同时, 减少了触发过程在归 属网络中产生的信令流量, 减少了对归属网络资源的占用, 从而提高了归属网络的性 能, 有助于提高归属网络的通信质量、 改善用户体验。 为了准确地、 顺利地将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504, 在本优选实施例中, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502, 还设置为在将触 发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504之前,接收漫游 MTC设备 上报的注册信息,并根据漫游 MTC设备上报的注册信息建立归属网络的 MTC外部接 口功能实体 502与拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504之间的路由关系。 在上述优选实施例中, 在将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能 实体 504之前, 先根据注册信息建立归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502与拜访 网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504之间的路由关系, 因此, 可以按照建立的路由关 系将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504,从而确保了将触发 请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体的准确性。 为了保证 MTC外部接口功能实体的通信安全性, 在本优选实施例中, 归属网络 的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502还设置为在接收到 MTC服务器 500发送的触发请求消 息后, 与归属网络的 MTC服务器 500进行安全认证, 并在通过安全认证后, 根据注 册信息将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504。 在上述优选实施例中, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502在接收到触发请 求消息后, 与归属网络的 MTC服务器 500进行安全认证, 对 MTC服务器 500进行认 证和授权后, 将根据注册信息将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能 实体 504, 从而保证了 MTC外部接口功能实体的通信安全性; 同时, 可以屏蔽移动通 信系统的网络拓扑, 中继或处理信令协议。 为了满足不同场景的应用需求, 上述注册信息可以包括以下至少之一: 例如, 漫 游 MTC设备的签约用户的身份信息、 漫游 MTC设备的身份信息、拜访网络的网络身 份信息, 其中, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502保存、 维护并管理注册信息, 当漫游 MTC设备漫游到除了拜访网络之外的其他的拜访网络时,归属网络的 MTC外 部接口功能实体 502根据 MTC设备新上报的注册信息对存储的注册信息进行更新, 当漫游 MTC设备去附着时,归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502删除保存的注册 信息。 在上述优选实施例中, 提供了几种优选的注册信息可以包括的信息, 以实现在不 同的应用场景下归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体可以根据注册信息将触发请求消 息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体, 从而满足了不同场景的应用需求, 有 助于提高将触发请求消息发送给拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体的成功率, 另外, 在归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502对上述注册信息进行保存并实时地维护更 新,当漫游 MTC设备漫游到除了拜访网络之外的其他的拜访网络时,归属网络的 MTC 外部接口功能实体 502根据 MTC设备新上报的注册信息对存储的注册信息进行更新, 以保证可以根据最新的注册信息准确地将触发请求消息发送给新的拜访网络的外部接 口功能实体, 当漫游 MTC设备去附着时, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502删 除保存的注册信息, 以实时地释放归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502的存储资 源。 为了实现保证触发漫游 MTC设备的触发过程的安全性, 减少触发在归属网络中 产生的信令流量, 如图 6所示, 上述归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502和拜访 网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504可以是 MTC安全网关或具有 MTC安全网关功能 的外部接口功能实体, 以实现保证触发漫游 MTC设备的触发过程的安全性, 同时, 实现不同 MTC安全网关之间的互联,或实现不同的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接 口功能实体之间的互联, 以减少 MTC设备触发过程在归属网络中产生的信令流量。 为了保证触发漫游 MTC设备的触发过程的安全性, 提高发送触发请求消息的效 率, 如图 7所示, 上述归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502和拜访网络的 MTC外 部接口功能实体 504可以是 MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能 实体的组合, 其中, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502包括的 MTC安全网关和 拜访网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504包括的 MTC安全网关互联,归属网络的 MTC 外部接口功能实体 502包括的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体和拜访网 络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 504包括的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体 互联。 在上述优选实施例中, MTC外部接口功能实体由 MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安 全网关功能的外部接口功能实体组成, 以实现保证触发漫游 MTC设备的触发过程的 安全性; 同时, 在大量漫游 MTC设备需要触发时, MTC服务器 500可以分别发送触 发请求消息给 MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体, 不同 MTC安全网关之间, 以及不同的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体之间进 行互联, 以支持对漫游 MTC设备的触发, 以提高发送触发请求消息的效率, 有助于 提高触发漫游 MTC设备的效率。 优选的, MTC服务器 500可以通过不同的消息形式 分别发送触发请求消息给 MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实 体, 即发送给 MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体的触发请 求消息可以是不同格式的消息, 如图 7所示, MTC服务器 500可以通过 MTCsms或 Gi/SGi将触发请求消息发送给 MTC安全网关,可以通过 MTCsp将触发请求消息发送 给具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体。 优选地,根据需要上述 MTC安全网关和上述具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口 功能实体之间也可以互联。 优选地, 上述具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口实体也可以是 MTC安全网关。 优选地,上述 MTC外部接口功能实体可以接收触发漫游 MTC设备的触发请求消 息, 也可以接收触发非漫游 MTC设备的触发请求消息, 以实现网络中的数据平衡, 有效平衡网路负载,合理均衡网络资源。优选地,上述 MTC安全网关和上述具有 MTC 安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体可以保存、 维护和管理漫游 MTC设备的注册信息, 当漫游 MTC设备漫游到除了拜访网络之外的其他的拜访网络时,归属网络的 MTC外 部接口功能实体 502根据 MTC设备新上报的注册信息对存储的注册信息进行更新, 以保证可以根据最新的注册信息准确地将触发请求消息发送给新的拜访网络的外部接 口功能实体, 当漫游 MTC设备去附着时, 归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502删 除保存的注册信息, 以实时地释放归属网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 502的存储资 源。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的触发漫游 MTC设备的装置的结构框图, 如图 8所示, 该触发漫游 MTC设备的装置包括:第一接收模块 802,设置为接收归属于第一网络(相 当于归属网络) 且当前漫游到第二网络 (相当于拜访网络) 的 MTC设备 (相当于漫 游 MTC设备) 上报的注册信息; 第二接收模块 804, 设置为接收 MTC服务器发送的 触发 MTC设备的触发请求消息; 发送模块 806, 与第一接收模块 802和第二接收模块 804通信, 设置为在接收到 MTC服务器发送的触发 MTC设备的触发请求消息时, 根 据注册信息将触发请求消息发送给第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体。 在上述实施例中, 第一接收模块 802接收到归属于第一网络且当前漫游到第二网 络的 MTC设备上报的注册信息后,在第二接收模块 804接收到 MTC服务器发送的触 发 MTC设备的触发请求消息时, 发送模块 806根据注册信息将触发请求消息发送给 第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体, 由第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体将触发请 求消息发送给 MTC设备, 以触发 MTC设备, 实现了在接受到触发请求消息后, 第一 网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体根据注册信息将触发请求消息发送给第二网络的 MTC 外部接口功能实体, 避免了将触发请求消息发送给第一网络的相关节点, 再由第一网 络的相关节点将触发请求消息发送给第二网络, 保证了触发 MTC设备的触发过程的 安全性; 同时, 减少了触发过程在第一网络中产生的信令流量, 减少了对第一网络资 源的占用, 从而提高了第一网络的性能, 有助于提高第一网络的通信质量、 改善用户 体验。 上述各优选实施例中的触发漫游机器类通信 MTC设备的装置可以应用于第一网 络 (相当于归属网络) 的外部接口功能实体上。 为了实现触发漫游的 MTC设备, 在本实施例中提供了一种触发漫游机器类通信 MTC设备的装置, 该装置可以应用于第二网络(相当于拜访网络) 的外部接口功能实 体上。 如图 9所示, 该触发漫游机器类通信 MTC设备的装置包括: 第三接收模块 902, 设置为接收第一网络的外部接口功能实体发送的触发请求消息, 其中, 触发请求消息 用于触发归属于第一网络且当前漫游到第二网络的 MTC设备; 触发模块 904, 与第三 接收模块 902通信,设置为根据接收到的触发请求消息触发漫游到第二网络中的 MTC 设备。 在上述实施例中, 当第一网络 (相当于归属网络) 中的 MTC设备漫游到第二网 络 (相当于拜访网络) 时, 第三接收模块 902接收第一网络的外部接口功能实体发送 的触发上述 MTC设备的触发请求消息, 触发模块 904根据该触发请求消息触发 MTC 设备, 以实现漫游 MTC设备的触发。 当然, 当上述第一网络或第二网络既为归属网络又为拜访网络时 (因为, 一个网 络为归属网络或拜访网络是相对的), 上述两种触发漫游机器类通信 MTC设备的装置 (如图 8和如图 9所示)可以同时应用于第一网络或第二网络的外部接口功能实体上。 为了保证通信安全性, 如图 10所示, 优选地, 上述发送模块 806块包括: 认证单 元 1002, 设置为在接收到触发请求消息后, 与第一网络的 MTC服务器进行安全认证; 11. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其中, 在根据所述 MTC设备上报的注册信息确 定所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体之前, 还包括:
所述 MTC设备附着到所述第二网络时,所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功 能实体接收来自于所述 MTC设备的注册信息并保存;
所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体根据所述注册信息建立该第一网 络的 MTC外部接口功能实体与所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体之间的 路由关系。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其中, 所述触发所述 MTC设备, 包括:
所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体接收到所述触发请求消息后, 将 根据所述触发请求消息触发所述 MTC设备; 或者
所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体接收到所述触发请求消息后, 将 所述触发请求消息发送给所述第二网络中的预定网络实体, 在接收所述触发请 求消息后, 所述第二网络中的预定网络实体将根据所述触发请求消息触发所述 MTC设备。
13. 根据权利要求 10所述的触发漫游 MTC设备的方法, 其中, 所述第一网络的 MTC 外部接口功能实体将所述触发请求消息发送给确定的所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体, 包括:
所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体在接收到所述 MTC服务器发送的 触发所述 MTC设备的触发请求消息后,与所述第一网络的所述 MTC服务器进 行安全认证;
在通过安全认证后, 所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体根据所述注 册信息将所述触发请求消息发送给所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体。
14. 根据权利要求 10至 13中任一项所述的触发漫游 MTC设备的方法, 其中, 所 述注册信息包括以下至少之一: 所述 MTC设备的签约用户的身份信息、 所述 MTC设备的身份信息、所述第二网络的网络身份信息, 其中, 所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体保存、 维护并管理所述注册信息, 当所述 MTC设备漫 游到除了所述第二网络之外的其他的拜访网络时, 所述第一网络的 MTC外部 接口功能实体根据所述 MTC设备新上报的注册信息对存储的所述注册信息进 行更新, 当所述 MTC设备去附着时, 所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体 删除保存的该 MTC设备的注册信息。
15. 根据权利要求 10至 13中任一项所述的触发漫游 MTC设备的方法, 其中, 所 述 MTC外部接口功能实体为以下之一:
MTC安全网关;
具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体;
MTC安全网关和具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体的组合, 其 中,所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体包括的 MTC安全网关和所述第二 网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体包括的 MTC安全网关互联, 所述第一网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体包括的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部接口功能实体和 所述第二网络的 MTC外部接口功能实体包括的具有 MTC安全网关功能的外部 接口功能实体互联。
