一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,涉及到智能家居控制技术领域。解决现有智能家居控制系统组网比较复杂,且成本较高的技术不足,所述系统设于冰箱本体内,该系统包括有系统主控模块及分别与主控模块连接的网络通讯模块, LCD触控模块, WIFI模块,冰箱主控模块。将智能家居控制系统与物联网冰箱结合,能够以最小的成本实现智能家居的最佳选择,降低智能家居系统的成本。本发明通过将WIFI技术应用到冰箱上,使智能家居系统具有组网方便,不须布线的好处,不仅简化了智能家居系统组网的复杂性,且大大降低了系统成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及到智能家居控制技术领域。
背景技术
目前智能家居技术属于发展阶段,在这种智能家居系统中,所有智能家居系统的节点控制模块通过 RS485 家庭控制总线, 并遵循统一的家庭控制网络通讯协议,与系统信息控制中心相连,实现系统数据通讯。
系统中,采用信息开关替代原有的开关,用开关信息点来完成原有开关的功能,可通过设置相关控制参数,既可以对任一控制点进行控制,也实现群控功能。
这种智能家居系统中,控制器是智能家居系统的核心处理模块,是系统的心脏,可以联入宽带网络、防区安防输入以及一条 RS485 的家庭控制扩展数据总线。
遥控器作为主要人机界面采用无线遥控器,外型类似手机,用户可直接使用无线遥控器方便的进行系统设置、状态查询和接收短消息。
从以上分析可以看出,这种智能家居控制系统组网比较复杂,且成本较高。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明的目的在于解决现有智能家居控制系统组网比较复杂,且成本较高的技术不足,而提出的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统。
为解决本发明提出的技术问题,采用的技术方案包括有:一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述系统设于冰箱本体内,该系统包括有系统主控模块及分别与主控模块连接的:
网络通讯模块,建立系统主控模块与互联网或/和手机网的通讯连接,接收用户终端设备远程发送的操作指令,并将操作指令传送到系统主控模块中,由系统主控模块进行解析后转发到智能家居产品中执行,或者是接收系统主控模块反馈信息,转发给远程的用户终端设备;
LCD 触控模块,用于本地操作输入和信息显示,人机交互;
WIFI 模块,用于建立与智能家居产品的无线通讯连接,下发系统主控模块的执行指令,或接收智能家居产品反馈的状态信息;
冰箱主控模块,建立与冰箱本体的通讯连接,实现系统主控模块对冰箱本体的各部件的控制。

本发明的有益效果为:随着冰箱的发展,物联网冰箱是冰箱发展的必然趋势,将智能家居控制系统与物联网冰箱结合,能够以最小的成本实现智能家居的最佳选择,降低智能家居系统的成本。本发明通过将 WIFI 技术应用到冰箱上,使智能家居系统具有组网方便,不须布线的好处,不仅简化了智能家居系统组网的复杂性,且大大降低了系统成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例对本发明的内容作进一步地说明:
本发明的基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统设于冰箱本体内,与冰箱相结合,家居使用的冰箱 24 小时处于通电状态,本发明的系统无需再另设独立的电源连接端,使用方便,节省室内占用空间,可以冰箱共同一套操作输入和显示设备,节省成本。
参照图 1 中所示,本发明系统包括有系统主控模块及分别与主控模块连接的网络通讯模块、 LCD 触控模块、 WIFI 模块和冰箱主控模块。参照图 4 至图 7 中所示,系统主控模块是本系统的核心部分,采用 A10 处理器,内核为 Cortex-A8 ( 32KBinstruction caches 、 32KB data caches 和 256K L2 caches ),集成了诸多功能模块,以降低系统整体成本。
网络通讯模块包括有: Ethernet 模块和 3G/GSM 模块。参照图 8 所示,所述的 Ethernet 模块采用的是 RTL8201CP 单端口的物理层收发器 U16 ,具有一个串行网络接口,它通过网络变压器接 RJ45 接口来实现全部的 10/100M 以太网物理层功能,建立系统主控模块与互联网通讯连接,接收用户终端设备,如:联网电脑、平板电脑、手机等可接入互联网的用户终端设备,远程发送的操作指令,并将操作指令传送到系统主控模块中,由系统主控模块进行解析后转发到智能家居产品中执行,或者是接收系统主控模块反馈信息,转发给远程的用户终端设备。 3G/GSM 模块通过串口与系统主控模块通讯连接,用于建立系统主控模块与手机网的通讯连接,采用 2G 或 3G 手机通过手机网以 GPRS 网络或 3G 网络直接向 3G/GSM 模块发送远程发送的操作指令,由 3G/GSM 模块送到系统主控模块中。
参照图 2 、图 4 至图 7 及图 9 中所示, WIFI 模块通过 SDIO 接口 U14 与系统主控模块相连接,组成基于 IEEE802.11 标准的无线局域网,通过 WIFI 局域网建立与智能家居产品的无线通讯连接,下发系统主控模块的执行指令,或接收智能家居产品反馈的状态信息;智能家居产品指的是具有 WIFI 通讯控制功能的电饭煲、微波炉、热水器、洗衣机、空调、门窗、照明灯或窗帘。今后智能家居系统的组成不需要专业的人士进行工程施工,只需购买具有 WIFI 通讯功能的家电就能够轻松组成智能家居系统,有利于智能家居系统的推广实施。
参照图 3 中所示,例如:上班族在下班到家半小时之前,需要开启家中电饭煲煮饭,关闭门窗,打开空调制冷,通过电脑或手机编辑控制指令,发送到控制中心,也即是本发明的基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,由网络通讯模块接受控制指令后传送到系统主控模块中,由系统主控模块解析后判断控制指令的有效性,判断指令有效后,通过 WIFI 模块向电饭煲、门窗及空调分别下发执行指令,到家后饭差不多煮好了,房间温度也降下来了,提升了人们的生活质量;另外,若外出后不确定家中空调是否关闭,也可以通过电脑或手机编辑查询状态或控制指令,空调的运行状态信息通过 WIFI 模块传送到系统主控模块中,由系统主控模块进行编码后通过网络通讯模块反馈到电脑或手机中。
参照图 10 中所示,冰箱主控模块通过 UART 模块直接与系统主控模块相连接,系统主控模块本来就是安装于冰箱本体内的,因此无需在冰箱本体内另设 WIFI 模块,节省成本,通过 UART 模块实现系统主控模块对冰箱本体的各部件的控制。
参照图 11 中所示,为了便于对本发明的系统设置,所述的 LCD 触控模块的 TFT - LCD 显示模块通过 FPC 插座 J9 与系统主控模块连接,用于本地操作输入和信息显示,达到人机交互目的。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述系统设于冰箱本体内,该系统包括有系统主控模块及分别与主控模块连接的:
    网络通讯模块,建立系统主控模块与互联网或/和手机网的通讯连接,接收用户终端设备远程发送的操作指令,并将操作指令传送到系统主控模块中,由系统主控模块进行解析后转发到智能家居产品中执行,或者是接收系统主控模块反馈信息,转发给远程的用户终端设备;
    LCD 触控模块,用于本地操作输入和信息显示,人机交互;
    WIFI 模块,用于建立与智能家居产品的无线通讯连接,下发系统主控模块的执行指令,或接收智能家居产品反馈的状态信息;
    冰箱主控模块,建立与冰箱本体的通讯连接,实现系统主控模块对冰箱本体的各部件的控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的网络通讯模块包括有:用于与以太网连接的Ethernet模块和用于3G或GSM通信的3G/GSM模块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的Ethernet模块采用的是RTL8201CP单端口的物理层收发器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的系统主控模块采用A10处理器,内核为Cortex-A8。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的LCD触控模块通过FPC插座与系统主控模块连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的WIFI模块通过SDIO接口与系统主控模块相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于冰箱的智能家居控制系统,其特征在于所述的冰箱主控模块通过UART 模块与系统主控模块相连接。
