自动闪光服装
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种服装, 尤其涉及一种具有良好美感的自动闪光服 装。
背景技术
目 前, 在制衣技术领域, 常会衣服的表面缝制、 贴合或者印 制各种各样的图案, 以增强服装的外观美感或其他设计要求的装 饰效果。 另外, 为了进一步增强服装的外观美感和满足一些具体 的实际需要, 如用于高危施工领域中的警示作用 , 用于演出服装 的吸引力, 用于童装增强服饰的可爱程度等, 本领域技术人员还 会在服装的表面设置反光条或者发光装置。 其中, 如果在服装表 面设置反光条, 其只有在具有外界光源或者外界强光源的情况下 才能起到相应的作用。 因此, 在很多情况下, 服装生产和加工人 员会选择在服装的表面设置发光装置, 以达到上述目 的。
现有技术中, 在服装上加装的发光装置主要通过电源、 发光 体和以各种形式设置的开关装置得以实现, 为了使发光装置接通 电源发光, 需要人为的控制开光装置才能得以实现。 因此, 其实 用性以及对服装美感和使用效果的作用非常有限, 无法达到使服 装随穿着者的运动而 自动闪光的效果。
基于上述现有技术的不足, 设计出一种自动闪光服装, 克服 上述现有技术的不足, 使服装能够随外界运动而 自动闪光是本领 域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容 有鉴于此, 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种自动 闪光服装, 通过在服装本体外表面设置能够感应外界扰动并自动发光的振 动感应发光装置, 使服装随穿着者的运动或者其他原因引起的扰动 而 自动闪光。
本实用新型通过以下方案解决上述技术问题:
一种自动闪光服装, 包括服装本体, 还包括设置于所述服装本体外表 面感应外界扰动并自动发光的振动感应发光装置, 所述服装本体的外表面 还设置有包覆所述振动感应发光装置的防水材料, 包覆于防水材料形成的 密封区域内或者位于所述防水材料与服装本体形成的夹层内, 并与外界液 体相隔绝。
作为优选方案, 本实用新型的实施例提供的一种自动闪光服装进一步 包括以下技术特征的部分或全部:
优选地, 所述振动感应发光装置包括电源、 发光体和感应外界扰动的 振动感应器, 所述电源通过振动感应器与发光体电连接, 所述振动感应器 感应和收集外界的扰动信号, 并根据外界扰动信号间歇性连通所述电源和 发光体。
优选地, 所述振动感应器为感应外界扰动信号后单触、 双触或多触式 连通所述电源和发光体, 所述发光体以单闪、 双闪或多闪方式发光。 更优 地, 所述发光体为发光二极管。 发光二极管 (LED ) 具有包括低能耗、 实 用寿命长、 颜色多样在内的诸多优点, 能进一步优化本实用新型的自动闪 光服装的使用效果。
优选地, 所述防水材料包括位于表层的外表印花防水层, 所述外表印 层内设置有防水包覆层, 所述振动感应发光装置密封包覆于所述防水包覆 层内。 优选地, 所述外表印花防水层和防水包覆层均采用 PVC材料。 聚氯乙 烯 (PVC ) 材料具有良好的防水性能, 而且价格便宜、 经久耐用, 不会因 水洗而影响其防水性能, 对服装的整体美感也不会有明显的影响。
优选地, 所述外表印花防水层通过缝制或者贴合固定于所述服装本体 的外表面。 更优地, 所述外表印花防水层和防水包覆层中的一者或者同时 为透明材料制成。 使用透明材料不会对发光体所发出光线的对外辐射效果 造成影响, 整个服装的闪光效果更加显眼。
优选地, 所述振动感应发光装置和包覆该振动感应发光装置的防水材 料设置于服装本体外表面的显眼区域。 如在上衣中, 该振动感应发光装置 和防水材料通常会设置在胸前、 臂膀等显眼区域; 而对于裙裤, 该振动感 应发光装置和防水材料通常会设置在腿部、 臀部或者裙摆等位置。 而且, 如此设置, 着装者身上的扰动也更容易被振动感应发光装置中的振动感应 器收集, 从而使服装的自动闪光效果更明显。
优选地, 所述服装本体的外表面和防水材料的外表面择一或者同时印 制有卡通或者美术图案, 以进一步增强服装的外观美感或者标示性。
相比于现有技术, 本实用新型实施例的技术方案至少具有如下有益效 果:
本实用新型的 自动闪光服装,通过在服装本体外表面设置能够感应 外界扰动并自动发光的振动感应发光装置,使服装随穿着者的运动而 自 动闪光。 振动感应发光装置中设置有感应外界扰动的振动感应器, 该振动 感应器感应和收集外界的扰动信号, 并根据外界扰动信号间歇性连通所述 电源和发光体, 从而使发光体实现闪光。 上述说明仅是本实用新型技术方案的概述, 为了能够更清楚了解本实 用新型的技术手段, 而可依照说明书的内容予以实施, 并且为了让本实用 新型的上述和其他目的、 特征和优点能够更明显易懂, 以下结合优选实施 例, 并配合附图, 详细说明如下。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型, 其作为本说明书的一部分, 通过 实施例来说明本实用新型的原理, 本实用新型的其他方面、 特征及其优点 通过该详细说明将会变得一目了然。 在所参照的附图中, 不同的图中相同 或相似的部件使用相同的附图标号来表示。
如图 1-3 所示, 本实用新型实施例一提供的自动闪光服装, 包括服装 本体 10和振动感应发光装置 20 ,振动感应发光装置 20设置于服装本体 10 的外表面。 另外, 服装本体 10 的外表面还设置有包覆振动感应发光装置 20的防水材料 30。 具体实现时, 振动感应发光装置 20密封包覆于防水材 料 30与服装本体 10形成的夹层 32内, 并与外界液体相隔绝, 从而保证振 动感应发光装置 20在衣服洗涤、 淋湿的情况下, 不会影响其正常使用。 振 动感应发光装置 20能够感应外界扰动并自动发光,从而使本实用新型的自 动闪光服装随穿着者的运动或者其他原因引起的扰动而 自动闪光。
如图 3所示, 在本实用新型实施例中, 振动感应发光装置 20包括电源 21、 发光体 22和振动感应器 23 , 振动感应器 23能够感应外界扰动, 并收 集外界的扰动信号。 具体实现过程中, 电源 21通过振动感应器 23与发光 体 22电连接, 振动感应器 23收集外界的扰动信号后, 根据外界扰动信号 间歇性连通电源 21和发光体 23。
在本实用新型的不同实施例中, 根据实际需要, 振动感应器 23在感应 外界扰动信号后, 以单触、 双触或多触式连通电源 21 和发光体 22。 与之 对应地, 发光体 22以单闪、 双闪或多闪方式发光。
在本实用新型实施例一中, 发光体 22优选采用发光二极管。 发光二极 管 (LED ) 具有包括低能耗、 实用寿命长、 颜色多样在内的诸多优点, 能 进一步优化本实用新型的自动闪光服装的使用效果。 当然在本实用新型的 其他实施例中, 根据具体需要, 充分考虑到成本和效用, 在能够解决本实 用新型技术问题的情况下, 采用其他业内常用的发光体也当理解为属于本 实用新型权利要求保护的范围。
如图 2所示, 本实用新型实施中, 自动闪光服装中所用的防水材料 30 包括位于表层的外表印花防水层 31 , 外表印花防水层 31 与服装本体之间 形成有夹层 32 , 该夹层 32内设置有防水包覆层 33 , 振动感应发光装置 20 密封包覆于防水包覆层 33内。 当然, 在本实用新型的其他实施例中, 也有 外表印花防水层本身形成有夹层, 而将防水包覆层和振动感应发光装置置 于该夹层的实施方式。
另外, 在本实用新型实施例一中, 由于聚氯乙烯 (PVC ) 材料具有良 好的防水性能, 而且价格便宜、 经久耐用, 不会因水洗而影响其防水性能, 对服装的整体美感也不会有明显的影响。 因此, 外表印花防水层 31和防水 包覆层 33均采用 PVC材料。 当然, 在本实用新型的其他实施例中, 在能 够有效地保证防水效果的前提下, 也会根据具体需要选择其他业内常用的 高分子材料作为本实用新型自动闪光服装中所用到防水材料。
需要说明的是, 作为本领域内通常采用的方式, 在本实用新型的不同 实施例中, 外表印花防水层 31通过缝制或者贴合固定于服装本体 10的外 表面。 另外, 外表印花防水层 31和防水包覆层 33中的一者或者同时为透 明材料制成。 使用透明材料不会对发光体所发出光线的对外辐射效果造成 影响, 整个服装的闪光效果更加显眼。 另外, 振动感应发光装置 20和包覆 该振动感应发光装置 20的防水材料 30设置于服装本体外表面的显眼区域。 如在上衣中, 该振动感应发光装置和防水材料通常会设置在胸前、 臂膀等 显眼区域; 而对于裙裤, 该振动感应发光装置和防水材料通常会设置在腿 部、 臀部或者裙摆等位置。 而且, 如此设置, 着装者身上的扰动也更容易 被振动感应发光装置 20中的振动感应器 23收集, 从而使服装的自动闪光 效果更明显。 再则, 为了进一步增强服装的外观美感或者标示性, 服装本 体的外表面和防水材料的外表面择一或者同时印制有卡通或者美术图案。
相较于现有技术, 上述实施例揭示的自动闪光服装, 通过在服装本体 外表面设置能够感应外界扰动并自动发光的振动感应发光装置,使服装随 穿着者的运动而 自动闪光。振动感应发光装置中设置有感应外界扰动的 振动感应器, 该振动感应器感应和收集外界的扰动信号, 并根据外界扰动 信号间歇性连通所述电源和发光体, 从而使发光体实现闪光。
以上是本实用新型的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述振动感应发光 装置包括电源、 发光体和感应外界扰动的振动感应器, 所述电源通过振动感应 器与发光体电连接, 所述振动感应器感应和收集外界的扰动信号, 并根据外界 扰动信号间歇性连通所述电源和发光体。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述振动感应器为 感应外界扰动信号后单触、 双触或多触式连通所述电源和发光体, 所述发光体 以单闪、 双闪或多闪方式发光。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述发光体为发光 二极管。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述防水材料包括 服装本体之间形成有夹层, 该夹层内设置有防水包覆层, 所述振动感应发光装 置密封包覆于所述防水包覆层内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述外表印花防水 层和防水包覆层均采用 PVC材料。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述外表印花防水 层通过缝制或者贴合固定于所述服装本体的外表面。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的自动闪光服装, 其特征在于: 所述外表印花防水 层和防水包覆层中的一者或者同时为透明材料制成。
