其中, 该区域范围包括的地理位置可以为该区域范围包括的商场、 店铺、 街道等地点, 该区域范围包括的地理信息可以为该区域范围包括的商场名称、店铺名称和 /或街道号码等。
例如, 终端以第二用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标 (xl, y2) 对应的点为圆点获取半 径为预设长度的区域范围 Areal , 且 Areal 中包括的所有地理位置分别为商场名称为 Marketl、 Market2和 Market3的三个商场, 店铺名称为 Shopl和 Shop2的两个店铺以及名 称为 Park的公园, 终端从网络中获取该区域范围包括的地理信息分别为 Marketl、 Market2、 Market3 、 Shopl、 Shop2和 Park, 并构建如表 1所示的信息列表, 将如表 1所示的信息列 表显示给第二用户;假设第二用户当前所在的地理位置为商场名称为 Market3的商场内,则 第二用户从第二终端显示如表 1 所示的信息列表中选择当前所在地理信息为商场名称 Market3, 并将商场名称为 Market3提交给第二终端, 然后第二终端获取第二用户选择的地 理信息为商场名称 Market3。 地理信息

其中, 目前网络中存在提供定位服务的网站, 例如百度地图和谷歌地图都为提供定位 服务的网站, 终端从提供定位服务的网站中查询出确定的区域范围包括的所有地理信息。
步骤 203: 当第二用户需要发布用户内容时, 第二终端接收第二用户需要发布的用户内 容;
其中, 第二终端可以向第二用户显示输入界面, 第二用户可以在该输入界面中输入需 要发布的用户内容, 然后向第二终端提交需要发布的用户内容, 第二终端接收第二用户提 交的第二用户需要发布的用户内容。
例如, 假设第二用户需要发布用户内容, 第二终端向第二用户显示输入界面, 第二用 户在第二终端中显示的输入界面中填写需要发布的用户内容为 ContextA, 然后向第二终端 提交需要发布的内容 ContextA, 且第二终端接收第二用户需要发布的用户内容 ContextA。
步骤 204: 第二终端将第二用户的用户标识、第二用户当前所在的地理信息和第二用户 需要发布的用户内容存储在服务器的内容信息库中, 以实现发布第二用户需要发布的用户 内容;
其中, 服务器的内容信息库包括用户标识、 地理信息和用户内容的对应关系。 具体地, 终端发送发布请求消息给服务器, 且该发布请求消息携带第二用户的用户标识、 第二用户 所在的地理信息和第二用户需要发布的用户内容; 服务器接收该发布请求消息, 并将该发 布请求消息携带的第二用户的用户标识、 第二用户所在的地理信息和第二用户需要发布的 用户内容的对应关系存储在内容信息库中, 以实现发布第二用户需要发布的用户内容。
其中, 在本发明实施例中, 第二终端可以发送发布请求消息给服务器, 该发布请求消 息携带第二用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标、 第二用户的用户标识和第二用户需要发布的 用户内容, 服务器根据第二用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标获取第二用户的地理信息, 将 第二用户的用户标识、 第二用户所在的地理信息和第二用户需要发布的用户内容的对应关 系存储在内容信息库中, 以实现发布第二用户需要发布的用户内容。
例如, 第二终端发送发布请求消息给服务器, 且该发布请求消息携带第二用户的用户 标识为 User ID1、 第二用户所在的地理信息 Market3 和第二用户需要发布的用户内容 ContextA; 服务器接收该发布请求消息, 并将该发布请求消息携带第二用户的用户标识为 User ID1、 第二用户所在的地理信息 Market3和第二用户需要发布的用户内容 ContextA存 储在如表 2所示的内容信息库中, 以实现发布第二用户需要发布的用户内容 C0ntextA。

其中, 在实施例中, 第二终端获取第二用户的用户标识和第二用户当前所在的地理信 息, 当第二用户需要发布用户内容时, 第二终端接收第二用户提交第二用户需要发布的用 户内容; 将第二用户的用户标识、 第二用户当前所在的地理信息以及第二用户需要发布的 用户内容存储在服务器的内容信息库中, 以实现发布第二用户需要发布的用户内容; 如此 当其他用户, 即第一用户需要获取用户内容时, 可以实现根据用户标识和 /或用户的地理信 息来获取较有价值的用户内容。
其中, 在本发明实施例中, 第二用户可以直接向第二终端输入第二用户当前所在的地 理信息。
步骤 205: 当第一用户需要获取用户内容时, 第一终端获取第二用户的用户标识, 第二 用户为发布用户内容的用户;
其中, 第一用户事先将一个或多个第二用户的用户标识存储在第一终端的用户列表中; 具体地, 第一终端获取其包括的用户列表中存储的第二用户的用户标识, 或, 获取第一用 户在其包括的用户列表中选择的一个或多个第二用户的用户标识。
其中, 第一终端可以将其包括的用户列表显示给第一用户, 第一用户可以在第一终端 显示的用户列表中选择一个或多个第二用户的标识, 并提交给第一终端; 第一终端接收第 一用户选择的一个或多个第二用户的标识, 以实现获取第一用户在其包括的用户列表中选 择的一个或多个第二用户的用户标识。
例如, 第一用户事先在第一终端中存储如表 3 所示的用户列表; 当第一用户启动第一 终端需要获取用户内容时, 第一终端可以获取其包括如表 3 所示的用户列表中的第二用户 的标识, 获取的第二用户的用户标识分别为 User ID1和 User ID2。

其中, 第一终端可以包括 GPS模块, 相应地, 第一终端可以通过其自身包括的 GPS模 块对第一用户当前所在的位置进行定位以获取第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标; 或者, 第一终端采用网络定位的方法对第一用户当前所在的位置进行定位以获取第一用户当前所 在位置的经纬度坐标。
例如, 第一终端通过其包括的 GPS模块对第一用户当前所在的位置进行定位, 获取到 第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标为 (x2, y2)。
步骤 207:第一终端根据第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标获取第一用户当前所在的 地理信息;
具体地, 第一终端以第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标对应的点为中心确定出预设 大小的区域范围, 从网络中获取该区域范围包括的一个或多个地理信息并构建信息列表, 该信息列表包括获取的地理信息, 将该信息列表显示给第一用户, 获取第一用户从该信息 列表中选择第一用户当前所在的地理信息。
其中, 第一终端以第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标对应的点为中心确定出预设大 小的区域范围, 可以具体为: 以第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标对应的点为圆点获取 半径为预设长度的区域范围。
其中, 该区域范围包括的地理位置可以为该区域范围包括的商场、 店铺、 街道等地点, 该区域范围包括的地理信息可以为该区域范围包括的商场名称、店铺名称和 /或街道号码等。
例如, 第一终端以第一用户当前的经纬度坐标 (x2, y2) 对应的点为圆点获取半径为 预设长度的区域范围 Area2, 且 Area2中包括的所有地理位置分别为商场名称为 Marketl、 Market2、 Market3和 Market4的四个商场, 街道号码为 Numberl的街道; 第一终端从网络 中获取该区域范围包括的地理信息分别为 Marketl、Market2、Market3 、Market3和 Numberl, 并构成如表 4所示的信息列表, 将如表 4所示的信息列表显示给第一用户; 假设第一用户 当前所在的地理位置为商场名称为 Market3 的商场内, 则第一用户从第一终端显示如表 4 所示的信息列表中选择当前所在地理信息为商场名称为 Market3, 并将商场名称为 Market3 提交给第一终端, 然后第一终端获取第一用户选择的地理信息为商场名称 Market3。

步骤 209: 服务器接收该获取请求消息, 并根据该获取请求消息携带第二用户的用户标 识和第一用户的地理信息, 从其已存储的内容信息库中获取对应的用户内容, 将获取的用 户内容发送给第一终端, 使第一终端接收该用户内容并显示给第一用户。
例如, 第一终端发送获取请求消息给服务器, 且该获取请求消息携带第二用户的标识 User ID 1和 User ID2以及第一用户当前所在的地理信息 Market3;服务器接收该获取请求消 息, 根据该获取请求消息携带的第二用户的标识 User ID1和 User ID2以及第一用户当前所 在的地理信息 Market3, 从其自身存储如表 2 所示的内容信息库中获取用户内容分别为 ContextA和 ContextB,将获取的用户内容 ContextA和 ContextB发送给第一终端;第一终端 接收服务器发送的用户内容 ContextA和 ContextB, 并显示用户内容 ContextA和 ContextB。
进一步地, 第一终端发送获取请求消息给服务器, 且该获取请求消息携带第二用户的 用户标识; 服务器接收该获取请求消息, 根据该获取请求消息携带第二用户的用户标识, 查找其自身存储的内容信息库中查找出对应的地理信息和用户内容, 将查找的地理信息和 用户内容发送给终端; 终端接收该地理信息和用户内容, 并显示接收的地理信息和用户内 容。
或者, 第一终端发送获取请求消息给服务器, 且该获取请求消息携带第一用户的地理 信息; 服务器接收该获取请求消息, 根据该获取请求消息携带第一用户的地理信息, 查找 其自身存储的内容信息库中查找出对应的用户标识和用户内容, 将查找的用户标识和用户 内容发送给第一终端; 第一终端接收该用户标识和用户内容, 并显示该用户标识和用户内 容。
其中, 在本发明实施例中, 第一用户可以直接向第一终端输入第一用户当前所在的地 理信息。
在本发明实施例中, 当第一用户需要获取用户内容时, 第一终端获取第二用户的用户 标识, 第二用户为发布用户内容的用户; 获取第一用户当前所在的地理信息; 根据第二用 户的用户标识和第一用户当前所在的地理信息获取对应的用户内容, 并显示获取的用户内 容; 其中, 与第一用户位于同一地理位置的第二用户发布的用户内容对第一用户较有价值, 如此第一终端可以根据第二用户的用户标识和第一用户的地理信息, 获取对第一用户有价 植的用户内容, 并提高了用户体验。 实施例 3
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种获取用户内容的系统, 包括第一终端 301和服 务器 302;
所述第一终端 301, 用于向所述服务器 302发送内容获取请求, 所述内容获取请求包括 地理信息及用户标识中至少一者;
所述服务器 302,用于在其所保存的内容信息库中搜索与所述内容获取请求相匹配的内 容信息并推送给所述第一终端 301, 所述内容信息库由第二终端发布并保存在所述服务器, 且每条内容信息至少包括所述第二终端的位置信息及用户标识。 其中, 所述服务器 302, 用于根据所述第二终端的经纬度坐标获取所述第二终端的位置 信息。
其中, 所述服务器 302, 具体用于根据所述地理信息及用户标识中至少一者获取匹配的 内容信息并推送给所述第一终端 301。
其中, 当所述内容获取请求包括地理信息时, 所述地理信息由用户选择输入或默认为 当前所述第一终端 301的真实地理位置。
所述所述第一终端 301, 还用于获取所述第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标, 根据所 述第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标获取所述第一用户当前所在的地理信息。
在本发明实施例中, 第一终端向服务器发送内容获取请求, 所述内容获取请求包括地 理信息及用户标识中至少一者; 服务器在其所保存的内容信息库中搜索与该内容获取请求 相匹配的内容信息并推送给第一终端, 所述内容信息库由第二终端发布并保存在服务器, 且每条内容信息至少包括所述第二终端的位置信息及用户标识。 如此可以根据用户标识和 / 或地理信息获取对用户较有价值的内容信息。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种获取用户内容的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
第一终端向服务器发送内容获取请求, 所述内容获取请求包括地理信息及用户标识中至 少一者;
所述服务器在其所保存的内容信息库中搜索与所述内容获取请求相匹配的内容信息并推 送给所述第一终端, 所述内容信息库由第二终端发布并保存在服务器, 且每条内容信息至少 包括所述第二终端的位置信息及用户标识。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器根据所述第二终端的经纬度坐标 获取所述第二终端的位置信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器在其所保存的内容信息库中搜索 与所述内容获取请求相匹配的内容信息并推送给所述第一终端包括: 所述服务器根据所述地 理信息及用户标识中至少一者获取匹配的内容信息并推送给所述第一终端。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述内容获取请求包括地理信息时, 所述 地理信息由用户选择输入或默认为当前所述第一终端的真实地理位置。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端向服务器发送内容获取请求之 前, 还包括:
所述第一终端获取所述第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标, 根据所述第一用户当前所 在位置的经纬度坐标获取所述第一用户当前所在的地理信息。
6、 一种获取用户内容的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括第一终端和服务器; 所述第一终端, 用于向所述服务器发送内容获取请求, 所述内容获取请求包括地理信息 及用户标识中至少一者;
所述服务器, 用于在其所保存的内容信息库中搜索与所述内容获取请求相匹配的内容信 息并推送给所述第一终端, 所述内容信息库由第二终端发布并保存在所述服务器, 且每条内 容信息至少包括所述第二终端的位置信息及用户标识。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器, 用于根据所述第二终端的经纬 度坐标获取所述第二终端的位置信息。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器, 具体用于根据所述地理信息及 用户标识中至少一者获取匹配的内容信息并推送给所述第一终端。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 当所述内容获取请求包括地理信息时, 所述 地理信息由用户选择输入或默认为当前所述第一终端的真实地理位置。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述所述第一终端, 还用于获取所述第一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标, 根据所述第 一用户当前所在位置的经纬度坐标获取所述第一用户当前所在的地理信息。
