複数の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を管理している課金サーバから、前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を特定する課金ポリシー抽出手段と、
前記第1の通信端末に適用されている課金ポリシーを、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更させる課金ポリシー制御手段と、を備える移動通信システム。 - 前記ノード装置は、
前記第1の通信端末に適用される課金ポリシーが、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更された場合に、前記課金ポリシーの変更前後における伝送パケット数を区別して管理する、請求項1に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記サービス提供サーバが、複数の通信端末と通信を行う場合、
前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記ノード装置から通知される前記通信端末毎に集計された伝送パケット数をまとめ、前記まとめられた伝送パケット数に基づいて生成される課金情報を前記サービス提供サーバへ通知する、請求項2に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記ノード装置は、
前記第1の通信端末に適用される課金ポリシーが、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更された場合に、前記課金ポリシーの変更前後における前記第1の通信端末の前記移動通信網への接続時間を区別して管理する、請求項1に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記サービス提供サーバが、複数の通信端末と通信を行う場合、
前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記ノード装置から通知される前記通信端末毎に集計された前記接続時間をまとめ、前記まとめられた接続時間に基づいて生成される課金情報を前記サービス提供サーバへ通知する、請求項4に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記サービス提供サーバから課金ポリシー変更要求信号に含まれる前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金情報を管理している課金サーバを特定する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記課金ポリシー変更要求信号を受信した際に、前記サービス提供サーバに関する認証処理を行い、前記第1の通信端末における課金ポリシーを変更するか否かを判定する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記課金ポリシー変更要求信号は、
移動通信網内において発生するパケット伝送によって生じる通信料金を前記第1の通信端末に課す前記第1の課金ポリシーから、前記サービス提供サーバに通信料金を課す前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更することを要求する前記課金ポリシー変更要求を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の移動通信システム。 - 移動通信網に配置されたノード装置と、前記移動通信網とは異なる外部通信網に配置されたサービス提供サーバとの間のデータ通信を中継するゲートウェイ装置であって、
前記サービス提供サーバから、前記移動通信網を介して通信を行う第1の通信端末の識別情報と、前記第1の通信端末に適用されている第1の課金ポリシーを前記サービス提供サーバにおいて決定した第2の課金ポリシーへ変更することを要求する課金ポリシー変更要求とを含む課金ポリシー変更要求信号を受信する信号受信手段と、
複数の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を管理している課金サーバから、前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を特定する課金ポリシー抽出手段と、
前記第1の通信端末に適用されている課金ポリシーを、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更させる課金ポリシー制御手段と、を備えるゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記課金ポリシー抽出手段は、
前記サービス提供サーバから課金ポリシー変更要求信号に含まれる前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金情報を管理している課金サーバを特定する、請求項9に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記課金ポリシー抽出手段は、
前記課金ポリシー変更要求信号を受信した際に、前記サービス提供サーバに関する認証処理を行い、前記第1の通信端末における課金ポリシーを変更するか否かを判定する、請求項9又は10に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 移動通信網に配置されたノード装置と、前記移動通信網とは異なる外部通信網に配置されたサービス提供サーバとの間のデータ通信を中継するゲートウェイ装置における課金ポリシー制御方法であって、
前記サービス提供サーバから、前記移動通信網を介して通信を行う第1の通信端末の識別情報と、前記第1の通信端末に適用されている第1の課金ポリシーを前記サービス提供サーバにおいて決定した第2の課金ポリシーへ変更することを要求する課金ポリシー変更要求とを含む課金ポリシー変更要求信号を受信し、
複数の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を管理している課金サーバから、前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を特定し、
前記第1の通信端末に適用されている課金ポリシーを、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更させる課金ポリシー制御方法。 - 移動通信網に配置されたノード装置と、前記移動通信網とは異なる外部通信網に配置されたサービス提供サーバとの間のデータ通信を中継するゲートウェイ装置におけるコンピュータに実行させるプログラムが格納された非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記サービス提供サーバから、前記移動通信網を介して通信を行う第1の通信端末の識別情報と、前記第1の通信端末に適用されている第1の課金ポリシーを前記サービス提供サーバにおいて決定した第2の課金ポリシーへ変更することを要求する課金ポリシー変更要求とを含む課金ポリシー変更要求信号を受信するステップと、
複数の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を管理している課金サーバから、前記第1の通信端末の識別情報に基づいて、前記第1の通信端末の課金ポリシー情報を特定するステップと、
前記第1の通信端末に適用されている課金ポリシーを、前記第1の課金ポリシーから前記第2の課金ポリシーへ変更させるステップとをコンピュータに実行させるプログラムが格納された非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
