Abstract
一种柔性电子阅读器,包括面壳(100)、柔性显示屏(600)、控制电路(400)和底壳(500),所述控制电路(400)与柔性显示屏(600)电连接,所述底壳(500)上设有容纳部(560),所述柔性显示屏(600)设置在面壳(100)与底壳(500)之间,所述底壳(500)的外表面是中间向外凸的曲面,在控制电路(400)和面壳(100)之间还设有金属支架(300)。该柔性电子阅读器不容易摔坏,其底壳(500)的外表面只有中间部分与桌子等接触,因此不容易被刮花,柔性电子阅读器的质量较轻,不会影响其稳定地放在桌子上。金属支架(300)上设有安装按键的凹槽(310),能使按键操作更稳定,同时由于金属支架(300)的保护,控制电路(400)不容易被外力损坏。

一种柔性电子阅读器 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种柔性电子阅读器。
【背景技术】
随时随地的阅读, 一直是读书人的愿望, 随着显示技术的发展和电子出版的兴起, 电子书阅读器作为便携式电子产品, 得到了长足的发展。 但是, 一般的电子书阅读器, 大多是采用 LCD或者 EPD为显示介质, 这些显示模组虽然便携, 甚至功耗很低, 但是 由于都是采用玻璃基材, 再加上塑胶或者金属结构件的刚性连接, 造成设备很容易跌 落损毁, 不是十分便利。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供了一种柔性电子阅读器, 以实现电子阅读 器不容易摔坏的可曲挠的目的。
一种柔性电子阅读器, 包括面壳、 柔性显示屏、 控制电路和底壳, 所述控制电路 与柔性显示屏电连接, 所述底壳上设有容纳部, 所述控制电路设置在所述容纳部, 所 述柔性显示屏设置在面壳与底壳之间, 所述底壳的外表面是中间向外凸的曲面。
优选地, 所述面壳是橡胶面壳。
优选地, 所述底壳是酚醛树脂底壳。
优选地, 还包括金属支架, 所述金属支架的表面是曲面, 所述金属支架设置在控 制电路和面壳之间。
优选地, 所述面壳与柔性显示屏、 面壳与金属支架、 柔性显示屏与底壳之间均通 过胶纸粘接。
优选地, 所述金属支架是镁合金支架。
优选地, 所述胶纸采用 3M胶纸。
优选地, 所述金属支架的表面设有放置柔性电子阅读器的按键的凹槽。
优选地, 所述容纳部的壳面厚度和强度大于底壳上其余部分的厚度, 所述容纳部 的内表面用胶水粘贴有金属片。
优选地, 所述容纳部的壳的侧面安装有电源键。
本发明的有益效果是: 由于采用了柔性显示屏, 并相适应采用橡胶面壳、 酚醛树 脂等技术方案后, 使得整个柔性电子阅读器不容易摔坏; 另外, 由于底壳的外表面的
中间向外凸, 将柔性电子阅读器放在桌子等水平面时, 底壳的外表面只有中间部分与 桌子等接触, 因此其余部分不容易被刮花, 同时由于柔性电子阅读器的质量较轻面积 较大, 并不影响柔性电子阅读器稳定地放在桌子等上面。 金属支架上设有安装按键的 凹槽, 既能保证按键的稳定使得按键操作更加稳定, 同时由于金属支架的保护, 控制 电路不容易被外力损坏。 容纳部的壳面厚度和强度均大于底壳上其余部分的厚度, 并 且通过金属片粘接在容纳部的内表面以增强刚性, 这样, 柔性电子阅读器收到外力时 容纳部不容易变形, 进而造成里面放置的控制电路受损, 在容纳部的壳的侧面设置电 源键也同样可以使按键操作更加稳定。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合如图, 对本发明的具体实施例做进一步的详细说明。
如图 1-1-2所示, 一种柔性电子阅读器, 包括面壳 100、 柔性显示屏 600、 控制电 路 400和底壳 500, 控制电路 400与柔性显示屏 600电连接, 底壳 500上设有容纳部 560, 控制电路 400设置在容纳部 560内, 柔性显示屏 600设置在面壳 100与底壳 500 之间, 底壳 500的外表面是中间向外凸的曲面, 如图 2所示, 底壳 500的外表面中间 部分 510向外凸, 外表面的一侧 520和另一侧 530向底壳 500的内表面一侧弯曲。 因 此, 将柔性电子阅读器放置在桌子的水平面上时, 底壳 500 的外表面的中间部分 510 与桌子等接触, 而一侧 520和另一侧 530则不接触, 这样, 中间部分 510则容易刮花, 另两侧则不容易刮花, 避免了整个底壳 500容易刮花。
优选地, 面壳 100是橡胶面壳, 底壳 500是酚醛树脂底壳, 柔性电子阅读器还包 括金属支架 300和 3M胶纸 200, 柔性显示屏 600与底壳 500和面壳 100之间分别设有 3M胶纸 200, 金属支架 300的表面是曲面, 以配合底壳外 500表面的形状, 金属支架 300设置在控制电路 400和面壳 100之间, 面壳 100与柔性显示屏 600、 面壳 100与金 属支架 300、 柔性显示屏 600与底壳 500之间均通过 3M胶纸 200粘接, 因为这些分别 与 3M胶纸之间的接触面较大, 采用 3M胶纸 200即可以实现较好的粘贴效果, 金属支 架 300是镁合金支架,金属支架 300的表面设有放置柔性电子阅读器的按键的凹槽 310, 容纳部 560的壳面厚度和强度大于底壳 500上其余部分的厚度, 容纳部 500的壳的侧 面安装有电源键 540。 另外, 容纳部 560的内表面用胶水粘贴有金属片, 由于金属片与 底壳 500的接触面不大, 所以优选用胶水将金属片与底壳 500粘接为一体, 以增强整
个容纳部 560的壳的强度。
本柔性电子阅读器, 不仅不容易摔坏, 底壳不容易大面积刮花, 且这种弯曲的外 形能给予人一种柔性的视觉效果。
Claims
1、 一种柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 包括面壳、 柔性显示屏、 控制电路和底壳, 所述控制电路与柔性显示屏电连接, 所述底壳上设有容纳部, 所述控制电路设置在所 述容纳部, 所述柔性显示屏设置在面壳与底壳之间, 所述底壳的外表面是中间向外凸 的曲面。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述面壳是橡胶面壳。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述底壳是酚醛树脂底壳。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 还包括金属支架, 所述金属 支架的表面是曲面, 所述金属支架设置在控制电路和面壳之间。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述面壳与柔性显示屏、 面 壳与金属支架、 柔性显示屏与底壳之间均通过胶纸粘接。
6、如权利要求 4所述的柔性电子阅读器,其特征是:所述金属支架是镁合金支架。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述胶纸是 3M胶纸。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述金属支架的表面设有放 置柔性电子阅读器的按键的凹槽。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述容纳部的壳面厚度和强 度均大于底壳上其余部分的厚度, 所述容纳部的内表面用胶水粘贴有金属片。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的柔性电子阅读器, 其特征是: 所述容纳部的壳的侧面安 装有电源键。
