如今随着科技的发展，各行各业对自身知识产权的保护意识越来越强，因此专利申请量也逐年攀升。在专利申请过程中，答辩是非常重要的环节，官方审查员主要通过答辩文件来反映答辩状况。在专利答辩文件中，审查员往往通过大篇幅的描述来核驳专利某些方面的缺陷和不足，导致阅读耗时易忘，不容易获取其真实意图。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种专利核驳历程显示系统，其可自动从一个专利申请的所有官方来文中提取专利核驳信息，并以预先设定的规则呈现专利核驳历程，以便阅读和理解。

一种专利核驳历程显示系统，该系统包括：
资料获取模块，用于从电子设备的存储器中获取一个专利申请的所有官方来文，读取每个官方来文的具体内容；
资料解析模块，用于对每个官方来文进行解析，提取每个官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项，并建立被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息；
节点创建模块，用于根据预先设定的规则建立每个官方来文的节点；及
信息显示模块，用于当一个官方来文对应的节点被选取时，显示该官方来文中被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息在该电子设备的显示设备上。
一种专利核驳历程显示方法，该方法包括：
资料获取步骤，从电子设备的存储器中获取一个专利申请的所有官方来文，读取每个官方来文的具体内容；
资料解析步骤，对每个官方来文进行解析，提取每个官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项，并建立被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息；
节点创建步骤，根据预先设定的规则建立每个官方来文的节点；及
信息显示步骤，当一个官方来文对应的节点被选取时，显示该官方来文中被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息在该电子设备的显示设备上。
前述方法可以由电子设备（如电脑）执行，其中该电子设备具有附带了图形用户界面（GUI）的显示屏幕、一个或多个处理器、存储器以及保存在存储器中用于执行这些方法的一个或多个模块、程序或指令集。在某些实施例中，该电子设备提供了包括无线通信在内的多种功能。
用于执行前述方法的指令可以包含在被配置成由一个或多个处理器执行的计算机程序产品中。
相较于现有技术，所述的专利核驳历程显示系统及方法，其可自动从一个专利申请的所有官方来文中提取专利核驳信息，并以预先设定的规则（如时间顺序）呈现专利核驳历程，以便阅读和理解。

所述专利核驳历程显示系统24用于自动从一个专利申请的所有官方来文中提取专利核驳信息，并以预先设定的规则（如时间顺序）呈现专利核驳历程，具体过程以下描述。
所述存储器23用于存储所述专利核驳历程显示系统24的程序代码等资料。所述显示设备20和输入设备22用做电子设备2的输入输出设备。
在本实施例中，所述专利核驳历程显示系统24可以被分割成一个或多个模块，所述一个或多个模块被存储在所述存储器23中并被配置成由一个或多个处理器（本实施例为一个处理器25）执行，以完成本发明。例如，参阅图2所示，所述专利核驳历程显示系统24被分割成资料获取模块201、资料解析模块202、节点创建模块203和信息显示模块204。本发明所称的模块是完成一特定功能的程序段，比程序更适合于描述软件在电子设备2中的执行过程，关于各模块201-204的功能参阅图3的描述。

（a1）所述资料解析模块202根据预先设定的关键词，采用字符匹配方法（如正则表达式匹配方法）从每个官方来文中识别出核驳意见正文部分。
以美国专利申请为例，可以预先设定以关键词“Detailed Action”为开始，以关键词“Notice of References Cited Application”为结束的部分即为核驳意见正文。
（a2）所述资料解析模块202在识别出的核驳意见正文部分寻找预先设定的核驳字符串。其中，所述核驳字符串为涉及核驳字样的字符串。
以美国专利申请为例，核驳意见正文部分的相关表述类似“Claims 2, 3, 15 and 16 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103(a) as being unpatentable over Shimura et al.(US 2008/0130317)”，核驳字符串可以设定为“rejected under”等。
（a3）所述资料解析模块202通过预先设定的匹配字符（如正则表达式），在每个寻找到的核驳字符串前面区域提取最近的权利要求项，该提取的权利要求项作为该官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项。其中，所述核驳字符串的前面区域是指：核驳字符串前面预先设定的第一文字范围，如前面50个字符。
例如，所述提取权利要求项相应的正则表达式可以通过分析核驳意见正文部分中权利要求项常用的的文字表达形式得出。以美国专利申请为例，核驳意见正文部分中权利要求项为类似“Claims 2, 3, 15 and 16”的文字表达形式，可以通过正则表达式“Claims?\s*\d.*”进行匹配。
（a4）所述资料解析模块202通过预先设定的匹配字符（如正则表达式），在每个寻找到的核驳字符串后面区域提取最近的核驳法条。其中，所述核驳字符串的后面区域是指：核驳字符串后面预先设定的第二文字范围，如后面100个字符。
例如，所述提取核驳法条相应的正则表达式可以通过分析核驳意见正文部分中核驳法条常用的的文字表达形式得出。以美国专利申请为例，核驳意见正文部分中核驳法条为类似“35 U.S.C. 103(a)”的文字表达形式，可以通过正则表达式“\d{2}\s*USC\s*§\s*\d{3}\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?\s*-?\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?|\d{2}\s*U.S.C.\s*\d{3}\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?\s*-?\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?|\d{2}\s*CFR\s*[\d.]{3,}\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?\s*-?\s*(\(\s*\w\s*\))?”进行匹配。
（a5）所述资料解析模块202通过预先设定的匹配字符（如正则表达式），在每个寻找到的核驳字符串后面区域提取最近的对比文件。
例如，所述提取对比文件相应的正则表达式可以通过分析核驳意见正文部分中对比文件常用的的文字表达形式得出。以美国专利申请为例，核驳意见正文部分中对比文件为类似“US 2009/0196071”的文字表达形式，可以通过正则表达式“(PCT\/)?(U\.?[S5]\.?\s*|K\.?R\.?\s*|T\.?W\.?\s*|E\.?P\.?\s*|C\.?N\.?\s*|J\.?P\.?\s*|Science\.?\s*)?(P[GAU][PTB]\w*\.?\s*)?(NO\.?\s*:?\s*|Application\s*)?(Publication\s*)?(NO\.?\s*:?\s*)?\d[^a-zA-Z]{3,13}\d{2}(\s*\)?\w{0,2}\d?\s*)?”进行匹配。

步骤S4，当一个官方来文对应的节点被选取时，信息显示模块204显示该官方来文中被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息在显示设备20上。其中，所述核驳信息包括，但不限于，被核驳权利要求项、核驳法条及对比文件信息之间的对应关系，以及审查委员所在专利局部门联系电话。

    节点创建模块，用于根据预先设定的规则建立每个官方来文的节点；及
    信息显示模块，用于当一个官方来文对应的节点被选取时，显示该官方来文中被核驳权利要求项对应的核驳信息在该电子设备的显示设备上。

    通过预先设定的匹配字符，在每个寻找到的核驳字符串前面区域提取最近的权利要求项，该提取的权利要求项作为该官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项；
    通过预先设定的匹配字符，在每个寻找到的核驳字符串后面区域提取最近的核驳法条和对比文件；
    建立被核驳权利要求项、核驳法条及对比文件信息之间的对应关系。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的专利核驳历程显示系统，其特征在于，所述核驳字符串的前面区域是指核驳字符串前面预先设定的第一文字范围，所述核驳字符串的后面区域是指核驳字符串后面预先设定的第二文字范围。

    根据预先设定的关键词，采用字符匹配方法从每个官方来文中识别出核驳意见正文部分；
    在识别出的核驳意见正文部分寻找预先设定的核驳字符串；
    通过预先设定的匹配字符，在每个寻找到的核驳字符串前面区域提取最近的权利要求项，该提取的权利要求项作为该官方来文中被核驳的权利要求项；
    通过预先设定的匹配字符，在每个寻找到的核驳字符串后面区域提取最近的核驳法条和对比文件；
    建立被核驳权利要求项、核驳法条及对比文件信息之间的对应关系。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的专利核驳历程显示方法，其特征在于，所述核驳字符串的前面区域是指核驳字符串前面预先设定的第一文字范围，所述核驳字符串的后面区域是指核驳字符串后面预先设定的第二文字范围。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的专利核驳历程显示方法，其特征在于，所述字符匹配方法为正则表达式匹配方法。
