在启动通用非接入层 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制机制, 且在接收 到来自 UE的会话管理请求消息之后, 如果发现所述会话管理请求消 息是为了请求建立紧急 emergency业务的 PDN连接, 则从所述 UE 的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息; 或者,
在启动通用 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制机制,且在接收到来自 UE 的会话管理请求消息之后,如果发现所述会话管理请求消息是为了请 求建立优先级高于 low priority的 PDN连接, 则从所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息。
当 PDN连接存在 low access priority的指示时,所述 PDN连接为 low access priority的 PDN连接;
所述删除模块 12, 具体用于在根据 PDN连接的优先级信息删除 PDN连接时,优先删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 low access priority 的 PDN连接。
本发明实施例中, 所述 UE具体为: 配置为非接入层信令低优先 级 NAS signaling low priority的 UE。
所述删除模块 12 , 具体用于通过发起 PDN 连接去连接 disconnection过程删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接。
其中,本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地 了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基 于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出 贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品 存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各 个实施例所述的方法。

Claims
1、一种分组数据网络 PDN连接的删除方法,其特征在于,包括: 在当前网络发生信令拥塞时, 网络侧设备获得用户设备 UE的承 载上下文 Bearer Context中 PDN连接的优先级信息; 所述 PDN连接 的优先级信息由所述 PDN 连接是否存在低接入优先级 low access priority的指示确定;
所述网络侧设备根据 PDN 连接的优先级信息删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧设备获 得 UE的 Bearer Context中 PDN连接的优先级信息, 并根据 PDN连 接的优先级信息删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接, 包括: 所述网络侧设备在启动基于接入点名称 APN的会话管理拥塞控 制机制之后,从所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得使用所述 APN建立 的 PDN连接的优先级信息,并根据 PDN连接的优先级信息删除所述 UE的 PDN连接; 或者,
所述网络侧设备在启动通用非接入层 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制 机制, 且在接收到来自 UE的会话管理请求消息之后, 如果发现所述 会话管理请求消息是为了请求建立紧急 emergency业务的 PDN连接, 则从所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息,并根 据 PDN连接的优先级信息删除所述 UE的 PDN连接; 或者,
所述网络侧设备在启动通用 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制机制, 且 在接收到来自 UE的会话管理请求消息之后, 如果发现所述会话管理 请求消息是为了请求建立优先级高于 low priority的 PDN连接, 则从 所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息, 并根据 PDN连接的优先级信息删除所述 UE的 PDN连接。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当 PDN连接存 在 low access priority的指示时, 所述 PDN连接为 low access priority 的 PDN连接;

所述网络侧设备在根据 PDN连接的优先级信息删除 PDN连接时 , 优先删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 low access priority的 PDN连接。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE具体 为: 配置为非接入层信令低优先级 NAS signaling low priority的 UE。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧设 备根据 PDN 连接的优先级信息删除所述 Bearer Context 中存在的 PDN连接, 包括:
所述网络侧设备通过发起 PDN连接去连接 disconnection过程删 除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接。
6、一种分组数据网络 PDN连接的删除设备,其特征在于,包括: 获得模块, 用于在当前网络发生信令拥塞时, 获得用户设备 UE 的承载上下文 Bearer Context中 PDN连接的优先级信息; 所述 PDN 连接的优先级信息由所述 PDN 连接是否存在低接入优先级 low access priority的指示确定;
删除模块, 用于根据 PDN 连接的优先级信息删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述获得模块, 具体用于在启动基于接入点名称 APN的会话管 理拥塞控制机制之后, 从所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得使用所述 APN建立的 PDN连接的优先级信息; 或者,
在启动通用非接入层 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制机制, 且在接收 到来自 UE的会话管理请求消息之后, 如果发现所述会话管理请求消 息是为了请求建立紧急 emergency业务的 PDN连接, 则从所述 UE 的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息; 或者,
在启动通用 NAS级移动管理拥塞控制机制,且在接收到来自 UE 的会话管理请求消息之后,如果发现所述会话管理请求消息是为了请 求建立优先级高于 low priority的 PDN连接, 则从所述 UE的 Bearer Context中获得 PDN连接的优先级信息。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 当 PDN连接存 在 low access priority的指示时, 所述 PDN连接为 low access priority 的 PDN连接;
所述删除模块, 具体用于在根据 PDN 连接的优先级信息删除 PDN连接时,优先删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 low access priority 的 PDN连接。
9、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述 UE具体 为: 配置为非接入层信令低优先级 NAS signaling low priority的 UE。
10、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述删除模块,具体用于通过发起 PDN连接去连接 disconnection 过程删除所述 Bearer Context中存在的 PDN连接。
