优选的, 上述结构中的中梁和边框之间设有把手, 所述把手包括固定件和 握持部, 所述握持部包括与固定件垂直的两条条状握持部, 所述握持部适于握 持, 所述握持部内部设有容纳电源线与信号线的线槽, 所述线槽上设有线卡, 所述线卡固定电源线与信号线, 所述把手一端通过固定件与中梁连接, 所述把 手另一端与边框固定连接。
优选的, 上述结构中的把手为矩形框架结构, 所述固定件包括与中梁连接 的第一固定边 51和与边框连接的第二固定边, 所述第一固定边 51与中梁通过 螺釘或螺栓固定, 所述第二固定边上设有与边框上的卡接面相配合的斜面。
优选的, 上述结构中的连接角套件包括旋转把手和通孔, 所述旋转把手设 置有圓弧形卡勾, 所述通孔内设有卡槽, LED显示模组通过转动旋转把手使卡勾 和相邻的 LED显示模组上的通孔的卡槽卡合锁定。
优选的, 上述结构中的边框、 连接角套件和中梁采用铝合金材料压铸一体 成型, 所述边框与连接角套件的套接处分别设有固定孔, 所述边框与连接角套 件通过螺柱或螺栓穿过固定孔进行固定。
本发明的另一技术方案为提供一种 LED显示装置, 由至少一个 LED显示模 组拼接而成, 所述 LED显示模组为权利要求 1-8任一项所述的易安装 LED显示 模组。
优选的, 上述结构中的 LED显示单元为长条形的 PCB灯条, 所述 PCB灯条 上设有使其固定安装在易安装 LED显示模组的框架本体上的螺丝孔, 所述连接 角套件设置至少一个用于吊装 LED显示装置的吊装孔。
本发明的有益效果为本发明的易安装 LED显示屏框架内设置有中梁, 克服 了现有的 LED显示屏框架的整体受力不均匀不合理问题, 整体结实, 通透, 并 且中梁上设有水平延伸部, 水平延伸部上设有安装自攻螺丝的定位孔, 适合各 种类型点间距不一的 LED显示单元。 中梁内还设有电源保护盒, 走线方便, 体 积小, 灌封导热硅胶后散热更好, 还防水。 中梁与显示单元之间设置散热垫条 形成散热通孔, 通过对流散热, 结构筒单, 散热效率高。 上述 LED显示屏框架 还设置有把手, 把手连接固定中梁和边框, 使 LED显示屏框架结构更牢固, 把 手中间镂空装电源跟信号线, 增加线卡设计固定电源跟信号线更安全方便, 把 手的握持部为圓弧边角, 手感更舒服, 在 LED显示装置安装时可以方便的握持 把手进行显示装置组装, 提高作业性能和作业效率。 附图说明

实施例 1
本发明提供一种易安装 LED显示屏框架, 包括 LED显示单元、 用于固定 LED 显示单元的框架本体, 该框架本体由至少一个边框 1 和至少一个连接角套件 2 组成, 优选地, 本实施例中的框架本体由四个边框 1和四个连接角套件 2组成。 所述边框 1通过连接角套件 2首尾连接组成封闭状容置空间, 所述边框 1上设 有多个等距排列的第一安装孔 1 1用于固定 LED条形显示单元, 所述边框 1 1为 条形的中空结构, 所述边框 1与连接角套件 2套接, 并在套接处分别设有固定 孔 21。
其中, LED显示单元固定在容置空间上, 所述边框 1为截面为梯形的长条形 中空结构, 所述连接角套件 2的一端可插入边框 1 的内进行套接, 能更好的定 位和固定。
本发明的易安装 LED显示屏框架上设有多个等距排列的安装孔用于固定 LED 条形显示单元, 克服现有的 LED显示单元安装不均勾不合理问题。 框架主要部 件边框 1 可自由拆卸、 套接组合, 整体结实, 通透, 重量轻, 适合各种类型点 间距不一的 LED显示屏。
实施例 2
在上述实施例的基础上, 边框 1的容置空间内设有中梁 3 , 所述中梁 3连接 相对的两个边框 1 , 所述中梁 3为槽型空心结构, 所述中梁 3的槽型开口方向边 缘处设有水平延伸部 32 ,所述水平延伸部 32沿其长度方向设有多个等距排列的 第二安装孔 33用于固定 LED条形显示单元。
具体的, 请参阅图 1、 图 2 , 如图 1所示为本发明易安装 LED显示屏框架的 结构示意图, 由四个边框 1首尾连接组成, 四个边框 1组成矩形封闭状容置空 间, 所述中梁 3垂直且连接于两个边框 1的中点上。 中梁 3为槽型空心结构, 所述中梁 3的槽型开口方向设有水平延伸部 32。 所述中梁 3与两个边框 1通过 堵头 31连接固定, 所述中梁 3设置有与堵头 31相对应的连接孔, 所述两个边 框 1设置有与堵头 31相对应的连接孔。 其中中梁 3上设有水平延伸部 32 , 所述 水平延伸部 32上设有安装自攻螺丝的安装孔。 安装在易安装 LED显示屏框架上 LED显示单元上设置有与第一安装孔 1 1和第二相配合的孔,便于 LED显示单元, 特别是条形的 LED显示单元安装固定在易安装 LED显示屏框架上, 适合各种类 型点间距不一的 LED显示单元。
克服现有的易安装 LED显示屏框架的整体受力不均勾不合理问题, 组成的 LED显示装置整体结实, 通透, 重量轻。 适应更多的安装方式和场合。
所述连接角套件 2包括旋转把手 22和通孔 23 , 所述旋转把手 22—体成型 设置有卡勾 221 , 所述通孔 23设有卡槽 231 , 相邻两个易安装 LED显示屏框架 通过卡勾 221和卡槽 231的配合固定。 当相邻的两个 LED显示模组进行拼接固 定时, 旋转把手 22插入到通孔 23内 , 转动旋转把手 22 , 让卡勾 221卡入卡槽 231 , 相邻两个连接角套件 2即进行固定, 相邻的两个 LED显示模组通过多套旋 转把手 22和通孔 23的配合进行连接固定, 此种连接比现有技术的 LED显示模 组的连接更稳定, 更方便拆装。 可以在现场安装前做好单个 LED显示模组的安 装, 在安装现场时只需转动安装把手, 让相邻易安装 LED显示屏框架卡勾 221 和卡槽 231配合, 连接相邻两个 LED显示模组, 实现 LED显示装置的快速安装。
实施例 3
请参阅图 3 , 在上述实施例的基础上, 所述中梁 3内设有电源保护盒 4 , 包 括一盒状的壳体, 所述壳体包括底面 41和侧面 42 , 所述底面 41和侧面 42围成 容纳 LED驱动电源的腔体, 所述壳体的两个相对侧面 42上设有两个供导线引出 的导线孔 43 , 所述 LED驱动电源与壳体之间灌封导热硅胶。 所述电源保护和留 有一面没有封闭, 开放结构散热好, 灌上硅胶后防水, 设有进出导线孔 43 , 防 止线向上折弯。
本发明的电源保护盒 4为专门定制压铸铝件, 灌封导热硅胶, LED驱动电源 盒留有进出线长槽, 保护了 LED 电源及用户的人身安全; 走线方便, 体积小, 安装在各种 LED显示屏方便; 灌封导热硅胶后散热更好。
实施例 4
请参阅图 4 , 在上述实施例的基础上, 所述中梁 3设有用于容纳电源和主控 板的腔体, 所述中梁 3上于腔体位置和 LED显示单元间设置有散热模块, 所述 散热模块包括散热垫条 34 ,所述散热垫条 34将框架与 LED显示单元间隔开形成 对流散热的散热通孔 23 , 所述散热垫条 34与中梁 3垂直设置, 散热垫条 34上 设有安装孔, 所述散热垫条 34的安装孔与中梁 3的第二安装孔 33和 LED显示 单元上的安装孔相互叠加固定。
因为电源和主控板会发热,容易造成主控板(LED芯片)的损坏或 LED死屏。 为解决此问题本发明在框架与显示单元之间设置有散热模块, 所述散热模块为 具有导热效果的散热垫条 34。散热垫条 34隔开了显示单元和所述框架含电源和 主控板会发热的部分, 形成有散热通孔 23 , 通过对流散热, 使其有充分的散热 空间。
实施例 5
请参阅图 5 , 在上述实施例的基础上, 中梁 3和边框 1之间设有把手 5 , 所 述把手 5包括固定件和握持部, 把手 5通过固定件与中梁 3和边框 1连接固定。 所述握持部适于握持以施力于 LED显示屏框架, 所述握持部内部设有容纳电源 线与信号线的线槽 54 , 电源线和信号线可以从线槽 54通过, 线槽 54上设有线 卡 55 , 所述线卡 55固定电源线与信号线,
具体的, 所述固定件包括与中梁 3连接的第一固定边 5 1和与边框 1连接的 第二固定边 52 , 第一固定边 51与中梁 3通过螺釘或螺栓固定, 第二固定边 52 上设有斜面, 所述边框 1 上设有与所述第二固定的斜面相配合的卡接面。 所述 斜面和其配合的卡接面组成斜楔机构固定第二固定边 52和边框 1。
相对于现有技术,本发明的用于非平面安装的 LED显示屏框架设置有把手 5 , 把手 5连接固定中梁 3和边框 1 ,使用于非平面安装的 LED显示屏框架结构更牢 固, 把手 5中间镂空装电源跟信号线, 增加线槽 54设计固定电源跟信号线更安 全方便, 把手 5的握持部 5 3可以设有圓弧边角, 手感更舒服, 在 LED显示装置 安装时可以方便的握持把手 5进行显示装置组装, 提高作业性能和作业效率。
实施例 7
在上述实施例的基础上, 提供一种 LED显示装置, 包括多个 LED显示模组 拼接而成, 所述 LED显示模组包括易安装 LED显示屏框架和固定在易安装 LED 显示屏框架上的 LED显示单元, 相邻的易安装 LED显示屏框架互相连接固定, 所述 LED显示装置包括第一易安装 LED显示屏框架和第二易安装 LED显示屏框 架, 所述易安装 LED显示屏框架为上述各实施例的易安装 LED显示屏框架; 所述第一易安装 LED显示屏框架包括第一连接角套件 2 ,所述第一连接角套 件 2包括第一旋转把手 22 , 所述第二易安装 LED显示屏框架上设有与第一旋转 把手 22相适配的第二通孔 2 3 , 所述第一旋转把手 22还一体成型设置有圓弧形 卡勾 221 , 所述第二通孔 23设有圓弧形卡槽 231 ;
所述第二易安装 LED显示屏框架包括第二连接角套件 22 , 所述第二连接角 套件 2包括第二旋转把手 22 , 所述第一易安装 LED显示屏框架上设有与第二旋 转把手 22相适配的第一通孔 23 , 所述第二旋转把手 22还一体成型设置有圓弧 形卡勾 221 , 所述第一通孔 23设有圓弧形卡槽 2 31。
当相邻的两个 LED显示模组进行拼接固定时, 旋转把手 22插入到通孔 23 内, 转动旋转把手 22 , 让卡勾 221卡入卡槽 231 , 相邻两个连接角套件 2即进 行固定, 相邻的两个 LED显示模组通过多套旋转把手 22和通孔 23的配合进行 连接固定, 此种连接比现有技术的 LED显示模组的连接更稳定, 更方便拆装。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 连接角套件 2、 旋转把手 22、 边框 1、 中梁 3为 压铸一体成型的铝制型材, 生产组装方便, 能更好的承重, 方便舞台租赁吊装。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 所述 LED显示单元为长条形的 PCB灯条, 所述 PCB灯条上设有安装孔使其安装固定在易安装 LED显示屏框架上,所述 PCB灯条 上还可对应安装。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 所述连接角套件 2设置至少一个吊装孔, 用于 吊装 LED显示装置。
本发明的易安装 LED显示屏框架上设有多个等距排列的安装孔用于固定 LED 条形显示单元, 克服现有的易安装 LED显示屏框架的整体受力, LED显示单元安 装不均勾不合理问题。 整体结实, 通透, 重量轻, 还适合各种类型点间距不一 的 LED显示屏。本发明的易安装 LED显示屏框架可以在现场安装前做好单个 LED 显示模组的安装, 在安装现场时只需转动安装把手, 让相邻易安装 LED显示屏 框架卡勾 221和卡槽 231配合, 连接相邻两个 LED显示模组, 实现 LED显示装 置的快速安装。 拼接得到的 LED显示装置也方便检修和更换, 整个 LED显示装 置铝合金框架, 不但质轻、 牢固且能很好的散热, 提高了产品的性能, 适合工 业化模块生产。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 包括 LED显示单元、 用于固定 LED显示单元的框架本体,所述框架本体包括至少一条边框和至少一个连接角套 件, 所述边框通过与连接角套件套接后首尾连接组成封闭状容置空间, 所述边 框上设有用于固定 LED显示单元的多个第一安装孔, 所述 LED显示单元通过第 一安装孔设置在容置空间内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述框架本 体还包括中梁, 所述中梁通过堵头固定连接相对的两个边框, 所述中梁设置为 槽型空心结构, 所述中梁的槽型开口边缘设有水平延伸部, 所述水平延伸部上 设有多个用于固定 LED条形显示单元的第二安装孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述中梁的 槽型空心结构内设有电源保护盒, 所述电源保护盒包括一盒状的壳体, 所述壳 体包括底面和侧面, 所述底面和侧面围成容纳 LED驱动电源的腔体, 所述壳体 的侧面上设有供导线引出的导线孔, 所述 LED驱动电源与壳体之间灌封导热硅 胶。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述中梁的 槽型空心结构为一腔体, 用于容纳电源和主控板, 所述中梁于腔体位置和 LED 显示单元之间设置有散热模块, 所述散热模块包含有散热垫条, 所述散热垫条 将中梁与 LED显示单元间隔开形成对流散热的散热通孔, 所述散热垫条与中梁 垂直设置。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述中梁和 边框之间设有把手, 所述把手包括固定件和握持部, 所述握持部包括与固定件 垂直的两条条状握持部, 所述握持部适于握持, 所述握持部内部设有容纳电源 线与信号线的线槽, 所述线槽上设有线卡, 所述线卡固定电源线与信号线, 所 述把手一端通过固定件与中梁连接, 所述把手另一端与边框固定连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述把手为 矩形框架结构, 所述固定件包括与中梁连接的第一固定边 51和与边框连接的第 二固定边, 所述第一固定边 51与中梁通过螺釘或螺栓固定, 所述第二固定边上 设有与边框上的卡接面相配合的斜面。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述连接角 套件包括旋转把手和通孔, 所述旋转把手设置有圓弧形卡勾, 所述通孔内设有 卡槽, LED显示模组通过转动旋转把手使卡勾和相邻的 LED显示模组上的通孔的 卡槽卡合锁定。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的易安装 LED显示模组, 其特征在于, 所述边框、 连接角套件和中梁采用铝合金材料压铸一体成型, 所述边框与连接角套件的套 接处分别设有固定孔, 所述边框与连接角套件通过螺栓穿过固定孔进行固定。
9、 一种 LED显示装置, 其特征在于, 由至少一个 LED显示模组拼接而成, 所述 LED显示模组为权利要求 1-8任一项所述的易安装 LED显示模组。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的所述的 LED显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述 LED 显示单元为长条形的 PCB灯条,所述 PCB灯条上设有使其固定安装在易安装 LED 显示模组的框架本体上的螺丝孔, 所述连接角套件设置至少一个用于吊装 LED 显示装置的吊装孔。
