技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种便携式终端。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展, 市场上出现了各式各样的终端设备, 包括平板电 脑、 手机、 MP3、 MP4等, 在目前的触摸屏时代, 很多终端设备的外观都大 同小异, 没有太多的区别, 各价位机型基本都是一个大的触摸屏和几个(可 触摸)按键组成。 各类机型的触摸屏与终端边界都会存在或大或小的空间留 白, 有些终端会在留白的地方加一些商标加以充实, 但这仍不足以掩盖空间 上的浪费。
随着各类终端的普及, 传统的手表已经逐渐淡出大部分人生活必需品的 范畴, 转而由各类手持终端替代了手表看时间的功能。 基于省电的初衷, 大 部分终端在待机时屏幕都处于黑屏状态, 一般看时间需要先按电源键点亮屏 幕、 阅读时间、 关闭电源键这 3个步骤, 而大多数人每天都会重复很多遍这 个动作去查看时间。 发明内容
本发明提供一种便携式终端, 以解决现有技术中终端阅读时间时操作不 简便的问题。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种便携式终端, 包括:
至少 12个等间距分布的时钟指示灯,设置为: 在所述便携式终端的显示 屏的四周, 每个时钟指示灯作为一个时钟刻度;
供电单元, 设置为: 与各时钟指示灯分别相连;
控制单元, 设置为: 与所述供电单元相连, 根据当前时间, 控制所述供 电单元为当前时间在时钟上的时针位置所对应的时钟指示灯釆用预设的第一 颜色供电, 控制所述供电单元为当前时间在时钟上的分针位置所对应的时钟 指示灯釆用预设的第二颜色供电。

在本实施例中, 一种便携式终端, 如图 1所示, 包括:
显示屏四周设置有至少 12个等间距分布的时钟指示灯,每个时钟指示灯 作为一个时钟刻度; 各时钟指示灯分别与该便携式终端中的供电单元相连, 该便携式终端中的控制单元与上述供电单元相连, 控制单元根据当前时间, 控制供电单元为当前时间在时钟上的时针位置所对应的时钟指示灯釆用预设 的第一颜色供电, 控制供电单元为当前时间在时钟上的分针位置所对应的时 钟指示灯釆用预设的第二颜色供电。
当然, 当在该便携式终端上配置 60个时钟指示灯时, 控制单元还可以控 制供电单元为当前时间在时钟上的秒针位置所对应的时钟指示灯釆用区别于 上述两种颜色的预设的第三颜色供电。 在此种情况下, 为了有更好的显示效 果, 对于秒针位置所对应的时钟指示灯, 供电单元可以釆用电流大小渐变的 方式为其供电。
这样, 用户可通过颜色即可区分时、 分、 秒单位, 轻松获取当前时间。 将手表的面板与各类终端面板上留白的地方加以组合, 不但可以美化终端外 观设计, 也可以方便人们使用终端直接查看时间。
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
本实施例以手机为例, 但本实施例中适用的便携式终端不局限于手机, 比如还可以是便携式电脑、 平板电脑、 MP3、 MP4等。
图 2为本发明实施例中一种手机示意图,该手机中包括 12个时钟指示灯。 本实施例用于控制终端在大部分待机过程中, 直接读取当前时间, 而不 需要手动的额外点亮屏幕的操作。
图 2的示例中, 通过颜色区分时钟、 分钟、 秒钟, 假设绿色表示时钟, 红色表示分钟, 黄色表示秒钟, 且当前时钟指示灯 1呈绿色, 时钟指示灯 2 呈红色, 时钟指示灯灯 3呈黄色, 则图 2显示时间为 3: 05: 25s。 从上述说 明可以看出, 读取方便, 减少点亮整个屏幕的操作, 也可累积节省较多电量, 整个屏幕的耗电量, 与几个指示灯的耗电量是不在一个层次的, 总的来说是 可以节约电量的。
本发明在外观上做了一些补充, 充实屏幕与手机边界间的留白, 让手表 面板元素浮现在手机界面设计中, 结构简单, 成本低廉。
实施例二
本实施例以手机为例, 但本发明的终端不局限于手机, 比如还可以是便 携式电脑、 平板电脑、 MP3、 MP4等。
图 3为本发明实施例中另一种手机示意图, 该手机中每个时钟指示灯有 多个小灯构成的组组成, 表示秒针的时钟指示灯可以使用亮了渐暗的方式营 造出一段小流星。
本实施例用于控制终端在大部分待机过程中, 直接读取当前时间, 而不 需要手动的额外点亮屏幕的操作。
图 3的示例中, 通过颜色区分时钟、 分钟, 如绿色表示时钟, 红色表示 分钟, 小流星头部表示秒钟, 且当前时钟指示灯 1呈绿色, 时钟指示灯 2呈 红色, 时钟指示灯灯 3呈黄色, 则图 3显示时间为 3: 05: 10s左右, 读取方 便。
该方案的设计所选材料可以更加美观致密一些。 填充屏幕与手机边界间 的留白:
每一个时钟指示灯可以使用一组排列致密的小灯来填充, 本身可以营造 闪亮的效果。
不论选择哪种材料填充, 最终都是为了赢取手机外观设计上的美观, 如 图 3所示, 当填充材料使用明亮后渐暗的方式显示秒针, 会形成一段拖曳的 小流星, 非常美观, 那么即使手机在待机时, 拖曳的流星也会让手机灵动、 具有生命力。
当然这样的设计不仅仅局限于读取时间, 不待机的时候也可以与常用手 机软件配合使用, 如:
与指南针结合, 转动手机的同时, 控制单元可根据指南针当前指向, 控 制供电单元对指南针指针上指向南侧位置所对应的时钟指示灯釆用预设的第 一颜色供电, 对指南针指针上指向北侧位置所对应的时钟指示灯釆用预设的 第二颜色供电。
与重力感应功能配合, 待机时转动手机, 时钟显示更具动感、 不待机的 时候可以与指示灯一起创新开发一些玩法。
与其他软件配合, 如游戏通关时目前一般会有声音配合, 现在可以加上 灯光配合等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各单元 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能单元的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
