【发明内容】
因此, 本发明之一目的在于提供一种高安全性的保温奶瓶, 经由瓶外加 温, 降低有害物质渗入奶水中的风险, 且不会有烫伤婴儿的危险。
本发明的另一目的, 在于提供一种不加热时, 可将加热装置拆离的保温 奶瓶, 不仅让婴儿可轻易拿取饮用, 也提供安全且容易清洗的方式。
本发明的又一目的, 在于提供一种携带方便的保温奶瓶, 且同时具有加 温及保温功能, 可在任何地方随时温热, 让婴儿喝到适温的奶水。
本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种可清楚看见液体容量的保温奶瓶, 让 父母容易估算婴儿的食量。
本发明为一种保温奶瓶, 包括有一个瓶身, 具有至少一个暴露透光侧面、 至少一个受加热侧面、 一个远离上述暴露透光侧面和受加热侧面的开口端、 及一个相反于该开口端的底端; 一个以遮蔽上述受加热侧面并暴露出上述暴 露透光侧面方式结合至上述瓶身的加热组件, 具有一个本体, 包括一个紧邻 上述受加热侧面的加热单元, 及一个远离该加热单元的握持侧部; 及一个结 合并封闭上述开口端的奶嘴组件。

反之, 在不需加热或要清洗保温奶瓶 4时, 随时可将加热组件 42取下而 关闭开关 426。 不但减轻保温奶瓶 4的重量, 婴儿易于拿取饮用; 瓶身 41也 容易清洗, 不会因此浸湿加热组件 42, 造成线路短路损坏。 而这种设计也将 开关 426 隐藏在成人易于操作而婴幼儿无法接触的介面位置, 大幅提升结构 安全性, 即使在婴幼儿正在吸食奶水时持续保温, 父母也无须顾虑婴幼儿顽 皮而触电或烫伤的安全风险。
其中无线充电电池 427的充电方式, 是将加热组件 42放置在一个充电座 (:图未视:)上, 并透过设置在加热组件 42 的底部并包覆于壳体内的感电线圈 425, 以接触感电的方式接受电能, 由于感电线圈 425受到加热组件 42的壳 体包覆, 使得感电线圈 425的线路能够受到保护, 增加产品的寿命及安全性。
请参阅图 8, 本发明第二实施例的保温奶瓶 5的瓶身 51与前一实施例同 样具有暴露透光侧面 511、 受加热侧面 512、 远离暴露透光侧面 511和受加热 侧面 512的开口端 514、 及一个相反于开口端 514的底端 518; 也具有同样以 遮蔽上述受加热侧面 512、并暴露出上述暴露透光侧面 511方式结合至上述瓶 身 51的加热组件 52; 以及结合并封闭上述开口端 514的奶嘴组件 53。 与前 一实施例相异的是: 在瓶身 51的开口端 514稍有内缩, 而底端 518形成有一 个例如为凹陷的结合部 513 ; 相反地, 本例中, 主要外壳为塑胶材质的加热组 件 52, 则是在顶端对应于瓶身 51开口端 514处, 一体射出成型延伸形成有一 个顶端定位部 520, 此部分形成有一段与开口端 514外侧对应的外螺纹, 且由 本体 521底侧也一体射出成型地延伸出一个套接部 522, 使得加热组件 52的 套接部 522可以由底部支撑固持住瓶身 51。 因此在结合后, 加热组件 52在顶 端被奶嘴组件 53干涉固定, 下方与瓶身 51干涉固定, 无法被婴幼儿轻易松 脱, 从而大幅降低安全顾虑。
本例中, 瓶身 51材质为导热性佳的石英玻璃, 可更加节省加热时间。 且 加热组件 52在紧邻瓶身 51受加热侧面 512、 对应开口端 514及底端 518处, 分别设置有至少一个加热件的加热单元 523。 使得保温奶瓶 5 无论是开口端 514朝上, 或婴儿吸食时开口端 514朝下, 奶水都可被均匀加热。而本例的加 热组件 52是采抛弃式电池, 让使用者可更便利的取得电能供应。
再进一歩, 本发明的第三实施例如图 9所示, 本实施例的保温奶瓶 6包 括有一个瓶身 61、 一个加热组件 62、 和一个奶嘴组件 63。 此瓶身 61系一种 安全塑胶材质制成,在其受加热侧面 612接近底端 618处形成有一个卡槽 613 与加热组件 62形成有一个对应卡槽 613的插梢 622, 可相互卡榫固定。另外, 瓶身 61更可附加一片随温度变色的温度指示变色膜 64,可让使用者知道瓶内 液体的温度, 不须另外用温度计测量即可一目了然。 其他基本构造和功能则 与上述实施例相同, 在此不另赘述。
惟以上所述者, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 当不能以此限定本发明 实施的范围, 即大凡依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变 化与修饰, 皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种保温奶瓶, 包括:
一个瓶身, 具有至少一个暴露透光侧面、 至少一个受加热侧面、 一个远 离上述暴露透光侧面和受加热侧面的开口端、 及一个相反于该开口端的底端; 一个以遮蔽上述受加热侧面并暴露出上述暴露透光侧面方式结合至上述 瓶身的加热组件, 具有一个本体, 包括一个紧邻上述受加热侧面的加热单元, 及一个远离该加热单元的握持侧部; 及
一个结合并封闭上述开口端的奶嘴组件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的保温奶瓶, 其中该加热组件更包括延伸自该本体 并供扣持该瓶身的扣持部。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的保温奶瓶, 其中该加热组件更包括延伸自该本体 且套持该瓶身底端的套接部。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的保温奶瓶, 其中上述奶瓶受加热侧面接近上述底 端处形成有一个卡槽, 且该加热组件形成有一个对应该卡槽的插梢。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的保温奶瓶, 其中该奶瓶形成有对应上 述开口端的外螺纹部; 且该奶嘴组件包括:
一个对应该外螺纹部的包覆框, 及
一个形成有穿孔且受该包覆框固定的奶嘴;
其中, 该包覆框形成有内螺牙, 且该加热组件更包括一个自该本体延伸 至该包覆框内的顶端定位部。
6、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的保温奶瓶, 其中该加热组件更包括一 个受上述瓶身受加热侧面遮蔽的开关, 且上述加热单元更包括一片导热层。
7、 一种保温奶瓶用的加热组件, 其中该保温奶瓶包括一个具有一个远离 上述暴露透光侧面和受加热侧面的开口端、 及一个相反于该开口端的底端的 瓶身, 以及一个结合并封闭上述开口端的奶嘴组件; 该瓶身更具有至少一个 暴露透光侧面、 至少一个受加热侧面、 及一个结合部, 供该加热组件以遮蔽 上述受加热侧面并暴露出上述暴露透光侧面方式相互结合, 该加热组件包括: 一个本体, 包括一个紧邻上述受加热侧面、 且在对应上述开口端及底端 分别设置有至少一个加热件的加热单元; 及一个远离该加热单元的握持侧部; 及
一个顶端定位部;
其中, 上述奶嘴组件包括一个对应该外螺纹部的包覆框, 及一个形成有 穿孔且受该包覆框固定的奶嘴; 且上述顶端定位部是由该本体延伸至该包覆 框内。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的加热组件, 其中该瓶身具有四个侧面, 上述结合 部分别是两道凹槽, 且上述加热组件本体包覆该瓶身的三个侧面, 及上述加 热组件更包括延伸自该本体并供扣持该瓶身上述凹槽的扣持部。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的加热组件, 其中上述结合部是该瓶身的底端, 且 该加热组件更包括延伸自该本体且套持该瓶身底端的套接部。
10、 一种保温奶瓶用的瓶身, 其中该保温奶瓶包括一个具有一个本体的 加热组件及一个奶嘴组件, 其中该本体包括一个加热单元, 及一个远离该加 至少一个未受上述加热组件本体遮蔽的暴露透光侧面;
至少一个受上述加热组件本体遮蔽, 并与该加热单元紧邻的受加热侧 B 一个远离上述暴露透光侧面和受加热侧面、 并与上述奶嘴组件结合而 封闭的开口端;
一个相反于该开口端的底端; 及
一个供该加热组件结合的结合部。
