Abstract
Pour signaler efficacement les éléments de syntaxe aps_id et inherit_dbl_params_from_aps_flag dans un codage vidéo à efficacité élevée (HEVC), la syntaxe et la sémantique associées sont révisées par prise en compte de la relation avec d'autres éléments de syntaxe. En conséquence, les bits redondants sont sauvegardés et le cas contraire est évité.
