Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés d'analyse d'échantillons protéiques d'arylsulfatase A humaines recombinantes (rhASA) ayant une ou plusieurs liaisons dissulfures. Dans certains exemples, les échantillons sont analysés à l'aide d'une digestion enzymatique, par exemple, une digestion multi-enzymatique et une chromatographie liquide-spectrométrie de masse (LC-MS). Les protéines décrites ici peuvent être glycosylées (par exemple complètement ou partiellement glycosylées) ou non glycosylées. Les procédés décrits ici peuvent comprendre un ou plusieurs parmi la digestion enzymatique, la chromatographie et la spectrométrie de masse, par exemple, la digestion multi-enzymatique et/ou la chromatographie liquide-spectrométrie de masse (LC-MS).
