Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour la fermeture commandée de portes, cette solution technique étant fonctionnelle, adaptée sur le plan technologique à la production, économique, forte et fiable tout au long de la durée de vie prévue. L'objet de l'invention est destiné, en particulier, à l'installation de portes sur des appareils, tels que des cuisinières, des fours, des appareils de cuisson encastrés, des lave-vaisselle, des appareils de refroidissement et autres. L'objet de la présente invention résout le problème technique de la fermeture commandée de portes, un transfert régulier de la charge de translation du ressort (4) étant ainsi assuré par la section incurvée (2) insérée dans le corps de charnière ou par la section incurvée insérée dans le composant du corps de charnière (1). La pièce (9) se déplace sur la section incurvée (2) insérée dans le corps de charnière, et son déplacement est raccordé au déplacement du loquet (8) et du guide de ressort (3). La section incurvée (2) insérée dans le corps de charnière est conçue de façon à assurer une pression supplémentaire sur l'appareil ou son joint pendant la fermeture de la porte, assurer une position stable de la porte à un angle d'ouverture prédéfini et assurer l'équilibrage de la porte de la position stable à la position ouverte. L'objet de la présente invention comprend également l'installation d'un, de deux amortisseurs (10) ou plus pour réduire les charges (forces et vibrations) dirigées au niveau des axes du guide de ressort. L'amortisseur (10) est installé de façon à absorber principalement les charges qui sont générées par la fermeture ou l'ouverture de la porte et également de façon à absorber les charges qui sont générées sur les derniers degrés de fermeture ou d'ouverture de la porte.
