Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于地理位置的交互方法、用户终端、服务器及系统、计算机存储介质,属于计算机领域。方法包括:将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器;接收并显示位置服务器返回的POI列表,POI列表中包括地理坐标对应的至少一个POI;获取建立群组指令,并根据建立群组指令向逻辑服务器发送建立群组请求;基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与逻辑服务器进行交互,向用户提供群组内交互服务,该群组由逻辑服务器根据建立群组请求中携带的POI建立。本发明通过根据地理坐标对应的POI建立群组,基于群组向用户提供交互服务,扩展了基于地理位置服务的交互方式和范围,能更好地实现用户间的信息共享。

本发明涉及计算机领域, 尤其涉及一种基于地理位置的交互方法、 用 户终端、 服务器及系统、 计算机存储介质。 背景技术
近年来, 随着计算机、 网络通信和移动设备领域的不断发展, 基于地 理位置的服务(LBS, Location based service ) 广泛应用于导航、 社交、 娱 乐等领域, 尤其是 LBS的交互服务, 为用户提供了方便快捷的社交和娱乐 方式。
现有的 LBS的交互应用主要是结合现实地点的应用服务, 比如, 用户 定位自身现实位置并访问现实位置周围存在的真实地点信息, 即兴趣点 ( POI, Point of Interest ), 用户还可以在 POI上发布用户状态并共享给周围 的其他用户。
现有的 LBS的交互应用至少存在以下问题:
用户仅与 POI进行交互, 且仅通过在 POI上发布用户状态并共享的方 式与周围其他用户进行互动交流, 交互方式单一, 无法通过交互在用户间 共享更多的信息。 发明内容
为了扩展基于地理位置服务的应用方式和范围, 提供更加方便的交互 操作, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于地理位置的交互方法、 用户终端、 服 务器及系统、 计算机存储介质。 所述技术方案如下:
一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 所述方法 包括:
将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器, 接收并显示所 述位置服务器返回的真实地理信息 POI列表, 所述 POI列表中包括所述地 理坐标^应的至少一个 POI;
基于所述逻辑服务器建立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进行交互, 以向用 户提供群组内交互服务, 所述群组由所述逻辑服务器根据所述建立群组请 求中携带的 POI建立。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户终端, 所述用户终端, 包括: 发送模块, 用于将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器; 显示模块, 用于接收并显示所述位置服务器返回的真实地理信息 POI 列表, 所述 POI列表中包括所述地理坐标对应的至少一个 POI;
交互模块, 用于基于所述逻辑服务器建立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进 行交互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务, 所述群组由所述逻辑服务器根据 所述建立群组请求中携带的 POI建立。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 所述方法包括: 接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标, 查询所述地理坐标对 应的真实地点信息 POI;
向所述用户终端返回查询得到的 POI列表, 使所述用户终端根据所述 POI列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组内的交互服务;
其中, 所述 POI列表中包括查询到的至少一个 POI。
本发明实施例还提供了一种位置服务器, 所述位置服务器包括: 接收模块, 用于接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标; 查询模块, 用于查询所述接收模块接收到的地理坐标对应的真实地点 信息 POI;
返回模块, 用于向所述用户终端返回所述查询模块查询得到的 POI列 表, 使所述用户终端根据所述 POI列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组 内的交互服务;
其中, 所述 POI列表中包括查询到的至少一个 POI。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 所述方法包括: 接收用户终端发送的携带了真实地点信息 POI的建立群组请求, 所述 POI为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的 POI;
根据接收到的所述请求中携带的 POI建立群组, 并基于建立的群组与 所述用户终端进行交互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务。
本发明实施例还提供了一种逻辑服务器, 所述逻辑服务器包括: 接收模块, 用于接收所述用户终端发送的携带了真实地点信息 POI的 建立群组请求, 所述 POI为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的 POI;
建立模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收到的请求中携带的 POI建立群 组;
交互模块, 用于基于所述建立模块建立的群组与所述用户终端进行交 互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种基于地理位置的交互系统, 所 述系统包括: 如上述用户终端; 和 /或, 如上述位置服务器; 和 /或, 如上述 逻辑服务器。
基于本发明实施例的一方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介 质, 其中存储有计算机程序, 该计算机程序用于执行上述基于地理位置的 交互方法。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过查询用户当前位置的地理坐标所对应的 POI, 并基于根据 POI建 立的群组向群组内用户提供交互服务, 使用户可通过群组与其他用户进行 交互, 从而扩展基于地理位置服务的交互方式和范围, 从而通过这种交互 方式能在用户间共享更多的信息, 更好地实现互联网环境下的信息共享。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附 图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 参见图 1 , 本实施例的方 法的执行主体可以为用户终端, 本实施例提供的方法的具体步驟包括: 步驟 101 : 将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器; 步驟 102: 接收并显示位置服务器返回的 POI列表, 该 POI列表中包 括地理坐标对应的至少一个 POI;
步驟 103: 获取建立群组指令, 并根据建立群组指令向逻辑服务器发送 建立群组请求, 该建立群组指令和建立群组请求中均携带了用户根据 POI 列表选择的 POI; 其中, 获取建立群组指令, 并根据建立群组指令向逻辑服务器发送建 立群组请求, 包括:
接收建立群组指令, 该建立群组指令中携带用户根据 POI列表选择的
POI;
根据建立群组指令中携带的 POI,生成建立群组请求并发送至逻辑服务 器。
步驟 104: 基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与逻辑服务器进行交互, 以向用 户提供群组内交互服务, 该群组由逻辑服务器根据建立群组请求中携带的
POI建立。
具体地, 基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与逻辑服务器进行交互, 包括: 获取群组内交互指令, 根据群组内交互指令向逻辑服务器发送群组内 交互请求, 并接收逻辑服务器根据群组内交互请求返回的响应, 以向用户 提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 群组内交互至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请其他用 户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起群组 内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成 POI签到中的一种。
参见图 2, 本实施例的方法的执行主体可以为位置服务器, 本实施例提 供的方法流程具体如下:
步驟 201 : 接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标, 查询地理坐 标^应的 POI;
进一步地, 查询地理坐标的真实地点信息 POI之前, 还包括: 预先建立位置数据库, 位置数据库用于存储地理坐标与 POI的对应关 系;
查询地理坐标对应的真实地点信息 POI , 包括:
根据接收到的地理坐标在位置数据库中查询地理坐标对应的 POI。 步驟 202: 向用户终端返回查询得到的 POI列表,使用户终端根据 POI 列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组内的交互服务。
其中, POI列表中包括查询到的至少一个 POI。
参见图 3 , 本实施例的方法的执行主体可以为逻辑服务器, 本实施例提 供的方法流程具体如下:
步驟 301 : 接收用户终端发送的携带了 POI的建立群组请求, 该 POI 为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的 POI;
步驟 302:根据接收到的请求中携带的 POI建立群组,并基于建立的群 组与用户终端进行交互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务。
进一步地, 基于建立的群组与用户终端进行交互, 包括:
接收用户终端发送的群组内交互请求, 并根据群组内交互请求向用户 终端返回响应, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 群组内交互服务至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请其 他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起 群组内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成 POI签到中的一种。
本实施例提供的基于地理位置的服务, 可以在游戏、 社交等不同领域 为用户提供基于群组内交互的服务。
本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过查询用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的 POI, 按照用户选择出的 POI建立群组, 并向群组内用户提供基于群组的交 互服务, 使用户可通过群组与其他用户进行交互, 从而达到扩展基于地理 位置服务的应用方式和范围, 向用户提供更加方便的交互操作的目的。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种基于地理位置的交互方法,参见图 4, 以某基于 LBS 游戏为用户提供建立群组并进行群组内交互服务为例, 本实施例提供的方 法的具体步驟包括: 步驟 401: 游戏用户终端获取用户当前位置的地理坐标;
具体地, 游戏用户终端可以通过无线电运营商的无线电通信网络或外 部定位方式获取移动终端用户当前位置的地理坐标, 实际应用中, 游戏用 户终端可以向无线电运营商的无线电通信网络或外部定位系统发送读取当 前地理坐标的请求, 无线电通信网络或外部定位系统根据请求将地理坐标 发送给游戏用户终端。
其中, 无线电通信网络包括 GSM ( Global system for mobile communications, 全求移动通信系统) 网, CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access, 码分多址)网、 3G等, 外部定位方式包括 GPS ( Global Positioning System, 全球定位系统) 等, 除了采用上述获取用户当前位置的地理坐标 的方式, 还可以采用其他方式, 本发明实施例对游戏用户终端获取用户当 前位置的地理坐标的方式不做具体限定。
步驟 402: 游戏用户终端将获取到的地理坐标发送给位置服务器,接收 并显示位置服务器返回的 POI列表;
其中, 本实施例不对游戏用户终端将获取到的地理坐标发送给位置服 务器的方式进行限定, 具体实现时, 该用户终端可向位置服务器发送查询 用户当前位置对应的 POI的请求, 并在该请求中携带获取到的地理坐标, 由此实现将地理坐标发送给位置服务器, 使位置服务器查询地理坐标对应 的 POI。 而位置服务器返回的 POI列表中包含有位置服务器查询地理坐标 对应的 POI后得到的至少一个 POI,对于位置服务器查询 POI的具体方式, 本实施例同样不做具体限定。 具体实现时, 可预先在位置服务器中建立位 置数据库, 由该位置数据库存储地理坐标与 POI的对应关系, 因此, 位置 服务器接收到地理坐标后, 可根据该地理坐标在位置数据库中查找得到地 理坐标对应的 POI。
对于游戏用户终端向用户显示 POI列表的方式, 本实施例不做具体限 定。
步驟 403: 游戏用户终端获取建立群组指令, 并根据该建立群组指令向 逻辑服务器发送建立群组请求, 该建立群组指令和建立群组请求中均携带 了用户根据 POI列表选择的 POI;
具体地, 用户可以在游戏用户终端显示的 POI列表中选择 POI, 并触 发发送携带了 POI的建立群组指令, 使游戏用户终端接收携带了 POI的建 立群组指令后,根据该建立群组指令中携带的 POI,生成建立群组请求并发 送至逻辑服务器。
另外, 游戏用户终端接收携带了 POI的建立群组指令的方式可以有多 种, 例如, 用户可以通过触摸操作的方式选定 POI, 并触发向游戏用户终端 下发携带了 POI的建立群组指令; 除此之外, 也可以通过呼出应用菜单的 方式, 通过用户选择建立群组的选项来触发向游戏用户终端下发建立群组 指令, 本实施例对游戏用户终端接收携带了 POI的建立群组指令的方式不 做具体限定。
步驟 404:逻辑服务器根据游戏用户终端发送的建立群组请求中携带的 POI建立群组;
其中, 逻辑服务器接收游戏用户终端发送的建立群组请求后, 提取请 求中携带的 POI的信息, 并根据从请求中提取的 POI建立群组。
需要说明的是, 由于建立群组请求中携带的 POI为用户根据 POI列表 选择的 POI, 而 POI又与地理坐标相对应, 因此, 逻辑服务器根据建立群 组请求中携带的 POI建立群组时, 可以认为是基于地理位置建立群组。 且 游戏用户终端发送的建立群组请求中, 可以仅包含一个 POI的相关信息, 也可以包含多个 POI的相关信息, 相应的, 建立的群组可以包含一个 POI 对应的地理位置, 也可以包含多个 POI对应的地理位置, 本实施例不对建 立群组请求中携带的 POI的数量进行限定。 步驟 405: 游戏用户终端获取群组内交互指令,根据该群组内交互指令 向逻辑服务器发送群组内交互请求;
针对该步驟, 通过上述步驟 404 中的逻辑服务器建立群组后, 逻辑服 务器可将建立的群组的相关信息返回给游戏用户终端, 使游戏用户终端向 用户显示建立的群组, 因此, 用户可基于建立的群组触发向游戏用户终端 下发群组内交互指令, 使游戏用户终端接收群组内交互指令后, 根据群组 内交互指令向逻辑服务器发送群组内交互请求。
其中, 逻辑服务器向用户提供的群组交互服务有多种, 比如根据用户 指令查询群组内其他用户的位置、 根据用户指令邀请其他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 根据用户请求发起群组 内会话、 允许群组内用户共同完成 POI签到等, 本发明实施例不对逻辑服 务器向用户提供交互服务的种类和方式做具体限定, 同样不对用户发送的 进行群组内交互指令对应的交互服务进行具体限定, 用户选择具体的交互 服务后, 游戏用户终端向逻辑服务器发送对应的群组内容交互请求即可。
步驟 406:游戏用户终端接收逻辑服务器根据群组内交互请求返回的响 应, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务。
具体地, 逻辑服务器接收到游戏用户终端发送的群组内交互请求后, 根据该请求即可返回对应的响应, 以向游戏用户终端返回相应的响应后, 为用户提供群组内交互服务。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例方法除了可以用在游戏领域, 也可以应 用在其他诸如社交、 公共服务等领域, 为用户提供交友、 查询等服务, 本 实施例不对具体应用场景进行限定。
本实施例提供的方法, 通过确定用户当前位置的地理坐标, 查询该坐 标所对应的 POI, 按照用户选择加入群组的 POI建立群组, 并向群组内用 户提供基于群组的交互服务, 使用户可以通过群组与其他用户进行交互, 从而达到扩展基于地理位置服务的应用方式和范围, 向用户提供更加方便 的交互操作的目的。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种用户终端, 参加图 5, 该用户终端具体包括: 发送模块 501 ,用于将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务 器;
显示模块 502, 用于接收并显示位置服务器返回的 POI列表, POI列表 中包括地理坐标对应的至少一个 POI;
请求模块 503 , 用于获取建立群组指令, 并根据建立群组指令向逻辑服 务器发送建立群组请求, 建立群组指令和建立群组请求中均携带了用户根 据 POI列表选择的 POI;
交互模块 504, 用于基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与逻辑服务器进行交 互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务, 该群组由逻辑服务器根据建立群组请 求中携带的 POI建立。
其中, 发送模块 501 将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服 务器的方式详见上述实施例二中步驟 401和步驟 402的相关描述, 此处不 再赘述。 显示模块 502接收并显示位置服务器返回的 POI列表的方式详见 上述实施例二中步驟 402的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
请求模块 503 , 具体用于接收建立群组指令, 该建立群组指令中携带用 户根据 POI列表选择的 POI;根据建立群组指令中携带的 POI,生成建立群 组请求并发送至逻辑服务器。
进一步地, 交互模块 504, 具体用于获取群组内交互指令, 根据群组内 交互指令向逻辑服务器发送群组内交互请求, 并接收逻辑服务器根据群组 内交互请求返回的响应, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 群组内交互至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请其他用 户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起群组 内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成 POI签到中的一种。
上述请求模块 503 获取建立群组指令, 并向逻辑服务器发送建立群组 请求的方式详见上述实施例二中步驟 403 的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。 交 互模块 504与逻辑服务器进行交互的方式详见上述实施例二中步驟 405的 相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的用户终端, 通过获取用户当前位置的地理坐标所对应 的 POI, 并根据用户选择的 POI请求建立群组, 达到自动建立群组的目的, 还基于建立的群组向用户提供群组内交互服务, 使用户可通过群组与其他 用户进行交互, 从而扩展了基于地理位置服务的应用方式和范围, 为用户 提供方便快捷的交互操作。
实施例四
本实施例提供一种位置服务器, 参见图 6, 该位置服务器具体包括: 接收模块 601 , 用于接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标; 查询模块 602,用于查询接收模块 601接收到的地理坐标对应的真实地 点信息 POI;
返回模块 603 ,用于向用户终端返回查询模块 602查询得到的 POI列表, 使用户终端根据 POI列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组内的交互服务; 其中, POI列表中包括查询到的至少一个 POI。接收模块 601接收地理 坐标的方式, 以及用户终端获取该地理坐标的方式详见上述实施例二中步 驟 401的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
进一步地, 参见图 7, 该位置服务器还包括:
建立模块 604, 用于预先建立位置数据库,位置数据库用于存储地理坐 标与 POI的对应关系;
查询模块 602,具体用于根据接收模块 601接收到的地理坐标在建立模 块 604建立的位置数据库中查询地理坐标对应的 POI。
本实施例提供的位置服务器, 通过预先存储与地理坐标相对应的 POI, 在接收到用户终端发送的地理坐标后, 向用户终端返回查询得到的 POI列 表, 使用户终端根据 POI列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组内的交互 服务, 进而使用户可通过群组与其他用户进行交互, 从而扩展了基于地理 位置服务的应用方式和范围, 为用户提供方便快捷的交互操作。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种逻辑服务器, 参见图 8, 该逻辑服务器具体包括: 接收模块 801 ,用于接收用户终端发送的携带了真实地点信息 POI的建 立群组请求, POI为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的 POI;
建立模块 802,用于根据接收模块 801接收到的请求中携带的 POI建立 群组;
交互模块 803 ,用于基于建立模块 802建立的群组与用户终端进行交互, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务。
接收模块 801接收用户终端发送的建立群组指令的方式详见上述实施 例二中步驟 403的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。 建立模块 802根据 POI建立 群组的方式详见上述实施例二中步驟 404的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
进一步地, 参见上述实施例二中步驟 405的相关描述, 交互模块 803 , 具体用于接收用户终端发送的群组内交互请求, 并根据群组内交互请求向 用户终端返回响应, 以向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 群组内交互服务至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请周 围其他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起群组内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成 POI签到中的一种。
本实施例提供的逻辑服务器, 通过根据用户终端发送的建立群组请求 中携带的 POI为用户建立群组, 并提供群组内交互服务, 使用户可通过群 组与其他用户进行交互, 达到扩展基于地理位置服务的应用方式和范围的 目的, 向用户提供更加方便的交互操作。
实施例六
本实施例提供了一种基于地理位置的交互系统, 参见图 9, 该系统可以 包括: 上述实施例三提供的用户终端 901、上述实施例四提供的位置服务器 902、 上述实施例五提供的逻辑服务器 903中的一种或多种设备。
本实施例提供的系统, 通过用户终端向位置服务器查询用户当前位置 的地理坐标所对应的 POI, 并向逻辑服务器发送携带 POI的建立群组请求, 使逻辑服务器根据用户选择的 POI建立群组, 并基于建立的群组向用户提 供群组内交互服务, 使用户可通过群组与其他用户进行交互, 达到扩展基 于地理位置服务的应用方式和范围的目的, 为用户提供方便快捷的交互操 作。
需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的用户终端、 位置服务器以及逻辑服 务器在基于地理位置提供交互服务时, 仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举 例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块 完成, 即将设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全 部或者部分功能。 另外, 上述实施例提供的用户终端、 位置服务器以及逻 辑服务器与基于地理位置的交互方法实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过 程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为 独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出 贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一 个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算 机、 服务器、 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或 部分。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器 (ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 这样, 本发明实施例不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

1、 一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器, 接收并显示所 述位置服务器返回的真实地理信息兴趣点列表, 所述兴趣点列表中包括所 述地理坐标对应的至少一个兴趣点;
基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进行交互, 向用户提供 群组内交互服务, 所述群组由所述逻辑服务器根据建立群组请求中携带的 兴趣点建立。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 基于所述逻辑服务器建 立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进行交互之前, 该方法还包括: 获取建立群组 指令, 并根据所述建立群组指令向逻辑服务器发送所述建立群组请求, 所 述建立群组指令和建立群组请求中均携带了用户根据所述兴趣点列表选择 的兴趣点。

接收建立群组指令, 所述建立群组指令中携带用户根据所述兴趣点列 表选择的兴趣点;
根据所述建立群组指令中的兴趣点, 生成建立群组请求并发送至逻辑 服务器。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基于所述逻辑服务 器建立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进行交互, 包括:
获取群组内交互指令, 根据所述群组内交互指令向所述逻辑服务器发 送群组内交互请求, 并接收所述逻辑服务器根据所述群组内交互请求返回 的响应, 向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 所述群组内交互至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请其 他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起 群组内会话、 允许群组内用户共同完成兴趣点签到中的至少一种信息。
5、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端, 包括:
发送模块, 用于将获取的用户当前位置的地理坐标发送给位置服务器; 显示模块, 用于接收并显示所述位置服务器返回的真实地理信息兴趣 点列表, 所述兴趣点列表中包括所述地理坐标对应的至少一个兴趣点; 交互模块, 用于基于逻辑服务器建立的群组与所述逻辑服务器进行交 互, 向用户提供群组内交互服务, 所述群组由所述逻辑服务器根据建立群 组请求中携带的兴趣点建立。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端还包 括请求模块, 用于获取建立群组指令, 并根据所述建立群组指令向所述逻 辑服务器发送建立群组请求, 所述建立群组指令和建立群组请求中均携带 了用户根据所述兴趣点列表选择的兴趣点。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述请求模块, 具 体用于接收建立群组指令, 所述建立群组指令中携带用户根据所述兴趣点 列表选择的兴趣点; 根据所述建立群组指令中的兴趣点, 生成建立群组请 求并发送至逻辑服务器。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述交互模块, 具 体用于获取群组内交互指令, 根据所述群组内交互指令向所述逻辑服务器 发送群组内交互请求, 并接收所述逻辑服务器根据所述群组内交互请求返 回的响应, 向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 所述群组内交互至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀请其 他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起 群组内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成兴趣点签到中的至少一种信息。
9、 一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标, 查询所述地理坐标对 应的真实地点信息兴趣点;
向所述用户终端返回查询得到的兴趣点列表, 使所述用户终端根据所 述兴趣点列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供群组内的交互服务;
其中, 所述兴趣点列表中包括查询到的至少一个兴趣点。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述查询所述地理坐 标的真实地点信息兴趣点之前, 所述方法还包括:
预先建立位置数据库, 所述位置数据库用于存储地理坐标与兴趣点的 对应关系;
所述查询所述地理坐标对应的真实地点信息兴趣点, 包括:
根据接收到的地理坐标在所述位置数据库中查询所述地理坐标对应的 兴趣点。
11、 一种位置服务器, 其特征在于, 所述位置服务器包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户终端发送的用户当前位置的地理坐标; 查询模块, 用于查询所述接收模块接收到的地理坐标对应的真实地点 信息兴趣点;
返回模块, 用于向所述用户终端返回所述查询模块查询得到的兴趣点 列表, 使所述用户终端根据所述兴趣点列表为用户建立群组, 向用户提供 群组内的交互服务;
其中, 所述兴趣点列表中包括查询到的至少一个兴趣点。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的位置服务器, 其特征在于, 所述位置服务 器还包括:
建立模块, 用于预先建立位置数据库, 所述位置数据库用于存储地理 坐标与兴趣点的对应关系;
所述查询模块, 具体用于根据所述接收模块接收到的地理坐标在所述 建立模块建立的位置数据库中查询所述地理坐标对应的兴趣点。
13、 一种基于地理位置的交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收用户终端发送的携带了真实地点信息兴趣点的建立群组请求, 所 述兴趣点为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的兴趣点;
根据接收到的所述请求中携带的兴趣点建立群组, 并基于建立的群组 与所述用户终端进行交互, 向用户提供群组内交互服务。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基于建立的群组 与所述用户终端进行交互, 包括:
接收所述用户终端发送的群组内交互请求, 并根据所述群组内交互请 求向所述用户终端返回响应, 向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 所述群组内交互服务至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀 请其他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群组、 发起群组内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成兴趣点签到中的至少一种信
15、 一种逻辑服务器, 其特征在于, 所述逻辑服务器包括:
接收模块, 用于接收所述用户终端发送的携带了真实地点信息兴趣点 的建立群组请求, 所述兴趣点为用户当前位置的地理坐标对应的兴趣点; 建立模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收到的请求中携带的兴趣点建立 群组;
交互模块, 用于基于所述建立模块建立的群组与所述用户终端进行交 互, 向用户提供群组内交互服务。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的逻辑服务器, 其特征在于, 所述交互模块, 具体用于接收所述用户终端发送的群组内交互请求, 并根据所述群组内交 互请求向所述用户终端返回响应, 向用户提供群组内交互服务;
其中, 所述群组内交互服务至少包括查询群组内其他用户的位置、 邀 请周围其他用户加入群组、 接收其他用户加入群组的请求并允许其加入群 组、 发起群组内会话和允许群组内用户共同完成兴趣点签到中的至少一种 信息。
17、 一种基于地理位置的交互系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 如 所述权利要求 5至 8中任一项权利要求所述的用户终端; 和 /或,
如所述权利要求 11或 12所述的位置服务器; 和 /或,
如所述权利要求 15或 16所述的逻辑服务器。
18、 一种计算机存储介质, 其特征在于, 其中存储有计算机可执行 指令, 该计算机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求 1至 4、权利要求 9至 10、 权利要求 13至 14任一项所述的方法。
