Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种添加电子邮件附件的方法、装置和系统。该方法包括:执行文件操作;获取邮件编辑任务列表;确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令,以指示所述邮件编辑装置将所述文件添加为所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件的附件。通过本发明实施例,当用户执行文件操作(如下载网络文件、编辑文件、保存编辑的文件、选择本地保存的文件等)时,可以自动获取当前的邮件编辑任务列表,并将所述文件作为确定的至少一个邮件编辑任务对应的邮件的附件,使得用户执行少量的操作即可将当前操作的文件添加为邮件附件,从而简化了用户操作、改善了用户体验。

Description

添加电子邮件附件的方法、 装置和系统 本申请要求于 2012 年 3 月 22 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210077457.3, 发明名称为"添加电子邮件附件的方法、 装置和系统"的中国 专利申请的优先权, 在先申请文件的内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及网络通信技术, 尤其涉及一种添加电子邮件附件的方法、 装 置和系统。
背景技术
电子邮件 (E-mai l, electronic mai l) 业务提供了一种通过电子手段进 行信息交换的通信方式, 是一种基本的互联网业务。
电子邮件可以携带文件作为附件, 用户添加电子邮件附件的操作方式一 般为, 打开邮件编辑器 (如 outlook) 或者邮件编辑网页, 编辑邮件, 在邮件 编辑窗口界面上点击用于添加附件的菜单, 进而选择一个本地文件, 将选择 的本地文件加载到邮件中作为附件。
在现有技术中, 如果用户想要将网站上的网络文件作为邮件附件, 则需 要将所述网络文件下载到本地的文件路径中, 然后打开邮件编辑器或者邮件 编辑网页进行上述操作; 如果用户想要将编辑的文件作为邮件附件, 则需要 将编辑的文件保存到本地的文件路径中, 然后打开邮件编辑器或者邮件编辑 网页进行上述操作。
Microsoft公司 Windows系列操作系统还提供了一种实现方法,右键点击 选择本地文件, 在显示的右键菜单中点击 "发送到" 菜单选项, 进而点击发 送到 "邮件接收者" 菜单选项, 则操作系统会启动系统缺省的邮件编辑器, 自动创建一个新邮件, 并将上述本地文件加载到邮件中作为附件。
上述现有技术都需要用户执行多步操作才能完成邮件附件的添加, 操作 繁琐, 效率低下, 用户体验不好。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种添加电子邮件附件的方法、 装置和系统, 可以 解决现有技术存在的添加电子邮件附件操作繁琐的问题。
一方面, 提供了一种添加电子邮件附件的方法, 所述方法包括: 执行文件操作;
获取邮件编辑任务列表,所述邮件编辑任务列表包括至少一个邮件编辑 任务, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗 口的信息;
确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;
向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令, 所述附件 添加指令包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 和所 述文件或所述文件的获取地址, 以指示所述邮件编辑装置将所述文件添加到 所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中, 或者将所述文件的 获取地址添加到所述邮件中以使得用于发送所述邮件的发送邮件服务器或用 于接收所述邮件的接收邮件服务器根据所述获取地址获取所述文件并将所述 文件添加到所述邮件中。
另一方面, 提供了一种添加电子邮件附件的装置, 所述装置包括: 文件操作单元, 用于执行文件操作;
任务获取单元, 用于获取邮件编辑任务列表,所述邮件编辑任务列表包括 至少一个邮件编辑任务, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务 对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息;
任务确定单元, 用于确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;
指令发送单元, 用于向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件 添加指令, 所述附件添加指令包括所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮 件编辑窗口的信息, 和所述文件或所述文件的获取地址, 以指示所述邮件编 辑装置将所述文件添加到所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮 件中, 或者将所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件中以使得用于发送所述邮 件的发送邮件服务器或用于接收所述邮件的接收邮件服务器根据所述获取地 址获取所述文件并将所述文件添加到所述邮件中。
另一方面, 提供了一种添加电子邮件附件的系统, 所述系统包括: 邮件编辑装置, 用于启动邮件编辑操作; 创建对应于所述邮件的邮件编 辑任务, 将所述邮件编辑任务加入邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务包 括用于定位编辑所述邮件的邮件编辑窗口的信息;
文件操作装置, 用于执行文件操作; 获取邮件编辑任务列表,所述邮件编 辑任务列表包括至少一个邮件编辑任务, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位所 述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息; 确定至少一个邮件编辑任务; 向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令, 所述附件添加 指令包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 和所述文 件或所述文件的获取地址。
所述邮件编辑装置, 还用于接收所述文件操作装置发送的附件添加指令; 将所述文件添加到所述确定的邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮 件中, 或者将所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件中以使得用于发送所述邮 件的发送邮件服务器或用于接收所述邮件的接收邮件服务器根据所述获取地 址获取所述文件并将所述文件添加到所述邮件中。
通过本发明实施例, 当用户执行文件操作 (如下载网络文件、 编辑文件、 保存编辑的文件、 选择本地保存的文件等)时, 可以自动获取当前的邮件编辑 任务列表, 并将所述文件作为确定的至少一个邮件编辑任务对应的邮件的附 件, 使得用户执行少量的操作即可将当前操作的文件添加为邮件附件, 从而 简化了用户操作、 改善了用户体验。

所述文件操作装置执行文件操作的示例为: windows IE浏览器下载网络 文件、 microsoft off ice word保存编辑白勺 word文档、 microsoft off ice word 编辑 word文档、 windows资源管理器响应右键点击操作选择本地保存的文件。

优选地, 如果所述邮件编辑任务列表包括至少一个邮件编辑任务, 则可 以向用户展示所述邮件编辑任务列表以供用户选择, 展示的邮件编辑任务的 信息可以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或内容摘要。
向用户展示所述邮件编辑任务列表以供用户选择的示例实施过程如下: 如果所述文件操作是下载网络文件, 则可以显示对话框 (如文件下载对 话框和 /或另存为对话框) , 在所述对话框的界面上显示所述邮件编辑任务列 表供用户选择。
优选地, 邮件编辑任务列表的获取、 对话框的显示、 对话框界面选项的 操作响应等均可以通过浏览器执行 web服务器的文件下载网页的脚本来实现。
下面给出三种具体实现方式示例。
示例 1 : 界面示例如图 2所示。
用户点击下载文件后, 显示如图 2所示的文件下载对话框, 所述对话框 包括邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可以包括收件人、 邮件 标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。 所述对话框包括 "发送到邮件" 和 "取消" 选项, 还 可以包括 "发送并保存" 、 "仅保存" 等选项。
用户在邮件编辑任务列表中选择至少一个邮件编辑任务并点击 "发送到 邮件"选项或 "发送并保存"选项后, 执行步骤 230至 240, 同时显示操作系 统缺省的文件下载对话框, 进行正常的文件下载操作; 如果用户点击 "仅保 存" 选项, 则显示操作系统缺省的文件下载对话框, 进行正常的文件下载操 作。
示例 2 : 界面示例如图 3-1和 3-2所示。 用户点击下载文件后, 首先显示如图 3-1 所示的对话框, 包括 "发送到 邮件" 、 "取消" 选项, 还可以包括 "直接打开" 、 "保存到本地" 等选项。
如果用户选择 "发送到邮件" 选项, 显示如图 3-2所示的对话框, 所述 对话框包括邮件编辑任务列表, 供用户选择, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可 以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。 用户在邮件编辑任务列表中选择 至少一个邮件编辑任务并点击 "发送到邮件" 或 "发送并保存" 后, 执行步 骤 230至 240, 同时显示操作系统缺省的文件下载对话框, 进行正常的文件下 载操作。 如果用户点击 "保存到本地" 选项, 则显示操作系统缺省的文件下 载对话框, 进行正常的文件下载操作。
示例 3 : 界面示例如图 4-1、 4-2和 4-3所示。
用户点击下载文件后, 显示如图 4-1 所示的 w i ndows操作系统缺省的文 件下载对话框。
用户选择 "保存"后, 显示如 4-2所示的另存为对话框, 所述另存为对 话框的 "保存在" 下拉菜单包含 "邮件编辑任务" 选项。
用户选择 "邮件编辑任务" 选项后, 如图 4-3所示, 主窗口中列出邮件 编辑任务列表, 供用户选择, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。 用户在邮件编辑任务列表中选择至少一个邮件编 辑任务并点击 "打开" 后, 执行步骤 230至 240。
如果所述文件操作是保存编辑的文件, 则可以显示如 4-2所示的另存为 对话框, 所述另存为对话框的 "保存在" 下拉菜单包含 "邮件编辑任务" 选 项。
用户选择 "邮件编辑任务" 选项后, 如图 4-3所示, 主窗口中列出邮件 编辑任务列表, 供用户选择, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。 用户在邮件编辑任务列表中选择至少一个邮件编 辑任务并点击 "打开" 后, 执行步骤 230至 240。
如果所述文件操作是编辑文件, 则可以在文件编辑器的菜单中显示所 述邮件编辑任务列表供用户确定, 具体实现方式示例如下:
用户点击文件编辑器的特定按钮 (如 w i ndows word 2007的 off i ce按 钮) 后显示如图 5-1或图 5-2所示的菜单, 所述菜单包括邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。
用户在菜单中的邮件编辑任务列表中选择至少一个邮件编辑任务后, 执行步骤 230至 240。
如果所述文件操作是选择本地保存的文件, 则可以在显示的菜单中显示 所述邮件编辑任务列表供用户选择, 具体实现方式示例如下:
右键点击选择本地保存的文件, 显示如图 5-1 或 5-2所示的菜单, 所 述菜单包括邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务的数据项可以包括收件人、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件摘要。
用户在菜单中的邮件编辑任务列表中选择至少一个邮件编辑任务后, 执行步骤 230至 240
需要说明的是, 所述邮件编辑任务列表包括的邮件编辑任务是由邮件编 辑装置生成的, 生成所述邮件编辑任务的示例实施过程如图 1 的步骤 1 10和 步骤 120所示:
在步骤 1 10 中, 邮件编辑装置启动邮件的编辑操作, 具体可以为, 当用 户执行诸如新建邮件、 点击转发邮件、 点击回复邮件、 打开已保存的邮件草 稿等操作时, 邮件编辑装置会启动邮件编辑操作, 包括打开用于编辑邮件的 邮件编辑窗口。 所述邮件编辑装置具体可以为邮件编辑器 (如 out l ook) 、 浏 览器 (如 w i ndows I E浏览器) 等, 所述浏览器为打开所述邮件编辑窗口的浏 览器。 示例过程如下: 用户通过浏览器或邮件编辑器访问电子邮箱, 点击用 于新建邮件的按钮或菜单创建新邮件, 浏览器或所述邮件编辑器会打开邮件 编辑窗口用于编辑所述新建的邮件。
在步骤 120 中, 邮件编辑装置创建对应于所述邮件的邮件编辑任务, 将 所述邮件编辑任务加入邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位 编辑所述邮件的邮件编辑窗口的信息。
优选地, 所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 具体为用于标识所述邮件编辑窗口的窗口标识。
优选地, 所述邮件编辑任务还可以包括所述邮件编辑装置的标识, 如, 用于打开所述邮件编辑窗口的邮件编辑器的标识、 用于打开所述邮件编辑窗 口的浏览器的标识。 具体地, 所述邮件编辑装置的标识可以是所述邮件编辑 装置的进程标识。 所述邮件编辑任务还可以包括任务标识, 所述任务标识为 用于标识所述邮件编辑任务的标识。

本发明实施例所提到的操作系统包括但不限于 PC操作系统 (如 Windows 系列、 Linux、 Mac OS等) 、 服务器操作系统 (如: UN IX、 Linux、 Solar is、 AIX等) 、 PAD或智能手机操作系统 (iOS、 Android、 Windows系列等) 。 如 下示例过程以 PC Windows系列操作系统为例详加阐述。
所述在注册表中创建邮件编辑任务的具体实现方式为, 调用 Windows提 供的应用程序编程接口(API, App I i cat ion Programming Interface) 向注册 表中写入邮件编辑任务的键, 具体为, 首先调用 Windows提供的 API 函数创 建一个 EDITMAILTASKLIST (邮件编辑任务列表) 项, 如果所述 EDITMAILTASKLIST项已经存在, 则先打开所述 EDITMAILTASKLIST项, 然后, 调用 RegSetVa I ueEx 函数生成一个对应所述邮件的邮件编辑任务的键。 所述 键的键名可以是用于定位编辑所述邮件的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 具体可以是 所述邮件编辑窗口的窗口标识, 或者所述邮件编辑装置的标识和所述窗口标 识; 如果是新建邮件, 则所述键的键值可以为空, 如果是转发邮件、 回复邮 件或编辑已保存的邮件草稿, 所述键的键值可以包括收件人、 邮件标题以及 邮件内容摘要中的至少一个, 格式示例为: rece i ver "Jack" ,t i t l e= "ma i l t i t l e" , summary^ "good mor i ng " 。
如果后续用户在所述邮件编辑窗口中进一步输入了收件人地址、 邮件标 题、和 /或邮件内容信息,则所述邮件编辑装置可以将后续输入的收件人地址、 邮件标题、 和 /或邮件内容信息的摘要记录到所述邮件对应的邮件编辑任务 中, 作为所述键的键值的一部分。 在记录之前, 所述邮件编辑装置需要获取 所述邮件编辑任务, 具体可以是利用所述邮件编辑任务的任务标识或所述邮 件编辑窗口的窗口标识获取所述邮件编辑任务。
如 果 打 开 多 个 邮 件 编 辑 窗 口 , 则 会 在 注 册 表 的 "SYSTEM\ED I TMA I LTASKL I ST\ "项上增加多个键, 即创建多个邮件编辑任务。
230: 所述文件操作装置确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;
具体可以是根据用户选择确定, 如, 所述确定的至少一个邮件编辑任务 为步骤 220中用户选择的邮件编辑任务。

240: 所述文件操作装置向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附 件添加指令, 所述附件添加指令包括所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的 邮件编辑窗口的信息, 和所述文件或所述文件的获取地址。
确定至少一个邮件编辑任务后, 所述文件操作装置向所述邮件编辑装置 发送所述附件添加指令, 以指示所述邮件编辑装置将所述文件或所述文件的 获取地址添加到所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中。

优选地, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于标识所述邮件编辑装置的标识, 所 述发送附件添加指令之前还包括, 根据所述邮件编辑装置的标识确定所述邮 件编辑装置。

如果所述邮件编辑装置为浏览器, 所述窗口标识可以为用于发送所述邮 件的会话的会话标识, 优选地, 将所述文件添加到所述邮件编辑窗口所编辑 的邮件中的示例实施过程为, 打开所述邮件编辑窗口的浏览器向邮件 web服 务器发送添加附件的请求, 所述请求中包括所述会话标识和所述文件, 以使 得所述邮件 web服务器将所述文件添加到通过所述会话标识所标识的会话发 送的邮件中, 具体为, 所述邮件 web服务器向所述浏览器返回用于实现将所 述文件添加到所述邮件的脚本, 所述浏览器执行所述脚本将所述文件添加到 所述邮件中。
可选地, 所述邮件编辑任务包括的用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮 件编辑窗口的信息还可以为任务标识, 相应地, 所述附件添加指令包括的所 述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息也可以为任务标 识, 所述邮件编辑装置收到所述附件添加指令后, 可以根据所述任务标识获 取所述任务标识所标识的邮件编辑任务, 并获取所述邮件编辑任务中的窗口 标识, 进而将所述文件或所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件编辑窗口所编 辑的邮件中。

指令发送单元 2040, 用于向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送 附件添加指令, 所述附件添加指令包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮 件编辑窗口的信息, 和所述文件或所述文件的获取地址, 以指示所述邮件编 辑装置将所述文件或所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮 件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中, 所述指令发送单元的具体功能实现参见本发明 实施例 1的步骤 240。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例 3可以和本发明实施例 2结合。
根据本发明实施例 1至 3,本发明实施例 4提出了用来实现上述一种添加 电子邮件附件的方法的一种添加电子邮件附件的系统。
如图 8所示, 所述实现添加电子邮件附件的系统包括:
邮件编辑装置 301 0, 具体为实施例 2所述的装置;
文件操作装置 3020, 具体为实施例 3所述的装置。
本发明实施例 1 至 4所述的邮件编辑装置和文件操作装置能够以电子硬 件、 或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。 如果以计算机软件和电子硬 件的结合来实现, 具体地, 可以是通过在计算机系统之上运行程序来实现, 所述计算机系统包括但不限于 PC机、 服务器、 PAD、 智能手机等的计算机系 统。
所述计算机系统结构示意图如图 9-1 所示, 包括主处理器、 存储器、 存 储控制器、 持久化存储器、 持久化存储控制器、 显示装置、 显示控制器、 输 入装置、 I /O控制器、 通信装置。
所述主处理器用于处理计算机操作指令和数据。 所述计算机操作指令具 体可以包括用于邮件编辑的指令、 用于执行文件操作的指令, 所述数据具体 可以是实施例 1 至 4中的邮件编辑任务。 所述主处理器是计算机核心单元, 即中央处理器 (CPU , Centra l Process i ng Un i t ) 。
所述存储器用于存储计算机操作指令和数据。 所述计算机操作指令具体 可以包括用于邮件编辑的指令、 用于执行文件操作的指令; 所述数据包括处 理所述操作指令需要的数据和执行所述操作指令产生的数据, 所述执行所述 操作指令产生的数据具体可以是实施例 1至 4中的邮件编辑任务。
所述存储控制器用于寻址、 存取所述存储器中存储的操作指令和数据。 所述存储控制器受到所述主处理器的控制。
持久化存储器用于持久化存储应用程序、 操作系统和文件数据。 所述应 用程序具体可以是实施例 1 至 4中的邮件编辑器、 浏览器等应用程序, 所述 文件数据具体可以是实施例 1 至 4中的要添加到邮件中的文件数据, 如下载 的网络文件, 本地保存的文件。 所述持久化存储装置包括但不限于磁盘、 磁 带、 存储卡等。
所述持久化存储控制器用于寻址、 存取所述持久化存储器中的应用程序、 操作系统和文件数据。 所述持久化存储器受到所述主处理器的控制。
所述显示装置用于展现计算机处理结果。 所述计算机处理结果具体可以 是实施例 1 至 4中对邮件编辑器、 浏览器等应用程序的操作过程和操作结果
(包括邮件编辑窗口、 文件操作界面、 邮件编辑任务列表等) 。 所述显示装 置包括但不限于显示器、 显示屏、 触摸屏等。
所述显示控制器用于控制所述显示装置展现计算机处理结果。
所述输入装置用于输入操作指示。所述操作指示具体可以是实施例 1至 4 中对邮件编辑器、 浏览器等的操作指示。 所述输入装置包括但不限于键盘、 示、 角虫 ί莫 J °
所述 I /O控制器用于控制计算机系统的输入和输出。 所述 I /O控制器具 体用于控制所述输入装置的输入。 所述通信装置用于将装置连接到 I nternet/ I nt ranet 网络上。 具体地, 在实施例 1 至 4中邮件编辑器等邮件编辑应用程序可以通过所述通信装置向 所述发送邮件服务器发送邮件, 浏览器等文件操作应用程序可以通过所述通 信装置连接到网络中的网站上下载网络文件。 所述通信装置包括但不限于以 太网卡、 GPRS模块、 W I F I模块、 3G模块等。
由于存储器比持久化存储器的存取速度要快, 优选地, 将计算机指令和 数据加载到所述存储器中由所述主处理器处理。
如图 9-2所示, 存储器包括 CODE区和 DATA区, 所述 CODE区用于存储计 算机操作指令, 所述 DATE区用于存储数据, 所述数据可以包括处理所述操作 指令需要的数据和执行所述操作指令产生的数据。 具体地, 计算机系统启动 后, 将操作系统加载到 CODE区中, 同时在 DATE区申请操作系统的数据区, 供操作系统存放运行需要的数据。 在操作系统上运行应用程序后, 应用程序 (如, 邮件编辑器、 浏览器等邮件编辑应用程序, 文件编辑器、 文件管理器、 浏览器等文件操作应用程序) 被加载到 CODE区中, 同时在 DATE区申请应用 程序的数据区供应用程序运行使用。 优选地, 由操作系统对操作系统的数据 区进行访问, 应用程序只能访问自己的数据区。 由于本发明中的邮件编辑任 务列表, 需要多个应用程序访问和使用, 优选地, 将邮件编辑任务列表放在 操作系统的数据区中, 实施例 1 至 4所述的注册表存储在所述操作系统的数 据区。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结 合来实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决于技术方案的特 定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方 法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描 述的装置和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程, 在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中, 应该理解到, 所揭露的装置和方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。 例如, 以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的, 例如, 所述单元的划分, 仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可以有另外 的划分方式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统, 或 一些特征可以忽略, 或不执行。 另一点, 所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或 直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口, 装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连 接, 可以是电性或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的, 作 为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或 者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单 元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用 时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的 技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可 以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者 网络装置等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的 存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器 (ROM , Read-On l y Memory ) 、 随机存取存储器 (RAM , Random Access Memory ) 、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以 存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1 . 一种添加电子邮件附件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
执行文件操作;
获取邮件编辑任务列表,所述邮件编辑任务列表包括至少一个邮件编辑任 务, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的 自 .

确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;
向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令, 所述附件添 加指令包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 和所述文 件或所述文件的获取地址, 以指示所述邮件编辑装置将所述文件添加到所述邮 件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中, 或者将所述文件的获取地址 添加到所述邮件中以使得用于发送所述邮件的发送邮件服务器或用于接收所述 邮件的接收邮件服务器根据所述获取地址获取所述文件并将所述文件添加到所 述邮件中。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 具体为用于 标识所述邮件编辑窗口的窗口标识。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述邮件编辑任务还包括用于标识所述邮件编辑装置的标识;
所述向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令之前还包 括, 根据所述邮件编辑装置的标识确定所述邮件编辑装置。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述邮件编辑装置为邮件编辑器;
所述向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令, 具体为, 通过调用所述邮件编辑器的应用程序编程接口 AP I 向所述邮件编辑器发送附件 添加指令, 所述 AP I 接口参数包括所述窗口标识和所述文件, 以指示所述邮件 编辑器将所述文件添加到所述窗口标识所标识的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件 中。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括,
所述邮件编辑装置为邮件编辑器;
所述邮件编辑任务还包括用于标识所述邮件编辑器的标识;
所述向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添加指令, 具体为, 通过调用操作系统的 AP I 向所述邮件编辑器发送附件添加指令, 所述操作系统 的 AP I 接口参数包括所述邮件编辑器的标识和所述窗口标识, 所述操作系统根 据所述邮件编辑器的标识确定所述邮件编辑器, 并调用所述邮件编辑器的 AP I 向所述邮件编辑器发送附件添加指令, 所述邮件编辑器的 AP I 接口参数包括所 述窗口标识和所述文件, 以指示所述邮件编辑器将所述文件添加到所述窗口标 识所标识的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中。
6. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
在所述确定至少一个邮件编辑任务之前, 还包括,
显示所述邮件编辑任务列表供用户选择, 所述显示的邮件编辑任务列表的 数据项包括收件人、 邮件标题以及邮件内容摘要中的至少一个。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述显示所述邮件编辑任务列表, 具体为, 显示对话框或菜单, 在所述对 话框的界面上或所述对话框的主窗口中或所述菜单中显示所述邮件编辑任务列 表。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述文件操作具体为以下操作中的一个: 下载网络文件、 编辑文件、 保存 编辑的文件、 选择本地保存的文件。
9. 一种添加电子邮件附件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
启动邮件编辑操作;
创建对应于所述邮件的邮件编辑任务, 所述邮件编辑任务为邮件编辑任务 列表中的一项, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位编辑所述邮件的邮件编辑窗口 的信息; 接收文件操作装置发送的附件添加指令, 所述附件添加指令包括用于定位 从所述邮件编辑任务列表中确定的邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 和文件或所述文件的获取地址;
将所述文件添加到所述确定的邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的 邮件中, 或者将所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件中以使得用于发送所述邮 件的发送邮件服务器或用于接收所述邮件的接收邮件服务器根据所述获取地址 获取所述文件并将所述文件添加到所述邮件中。
1 0. 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口的信息, 具体为用于 标识所述邮件编辑窗口的窗口标识。

所述创建邮件编辑任务, 具体为, 邮件编辑装置调用操作系统提供的 AP I 在注册表中创建一个对应所述邮件的邮件编辑任务的键, 所述键的键名包括用 于标识所述邮件编辑装置的标识和所述窗口标识, 所述键的键值为空, 或者所 述键的键值包括收件人、 邮件标题以及邮件内容摘要中的至少一个。
1 2. 一种添加电子邮件附件的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 文件操作单元, 用于执行文件操作;
任务获取单元, 用于获取邮件编辑任务列表,所述邮件编辑任务列表包括至 少一个邮件编辑任务, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应 的邮件编辑窗口的信息;
任务确定单元, 用于确定至少一个邮件编辑任务;
指令发送单元, 用于向生成所述邮件编辑任务的邮件编辑装置发送附件添 加指令, 所述附件添加指令包括所述用于定位所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编 辑窗口的信息, 和所述文件或所述文件的获取地址, 以指示所述邮件编辑装置 将所述文件或所述文件的获取地址添加到所述邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗 口所编辑的邮件中。
1 3. 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于标识所述邮件编辑装置的标识,
所述指令发送单元还用于, 根据所述邮件编辑装置的标识确定所述邮件编 辑装置。
14. 一种添加电子邮件附件的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 邮件编辑操作启动单元, 用于启动邮件编辑操作;
任务创建单元, 用于创建对应于所述邮件的邮件编辑任务, 将所述邮件编 辑任务加入邮件编辑任务列表, 所述邮件编辑任务包括用于定位编辑所述邮件 的邮件编辑窗口的信息;
指令接收单元, 用于接收文件操作装置发送的附件添加指令, 所述附件添 加指令包括用于定位从所述邮件编辑任务列表中确定的邮件编辑任务对应的邮 件编辑窗口的信息, 和文件或所述文件的获取地址;
附件添加单元, 用于将所述文件或所述文件的获取地址添加到所述确定的 邮件编辑任务对应的邮件编辑窗口所编辑的邮件中。
15.—种添加电子邮件附件的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 文件操作装置, 具体为如权利要求 12或 13所述的装置;
邮件编辑装置, 具体为如权利要求 14所述的装置。
