Description

HERRAMIENTA CAVADORA  CAVADORA TOOL
D E S C R I P C I O N D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a digging tool, specifically intended for use in gardening and in any other practical case in which it is required to do the digging of the ground.
The object of the invention is to facilitate and reduce as much as possible the work to be done when carrying out the digging of the soil to till the earth, minimizing the risk of injuries and effort required.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As it is known, in landscaping and other related works, the digging of the soil or land is carried out by means of the use of a hoe, which requires that the person who performs the work must perform it crouched, that is to say bent the column forward, which entails lumbar problems, regardless of the high physical effort that is necessary to perform, since when digging with a hoe it is necessary to perform sudden movements of the spine and arms that after a long period of time become unbearable , in addition to the fact that the blows of an irregular form are carried out a large amount of energy is spent.
Another drawback is that when digging with a hoe, the Earth that moves is immediately trodden by the person who performs the operation, dirtying the footwear with dirt, in addition to requiring the search of the trodden area to eliminate fingerprints. It should also be considered that when digging with hoe, in those places where there are numerous plants around it is very uncomfortable, because it can collide with the branches, regardless of the fact that there are spaces that cannot be accessed to work the land. In short, digging with hoe is an uncomfortable task, of great physical wear, and what is more important, affects the lumbar to the point that many people find it impossible to dig with hoe.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The tool that is recommended is a digger tool that solves the problem described above, since it can carry out the digging of the ground without the need for the person who performs it to have to bend down.
More specifically, the digging tool of the invention is constituted by a gallows of four metal teeth, which can be of iron or steel, joined to a common crossbar from which a mast or column of remarkable height projected in the shape of a "T" is projected. , with the special feature that from the crossbar where the teeth of the gallows are joined, a support or template emerges back on which the user's foot can press to carry out the nailing of the teeth on the ground. Preferably, the teeth will be made of steel, will have a length of 30 cms., And will have a slight curvature or undulation, subject to a central transverse branch or support to press with the feet of approximately 26x6 cms., The mast presenting a length of 80 cms. and it will preferably be tubular, while the upper and transverse branch of said mast will be approximately 75 cms., together determining a jib-like tool by means of which the ground can be dug without great efforts, without bending down and in an easy way, since the digging of the teeth will be carried out without problems, making it possible to turn the tool, turn the ground and ultimately work the land without hardly any energy expenditure, all with incisions in the earth that will be made accurately and precise, and with the person who performs it in a totally upright position, that is, standing. Finally, say that by means of this tool and by virtue of the teeth of the gallows, the earth can be drilled in that length sufficient to move the earth in gardens and related places, although obviously both the length of the mast and the transverse and upper branch of the same, as the length of the teeth, can be variable and always adapt in each case to the needs and requirements, height, power or strength of the person who is going to use it.
