Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining cellulose and a solution of water-soluble products which consists in pouring water, containing 1-10% ethanol, into a reactor, heating the water to 58-75°С, adding FeCl3 х 6Н2О and soda to the mixture in a mass ratio of 1.5 -10 iron chloride to soda, holding the aqueous solution at a temperature of 58-75°С for a minimum of 10 minutes while continuously stirring, leaving the aqueous solution to stand until the complete precipitation of Fe, introducing biomass in a ratio of 10-20 water to biomass, stirring the resultant mixture and holding same for a maximum of 10 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide in a ratio of 3.5 : 0.5 hydrogen peroxide to biomass, stirring the resultant mixture for a period of 2-25 hours until the hydroperoxides have been completely exhausted, separating the resultant oxidate into a solid precipitate (cellulose) and a solution of water-soluble products, and washing the solid precipitate with water, which is added to the aqueous solution of water-soluble products upon completion of the washing process.
