Claims (10)
- 一种专利核驳历程显示系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:资料获取模块,用于从电子设备的存储器中获取一个专利申请的所有官方来文,读取每个官方来文的具体内容;资料解析模块,用于对每个官方来文进行解析,提取每个官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项,并建立被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息;节点创建模块,用于根据预先设定的规则建立每个官方来文的节点;及信息显示模块,用于当一个官方来文对应的节点被选取时,显示该官方来文中被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息在该电子设备的显示设备上。
- 如权利要求1所述的专利核驳历程显示系统,其特征在于,所述核驳信息包括:被核驳权利要求项、核驳法条及对比文件信息之间的对应关系。
- 如权利要求1所述的专利核驳历程显示系统,其特征在于,所述资料解析模块建立被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息包括:根据预先设定的关键词,采用字符匹配方法从每个官方来文中识别出核驳意见正文部分;在识别出的核驳意见正文部分寻找预先设定的核驳字符串;通过预先设定的匹配字符,在每个寻找到的核驳字符串前面区域提取最近的权利要求项,该提取的权利要求项作为该官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项;通过预先设定的匹配字符,在每个寻找到的核驳字符串后面区域提取最近的核驳法条和对比文件;建立被核驳权利要求项、核驳法条及对比文件信息之间的对应关系。
- 如权利要求3所述的专利核驳历程显示系统,其特征在于,所述核驳字符串的前面区域是指核驳字符串前面预先设定的第一文字范围,所述核驳字符串的后面区域是指核驳字符串后面预先设定的第二文字范围。
- 如权利要求3所述的专利核驳历程显示系统,其特征在于,所述字符匹配方法为正则表达式匹配方法。
