Abstract

The invention relates to a radiation detector (10) for converting x-ray radiation into electrical signals, comprising at least one first and one second electrode (12a, 2b), between which are arranged at least one scintillator body (14) for converting x-ray radiation into light pulses and at least one photoconductor (18) for converting light pulses into electrical signals, wherein the scintillator body (14) is porous at least in some regions and the photoconductor (18) is at least partially arranged in pores (16) of the scintillator body (14). The invention further relates to a method for producing a radiation detector (10) and an x-ray unit having a radiation detector (10).
