本发明涉及一种移动设备的耳机, 更具体的说, 是涉及一种发光耳机。 背景技术

现有的耳机大都不具有发光功能, 而已经公开的发光耳机又具有结构复杂的缺点, 导致 发光耳机难以大量生产和应用, 使得现有的耳机十分古板, 不够时尚。 发明内容
针对现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的是要提供一种结构简单的发光耳机, 该发光耳机能 够根据音乐或者通话声音的节奏闪烁发光。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种发光耳机, 包括耳机插头、 放音模块和耳机控制板, 该耳机插头和放音模块分别通 过耳机线与所述耳机控制板连接, 还包括电源模块、 控制模块和发光缆线, 所述电源模块与 所述控制模块连接, 用于给该控制模块和发光缆线供电; 所述控制模块与所述耳机插头、 耳 机线、放音模块或者耳机控制板中的一种或者多种连接; 所述发光缆线与所述控制模块连接, 用于根据控制模块的控制进行闪烁发光。 该放音模块用于播放声音, 如可以是耳塞或者耳罩 等装置。
上述控制模块设于所述耳机电路板上, 包括采样电路和控制电路, 所述采样电路与所述 耳机插头、 耳机线、 放音模块或者耳机控制板中的一种或者多种连接, 用于采集音频信号并 传送至所述控制电路; 所述控制电路分别与所述采样电路和发光缆线连接, 用于根据该音频 信号控制该发光缆线闪烁发光。

值得注意的是, 无论该耳机线 23与发光缆线 24的结构形式是哪种, 缆线 2的横截面均 可以为椭圆形、 扁形或者圆形。
使用时,将 USB插头 11、耳机插头 21和话筒插头 22分别插入电脑或者音响设备的 USB 接口、 音频接口和话筒插孔之中, 在通话或者听音乐时, 耳机插头 21或者话筒插头 22通过 耳机控制板 4将音频信号传送给采样电路 41。 采样电路 41对音频信号采样后传送至控制电 路 42, 控制电路 42根据采样电路 41的信号控制输出的电流和电压, 从而控制发光耳机的发 光缆线 24的亮度的变化。 此时发光耳机的发光缆线 24随着通话或音乐的高低, 音调的变化 而相应变化发光的亮度, 尤其是听音乐时, 随着音乐节拍和音调的变化, 发光耳机的发光缆 线的发光亮度也随之相应闪烁跳动变化。

本实施例 3与实施例 2的区别在于, 本实施例中的两个放音模块 3通过弓板 31连接, 电 源模块和耳机控制板 4设置于该弓板 31之中。本实施例中, 该放音模块 3为一对耳罩。值得 注意的是, 该电源模块的电池电路也可以放置于耳机控制板 4上。 为了防止电磁干扰, 耳机 控制板 4采用屏蔽保护。
相对于现有技术, 本发明所述的发光耳机能够根据音乐或者通话声音的高低、 节奏的快 慢而相应变化发光的亮度, 尤其是能够根据音乐节拍和音调的变化, 发光缆线的发光亮度也 随之相应地闪烁跳动变化。
该发光耳机尤其适合用于电脑通话、 听音乐、 和各种固定或移动的音响设备听音乐, 是 一款动感时尚的新产品。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种发光耳机, 包括耳机插头、 放音模块和耳机控制板, 该耳机插头和放音模块分别 通过耳机线与所述耳机控制板连接, 其特征在于, 还包括电源模块、 控制模块和发光缆线, 所述电源模块与所述控制模块连接, 用于给该控制模块和发光缆线供电; 所述控制模块与所 述耳机插头、 耳机线、 放音模块或者耳机控制板中的一种或者多种连接; 所述发光缆线与所 述控制模块连接, 用于根据控制模块的控制进行闪烁发光。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块设于所述耳机电路板上, 包括采样电路和控制电路, 所述采样电路与所述耳机插头、 耳机线、 放音模块或者耳机控制 板中的一种或者多种连接, 用于采集音频信号并传送至所述控制电路; 所述控制电路分别与 所述采样电路和发光缆线连接, 用于根据该音频信号控制该发光缆线闪烁发光。
3、如权利要求 2所述的发光耳机,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括一 USB插头,该 USB 插头与所述耳机控制板连接。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 还包括一容纳所述耳机控制板的卡盒, 所述 USB插头固定于该耳机控制板的前端, 并从该卡盒前端伸出; 所述发光缆线和耳机线与 所述耳机控制板连接并从该卡盒后端伸出。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述电源模块包括电池和电池电路, 所 述电池安装于该电池电路中并与所述耳机控制板连接。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述电池为充电电池, 所述电池电路还 包括一与该电池连接的充电电路, 该充电电路用于对该充电电池进行充电。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机具有两个放音模块, 所述耳机 电路板设于其中一放音模块的喇叭盒内, 所述电源模块设于另外一放音模块的喇叭盒内。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机具有两个通过弓板连接的放音 模块, 所述耳机控制板和所述电源模块设于所述弓板内。
9、 如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机线和发光缆线通过 一透明或者透光的包裹层包裹在一起, 其横截面为椭圆形、 扁形或者圆形。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的发光耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机线与所述发光缆线平行放置 或者所述发光缆线螺旋缠绕于所述耳机线外侧。
