Abstract
An easy and efficient method to treat minor to severe labial bone plate defects in freshly extracted sockets (class II). A socket repair template acts like a carrier that carries and protects any grafting material, preferably autogenous bone chips harvested with a bone shaver. The socket repair template is held and stabilized using a special holder or stabilizer called socket fixation clamp and fixed to the socket wall using a sonicweld device.

The kit consist of
1 - Template Holder:
used to hold the socket repair template and fit it to the defective area in the labial in the labial plate of bone.
2- Socket repair Template 1 :
Material :amorphous non crystalline, poly lactic acid (PDLLA) perforated.
Thickness : about 1.5 mm .
Height : ranged from 3-7 mm .
Width : ranged from 3-6 mm .
3- Socket repair Template 2:
Material : amorphous non crystalline, poly lactic acid (PDLLA) perforated..
Thickness : about 1.5 mm.
Height : ranged from 3-7 mm .
Width : ranged from 3-6 mm .
The Socket templates made of amorphous non crystalline poly lactic acid (PDLLA) perforated which makes it easy to handle.
The bone graft can be molded to the shape of the socket and to be filled to the socket defect from the labial side.
The Template holder act as clipper used to hold the template and fit it in defective area in the labial plate of bone.
