Abstract

The invention relates to a submersible vessel with a dry cabin and permanent positive buoyancy. This vessel includes an outboard-type motor (2) that includes a drive unit and a propeller shaft and is positioned in a motor compartment (1) which is sealed in the upper part thereof; the lower part of said motor compartment (1) has an opening (7, 7a) for the passage of the propeller shaft; the pressure of the air contained in said motor compartment (1) prevents water rising from said opening (7, 7a) to the level of the drive unit.
