架 7从壳体底部伸出并向下转动, 进行拿取备用刀片, 用完后, 再将备刀架 7向上转动, 从壳体的底部插入后扣接固定;
底座 1的前端上下两侧成型有一 "7"字型凸块 lh, 上盖 2的前端上下两侧成型有 与之配合的 "7"字型凹槽, 这样使得对合后即美观又牢固; 底座 1 的中部设有一连接 柱 lb,刀架垫片 4的后端设有对应的通孔 43,刀架垫片 4通过通孔 43套置在连接柱 lb 上, 上盖 2上开设有对应的连接沉孔 21, 一连接螺钉 10穿过上盖 2的连接沉孔 21, 拧 入底座 1的连接柱 lb中将上盖 2、刀架垫片 4和底座 1固定连接,底座 1的尾部下方设 有一小连接柱 ld, 上盖 2的尾部下方设有对应的沉孔 23, 通过螺钉 11连接固定, 并且 底座 1与上盖 2对合后在尾部上方形成一可用于挂置的挂孔 24;上盖 2的外侧包覆有双 色的上盖包塑 15和上盖包胶 16, 底座 1 的外侧包覆有双色的底座包塑 13和底座包胶 14, 不仅外观美观, 而且使用时手感非常舒适。
工作时, 只需按下并向前推动推钮 6即可带动一个刀架 3向前滑动, 同时吸合在刀 架 3上的刀片 5也随着向前滑动并伸出壳体 19, 当推钮 6活动到档位槽 la时, 松开推 钮 6, 使推钮上的卡脚 61与档位槽 la配合定位, 可以根据使用时刀片 5伸缩长度的需 要进行定位; 而且当两个刀架中的任何一个推出使用时, 会触发弹性条 44凸起的卡头 向另一侧方向弹出, 阻挡住另一刀架, 使另一个刀架则无法推出; 可以根据需要使用不 同的刀片 5, 需要更换刀片 5时, 按下并向前推动推钮 6至推槽 le的最前端, 该斜面凸 块 If与锁块 8上的凸角 82正好斜面相抵, 使得锁块 8克服弹簧 9的弹力向上转动, 使 得锁块 8上的凸缘 81从刀片 5的卡口 51中脱离, 使得锁块 8对刀片 5的锁定解除, 就 可以轻松地将旧刀片取下或者进一步换上新刀片, 松开推钮 6, 使锁块 8再次对刀片 5 进行锁定; 用手按压备刀架 7的后端的圆弧状凸起, 使得弹性卡扣 74从壳体底部伸出, 就可以将备用刀片取下, 取完后, 将备刀架 7向上转动与壳体扣接固定, 这样就可以快 速地更换刀片 5。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种美工刀, 包括由上盖 (2)和底座 (1)对合而成的壳体 (19), 壳体 (19)内设有可滑 动的刀架 (3), 壳体 (19)的头部设有供刀片伸缩的开口 (18), 其特征在于: 所述刀架 (3)为 平行设置的两组, 两组刀架 (3)分别通过一设置在两者中间的刀架垫片 (4)可滑动地设于 壳体 (19)的前半部分腔体内;
每组刀架 (3)上置有不同类别的刀片 (5), 刀架 (3)的上端分别设有一具有向上弹出趋 势的推钮 (6), 所述壳体 (19)的上沿对应于刀架垫片 (4)的上边沿 (41)设有一条形槽 (17), 该条形槽 (17)与刀架垫片 (4)的上边沿 (41)之间形成两个平行的供两个推钮 (6)滑动的推槽 (le),在条形槽 (17)的两侧内壁上分别设有若干组可供推钮 (6)定位的档位槽 (la),推钮 (6) 的侧部设有与档位槽 (la)配合进行定位的卡脚 (61), 所述推钮 (6)可滑动地设于推槽 (le) 中, 并带动各自的刀架 (3)和刀片 (5)沿着推槽 (le)滑动, 同时通过侧部的卡脚 (61)与档位 槽 (la)配合进行定位, 从而实现刀片 (5)的伸缩及档位定位。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述刀架 (3)为磁性刀架 (3), 分别 通过磁力吸附在刀架垫片 (4)的两侧, 所述刀架垫片 (4)固定设于底座 (1)上, 刀架垫片 (4) 的前端面与壳体 (19)的头部开口 (18)齐平, 并留有供两侧刀片 (5)伸缩的间隙, 所述刀架 垫片 (4)的上端设有向两侧翻折的上边沿 (41),上边沿 (41)与壳体 (19)的条形孔形成二个平 行的推槽 (le); 所述刀架 (3)的正面成型有用于放置刀片 (5)的吸刀槽 (33), 刀架 (3)的背面 设有横向的凸条, 所述刀架垫片 (4)的两侧表面上成型有可供所述凸条嵌入的导轨 (42), 所述刀架 (3)通过凸条与导轨 (42)的配合可滑动地设置在刀架垫片 (4)上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述刀架 (3)的后部上端设有一可 供推钮 (6)插置的插槽 (31), 在插槽 (31)与推钮 (6)的底部之间支撑有一复位弹簧 (12), 使 推钮 (6)具有始终向上弹出的趋势, 所述推钮 (6)的里侧设有与刀架垫片 (4)的上边沿 (41) 相抵限位的凸块 (62), 所述卡脚 (61)设于推钮 (6)的外侧, 与档位槽 (la)配合定位。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述刀片 (5)的顶端设有至少一个 卡口 (51), 所述刀架 (3)的背面设有与卡口 (51)位置对应锁定的锁块 (8), 所述锁块 (8)的一 端设有与卡口 (51)配合的凸缘 (81), 所述凸缘 (81)穿过刀架 (3)上的缺口限位在刀片 (5)的 卡口 (51)中, 锁块 (8)的另一端设有一圆孔 (83), 锁块 (8)通过圆孔 (83)套置在刀架 (3)背面 的圆形柱 (32)上, 在锁块 (8)圆孔 (83)的上方设有一凸角 (82), 锁块 (8)与刀架 (3)之间支撑 有一弹簧 (9), 使锁块 (8)具有始终向下转动与刀片 (5)的卡口 (51)锁定的趋势, 在底座 (1) 与上盖 (2)的顶部内壁前端分别设有一斜面凸块 (lf), 当推动推钮 (6)至推槽 (le)最前端时, 所述斜面凸块 (If)与锁块 (8)上的凸角 (82)相抵, 并克服弹簧 (9)的弹力使得锁块 (8)向上转 动, 实现凸缘 (81)从刀片 (5)的卡口 (51)中脱离。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述壳体 (19)的后半部分腔体内设 有一用于放置备用刀片的备刀架 (7), 备刀架 (7)的一端两侧设有凸柱 (73), 另一端两侧设 有弹性卡扣 (74), 所述壳体 (19)的后部下端设有开口 (18), 在壳体 (19)内壁上分别设有与 凸柱 (73)、 弹性卡扣 (74)对应的凹孔 (lg)和卡槽 (25), 所述备刀架 (7)置于壳体 (19)的后部 腔体内, 并可从壳体 (19)的下端可转动地打开。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述备刀架 (7)采用塑胶成型, 备 刀架 (7)的底部成型为与壳体 (19)相适配的弧形, 备刀架 (7)内设有备刀槽 (71), 并设有用 于固定备用刀片的弹性卡片 (72),所述底座 (1)和上盖 (2)的后部下端设有圆弧形开口 (lc), 所述备刀架 (7)的两侧弹性卡扣 (74)的上端成型为与圆弧形开口 (lc)配合的圆弧状凸起, 该圆弧状凸起通过尺寸配合分别嵌置于底座 (1)和上盖 (2)的圆弧形开口 (lc)处, 再通过上 端的弹性卡扣 (74)与底座 (1)和上盖 (2)上的卡槽 (25)相扣接固定。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述底座 (1)的 中部设有一连接柱 (lb), 所述刀架垫片 (4)的后端设有对应的通孔 (43), 所述上盖 (2)上开 设有相应的连接沉孔 (23), 所述刀架垫片 (4)的通孔 (43)套置在连接柱 (lb)上, 一连接螺钉
(10)穿过上盖 (2)的连接孔,拧入底座 (1)的连接柱 (lb)中将上盖 (2)、刀架垫片 (4)和底座 (1) 固定连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述底座 (1)的 尾部下方设有一小连接柱 (ld), 所述上盖 (2)的尾部下方设有对应的沉孔 (23), 通过螺钉
(11)连接固定, 所述底座 (1)与上盖 (2)对合后在尾部上方形成一可用于挂置的挂孔 (24)。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述档位槽 (la) 为三个或四个, 分别开设在底座 (1)与上盖 (2)的顶端内壁上、 条形槽 (17)的两侧。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的美工刀, 其特征在于: 所述刀架垫片 (4)的下部设置了带卡头 (44a)的弹性条 (44), 和刀架 (3)配合。
