Abstract

Dans un aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé continu pour le raffinage d'une huile végétale brute comprenant (i) un stade d'hydrolyse enzymatique comprenant la mise en contact de l'huile brute avec une enzyme qui hydrolyse la chlorophylle ou un dérivé de chlorophylle ; et (ii) un stade de démucilagination comprenant la séparation d'une phase de gommes de l'huile ; le procédé comprend le recyclage d'au moins une partie de la phase de gommes séparée pour l'ajout à de l'huile brute avant l'hydrolyse enzymatique.
